The creation of Israel and the massacres in Deir Yassin

Towards the history of the May events of 2018 in Jerusalem

In recent days and weeks, the situation in the Middle East again sharply deteriorated due to the provocative transfer of the US embassy to Jerusalem. In the clashes on the border of the Gaza Strip and Israel, 50 Palestinians were killed, more than 2500 were injured.

The AUCPB in its statement of December 16, 2017 "On Trump's decision on Jerusalem" (see on our website) sharply condemned Israel's and the U.S. predatory policy -  and expressed support for the just struggle of the Palestinians for independence.

The transfer of the US Embassy was timed to May 14, when in Israel solemnly celebrated the 70th anniversary of the creation of this state (14.05.1948). At the time of the massacre, the American delegation happily tore off the cloth from the embassy plate.

The 70-year-old conflict in the Middle East is the fruit of the tightening of the most reactionary circles of the imperialists of the Western powers and the Zionists.

Zionism (from the name of Zion Hill in Jerusalem) is a reactionary nationalist trend that arose in Europe among the Jewish bourgeoisie, based on the idea of the resettlement of all Jews to Palestine and the creation of a national Jewish state there. V.I. Lenin, with his inherent perspicacity even in the period of the formation of the World Zionist Organization, repeatedly stressed that Zionism is a reactionary trend of the Jewish bourgeoisie.

The driving ideological belt of Zionism is Judaism, which is held by the majority of Jews living in different countries of the world. The reactionary nature of all religions on earth is known, but Judaism is the most reactionary religion. Karl Marx, in his work "On the Jewish Question," skillfully expounded this essence in the work "On the Jewish Question": "What is the mundane basis of Judaism? Practical need, self-interest. What is the secular religion of a Jew? Trading. What is his worldly god? Money".

After the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948, Zionism is the official ideology and the basis of Israel's state policy. The ideology of Zionism expresses the interests of the large Jewish bourgeoisie, which is closely connected with the monopoly circles of the imperialist powers. Zionism preaches the scientifically untenable concept of a "single Jewish nation", supposedly uniting all Jews, regardless of the country in which they live.

At the same time, Zionist propaganda preaches anti-communism and is directed against the anti-imperialist and national-liberation struggle of other peoples. Modern Zionism is a movement completely subordinated to the plans of international imperialism and the expansionist goals of the ruling circles of Israel. At the XXX session of the UN General Assembly (1975) Zionism is recognized as a form of racism and racial discrimination.

However, despite the above, the Zionists succeeded in imposing the reactionary ideology of a significant part of the Jewish population in various countries of the world, including the idea that the territory of Palestine is their only primordial homeland. (An analog of mass zombification is available: the Nazis after the fascist coup of 1933 also succeeded in imposing on many Germans a call "Dranh nach Osten").

So, what are the Zionists justifying their plans on? They declare that more than 2,000 years ago, on the territory of Palestine, there was first a single Israel-Jewish state formation, then split into two separate ones: Israel and Judea. After the conquest of these territories by Rome and the destruction of the Jerusalem temple, a significant part of the Jews, because of the oppression of the Romans, had to emigrate to other countries. And now they, allegedly, have the right to own the entire territory of Palestine. The reactivity of these ideas has terrible consequences in the recent history of the Middle East.

We will give some information from the history of this region and other parts of the world, as well as from the established practice of international relations worked out over the centuries.

First, the Jews were not the autochthonous (ie, indigenous) population of Palestine. Historical research suggests that before the arrival of the Jews in Palestine (the "Land of Canaan") there lived Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites and other peoples. Canaan was conquered by Jewish (Semito-Hamitic tribes), after which some tribes in the conquered territory were completely destroyed (this is also known in the Bible).

Secondly, there is no provision in international law that some people would have land returned to them 2,000 years after their loss. You can imagine what it would be like in the world today if such a right prevailed. Let us recall, for example, the reflections of Tatar nationalists of the period of perestroika about the need to include the entire Volga region in the composition of Tataria to the borders of the Moscow region, these territories were part of the Golden Horde. Slavs would demand the eviction of the Germans to behind the Elbe, because long centuries before the Germans conquered the territory of Saxony, Mecklenburg, Thuringia (the territory of the former GDR with Berlin), there lived the Slavic tribes of Luzhin, Obidrit, Lutich, etc. Americans and Australians would have to return lands to Indians and aborigines of Australia. And such ridiculous examples can be given a lot on any corner of the globe. Any reader will say that this is savagery. Quite right, but the Zionists have one norm - this is savagery, multiplied by arrogance.

Thirdly, after most of the Jews emigrated from Palestine to other countries, having formed there their diaspora (significant in European countries), these territories began to be inhabited since the 7th century by the Arabs, who became the main part of the Palestinian population. And such a situation remained unchanged for at least 1300 years (!), Despite the fact that the identity of Palestine changed: Byzantium, Persia, Muslims, Crusaders, the Ottoman Empire, the Mandated Territory of Great Britain.

Among the many myths that exist in Israeli society, there are myths that are addressed only in the Israeli environment. Among such myths is the myth that there were never Arabs in Israel, in the former British Palestine, and that there were always Jews here ...

