APPEAL

by left-patriotic public associations of Belarus, which formed the Coordination Council "Unity",

THERE ARE NO DEEP INTEGRATION OF BELARUS AND RUSSIA ALTERNATIVES

On December 8, 2019, the peoples of Belarus and Russia celebrated the 20th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty on the Creation of the Union State of Belarus and Russia. However, after two decades, the peoples of our countries regret to note that the Union State has not been fully created.

For 20 years, many articles of the signed Treaty have not been fulfilled: a truly unified economic space has not been created, there is no single monetary unit (currency) provided for in Article 13 of the Treaty, the uniform citizenship of the Union State has not been fully implemented so that every citizen has equal rights to any its parts, which was provided for by the Treaty on the Equal Rights of Citizens of December 25, 1998, there is no Constitutional Act. Even article 10 of the 1999 Treaty on the Symbols and Attributes of Statehood of the Union State was not implemented - the simplest thing that could be done.

Many people in Belarus and Russia hoped that in connection with the 20th anniversary, our leaders would finally take decisive measures to put the Treaty on the Creation of the Union State into action. But our hopes have not yet been realized. Despite the intensive Belarusian-Russian negotiations held in November-December 2019, the new year 2020 was met without clear agreements on integration, as well as the price of oil and gas and their supplies to Belarus.

Finally, at the recent talks between President of Belarus A. Lukashenko and President of Russia V. Putin in Sochi, some half-hearted decisions were reached regarding the supply of gas and oil to Belarus and their prices. But the main issue - the issue of deepening integration - was again postponed indefinitely, which makes us feel anxious and insecure about tomorrow.

Over the past 13 years, we have been witnessing how difficult Belarusian-Russian negotiations on energy supplies are going on at the end of each year. In addition, milk, sugar and other “wars” in mutual trade periodically break out.

Why it happens? The answer is obvious: because there is no single economic space in which the free movement of goods, services, capital, labor within the territories of the participating states is ensured. The lack of a single economic space is a brake on the path of union construction. For example, in the European Union there is no such degree of mutual contradictions in internal trade as in our Union, although outside the EU there is a fierce struggle in foreign trade, for example, between the EU and the USA, the EU and China. It was with a view to mutual benefit that the countries of the European Union came together, agreeing to supranational bodies with fairly broad powers.

The Treaty on the Creation of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, signed on December 8, 1999, is the document in which the most important issue of the formation of a single economic space has been taken into account. In our opinion, with the full implementation of the Agreement, the issue of gas and oil prices can be resolved more simply not at the level of leaders of the participating states, but at the level of business entities (enterprises, firms, corporations, holdings, etc.). Other issues related to this issue specified in the Treaty are also thoroughly thought out, for example, the issue of creating supranational bodies of the Union State.

Moreover, for critics of the Treaty, it should be emphasized that the creation of supranational bodies and the voluntary delegation of authority to the Union State does not at all lead to the loss of sovereignty. Article 6 of the Treaty clearly states: “Each state party shall retain, taking into account the powers voluntarily transferred to the Union State, sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity, state structure, Constitution, state flag, coat of arms and other attributes of statehood.” In addition, article 37 (paragraph 1) of the Treaty says: “Acts of the Supreme State Council are adopted on the basis of unanimity of the participating states. An act is not adopted if one of the participating states opposes its adoption ”(The European Union has a similar principle of consensus in decision-making).

Independence is now widely spoken in Belarus. For those supporters of independence for whom the above arguments are unconvincing, we draw attention to the fact that in the present world almost all countries are interdependent from each other, even such a powerful state as the United States, as recent events have shown, depends on economic EU and China policy. At the same time, the advantages of large state and interstate entities under conditions of global economic instability are obvious, and world practice confirms: the higher the degree of integration of states, the more effective their union. Therefore, our public associations advocate sovereignty within the Union State, and not outside the Union of Belarus and Russia.

Tearing is not beneficial to either Belarusians or Russians, it destabilizes our economy and annoys ordinary people who say: "Pans are fighting, but forefathers are cracking at the lackeys." Then the question arises: who benefits from the disagreement between Belarus and Russia? The answer to this question was given in December 2012 by former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who announced her intention to oppose the integration process in the territory of the former USSR.

However, our public associations are not at all limited to the economic benefits of creating the Union State of Belarus and Russia. In addition, there are political and military reasons requiring the unification of our states. As you know, the desire of the Belarusian people to unite with Russia was expressed twice: at the All-Union referendum on March 17, 1991, at which 82.7% of the inhabitants of the BSSR supported the preservation of a single state, and the republican referendum on May 14, 1995, at which 83.3% citizens of the Republic of Belarus voted in favor of the issue of integration with the Russian Federation.

We, Belarusians and Russians, have common roots, a common history, a common destiny, together our ancestors, who had a common self-name "Rusyns", i.e. "Russians", fought against foreign invaders. The divide and conquer policy is not new, it has been used since the time of the Roman Empire, and in the execution of the modern West in relation to the post-Soviet republics it is implemented in the form of “color revolutions”, as a result of which these republics are completely dependent on Western countries. The results of such a “revolution” turned out to be especially tragic for Ukraine, where a coup d'etat was carried out under the dictation of Western intelligence services. As a result, the power was seized by the Neo-Bandera, who unleashed a civil war and pursue a neo-fascist policy. With regard to the fraternal Ukrainian people, the main goal of the West has been successfully realized so far - the separation of Ukraine from Russia, which corresponds to the dreams of German Chancellor Bismarck "to oppose Ukraine to Russia, to pit two parts of a single people and watch how the brother will kill his brother."

