A DECISIVE RESPONSE TO ANTI-STALINISM - THE IDEOLOGICAL CONDITION OF THE VICTORY OF THE SOCIALIST REVOLUTION

RESOLUTION

International conference in Minsk dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the birth of I.V. Stalin, on the topic

"A DECISIVE RESPONSE TO ANTI-STALINISM - THE IDEOLOGICAL CONDITION OF THE VICTORY OF THE MODERN SOCIALIST REVOLUTION"

We, representatives of the communist and workers' parties, who gathered in the hero city of Minsk at an international conference dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the birth of I.V. Stalin, on the topic "Decisive resistance to anti-Stalinism - the ideological condition for victory in the modern socialist revolution," state the following .

I.

I.V. Stalin, becoming the head of the party of the CPSU / b / and the proletarian state after the death of V.I. Lenin, as his faithful student, led the first country of socialism for 29 years - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics - in accordance with Leninist scientific principles, was the recognized leader of the Soviet people. Under his leadership in the USSR, for the first time in the history of mankind, real socialism was built as the first stage of communism and the Stalin Constitution was adopted - the constitution of victorious, mainly socialism, the victory of the Soviet people over Hitler Germany, for which the enslaved countries of Europe worked, and also over imperial Japan , in the postwar period, the national economy was unprecedentedly rapidly restored and the transition to the construction of communism began.

Under the Stalin leadership, the main obstacles to successful socialist development were eliminated - the activity of harmful and hostile elements that embarked on the path of sabotage and sabotage of the events of the Soviet government, Trotskyists and right deviators threatening the very existence of the Soviet country was exposed and resolved, a decisive struggle against nationalism was carried out and a powerful internationalist support to the communist, labor, national liberation movement of the foreign countries in the struggle against imperialism , for peace and socialism.

As a result of the activity of I.V. Stalin created the conditions for the formation of the world socialist system, which called into question the continued existence of capitalism on the planet.

I.V. Stalin, having embodied in reality such a mandatory and different from all previous exploiting formations property of a socialist society as managing his formation and activities on a scientific basis, developed Marxist-Leninist science in accordance with the requirements of his time and theoretically outlined the way for Soviet society to realize the transition to communism and, above all:

- formulated the basic economic law of socialism and outlined the path to creating the material and technical base of communism on the basis of scientific planning and the principles of the "Stalinist economy", including its social orientation - a constant increase in labor remuneration as its social productivity grows and prices decrease as production costs decrease. products;

- showed the ways to liquidate classes during the transition to communism, commodity production and the market on the basis of raising collective farm and, as a whole, cooperative property to public property (for this first, restoration of the MTS and other state bodies will be required);

- determined the path to transition to communist public self-government through the development of power (dictatorship) of the working class as the highest democracy under the leadership of the Communist Party and ensuring the suppression of the possibility of counter-revolutionary degeneration of Soviet society.

Stalin revealed to mankind the only sure way to get rid of wars, capable of sending mankind into oblivion under the conditions of the imperialists mastering weapons of mass destruction. He wrote: "In order to eliminate the inevitability of wars, imperialism must be eliminated."

Thus, there is every reason to characterize the theory and practice of I.V. Stalin as the Stalinist development of Marxism-Leninism. This period of development of Marxism-Leninism was aimed at the revolutionary victory of the world proletariat, its deliverance forever from capitalist exploitation and wars.

II.

Therefore, imperialism mobilized and chose as a tactic of the struggle against Marxism-Leninism the discredit of I.V. Stalin and the blackening of the practice of building socialism during the leadership of I.V. Stalin.

A special contribution to this matter was criminally made by N.S. Khrushchev, having imposed on the CPSU in 1956 at the Twentieth Party Congress after its closure, the question of the so-called "personality cult." Since then, the anti-Stalinists have been struggling with the Stalinist theoretical legacy of Marxism-Leninism and the Stalinist leadership style in the construction of socialism in the USSR. The future of mankind depends on the outcome of this struggle: either it will get rid of the shackles of imperialism, crushing it through the socialist revolution, or die in a nuclear cataclysm, which leads to a general crisis of the entire imperialist system.

The decisive factor in the victory over world imperialism, the continuation of the first victorious proletarian revolution - the Great October Revolution - should be the world spanThe Russian organization of the new Comintern, which would be the heir to the political line of the Leninist-Stalinist III International (Communist International 1919 - 1943). Now we need to actively carry out preparatory work in this direction. It is such an organization that is called upon to ensure a combination of the national efforts of the communists in the struggle against their national bourgeoisie with their joint efforts in the struggle against the world financial oligarchy.

III.

In the fight against I.V. Stalin's reaction slanderously attributed to him immodesty, the creation of a cult of his personality, while he was silent that Stalin enjoyed the highest deserved authority among the working people. The people live the memory that the epochal successes of the Soviet workers and the world workers' and national liberation movements were achieved thanks to the activities and leadership of I.V. Stalin.

Theme of the so-called mass political repressions attributed to I.V. Stalin was used as a lever to denigrate all his activities. But it would be surprising if the dictatorship of the proletariat, overthrowing the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie and landlords, abandoned the struggle against the enemies of the Soviet government - anti-Soviet Trotskyists and Bukharinites, traitors to the Soviet Motherland (Vlasovites, Bandera, etc.), Basmachis, forest brothers, and malicious saboteurs and the economic line of development pursued by the Soviet government, etc. Any state has the right to defend itself, and the Soviet state had especially many enemies. It was a just purification of Soviet organizations from harmful and hostile elements, without which there would be no constructive or military victories.

But there were also unjust repressions, which were deliberately cultivated by entrenched in government, including law enforcement, Trotskyists, hidden anti-Soviet and careerists in order to discredit the Soviet government and its fall. Injustice was also allowed by politically illiterate individuals and careerist elements who appeared in the bodies. Such actions during the time of I.V. Stalin were exposed and suppressed by the state itself, including the rehabilitation of the repressed. An attempt to shift the responsibility for the bloody wrecking acts onto the winner of Trotskyism I.V. Stalin is an insidious tactic of the ideologists of the world financial oligarchy.