But the facts are stubborn: according to the census in the early 20th century, the population of Palestine was about 450 thousand Arabs and 50 thousand Jews (ie 10%). Hence, most of the 8.8 million people living in modern Israel are immigrants and their descendants.

Immigrants arrived in Palestine with the support of a large Jewish bourgeoisie, adherents of the Zionist idea, gradually displacing the Arab population and seizing their lands, i.e. were invaders. Clashes and conflicts between the Arabs, the indigenous inhabitants of Palestine, and the Jewish invaders were frequent occurrences.

To put an end to this feud, the United Nations adopted the partition plan of Palestine on November 29, 1947 (UNGA Resolution No. 181). This plan provided for the termination of the British Mandate in Palestine (existed from 1918 to 1948) by August 1, 1948, and recommended the establishment of two states on its territory: Jewish and Arab. Jerusalem and Bethlehem, according to the decision of the United Nations, were to become a territory under international control to prevent conflict over the status of these cities. The adoption of this plan became possible thanks to its support from the largest powers - the USSR and the United States.

However, these decisions did not bring peace to Palestine, in 1947-1949 the first Arab-Israeli war broke out - a war between the Jewish population of Palestine, and later - the newly created state of Israel and the armies of neighboring Arab states and irregular Arab military formations.

The war was conducted with particular cruelty by heavily armed Jewish immigrants against the peaceful Arab population of Palestine. April 9, 2018 marked the 70th anniversary of the tragedy of the Palestinian village of Deir Yasin. This is one of the most heinous atrocities of the Israeli fascists.

The Western press has practically silenced this crime. The massacre in Deir Yassin was awarded only a brief report in their press. The New York Times, for example, wrote as follows:

"Jewish terrorists from the Banda Star organization and the Irgun Zvi Leumi broke into the village of Deir Yasin, interrupting the entire population. 250 Arab corpses, mostly women and young children, were then found thrown into wells. The massacre in Deir Yassin was an act of execution of ancient "laws and regulations": "Do not leave anything alive that breathes ..."

The Arabs, who knew Torah well, by this massacre had to be shown what awaits them in Palestine, if they do not free up living space for the representatives of the so-called "chosen people" - the Jewish immigrants arriving from all over the world. After that, almost all of the Arab population of Palestine fled to neighboring countries. "

What happened in Deir Yasin on April 9, 1948?
And what happened is this. The Jewish fascist (Zionist) terrorist organizations Irgun and Lehi organized a brutal act of genocide of the Palestinian population, attacking the peaceful village of Deir Yasin on the night of 8 to 9 April, the inhabitants of which were mostly women, old people and children who did not take part in the war and concluded shortly before that, the "non-aggression pact" with the Zionists. Having broken into a peaceful village in which there was not a single Palestinian soldier, and after a couple of hours broke the resistance of a few Arab men desperately trying to save their families, the Zionist killers threw grenades at homes, wounded women, killed old people with bayonets and rifle butts abd entire houses of infants. Those whom the Zionist fanatics captured alive, were tortured, and then shot.

"Teenagers and women attacked by Jewish bandits "by right of the victors" were raped before execution."

The Zionist beast sdisplayed such cruelty, that could only be envied by the most notorious SS thugs!

Deir Yasin is the Palestinian Khatyn, and the Zionists are the same as the fascist SS men.

The war was accompanied by mass evacuation (according to various estimates - from 520 to more than 900,000 people) of the Palestinian Arab population from the territories that came under the control of Israel. With the support of the Western imperialist states, the state of Israel, proclaimed on May 14, 1948, was actually created. The Arab state was never established on the former mandated territory.

In 1967, during the Six Day War, the entire territory of Mandate Palestine was under the control of Israel, this caused another wave of refugees of Palestinian Arabs to neighboring countries. Established later, the borders of the Palestinian Authority significantly reduced the territory originally allocated to the Arab state.

Thus, Israel is a state created on the blood and bones of Palestinians, on their sufferings, that is, the state that carries out the policy of genocide and state fascism. Immigrants arriving in Palestine are invaders, they have a wide arsenal of weapons, they are supported by international Zionism. The Arabs, who live in this region for about 1,500 years (and do not have any other land), conduct a just national-liberation war, they have a sacred right to defend their homeland by applying any means.

This is clearly stated in the aforementioned statement of the Central Committee of the AUCPB: "We fully share the position of the Arab patriots regarding the nature and purpose of the struggle they are waging with the Israeli aggressor and wish them every success in their noble cause."

Sometimes the question is asked: what is the difference between Jewish nationalism and Zionism from the nationalism of other nations? The answer is very simple: the main thing is that the nationalism of other nations has limited distribution in their region, but Zionism has a global effect around the globe. This makes it the most dangerous. The reason for this phenomenon lies in the fact that the main capital wealth of the Jewish bourgeoisie is in the largest capitalist country in the world - the United States. There is the center of world Zionism, and Israel is the outpost of Zionism in the Middle East.

But, despite the power of modern international imperialism, it will necessarily be crushed, and then the International Peoples Court for the crimes of Zionism will take place.