Our public associations strongly oppose the implementation of the Ukrainian scenario in Belarus. Belarus is now the last bastion on the path of expansion of the West.

Unfortunately, in this harsh time, when, contrary to the assurances of the leaders of the Western countries, not to advance NATO forces to the east, their military contingents have already been deployed on the borders of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, the military danger against our peoples is growing. The situation is aggravated by the fact that the United States announced its withdrawal from the INF Treaty and its intention not to extend the START-3 treaty. Thus, the increasing military danger requires accelerating the unification of the resources of Belarus and Russia.

In connection with the 75th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, we propose that our media cover as fully as possible that the Victory was won thanks to the unity and friendship of all the peoples of the Soviet Union. We support the positive response of the President of the Republic of Belarus A. Lukashenko to the invitation of the President of the Russian Federation V. Putin to visit the Victory Parade, which will be held in Moscow on May 9.

We support the processions of the “Immortal Regiment” on May 9th, which are the popular action of our COMMON MEMORY about the Victory and those thanks to whom it was won. The “Immortal Regiment” campaign has become international in recent years and covers 110 countries of the world, unites people in the fight against war and neo-fascism.

We, the leaders of the left-wing patriotic public associations of Belarus, which formed the Coordination Council "UNITY", appeal to you, Alexander Grigoryevich and Vladimir Vladimirovich, with an appeal:

Show your political will and, in accordance with the Treaty of December 8, 1999, begin the full implementation of the unification of our countries into a single Union State with a functioning single leadership. In this case, clear terms of association should be determined. Full implementation of the Treaty will make the Union State attractive for other states to join it. Further delay the process of creating the Union State is unacceptable.

By implementing the Agreement, signed more than 20 years ago, you will go down in history as unifiers. Currently, throughout the territory of the former USSR, people curse the destroyers of the Great Power, of which they were proud.

Make a possible impact on state-owned media so that they exaggerate as little as possible around the relations between Belarus and Russia and stop attacking each other. Our peoples are not at all interested in trade showdowns and competitions who outwit whom, they need real
things to improve their lives and ensure security, as well as peace and friendship.

There is no alternative to the deep integration of Belarus and Russia.

TOGETHER WE ARE STRONGER!

=========================================

On the 102nd anniversary of the creation of the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army and Red Navy

Dear comrades, war and labor veterans of the Great Patriotic War of the Soviet people against fascist Germany, citizens of the Soviet period of history! Comrade servicemen of the Soviet Army and all those who today consider themselves citizens of the Soviet Union!

The Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks congratulates you on the 102nd anniversary of the creation of an invincible and legendary battle that has recognized the joy of the victories of the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army and the Red Navy! We wish you good health, happiness and longevity!

The defeat of the Germans near Pskov and Narva on February 23, 1918 was the birthday of the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army and Red Navy.

The Red Army defeated the troops of 14 states of the Entente and the White Guards and thereby saved Soviet Russia from destruction.

Guided by I.V. By Stalin, the CPSU (b) inspired and organized Soviet people to build socialism and turned backward, illiterate Russia into a powerful industrial power. Since the alarming 30s, the name of I.V. Stalin - a faithful follower of the case V.I. Lenin - for many generations of Soviet people became the personification of social justice and national pride.

The victory of the Soviet people over Nazi Germany in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. saved the peoples of the USSR from fascist slavery and helped the peoples of Europe to cast off the Nazi yoke, save many nations from complete extermination.

On May 9, 2020, we Soviet people will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the victory of the Soviet people over fascist Germany in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.

We will celebrate the 75th anniversary of Victory with the name of the leader and organizer of the victories of the Soviet people, Generalissimo of the USSR Comrade Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin.

Stalin united Soviet people of different nationalities, different languages and religions in one fit - in the defense of the Socialist Fatherland, inspired them with the idea of higher Soviet patriotism.

In Moscow on Red Square along the Mausoleum of V.I. Lenin passed the historical two military parades of the Red Army: November 7, 1941 and June 24, 1945

I.V. Stalin from the Mausoleum of V.I. On November 7, 1941, Lenin called on the troops of the Red Army to defeat the troops of fascist Germany and instilled in them faith in the coming mandatory victory over the enemy. June 24, 1945 at the Victory Parade at the foot of the Mausoleum of V.I. Lenin, the Red Army threw 200 banners and standards of the troops of defeated Nazi Germany. The symbols of the Nazis were then burned.

Mausoleum V.I. Lenin on Red Square in Moscow, the red banner with a sickle and a hammer, the State Emblem of the USSR are the main symbols of the Soviet Union and the glorious Soviet era.

Drapery with plywood shields of the Mausoleum of V.I. Lenin "in the days of people's triumphs and tribulations" is perceived in reality as an absurd recognition by Russia of what the bourgeois propaganda of the West and Russian liberals are now imposing on us aggressively - it was not the USSR that defeated the Hitler hordes, but the countries of the anti-Hitler coalition that entered the war only in 1944 after the Soviet troops, having crossed the border of the USSR, liberated the countries of Europe, when the outcome of the war was finally decided thanks to the actions of the USSR Red Army.