The internal and external enemies of the USSR, the picture of repression as a whole was maliciously distorted and hid from the public, and to this day it is consciously hiding that I.V. Stalin supported the just punishment of the enemies of the working people and resolutely suppressed all unjust repressions. It also hides the fact that I.V. Stalin played a decisive role in the defeat of Trotskyism, and this greatly contributed to the suppression of unfair political repressions. It also hides that at the initiative of I.V. Stalin, the death penalty was abolished in the USSR as a form of punishment.

Stalin was allegedly attributed to the country's unpreparedness to repel Nazi aggression, while the victory of the Soviet people over the Nazi beast was just an indicator of unprecedentedly powerful preparation for repelling the enemy in the form of industrialization of the Soviet state, collectivization of agriculture, cultural revolution, comprehensive and comprehensive strengthening army, the actual defeat of the "fifth column", as a whole - in building a socialist society with its collectivist class homogeneity, moral political unity, friendship of peoples, labor enthusiasm and social activity of citizens, with a strong unity of the vanguard of the working class and its labor allies.

Specific measures such as the policy of re-equipping the Red Army with modern weapons and early deployment of the defense industry in the eastern regions of the country had a positive effect. The conclusion of a non-aggression pact with Germany provided the necessary respite for a better preparation of the country for defense, made it possible to split the Munich front of the imperialists directed against the USSR, represented by Germany, Italy, England and France and the United States behind them. The reunification of Western Belarus with the BSSR, Western Ukraine with the Ukrainian SSR simultaneously allowed the state border to be moved west. The reunification with the USSR of Bessarabia, previously illegally occupied by Romania, the establishment of new borders with Finland also contributed to strengthening the security of the Soviet state.

Stalin’s skillful use of inter-imperialist contradictions and Lenin’s continuation of compromise tactics, as a result of which the “democratic” imperialist states became part of the anti-Hitler coalition, fought in an alliance with the USSR against the Nazi bloc of states.

The myth of the allegedly unpreparedness of the country under the leadership of IV Stalin for war is cultivated despite such an objective circumstance that the concentrated power of all pro-fascist Europe was rained down on the USSR.

Stalin is charged with establishing the totalitarian system in the USSR. However, critics of I.V. Stalin are frankly ignoredThe fact that he sought to prevent the bureaucratization of Soviet society and the related possibility of its bourgeois degeneration, sought to intensify the efforts of workers in the cause of comprehensive communist construction through the development of socialist democracy, criticism and self-criticism.

The elimination of antagonistic classes in the USSR allowed the adoption of the 1936 socialist Constitution. I.V. Stalin laid in it unprecedented social and political guarantees for the working people. The Constitution ensured equal participation in the elections of all citizens of the USSR, gave the right to nominate candidates for deputies from party, trade union, Komsomol organizations and from cooperatives (collective farms, etc.) These circumstances, under the leadership of the Communist Party, ensured the dictatorship of the working class and guaranteed protection of the Soviet government from internal rebirth and external threat.

IV.

After the death of I.V. Stalin, it was his opponents who revised the scientific path of the movement towards communism to the opposite and forgot it in all its parts, which led to opportunism, which opened the way for the deformations of socialism, the restoration of bourgeois relations and the revitalization of nationalism, followed by the explosion of the socialist superstructure and the destruction of the USSR .

Since the theoretical and practical heritage of I.V. Stalin is Marxism-Leninism of the era of the transition from capitalism to socialism on a global scale, the purification of the mass consciousness of workers from slandering Stalin is the most important task of an ideological attack on imperialism, the ideological condition for an effective rebuff to counter-revolution in the USSR and in Eastern Europe, the victory of the socialist revolution in individual countries and all over the world. And today the name of I.V. Stalin rightfully stands among the classics of Marxism-Leninism, the leading figures in the thought and practice of the world proletariat - K. Marx, F. Engels, V.I. Lenin.

Glory and eternal gratitude to Comrade Stalin, the great leader of the Soviet people and the entire world proletariat!

Long live Marxism-Leninism and its Stalinist legacy!

Long live the victory of communism on a global scale - a society without classes and social exploitation, with a unified nationwide ownership of the means of production, of general prosperity obtained by highly organized creative collective work using the latest achievements of science and technology, in harmony with nature! Communism is the only way to save humanity from destruction in a nuclear cataclysm and its entry into the path of progress and prosperity!

We will repulse the attacks on I.V. Stalin and continue the struggle for the cause of Marx-Engels-Lenin-Stalin!

STATEMENT

Left patriotic public associations that formed the Unity Coordinating Council,

on the rally in support of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, scheduled for December 20, 2019

December 8, 2019 marks the 20th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty on the Creation of the Union State of Belarus and Russia. Unfortunately, as our communications have repeatedly noted, the process of building the Union State has stalled, and the vast majority of articles (in particular, political) of the Treaty have not been implemented in 20 years.

In connection with the anniversary, a meeting of the presidents of Belarus and Russia was held in Sochi, at which unresolved issues of economic interaction between the two states and the ways of Belarusian-Russian integration were examined.

On the same days (December 7 - 8, 2019) on October Square in the center of Minsk, the pro-Western opposition conducted unauthorized actions directed against integration within the Union State of Belarus and Russia. The police did not impede the holding of these covens, in which some participants showed frankly Russophobic calls, trying to destabilize the public situation in the republic. This caused a negative reaction in the Belarusian society.

In view of the current situation around the Union State, on December 11, 2019, we sent a letter to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, which stated the following request: "The public association" Movement for Democracy, Social Progress and Justice "and the Patriotic Public Association" Fatherland "have always supported, support and intend to continue to support the construction of the Union State of Belarus and Russia.

Due to the fact that there is no time left to submit an official application for the mass event on December 20, 2019, and the issue of Belarus and Russia integration is very important for our peoples, we ask you to assist in issuing permission to hold a rally in support of the deepened Belarusian-Russian integration on Oktyabrskaya square of the city of Minsk on the above day from 12.00 to 13.00 hours. "

On December 17, 2019, the Presidential Administration sent the following answer to us: “In accordance with Article 5 of the Law“ On Mass Events ”, an application for holding a mass event in Minsk is submitted by its organizers to the Minsk City Executive Committee.” As they say, the circle has closed, unfortunately, the rally scheduled for December 20 will not take place.

Despite the fact that the media reported: “The police banned the holding of rallies in Minsk on December 20”, i.e. For supporters of Belarusian-Russian integration and its opponents, questions arise: why didn’t the police forbid the unauthorized Sabbath of the nationalists on December 7-8, when they raged with anti-Russian slogans in the center of the Belarusian capital? To whose mill is such selectivity poured on the issue of resolving mass events in the hero city of Minsk?

We, the leaders of the left-patriotic associations that formed the Unity Coordination Council, recall that the Treaty on the Creation of the Union State was signed taking into account the will of the people expressed in two referenda - the All-Union in March 1991 and the Republican in May 1995. The will of the people is the highest law. Thus, the pro-Western opposition, claiming the title of defender of the interests of the people and at the same time opposing the Union State, once again reaffirmed its anti-people character.

We declare that we intend to closely monitor the situation around the fulfillment of the will of the Belarusian people regarding implementation of the Treaty on the Creation of the Union State of Belarus and Russia. If necessary, we will call on the working people of the capital to support the Union State so that the situation in the republic does not follow the Ukrainian scenario, which is what the Western sponsors of Belarusian nationalists are interested in. As you know, in Ukraine, after the coup, with the support of the West, neo-Bandera forces came to power, and now the Ukrainian people will be plunged into a civil war in which innocent people die, the economy in the interests of Western companies is destroyed, pro-fascist orders are introduced in the country, and intensive work is underway to join the aggressive NATO bloc for the war against fraternal Russia.

We declare: “The union of Belarus and Russia is eternal and indestructible!” So the Belarusians said, so be it!

The leaders of the left-patriotic organizations of Belarus, which formed the Coordination Council "UNITY":

V.V. Draco, Chairman of the Republican Council of the Public Association "For Democracy, Social Progress and Justice", deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the I convocation

V.B. Zelikov, Secretary of the Central Committee of the AUCPB, Chairman of the Republican Civil Committee of the Patriotic Public Association "Fatherland"

L.E. Shkolnikov, secretary-coordinator of the Republican public association "For the Union and the Communist Party of the Union"

ECONOMIC BASIS OF LENIN ELECTRIFICATION IN THE STALIN ECONOMY

Speech by a member of the Central Committee, Comrade Ryabov, V.I. at the Plenum of the Central Committee of the AUCPB December 22, 2019

Celebrating the 140th anniversary of Stalin’s birth, we cannot help but notice the fact that the Russian authorities are intensely preparing for the Victory Parade over Nazi Germany in honor of the 75th anniversary of this historic achievement, clearly wanting to shine their own images in front of the international community on this historic peak of success without any noticeable success in saving the impoverished in Russia from disease and death. Accordingly, seeing only himself on the historical crest of success from that war, under which the authorities are driving some successes in the current reality. The present authorities of Russia do not even think of the need to celebrate this anniversary by erecting a monument to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin in the center of the capitals, knowing well that these monuments were already erected on the territory of the USSR and were demolished by Khrushchev’s associates, then showing an example of fascist vandalism, which now continue the fascist followers of Bandera in Ukraine, already demolishing the monuments to Lenin. Western liberals with domestic “democrats” are strenuously trying to rehabilitate the traitor A. Vlasov in order to continue the practice of demolishing Lenin’s monuments in the image of Ukrainian Bandera in Russia.

As regards V. Putin’s calls for increasing labor productivity, this call is being resolved on dashing calls, devoid of any support for reality, more reminiscent of hatred, rather than relying on personal experience.

The issue of increasing labor productivity was solved at the expense of “black gold” - and  was developed by Lenin, and after him continued by I.V. Stalin, which manifested itself during the period of industrialization and the tremendous pace of increasing labor productivity both during the war and after it.

At the VIII Congress of Soviets in December 1920, proclaiming the construction of communism with the wording “Soviet power plus the electrification of the whole country,” Lenin will say:

“I just wanted to remind you that this is not the first time we are returning to this advancement of the labor front in first place. Recall the resolution that the All-Russian Central Executive Committee issued on April 29, 1918. It was a time when the Brest peace that was imposed on us cut Russia economically, and we were put in extremely difficult conditions by an exorbitantly predatory treaty. ... many of the issues that we have to work on now were posed quite definitely, firmly, and quite decisively back in April 1918. Remembering this, we say: repetition is the mother of learning. It is impossible to do without construction without a huge number of repetitions, without some going back, without checking, without individual corrections, without new tricks, without straining forces to convince others and those unprepared to do it ”(PSS, 4th edition, vol. 31, p. 464- 465).

That is, from the very beginning of the Civil War, Lenin did not look at the confrontation of classes in Russia from the standpoint of only victory on the military front, he already considered the economic front with the planned foundations of electrification as the main direction of development of the world revolution, preparing the GOELRO plan, which immediately led to VIII Congress of Soviets to an ideological confrontation with Trotsky, and then continued at the X Congress of the RCP (B.) in 1921, when Kollontai simply attacked Lenin in a fury.

The Leninist formulation of communism "Soviet power plus the electrification of the whole country" was two party programs. The first program - “Soviet power, differs from the massive book of the GOELRO plan,” noted Lenin, “in that it is already framed“ in a book less thick, but extremely valuable. This is a political program, this is a list of our tasks, this is an explanation of the relations between classes and masses. But we must also remember that it is time to embark on this road in reality and measure its practical results. Our party program cannot remain only a party program. It must turn into a program of our economic construction, otherwise it is also unsuitable as a party program. It should be supplemented by the second program of the party, a plan of work to restore our national economy and bring it to modern technology. Without an electrification plan, we cannot move on to actual construction. Speaking about the restoration of agriculture, industry and transport, about their harmonious combination, we cannot but talk about a broad economic plan. We must come to the point of adopting a well-known plan: of course, it will be a plan adopted only in the order of first approximation. This party program will not be as unchanged as our real program, subject to change only at party congresses. No, this program will be improved, developed, improved and modified every day, in every workshop, in every volost. We need it, as the first draft that all of Russia will face, as a great economic plan, designed for no less than ten years and less saying how to transfer Russia to the real economic base necessary for communism. " (PSS, t.31, s.482-483).