There is no Mausoleum V.I. Lenin - there is no Victory of the Soviet people over fascist Germany on May 9, 1945

There is no Mausoleum V.I. Lenin - there is not the most shameful for the German aggressor symbolic fact of the overthrow on June 24, 1945 of 200 fascist banners and standards precisely at the foot of the Mausoleum of V.I. Lenin.

The current government of Russia constantly in all statements about the Second World War avoids answering the question: who, in fact, won, under whose leadership and over whom in the Great Patriotic War, and in the Second World War? Everyone in the world knows that Nazi Germany was defeated by the Soviet people, led by Supreme Commander-in-Chief Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin, and won under the red banner with a hammer and sickle, with the Bolshevik Communists who were the first to attack.

Putin has recently called for the truth about the war. So why is he hiding from people on May 9 the Mausoleum on Red Square - a symbol of this Victory?

The Russian authorities are cunning when they are outraged by the demolition of Soviet-era monuments and liberating soldiers in Europe. First of all, the Russian authorities themselves should return the monuments of the Soviet era to their former places and return the cities to their former, Soviet names. And above all, this must be done for the monuments of I.V. Stalin and return the name to the cities of Stalingrad and Leningrad.

Russian authorities! Do not continue to shame in front of the whole world, bashfully hiding under the plywood for the sake of the unfriendly West to us. Mausoleum of V.I. Lenin!

We are against the reburial of V.I. Lenin from the Mausoleum of V.I. Lenin on Red Square in Moscow is the historical great symbol of Russia of the Soviet era.

The monuments of the Soviet era were not created by you, the liberals, but by the people, and not by you, the liberals, to destroy them.

There is no Mausoleum on Red Square (it is hidden behind plywood shields), which means there is no Victory either. Then WHAT and WHOSE victory will we celebrate on May 9, 2020?

Politically, this is a conscious desovetization of Victory Day!

Glory to I.V. Stalin -  to the leader and organizer of the victories of the Red Army!

February 6 would have been 78 years since the birth of Kim Jong Il

On February 16, the DPRK celebrates a commemorative date - 78 years (1942) from the birth of Comrade Kim Jong Il - the eternal -General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, the Great Leader of the DPRK, the Supreme Commander of the Korean People’s Army, the Chairman of the State Defense Committee of the DPRK, the son of the great Leader of the Comrade Kim Il Sung, Generalissimo (2012, posthumous). Comrade Kim Jong Il had a large number of awards and titles from around the world.

Comrade Kim Jong Il was a talented political, state, party and military leader, ideologist and leader of the Korean Labor Party, who developed the theoretical designs of Kim Il Sung before the theory and practice of socialist construction of Juche socialism in the DPRK. Unlike the Great Leader, comrade Kim Il Sung, who considered the Juche ideological principles created by him as a political science based on the theory of Marxism-Leninism, comrade Kim Jong Il in his theoretical writings (and his successor comrade Kim Jong-un) regarded Juche as an original original theory not related to Marxism-Leninism. Note that the three main postulates of the Juche theory - independence, independence, self-reliance - were basic in the construction of Soviet statehood I.V. Stalin since the creation of the USSR in December 1922 and throughout the history of the Stalinist period of the functioning of the USSR. I.V. Stalin, as you know, was an outstanding personality, a major theoretician of Marxism-Leninism, who developed the teachings of the founders of the theory under the conditions of victory and successful construction of socialism in the USSR. His theoretical works represented and now represent a huge contribution to the treasury of Marxism-Leninism, the study of which opens up broad prospects for the successful revolutionary struggle of the oppressed masses for their liberation from the oppression of imperialism. Theoretical works of I.V. Stalin is carefully studied throughout the world by everyone who is now fighting against modern fascist imperialism for socialism.

Under Kim Jong Il,  the WPK set as a fundamental goal - to build a prosperous socialist state. Under the leadership of comrade Kim Jong Il, this task was successfully implemented. For the DPRK, which has a large shortage of acreage due to the mountainous landscape of the country, during the reign of Kim Jong Il, a grandiose reconstruction of all the territory possible for agricultural use was carried out, which made it possible to get rid of the need to import the main traditional food of the Koreans - rice. Now the country itself provides itself with this important agricultural product, which is very important in the face of constant, ever-tougher year-on-year comprehensive sanctions by the United States, seeking to strangle the DPRK with hunger.

Under Kim Jong Il, animal husbandry (goat farming), fish farming, and gardening (on the slopes of hills and mountains) were developed from scratch. Kim Il Sung dreamed that every Korean could have an apple every day for food. In general, the food program in the DPRK under Kim Jong Il was successfully resolved.

In the same years, the DPRK's energy problem was solved by building a mass of power plants on small rivers (there are no others in Korea), asphalt roads were built, railway communication between the leading cities of the country was developed. At the modern level, there are enterprises producing coal, minerals, gold, and uranium ores. Successful housing construction has been carried out in cities and rural areas with the provision of free, comfortable housing to everyone in need, especially young families. Great successes have been achieved in the field of medical services for the population in remote regions. High development has reached science and education. The entire youngest population of the country is fully provided with (naturally free) kindergartens and kindergartens. Thus, under Kim Jong Il, the organization of the life of the people in the DPRK was carried out at a very high level of amenities and welfare. In other words, the quality of life of Koreans in the city and in the countryside has significantly improved.