The second party program, after fulfilling the GOELRO plan, essentially meant a constant increase in labor productivity on the initiative from below, that is, "in every workshop, in every volost" such an initiative should be manifested, since it was born there. Therefore, the productivity of labor, Lenin, put in place the most important, most important condition for the victory of the new social system. Stalin successfully implemented the Leninist development of the economic base of electrification.

Actually, it was this conscious increase in labor productivity under socialism that replaced the place of surplus value under capitalism established by Marx. After all, the working masses, in power, could not exploit themselves with a “carrot and stick”. Therefore, their workers' workshops and entire volosts (districts) turned into discussion clubs on increasing the rate of growth of labor productivity. The planning bodies of the region, and then of the state level, should have listened to the proposals made and included them in the long-term planning. The State Planning Commission and the State Bank became an integral part of the control of the general plan and the total costs, which formed the entire pricing and profit policy. They calculated in the planned plans the cost of production, determined the prospect of the profit and established ways to realize this profit.

Lenin’s electrification allowed calculating energy costs through the cost of production of any product, because all production is electrified and any accounting department calculates energy costs for the production of its own products. In urban industry, energy costs were calculated from the cost of kilowatts / hour spent from a local power plant, in which they knew the amount of fuel used per kilowatt and transmitted data to all enterprises powered from the power plant. In the countryside, energy costs were calculated by the accounts department of each MTS (machine and tractor station), and all machine operators knew how much gas or kerosene they spent on sowing and harvesting, which made it possible to establish energy costs for each kilogram of the crop. The whole question was only who controls the accounting? In Soviet times, this was done by primary party organizations in production, which trade unions could join. Therefore, energy consumption was well controlled only during the period of Lenin and Stalin, and Malenkov, in his two years at the head of the government, kept these orders. Through the saving of energy, they sought to increase labor productivity, and surplus value was a thing of the past. And after the Great Patriotic War they even switched to lowering prices for consumer goods, which moved the entire monetary system to zero. That is, under Stalin, the Soviet Union switched to the real practice of withering away money and building a classless society, communism.

The process of dying off the monetary system was carried out by controlling the entire production for the interests of the working class, the interests of which were expressed by party committees and trade union committees, fighting to increase labor productivity in all production. The increase in labor productivity was achieved by saving energy resources, for the sake of which increased production plans were adopted, and energy fuel saved during the work was used to increase the living standards of the entire Soviet people, due to its monetary component. Thus, by counting the energy spent, the working class directly controlled the country's economy, influencing it by the growth of profit for its own needs. Cost figures were announced at every party or trade union meeting, so every worker knew what advantages he had in his work and what needed to be improved. To improve labor productivity, increased work plans were adopted at each workplace. Why did the working class really govern and remain the political leader in the country, under the leadership of its vanguard, the Bolshevik party. So far, the Khrushchev leadership has not torpedoed this system of growth in economic calculations, transferring the value of profit to money, ending the transfer with the Kosygin reform in 1965. What has become incomprehensible for the working masses, because this economic mechanism is designed for the bourgeois system, and they could not control the growth of profit. Because of this, control over profit in monetary terms passed to the party bureaucracy. This in production immediately expressed stagnation.

After all, it was all about profit. This craving for property with surplus value was first smashed by Lenin, seeing in the "left" and right deviations the path to the death of socialism. Then Stalin fought off this habit of parasitizing on other people's labor among the Trotskyists and Bukharinites. G.M. Malenkov, who replaced Stalin at the head of the USSR, trampled on the future “faithful Leninists” in two years, while he intensely created the country's missile shield. Ultimately, “faithful Leninists” gained access to public property “with surplus value the happiness of the whole country ”to the delight of their western patrons.

Struggling against the “Stalin personality cult”, the party bureaucracy actually fought the basics of Lenin’s electrification, destroying the socialist economy, and the “sources of anti-Stalinism” that arose stemmed from the inability of the CPSU’s senior leadership to continue the path begun by the Great October Revolution. In other words, from the inability to continue the revolution of the transition to a new economic way of life for all of mankind, based on energy as an advanced way of exchanging goods. ” (N.A. Andreeva).

Stalin left us the great project of building a classless society, for which he is so hated by all the "democrats" -liberals and for which his level of respect in modern conditions has reached 90% of Russia's population.

The Soviet Union - a great socialist power

December 30 marks 97 years (1922) from the date of formation under the direction of V.I. Lenin and I.V. Stalin's Union of Soviet Socialist Republics - the world's first socialist multinational state of workers and peasants, the union of free and equal peoples of the USSR. The I All-Union Congress of Soviets adopted the Declaration and the Treaty on the Formation of the USSR.

The Soviet Union achieved truly world-wide success. Under the leadership of the Bolshevik party, the Soviet people built socialism, defeated fascism in the Great Patriotic War, turned our homeland into a powerful state.

Pre-revolutionary Russia was economically backward and depended on the advanced capitalist states. The country's national wealth (per inhabitant) was inferior to the United States 6.2 times, England - 4.5 times, France - 4.3 times, Germany - 3.5 times. The gap in the economic development of Russia and advanced countries was widening. Its industrial production in relation to the USA in 1870 was approximately 1/6, and in 1913 - only 1/8.

Being the greatest power in terms of territory and natural wealth, the country occupied only fifth place in the world in industrial production and fourth in Europe.

In the agricultural sector, Russia was an ocean of small peasant farms (20 million) with primitive equipment and manual labor.

“After the revolution of 1905, Russia was ruled by 130,000 landowners, ruled by means of endless violence against 150 million people, by means of limitless mockery of them, by compelling the vast majority to hard labor and half-starving existence” (V.I. Lenin).

In pre-revolutionary Russia there were only 91 higher educational institutions, 177 theaters, 213 museums, and 77,767 churches.

“Such a wild country in which the masses of the people were so robbed in the sense of education, light and knowledge - there is not one such country in Europe except Russia” (V.I. Lenin).

The First World War put the country in disaster. The industry fell by 1/3, the collection of bread was reduced by 2 times. Only the overthrow of the power of the bourgeoisie and landlords and its transfer to the hands of the working people could save the country from death.

The victory of the October Revolution opened up great creative prospects to the young Soviet state. The people took control of the basic means of production. Nationalized land (peasants received free of charge more than 150 million hectares of land), factories, factories, all the bowels of the country, banks, sea and river transport, foreign trade.

The Russian economy, undermined by the imperialist war, was severely ruined by the civil war unleashed by the ousted classes of landowners and capitalists and foreign intervention.

By the end of the civil war, large-scale industry produced almost 7 times less production than in 1913. The country was discarded by the end of the 19th century in terms of coal, oil and pig iron production. Compared to 1917, the number of the working class decreased by more than 2 times.

The Soviet country, which had been at war for 7 years, underwent enormous destruction, in a short time already by 1926 managed to restore the pre-war level of the national economy.

Having entered a period of peaceful development, the Country of Soviets began to implement the tasks of building socialism.

Lenin said on the eve of October: "Either death, or catch up and overtake the advanced capitalist countries."

I.V. Stalin said that Russia was always beaten for its backwardness - industrial, agricultural, cultural, military and state. Such is the predatory law of the exploiters - to beat the backward and weak, to rob and enslave them.

The building of socialism began in extremely difficult conditions for the young Soviet republic.

“We are 50-100 years behind advanced countries. We must make good this distance in ten years. Either we do it, or they crush us ”(IV Stalin).

It was necessary to overcome this lag in the shortest possible time, relying only on our own forces and resources.

Industrialization has become a vital task for the country. A course was taken on the accelerated pace of development of the heavy industry.

In the years of the Stalin five-year plans, the following number of large industrial enterprises were built and reconstructed on a new technical base: in the first five-year plan (1929 - 1932) - 1,500, in the second five-year plan (1933 - 1937) - 4,500, in three and a half years the third five-year plans (1938 - the first half of 1941) - 3,000.

These were the five-year plans for the construction of factories, representing a new technical base for the reconstruction of the entire national economy. These were the five-year plans for the creation of new enterprises in agriculture — collective farms and state farms, which became the lever for the organization of all agriculture.

In the period after the victory of October and before the start of World War II, 11.2 thousand large industrial enterprises were built and restored. The engineering and metalworking industries, the chemical and petrochemical industries, and the electric power industry, which play a key role in the industrialization of the country and the strengthening of its defense potential, developed at a particularly fast pace.

Isthorium has not yet seen such a pace of development. Socialism liberated the dormant productive forces and gave them a powerful forward vector of development.

The development of the national economy of the USSR in 1940 compared with 1913 is characterized by the following data: national income grew 5.3 times, industrial output - 7.7 times, including in engineering - 30 times, in the electric power industry - 24 times, in the chemical industry - 169 times, in agricultural production - 14 times.

The industrial growth rate of the USSR was much faster than the growth rates of the leading capitalist states. If industrial production in the USSR for the period from 1921 to 1939. increased 24.6 times, then in the USA - 1.9 times, Great Britain - 1.7 times, France - 2.0 times, Germany - 2.2 times.

The growth rate of heavy industry during the years of the Stalin five-year plans ranged from 20 to 30 percent per year. For 12 years from 1929 to 1940, the volume of heavy industry output increased 10 times. No country in the world knew such a breakthrough in its development.

Domestic industry was the basis for the transfer of small-scale peasant farming to large collective production. In a short period of time, more than 210 thousand collective farms and 43 thousand state farms were organized, and about 25 thousand state machine and tractor stations were created. By the end of 1932, state farms and collective farms owned 78 percent of the sown area of the country. They provided 84 percent of marketable grain. In the years of the first five-year plan alone, sown areas were increased by 21 million hectares.

Technical equipment of agriculture in 1928 - 1940 characterized by such data: the tractor fleet increased by 20 times (from 27 to 531 thousand), the park of combine harvesters - up to 182 thousand, the truck fleet - up to 228 thousand. During the Great Patriotic War, collective farms and state farms uninterruptedly supplied the army and cities with food, and industry with raw materials.

The Soviet Union has become an industrial power and a country of major advanced agriculture.

As a result of the reforms, unemployment, which is the scourge of the working people in the capitalist countries, was forever eliminated.

The cultural revolution put an end to the almost universal illiteracy of the working people of Russia and created the starting conditions for turning the USSR into the most cultural, educated and reading country in the world.

In 1897, the proportion of illiterate adults made up 71.6%, in 1926 - 43.4, in 1939 - 12.6%. Illiteracy in the USSR was completely eradicated in the first years after World War II.

In 1913, only about 290 thousand people had higher and secondary specialized education. These were representatives of the privileged elite. Among the workers and peasants, there were practically no people with secondary education, and even more so with higher education. And by 1987, out of 1,000 workers, 861 people had higher and secondary education, and 763 out of 1,000 collective farmers. If in 1926, 2.7 million people were engaged in mental work, then in 1987 there were over 43 million

During the period of Soviet society, including from 1937 to 1939, there was a steady population growth in all regions of the USSR. So, from 1926 to 1937, the country's population increased by 11.2 million people, i.e. increased by more than 1.1 million per year. It grew at a faster pace from 1937 to 1939 - an average annual increase of 1.5 million people.

Such a rapid population growth of the USSR more convincingly than any other statistics refutes the speculation about millions of repressions repressed in the so-called years.