Constant threats from the United States to launch a preventive nuclear strike on the DPRK with the aim of overthrowing the socialist system in the country and killing the country's leader forced the DPRK to withdraw from the NPT (January 11, 2003) (the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons - signed by the DPRK in 1985 under Kim Ir Sene) and actually engage in the creation of their own nuclear weapons - the only real means in the current context of confronting American gangster imperialism. According to the leaders of the DPRK, withdrawing from the NPT is "a legitimate measure of self-defense against the intentions of the United States to strangle the DPRK by force." The DPRK conducted its first underground nuclear test on October 9, 2006. In May 2010, North Korea announced successes in thermonuclear fusion and that the country could increase its nuclear warheads hundreds of times. On February 12, 2013, the DPRK successfully announcednuclear test. But this is already under Kim Jong-un. North Korea's nuclear program was developed under Kim Jong Il.

Under Kim Jong-un, an intercontinental ballistic missile was created capable of reaching the west coast of the United States ... This fact and subsequent tests of the DPRK of its weapons forced the United States to negotiate with Kim Jong-un, trying to trick him into nuclear disarmament from the DPRK. These negotiations, of course, did not lead to anything.

We, AUCPB, welcome the DPRK leadership’s peaceful policy aimed at increasing the well-being of the people and enhancing defense capabilities in the interest of peace in northeast Asia.

On a memorial day on February 16, we celebrate the enormous role of Comrade Kim Jong Il in achieving the successful construction of a prosperous independent socialist state of the DPRK. We wish the country of morning calm with new significant successes along this path under the leadership of its leader Comrade Kim Jong-un.

Central Committee of the AUCPB

XX Congress of the CPSU - Congress of Traitors

In February 1956, the XX Congress of the CPSU was held. This congress can rightfully be called the "congress of traitors." At it, the first secretary Nikita Khrushchev read out his report “On the cult of personality and its consequences”, which laid the foundation for the blackening of I.V. Stalin.

The destructive consequences of Khrushchev’s whistle dance are hard to overestimate. The campaign of discrediting Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin, whose name is associated with the construction of socialism, industrialization and collectivization, the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, at the same time meant blackening the entire history of the Soviet Union and socialism in principle.

“Stalin is trampled in order to get close to Lenin. And some are already starting Lenin, ”stated Vyacheslav Molotov, one of the“ Stalinist ”leaders of the Soviet state, on the eve of Perestroika, shortly before his death.

“Not a single enemy brought as much trouble as Khrushchev brought to us with his policy regarding the past of our party and the state, as well as towards Stalin,” admitted former Khrushchev’s comrade-in-arms, Marshal Dmitry Ustinov.

Many contemporaries said that it was from the 20th Congress, from the report “On the Cult of the Personality,” that people began to lose faith in Soviet communist ideals, which were now replaced by confusion in their heads.

What motivated Nikita Khrushchev when he wrote the “report”, what goals did he pursue, dousing the heroic period of building socialism in the USSR? Researchers point out that Khrushchev had “personal accounts” with Stalin: his son Leonid was captured during the war, went over to the Germans, but was then captured by Soviet intelligence and shot. However, Khrushchev found many friends and accomplices, including in the leadership of the CPSU, and this is not only a matter of personal accounts.

V.I. Lenin and I.V. Stalin warned that the danger to socialism is not only open enemies, but also hidden - for the time being - enemies. Among them are people with the psychology of a petty landlord, a tradesman, a layman who are hostile to the great struggle and the great transformations that socialism brings with it. Among these inhabitants was the peasant son Nikita Khrushchev, who joined the Communists in 1918. These inhabitants, including those who crawled into the Communist Party, did not want reprisals, were afraid of the class struggle, their ideal of “socialism” came down to a “quiet”, “peaceful” course of life. Therefore, during the time of Khrushchev, it was announced that the dictatorship of the proletariat was abandoned and replaced with a “nation-wide state”, and the Leninist-Stalinist position on the continuation and intensification of the class struggle during the construction of socialism was subjected to defamation. Khrushchevtsev was even scared of the Stalinist plan for the transformation of nature, and it was curtailed. They were scared even by the majestic Stalinist architecture, and they adopted the infamous decree "On eliminating excesses in design and construction." Finally, the pygmies, having reached the heights of party power, simply could not help but give a damn about the grave of the giant Stalin.

Khrushchev, relying on his supporters, in 1953 achieved the arrest and murder of Marshal Lavrentiy Beria. But, and becoming the first secretary of the Central Committee, he still did not have all the full power - while George Malenkov remained the chairman of the Council of Ministers. Khrushchev engaged in hardware intrigues, in 1955 Malenkov was accused of economic mistakes and removed from his post as chairman of the Council of Ministers. It was then that the supreme power in the country actually passed to Khrushchev, and he began to revise and revise the entire ideology of the USSR.

Often the question arises - why was there not a single person among the delegates of the XX Party Congress who would spit on Khrushchev’s face while reading his report “On the cult of personality”? Indeed, among the party leaders there were also the old Bolsheviks Vyacheslav Molotov and Lazar Kaganovich, who had gone through the school of revolutionary struggle, fought against the tsarism in the barricades. Molotov himself later in his memoirs said that he did not want a split in the party, civil conflict, so he did not appeal to the people, but hoped to remove Khrushchev from power by instrumental methods.

The potential for a popular uprising against the Khrushchevites was present. Khrushchev's gasping of Stalin's name was perceived as an insult in Georgia. Thousands of workers and students of various nationalities took to the streets of Tbilisi in March 1953. Eyewitnesses said that if Stalin's old ally Molotov called on them to speak out against the Khrushchevites, they would follow him. On the night of March 10, a rally of thousands went to the Communications House in Tbilisi to send a telegram to Molotov. The demonstrators were then shot by troops: the exact number of victims of that massacre is unknown - from 15, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, to several hundred, according to eyewitnesses.