Clouds of imminent war began to thicken over the country more and more densely. Thanks to the conclusion of the Soviet-German non-aggression treaty, the Soviet Union gained time, reoriented its resources to military needs, created and launched the latest weapons.

The peaceful creative development of the USSR was interrupted by the treacherous attack of fascist Germany.

Poland was defeated in 35 days, France in 44 days, Denmark in a day. The Soviet Union steadfastly defended itself and attacked 1,418 days and broke the ridge of fascism.

The German economy was raised by investment in the United States and England. The economic potential of all of Western Europe worked for Germany. And the Soviet Union fought on its own and with resources. During the war years, all external supplies to the USSR amounted to only 4% of domestic production, by artillery - 1.5%, by tanks and self-propelled guns - 6.3%, by aircraft - about 10% and by grain - 1.6%.

The Soviet Union suffered the greatest losses - about 25 million people, primarily because 18 million people were in the death camps, of which 11 million people were killed by Hitler's executioners. More than one million Soviet soldiers gave their lives in the liberation of the peoples of Europe and Asia. Losses of the USA - about 300 thousand people, Great Britain - 370 thousand, France - 600 thousand

The advantages of the socialist economic system were most pronounced during the war years. It is enough to cite the fact that in the shortest possible time at the beginning of the war more than 1,500 enterprises were evacuated and put into operation from the occupied regions to the East, 145universities, dozens of research institutes.

After World War II, the Soviet Union quickly heals the wounds inflicted by the war and occupies one of the leading places in the world economy.

In the postwar period, the Soviet state carried out a number of unprecedented reforms. The ruble is untied from the dollar and transferred to a gold basis, there is a seven-fold reduction in retail prices for consumer goods while increasing wages, which leads to a significant real increase in the well-being of the people.

In 1954, state retail prices for food products were 2.6 times lower than prices in 1947 and 1.9 times lower for non-food products.

The powerful potential of the economy created during the Stalin period charged the Soviet Union with sustainable development for the next decades.

The pace of economic development of the USSR for 1966 - 1985 was as follows: growth of national income - 3.8 times, industrial production - 4.3 times, agricultural - 1.8 times, investment - 4.1 times, real income - 2.6 times, foreign trade - 4.7 times, almost 3 times increased production of consumer goods.

As a result of market-based Kosygin reforms, the growth rates of the USSR economy are significantly reduced compared to the growth rates of the Stalinist model of the economy and are approaching the level of capitalist countries. Thus, the average annual growth rate of industrial production in the USSR in the prewar years (1928-1940) was 16.8%, in the years of the post-war fifth five-year plan (1951-1955) - 13.1%, and during the years of Kosygin reforms, they sharply decreased by 2-4 times, in the period 1971 - 1975 - up to 7.4%, in the period 1976 - 1980. - up to 4.4% (for comparison: in the USA - 5.1%), in 1981 - 1985. - up to 3.7% (in the USA - 2.7%).

Kosygin reforms led to a significant slowdown in scientific and technological progress and a decrease in the growth rate of labor productivity. During the years of the Stalin five-year plans, labor productivity in industry grew on average by 10.8% per year, and during the years of Kosygin transformations, the pace fell to 5.8 - 6.0% (1966 - 1975) and 3.1 - 3.2 % (1976 - 1985).

Despite this, in the years called by liberals and foreign Sovietologists “stagnant,” the growth rate of the USSR economy was ahead of or at the level of growth rates of the leading countries of the world. The average annual growth rate of national income for 1961 - 1986 in the USSR amounted to 5.5% and per capita - 4.9%, in the USA - 3.1 and 2.1%, in the UK - 2.3 and 2.7%, in Germany - 3.1 and 3, 4%, in Italy - 3.6 and 3.1%, in Japan - 6.6 and 5.5%, in China - 5.5 and 4.1%.

Thus, the Soviet Union had a powerful economy, provided with all kinds of resources, sufficient to meet all the challenges of the time.

If the share of the USSR in the world production of industrial products in 1913 was a little more than 4%, then in 1986 it was 20% (from the US level - more than 80%). In 1913, industrial production per capita in Russia was 2 times less than the world average, and in 1986 - 3.5–4 times more.

By 1985, the USSR in terms of production of the main types of products of industry, agriculture, transport and communications occupies all the first places in Europe. For many positions, the USSR ranks first in the world, yielding in some positions to the United States and several other countries.

In world culture, the USSR is gaining a leading position. In terms of the number of school and university students, including engineering, the number of cinemas, the circulation of newspapers and books, the USSR ranks first in the world.

As a result of the defeat of the bloc of fascist states by the forces of the Soviet Union, socialism is turning into a world system. The potential of the economy of the socialist countries by the beginning of the 80s. approaching the level of potential of the capitalist countries. Socialist countries covered more than 40% of world industrial production. The products of the socialist countries accounted for more than 3/4 of the products of the developed capitalist countries.

The national wealth of the USSR during the years of Soviet power compared with 1913 increased by more than 50 times. About 20% of all the fuel and energy resources of the world were concentrated on the territory of the USSR. Almost all the elements contained in the periodic table were mined in the USSR. The USSR ranked first in forest areas and hydropower resources.

Not by chance I.V. As far back as 1937, Stalin warned that “having these successes, we turned the USSR into a richest country and at the same time a tidbit for all predators who won’t calm down until they tried all the means to snag it off something".

In the USSR, all national income was used to increase the well-being of workers and the development of the national economy. Four fifths of the national income was directed to public welfare, including housing and socio-cultural construction. In the USSR were provided: free education, free medical care, free housing, decent pensions, scholarships for students, payment of annual leave, free and at preferential pricestraining in sanatoriums and rest homes, free maintenance of children in preschool institutions, etc. The rent amounted to only 3% of the population’s budget. Retail prices remained stable with wage growth. In the USSR, the right to work was really guaranteed, everyone had to work.

There is nothing like this in capitalist countries.

In the United States, 1% of the wealthiest families own wealth, which is almost one and a half times the total income of 80% of families at the bottom of the social pyramid. In the UK, 5% of owners own 50% of the country's wealth. In “prosperous” Sweden, the income of 5% of families is equal to the income of 40% of families below the social ladder.

After the collapse of the USSR, the country's economy faced a catastrophe. The country was plundered by the mafia bourgeoisie that came to power.

In modern Russia, 62% of its wealth falls to the share of dollar millionaires, 29% - to the share of billionaires. In other words, 10% of the wealthy own almost 90% of the country's wealth.

During the period of capitalist reforms, more than two-thirds of the country's enterprises and entire advanced high-tech sectors of the national economy were destroyed.

The share of companies with foreign capital is now 56% in mining, 49% in manufacturing, 75% in communications.

Russia is losing its economic independence and is falling into the sphere of pressure of the leading imperialist states. Only the country's oil and gas resources, as well as advanced military and nuclear technologies of the Soviet Union period, pull the country from the edge of the abyss.

The forcibly privatized private capitalist ownership of the instruments and means of production destroyed the unified economic relations of the country and led to the collapse of a great power unprecedented in history.

Like 97 years ago, in order to save the country, the Russian people are faced with the task of uniting the peoples of the ex-USSR, replacing the leading to the collapse of the now prevailing liberal economic structure of capitalism and the entire socio-political system from capitalism to socialism through the socialist revolution. In other words, we are talking about the historical need for the revival of the USSR.

A NEW WORLD OF STALIN

Speech by Secretary of the Central Committee Comrade S. Khristenko at the Plenum of the Central Committee of the AUCPB December 22, 2019

“We ourselves,  will build a New World”! What does this really mean? This means that everything that surrounds a person will change: state, national economy, study, education, upbringing, belief system, relationships between people, family, culture, science. And Stalin, during his leadership of the country, fully achieved success in this epoch-making work. It was difficult, neither Marx and Engels, nor even Lenin could “suggest” the answers to the endless questions that arise. Only one thing was clear, the goal was a steady movement towards communism.

The most important issue at that time was the fate of the socialist state as it moved forward towards communism. Comrade Stalin, summing up the analysis of Engels’s general formula on the conditions for the withering away of the state, he said that “... you cannot extend Engels’s general formula about the fate of a socialist state in general to a particular and concrete case of the victory of socialism in a single country, which has a capitalist environment around it, which is subject to the threat of a military attack from outside, which therefore cannot be distracted from the international situation, and which must have at its disposal a well-trained army, and well rganizovannye punitive organs, and strong intelligence, therefore, should have their fairly strong state - in order to be able to defend the conquests of Socialism from foreign attack. " All Soviet history fully confirmed the correctness of this approach.

Stalin has repeatedly said that there is Marxism and "Marxism." There is real Marxism — creative, Bolshevik and revolutionary Marxism, which in our time is Leninism. And there is another type of Marxism - "Marxism" in quotation marks, dogmatic Marxism, essentially alien to the revolutionary communist teachings of Marx - Lenin. Stalin showed himself as the largest representative of creative Marxism.

The question of the “world” revolution, in which, defending the ingenious Leninist position on the possibility of building socialism in a single country, Stalin had to withstand a fierce and prolonged struggle against the Trotskyists. The harsh reality of the early twenties showed: the German revolution lost, the Hungarian revolution lost, the Austrian revolution lost, even the little-known attempt of the Estonian revolution ended in failure in one day. Stalin clearly formulated an alternative - either we “break through” forward, in spite of any difficulties, here in our Soviet state, or all the achievements of the October Revolution will be lost. The implementation of the “breakthrough” is all the years of the Stalin era. Taking into account the victory of the Chinese revolution, the formation of the European socialist camp, the number of people living under socialism has increased several times, approaching half the size of humanity. This is Stalin’s answer to the question of the world revolution. Trotskyism was defeated also on the most important question of the attitude of the proletariat to the peasantry, of the role of the peasantry in the construction of socialism.

Stalin put forward a provision on the growth of tension in the struggle against anti-socialist forces as socialism was built. The enemies of socialism put forward an alternative statement: "socialism under construction has no enemies!" Accordingly, all the processes and repressions of the thirties were declared "far-fetched", "not based on anything," and Stalin was declared a tyrant. The "theory of the absence of enemies of the USSR" was widely distributed both in party decisions and in the Soviet media. As a vivid counterexample, I will cite the statement of the diplomat Davis, who was appointed US ambassador to the USSR in August 1936. “It is perfectly clear,” said Davis, “that all these processes, purges and liquidations, which at one time seemed so harsh, were part of the Stalin’s decisive and energetic efforts to protect themselves not only from insider coups, but also from outside attacks ... The purge brought order in the country and freed her from treason. ”

The question of the use of torture by the NKVD-KGB in 1937-1938 is important. "Democrats" widely used the argument about the mass character, actually totality, of this phenomenon. Documents testify to another. So, in a letter to Abakumov to Stalin and eyewitness testimony, it was said that physical influence on prisoners was permissible only with written sanction in special registration books, in the center with the sanction of the leadership of the Ministry of State Security of the USSR, and in the places with the sanction of the ministers of state security of the republics and the heads of regional and regional MGB Directorates. The question is, where are these registration books? The "democratic" history of our country today answers this question with complete silence, too much truth can come up with these books.

The events of the history of the USSR after the death of Stalin brought complete clarity to the question of “enemies of socialism”! They - the enemies - not only were, but eventually made their way to the party leadership, launched destructive successful work to destroy the USSR and socialism. The initiators of this struggle can be fullywith the right to attribute not only Nikita Khrushchev, but also Anastas Mikoyan. Here is his speech at the 20th Congress, and the fierce struggle with the principles of "Economic Problems of Socialism in the USSR" and much more.

What can lead (and actually led) to the denial of the Stalinist experience of building a communist society prophetically written by Mao Zedong and Enver Hoxha in their Joint Statement “On the birthday of I.V. Stalin ”of December 21, 1964:“ The criminal actions of Khrushchev and his henchmen will have long-term consequences, they will lead to degeneration, and then to destruction of the USSR and the CPSU. Add to this the destruction of the world communist movement and the socialist camp to a tremendous extent.