Events in Tbilisi, in fact, became the first link in a chain of popular unrest and performances that swept the country during the reign of Khrushchev (including the well-known events in Novocherkassk). But in all these unrest, the speakers did not have a clear understanding of what was happening, the Bolshevik leaders, the program and organization.

In 1957, the old Communists Molotov, Kaganovich, Malenkov, Voroshilov and “Shepilov who joined them” tried to implement the scenario of Khrushchev’s removal from power at a meeting of the Presidium of the CPSU Central Committee. But by this time Khrushchev had already placed his people everywhere in the party, enlisted the support of the generals, and his opponents themselves had been declared an “anti-party group” and removed from all posts. Khrushchevism triumphed completely.

The negative consequences of the Khrushchev report "On the cult of personality" were not slow to manifest themselves not only in the USSR, but also in other countries. In the countries of Eastern Europe, local "Khrushchevs" began to break into power - with the support of Moscow. The most bloody events occurred in 1956 in Hungary. There, the revisionists and outright counter-revolutionaries, inspired by the “changes” in the USSR, removed the head of the Hungarian Workers' Party M. Rakosi from the post, and then began terror against the Communists. On October 23, a fascist mob in Budapest broke a monument to Stalin. Events in Hungary already directly led to the fact that a neo-fascist regime could be established there, and the country itself - to move from the category of allies of the USSR to NATO. This forced the Soviet leadership to send troops to Hungary to restore order, after which local "Khrushchevites" were placed in power there.

The discrediting of the name of Stalin, the beginning of the undermining of socialist transformations in the USSR and Eastern Europe led to the outflow of people from communist parties around the world, to the creation of chaos in the minds of people who had previously firmly seen a beacon of progress in Moscow. So, during 1956, up to a third of its members left the Communist Party of Great Britain. The Communist Party of Great Britain after this never became mass.

The firm position of condemning the Khrushchev "coups" was taken by the Albanian Labor Party, headed by Enver Hoxna. The central newspaper of the Chinese Communists, the People’s Daily, in an editorial on the role of the individual in history, in April 1956 actually criticized the Khrushchev report, calling it "intentional falsification."

So Khrushchev's "report" laid the foundation for a split in the international communist movement, undermining its strength and unity.

Thirty years later, when the Gorbachevites launched “perestroika,” it was no coincidence that they began it with a new wave of defamation named after I.V. Stalin. They understood that in order to destroy the USSR they needed to discredit the period of building socialism, to convince the Soviet people that there was nothing bright and heroic there, but only terrible irrational “repressions”. In this they were helped by the ideological “weapon” that Khrushchev gave them.

Crimean (Yalta) Conference of 1945

The Crimean conference of the leaders of the three allied powers - the USSR, the USA and Great Britain - was held from February 4 to 11, 1945 during the powerful offensive of the Red Army and the active actions of the allied forces on the second front. At the same time, the offensive in the west was significantly inferior to the swift advance of Soviet troops in the east: on February 4, 1945, Soviet troops stood 60 km from Berlin, and Anglo-American divisions were 450–500 km away. This circumstance compelled the delegations of Great Britain and the United States to reckon with the interests of the Soviet Union and find compromise solutions.

The delegations of the Allied Powers were headed by: Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars (Government) of the USSR Joseph Stalin, US President Franklin Roosevelt, and Prime Minister of Great Britain Winston Churchill. At the conference of the "Big Three" military issues were discussed, but the main attention was paid to the problems of the post-war structure of the world.

The USSR strove for such a system of post-war Europe, which would completely exclude the possibility of new aggression from Germany and provide a favorable environment for economic, political and cultural cooperation of European countries.

A significant place was given to the question of attitudes toward Germany after its defeat and its future. There was no significant disagreement between the Allies regarding the administrative management of Germany. Before the conference, representatives of the three powers in the European Administrative Commission prepared draft agreements On the Occupation Zones of Germany and on the Management of Greater Berlin and On the Control Mechanism in Germany. After some changes related to the allocation of the zone of occupation for France, these projects formed the basis of the relevant documents on the post-war status of Germany. The allies agreed on the demilitarization of the country, on bringing war criminals to justice and eradicating fascism. The communiqué about the outcome of the conference said: "Only when Nazism and militarism are uprooted, there will be hope for a decent existence for the German people and a place for them in the community of nations."

A large place at the conference was occupied by the consideration of reparations. The question of compensation for military losses was raised at the conference by the Soviet delegation. Given that the conference was held on the ground destroyed by the Nazis, this issue did not cause much controversy. It was decided to establish a total amount of reparations in the amount of $ 20 billion. Half of this amount was due to the USSR, payments had to be made in kind: machinery, industrial equipment, vehicles. At the same time, the demilitarization of fascist Germany was envisaged. Specific measures for the denationalization and demilitarization of Germany were decided at the next conference in Potsdam.

The conference paid great attention to resolving the Polish question, which was discussed in two aspects: the borders of Poland and the composition of its government. When discussing this issue I.V. Stalin emphasized: "... the Soviet Union is interested in creating a powerful free and independent Poland." The Soviet delegation proposed to approve the border of Poland along the Curzon line in the east and along the Oder - West Neisse in the west. The issue of the eastern borders of Poland did not cause much disagreement at the conference, and the Soviet proposal was accepted by the heads of government of the three powers, i.e. Western Ukraine and Western Belarus, which became part of the USSR in 1939, remained Soviet. Regarding the western borders of Poland, representatives of the United States and England, under various pretexts, spoke out against the Soviet proposal. In the end, it was decided that Poland "... should receive a substantial increase in territory in the North and the West."

A heated political struggle unfolded at a conference on the composition of the Polish government. After a long debate, a compromise was reached: it envisaged the reorganization of the Provisional Government in Poland by including "... democratic figures from Poland itself and Poles from abroad." The United States and England have pledged to establish diplomatic relations with this new government. Having accepted this proposal, the Soviet side made a compromise, which ultimately proved to be advantageous for the Polish people, because the creation of the reorganized Provisional Government of National Unity led to the liquidation of the Polish émigré government.

On the question of Yugoslavia, the conference adopted a number of recommendations regarding the formation of the Provisional Joint Government from representatives of the National Committee for the Liberation of Yugoslavia and the emigrant royal government in London, as well as the creation of the Provisional Parliament on the basis of the Anti-Fascist People's Liberation Yugoslavia.

At the conference, some Far Eastern issues were discussed. The Soviet government reaffirmed its promise to enter the war against Japanese aggressors two to three months after the end of the war in Eurone The political conditions for entering the war against Japan were also agreed upon, including the return of South Sakhalin and the Kuril Islands to the Soviet Union, as well as the preservation of the status quo of the Mongolian People's Republic.

Of major importance was the decision of the Crimean Conference on the establishment of a universal international organization for the maintenance of peace and security - the United Nations (UN) and its permanent body - the Security Council. An agreement was reached on which countries to invite to the founding conference of the UN. The conference participants agreed with the proposal of the USSR - Ukraine and Belarus were included in the UN Assembly as the most affected by the fascist occupation.

All the work of the Crimean Conference proceeded under the sign of the immeasurably increased international authority of the Soviet Union and its peace-loving policy.

VICTORY IN UNITED ACTION

Strike movement in France

The mass protest movement in France began with the appearance on the streets of November 17, 2018 of transport workers who opposed the increase in prices for gasoline (by 15%) and diesel fuel (by 23%). In France, public transport is underdeveloped and therefore private personal transport and commercial transportation are very important for ordinary citizens of France. (Today, the price of 1 liter of gasoline in France is about 112 rubles.)

The protesters were in uniform - traveling yellow vests, so the movement was called the protest of the yellow vests. Before the mass street protests, the protest was formed on social networks, on the Internet ...

Protests all this time took place on Saturdays. These actions are organized by the country's largest trade unions, including the General Confederation of Labor, with the support of the Yellow Vests movement. The strikers also receive material assistance from the “funds to protect the strikers” created by citizens. The initial mass demonstrations of “yellow vests” against the increase in automobile fuel prices and the “defeat” caused by the radical protesters on the Champs Elysees and vandalism against the symbol of France, the Arc de Triomphe, forced Macron to declare a six-month moratorium on raising the price of automobile fuel. Note that, having come to power, Macron first reduced the taxes on their big fortunes to the oligarchs. (Note that Emmanuel Macron, an investment banker, is one of the richest people in France.) At the same time, for the French living on minimal incomes, taxes increased - in particular, on gasoline. Therefore, the protesters, represented by their leaders, said that a six-month moratorium on rising gas prices is only minor concessions to the authorities and insufficient to improve the living standards of the working people. A € 100 salary increase at a high price level in France was also a mockery.

A List appeared (of 25 items in 4 sections) of the demands of the "yellow vests" to the French Government in order to overcome the socio-political crisis, namely:

I. Economics and labor.

1.Convocation of a popular meeting for tax reform. Legislative ban on taxes exceeding 25% of a citizen’s condition.

Immediate increase of 40% of the minimum wage, pensions and living wage.
Immediately create new jobs in the field of healthcare, education, public transport, law and order, etc., to ensure the proper functioning of all infrastructures.
    4. Immediately begin construction of 5 million units of affordable housing, thereby ensuring a reduction in rents, mortgages and job creation in the construction industry. Strictly punish city halls and regional administrations, leaving the homeless in the open.
Reduce the size of banks and break up banking monopolies, thereby protecting the financial sector from crisis. To prohibit banks with investors to engage in exchange speculation. To prohibit “saving” illiquid banks by taxpayer money.
    6. To annul the internal (state) debt as a fiction. Such a debt does not exist, it has already been paid many times in a row.
With popular support, rewrite the Constitution in the interests of the sovereignty of the people. To legitimize general referenda on a popular initiative.
    8. Prohibit lobbying and influence schemes. To prohibit persons with a criminal record for life holding elected office. Prohibit holding several concurrently elected posts.

II.Frexit (Brexit).

(Brexit - for –Britain,

Frexit for France)

To leave the EU and regain our political, financial and economic sovereignty (such was the will of the people in the 2005 referendum). Resume the circulation of its own currency, exiting the Lisbon Treaty. Even this one measure will already save us 50 billion euros per year.
    10. Stop the practice of tax evasion. Return the 80 billion euros that the largest 40 companies owe to the state, which is in no hurry to claim them.
Immediately stop further privatization and return to the state the already privatized property: airports, railways and motorways, parking lots ...
    12. Immediately remove radars and stop cameras from the road. They are useless in preventing traffic accidents and are nothing more than a veiled tax.
The national education system is to exclude ideology from education and critically review destructive and discredited teaching methods.
In the field of justice - increase the budget four times. Prescribe in law the maximum permitted waiting time for legal procedures. Simplify the judicial system. Make justice free and accessible.
MEDIA. Break media monopolies, eradicate nepotism between the media and politicians. Make the media publicly available and guarantee diversity. Prohibit editorial propaganda. Stop media subsidies - 2 billion a year. Stop tax breaks for reporters.
    16. Guarantee civil liberties. To register in the Constitution a complete ban on government interference in education, health care and the institution of the family.

III. Environment and health.

17. The law obliges equipment manufacturers to extend the shelf life to at least 10 years.

Oblige them to have spare parts available.

As soon as possible, prohibit the production and handling of plastic containers and other packaging that clogs the environment.
Limit the impact of pharmaceutical companies on the healthcare system.

Hold a popular health care reform congress.

Agriculture. Prohibit GMOs, pesticides suspected of developing cancer and endocrine system pathology. Prohibit the use of agricultural land without rotation of crops.
    21. To re-carry out the industrialization of the country, in order to abandon imports, as causing the greatest harm to the environment.
    Foreign policy.
Quit NATO immediately. Legally prohibit the use of French troops in wars of aggression.
Relations between France and Africa. Stop the policy of robbery, stop military and political interference. To give the money and property of dictators, acquired by dishonest means, to the people of Africa. Immediately return the French troops home.

Put an end to the CFA franc system (note - the colonial system obliges African countries to keep foreign exchange reserves "in the Central Bank of France and pay for this" pleasure "of France) a system that keeps Africa in poverty. Negotiate as equals with equals.

To stop the flow of immigrants is a stream that we have neither the means to accept nor integrate, and which plunged our country into a deep crisis that endangers our survival.
In foreign policy, exclusive respect for international law and signed agreements.

At the end of the List, note:

“Let these 25 measures not change our daily lives instantly. But even points 9 and 10 will bring 130 billion to the treasury. France is a country rich in courageous and hardworking people. We do not deserve to live in poverty. ”

This List of requirements of the people of France to their Government for overcoming the socio-political crisis, is almost 100% (if we exclude, which specifically concerns France only) is identical to the requirements of the Russian (Soviet) people to the Russian government. Indeed, the socio-political and demographic situation (thanks to the liberals who are now in power) in our country is much worse than in France. (According to the Federal State Statistics Service, the population decline only in 2019 amounted to 260 thousand people - that is, the highest over the past 11 years. The influx of migrants does not compensate for this.)

It seems that in preparing his appeal to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation (January 15, 2020), President V.V. Putin kept this List before his eyes and on the basis of it formulated what was necessary and should be done for the people of Russia in the first place. After all, the requirements of the mendicant people to their rulers in European countries and in Russia are one and the same. And the reasons for the plight of the people in Europe and in Russia are also the same - political and material support (even more?) By the rulers of their oligarchy (so that they, oligarchs, God forbid, do not reduce their planned profits in case price fluctuations in the world market, i.e. full insurance of profits of the super-rich due to robbery and infringement of social rights and guarantees of the population)

The only difference between Europe and us is that the foreign class of the super-rich has become such, to a greater extent due to their labors, and our oligarchs are sheer criminals who robbed and stripped naked the Soviet people during the Gorbachev "perestroika" that stole from the people the basis of welfare is public property. And in addition - those who destroyed our socialist Fatherland.

The essence of V. Putin’s reform regarding resolving the issue of demography and, partially, finance, on his appeal to the Federal Assembly, is reflected in the article “The Debt Pit Will Grow”.

I would also hope that the Russian president will finally abandon the moronic education system in the secondary school based on the Unified State Examination, following which Russia is completely losing its future generations.

In other words, by preserving the USE system, the destruction of Russia as a state is programmed through the debilitation of young generations. (“Spread the youth and the nation destroyed.”) This is also facilitated by modern Russian culture, especially in the form of pop music, which has turned into a demonstration of characters of the House of Tolerance in the “House-2” pattern created by Ksyusha Sobchak.

We, the AUCPB, welcome, of course, the displacement of a completely mediocre, failed everything and everyone, in its composition completely liberal Government of D. Medvedev. The only strange thing is that V.V.V., who went bankrupt as a leader, (his close friend in every respect) Putin warmed again on a bread post, beside himself. You can be horrified by thinking WHAT D. Medvedev can do with the liberal-cosmopolitan torture of the Russian defense industry and its scientific potential that suddenly breathed after 30 years of torture tsiala ...

It follows from V. Putin’s Appeal to the Federal Assembly that the liberal structure of the economy remains, therefore, there is no need to wait for changes for the better ...

After President Macron announced the introduction of the pension reform in 2019, the movement of yellow vests was transformed into a mass protest strike movement and took on a tough confrontation between the ruling authorities. Starting December 5, 2019, a series of mass strikes initiated by trade unions took place throughout France.

In December 2019, stocks became radical. Posters appeared demanding the resignation of President Macron, such as “Macron, Run! The people are coming! ” In other words, the demonstrators are demanding the resignation of Macron as president. In the crowds of protesters you can find the slogan "We are here, but Macron does not want to see us." The president continues to persevere in his decision on pension reform. In his New Year’s speech on TV, President Macron said:

“I will carry out reforms no matter what!”

The vast majority of demonstrators are employees of the French National Railways Society (SNCF) and the Paris Autonomous Transport Authority (RATP). Recently, teachers of schools, lyceums and universities, and even students, as well as lawyers and even workers of the Paris Opera joined the protesters - everyone who believes that their situation with the introduction of new pension rules will worsen.

If the cancellation of opera performances can be endured, it is difficult to endure the transport collapse resulting from the demonstrations: the metro and railways work half-heartedly, high-speed train flights are cut by a quarter, out of every five suburban trains, only two go on the line. In addition, unions with red flags replaced the yellow vest unions on the streets of cities. In the crowd of protesters you can see Cuban flags with a portrait of Che Guevara. French citizens do not express serious indignation against the inconvenience caused by transport, realizing that the protesters are fighting for their pension rights.

From the very beginning, radicals (as previously mentioned) entered the ranks of the strikers - strong young people in black clothes and masks. They trash shops, set fire to parked cars, cripple sculptural and park symbols of France. Among the radicals there is a slogan - "Destroy the foundations of capitalism." The prefecture of the Paris Police issued a decree according to which "any gathering of people calling themselves" yellow vests "is prohibited on the Champs Elysees, in the sector of the National Assembly, in the Senate, at Notre Dame and at several points. The Louvre is currently closed.

Vandalism and the seizure of state institutions necessitates the introduction of an emergency economic and social situation. Police use rubber bullets, tear gas, water guns, sonic grenades and other measures to disperse protesters. During the protests in 2019, according to available information, 11 people were killed, and 2.5 thousand people were wounded. About 1.8 thousand security personnel were injured. During the manifestations of the "yellow vests" material damage amounted to about 3 billion euros, in Paris alone - up to 4 million euros. Strikes take place regardless of the Christmas holidays. According to the largest French trade union, on January 9, 1.5 million people went on strike in more than 250 demonstrations across the country. (According to the French Ministry of the Interior, 800,000 people took part in the strike, including 65,000 in Paris, The Local). Protests swept the French provinces. Strikes took place in Rouen, Bordeaux, Marseille and Toulouse.

Over 60 percent of the French people approve of the strike and consider it justified.

The strike of the "yellow vests" has been going on longer than the most violent protests of 2003 against the pension reform, which forced the government of Jean-Pierre Raffaren to retreat.

Under the influence of the mass strike movement on Saturday, January 11, 2020, the government of Emmanuel Macron made the first concession, announcing the possibility of canceling (or postponing for a longer term) raising the retirement age. Then, gradual changes in pension legislation should begin in 2022 (and not in 2020) and end in 2027, with an increase in the age of retirement from 62 to 64 years. The French government is also discussing in the penultimate week of January that, given the combination of positive circumstances in the second reading of the law, the retirement age may not be raised. Is the government urgently looking for money to “finance new steps of social progress”? ...

Our friends, the French Communists (with whom we have long-standing constant relations, publish the magazine - INTERVENTIONCOMMUNISTE) sent us a magazine and a special issue on the strike movement called "Communist Coordination", "Communist Solidarity" (RASSEMBLEMENTCOMMUNISTE.FR) with a leaflet in support of the strikers.

We give the text of the leaflet.

“AS IN BELGIUM, WE CAN AND WE SHOULD  WE WILL WIN!

In Belgium, the government wanted to carry out the same reform. Only with a single call did the trade unions and left-wing political parties manage to mobilize the workers and force the government to retreat under our single slogan: there is no such reform! It was a clear message, created and implemented in unity, which brought victory.

In France, victory is near. The government shows the muscles, but their unity is already falling apart. We need to strengthen the strike movement and paralyze the economy. Capitalists think only of one thing - only of their wallets. The strike and demonstrations, the cessation of production - that’s how we make them cede.

And, above all, we will not let ourselves be deceived. Our time is a time of illusions and deception for the separation of workers. Let's not let ourselves be trapped and, like our Belgian comrades, let's say NO TO THIS REFORM together! This is the only reasonable requirement if we want victory. And she is in our hands!

Pension is a right, not a lottery!

Unite everything in a single strike and a single demonstration against the Macron project! ”

Mass protests of the "yellow vests" are already taking place not only in France, but also in Belgium, Germany, Poland, Greece, Israel. The reason is the growing demand of society for social justice with the widening inequality between the super-rich and the growing army of beggars. This request in a very aggravated form is in Russia ...

Speeches by citizens of the Russian Federation against the pension reform of V. Putin are in every possible way suppressed by the authorities and are not widespread due to intimidation and attraction of opposing speakers to various kinds of administrative prosecutions (judging by the media).

We, the AUCPB, support the economic struggle of the working people, but we stand for the complete destruction of the exploitation system, against the appropriation of other people's labor by the owners of the means of production. We advocate scrapping the entire system of exploitation of other people's labor.

In his work “What is to be done?” V.I. Lenin showed that “distracting the working class from the general political struggle against tsarism and restricting its tasks to an economic struggle with the masters and the government, leaving the masters and the government intact, means dooming the workers to eternal slavery. The economic struggle of the workers with the owners and the government is a trade union struggle for the best conditions for selling labor to the capitalists, but the workers want to fight not only for the best conditions for selling labor to the capitalists, but also for the destruction of the capitalist system itself, which dooms them to the necessity of selling their labor capitalists and be exploited. ”