Why did both internal enemies and external imperialist forces grab hold of the slander of the 20th Congress? Yes, because Stalin, the Stalinist system, embodied the communist dream in the real life of a multi-million dollar powerful country. The Soviet Union, which grew up after a victory in the Great Patriotic War into a powerful world power, posed a real mortal threat to world imperialism.

Counter-revolutionary forces within the country, imperialists outside, fiercely fight Stalin. But his authority in opinion polls is unprecedentedly high and is constantly growing. Unfortunately, only the Bolshevik forces are consistently and fiercely fighting to restore the authority of the great Stalin. We, all Bolsheviks, should clearly understand that the struggle for Stalin is one of our most important tasks.

RESOLUTION of the 2nd Conference of the Unified International Anti-Imperialist Anti-Fascist Front

(Bulgaria, Varna, October 26-27, 2019)

(taken as a basis)

Our 2nd conference of the Unified International Anti-Imperialist Anti-Fascist Front (EMAAF) is taking place in difficult times. In the world in different regions of the planet there is a further increase in tension: military conflicts are raging, terrorist attacks are taking place in which people are dying, and social tension is growing not only in third world countries, but also in the countries of the “golden billion”.

Despite the fact that Nazi fascism was crushed in 1945 and the fascist regimes in other countries were destroyed, neo-fascism is now entering the world political arena, again threatening humanity with military danger.

We, the delegates of the 2nd EMAAF Conference, note that the main reason for the aggravation of the situation on the planet is the deepening of the general crisis of the imperialist system, in which social injustice and inequality in society are intensified, and the greed of capital, which has no borders, is growing. Under imperialism, the contradictions and the struggle between imperialist countries over markets, sources of raw materials, for the seizure of foreign territories, for world domination are aggravated, which leads to rampant militarism and wars not only local but also global. As over 100 years ago, V.I. Lenin proved, wars under imperialism are inevitable.

The entire imperialist system requires a serious change in the existing political structure of power and is busy looking for a new structure if it does not want to acknowledge the fact that the essence of events in the world stems from the predetermined historically approaching collapse of the system of imperialism itself and its replacement with a socialist formation.

A protest movement against the existing imperialist system is intensifying throughout the world. Governments respond to this protest of the masses with gross suppression of actions, a further sharp infringement of the rights of citizens and the fascization of existing regimes.

The recent emergence of neo-fascism in various countries is a consequence of the crisis of the imperialist system. In order to fight modern neo-fascism, one must clearly understand WHAT is fascism in general. We, delegates of the 2nd EMAAF Conference, believe that the scientifically correct definition of fascism was given by George Dimitrov in a report at the 7th Congress of the Comintern in 1935: "Fascism in power is an open terrorist dictatorship of the most reactionary, most chauvinistic, most imperialistic elements of financial capital."

We, the conference participants, noting that racism, chauvinism, militarism, and aggressiveness towards other countries are characteristic of fascism, we say: the absolutely necessary - regardless of specific conditions - the essence of fascism is anti-communism in the very direction of terror against workers.

We, the conference participants, having analyzed the whole situation, we note that the growing tension in the world is becoming a breeding ground for reactionary, ultranationalist, militaristic and neo-fascist forces to come to power, which invariably increases the danger of humanity slipping into the Third World War - the war of self-destruction.

* * *

The destruction of the Soviet Union and the socialist camp led to the creation of a monopolar world in which the most important positions are occupied by the financial and monopolistic oligarchy of the United States, seeking to establish complete world domination, and this goal remains with any administration: democratic or republican. The main obstacle to the establishment of the American world order is now Russia, which the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) has surrounded with military bases on all sides. Despite the fact that the Warsaw Pact Organization was liquidated in 1991, the aggressive NATO bloc, led by the United States, continues to exist and continues its “Eastward” policy, intervenes in the internal affairs of sovereign states and poses a major threat to unleash a new world war.

We, delegates of the 2nd EMAAF Conference, appeal to the world community to counteract both the economic and military expansion of Western countries in relation to the Russian Federation and to intensify the struggle for the elimination of the North Atlantic Alliance.

In February 2014, in Ukraine, with the direct support of Western countries, primarily the United States, a coup d'etat was carried out, the Neo-Bandera came to power, i.e. modern Ukrainian fascists. The purpose of the coup under the leadership of the United States and other Western countries: the separation of Ukraine from Russia, the release of Ukrainian and Russian peoples in a fratricidal war, i.e. implementation of the ancient principle of the Roman emperors - divide and rule.

The people of Donbass did not come to terms with the coup and rose to a fair fight against neofascism, for the right to live by their own principles, for the right to speak their native Russian language. For this, he was tried to punish the Neo-Bandera government, which sent to the war in the Donbass APU and nationalist battlesThe people who ruthlessly bombed the peaceful cities of the Donetsk region, committing war crimes. But the neo-fascists received a strong rebuff from the militia of the DNI and LC and were defeated near Ilovaisk and Debaltsev.

For the sixth year, the conflict has not subsided in the South-East of Ukraine, despite the Minsk agreements concluded in 2015, as The conflict is beneficial to the financial oligarchy, both global and local.

Historical experience indicates that the attempts of some leaders of individual states to pacify the aggressors ended in grief for their peoples. The same experience suggests that the Nazis never voluntarily gave up power: they can only be defeated by military force, as was the case with Nazi Germany in 1945, or broken by the force of the united anti-fascist demonstration of the people, as was the case in France in 1934.

Therefore, we believe that until the neo-Bandera military units are disarmed, and the organizers of the war crimes of Ukrainian nationalists in Donbass, Odessa and other places in Ukraine are not convicted by a tribunal like the Nuremberg, a long-term reliable peace in Donbass is impossible.

We appeal to the world community to strengthen the campaign to condemn the crimes of the Neo-Bandera who came to power in 2014, and also demand from their governments the recognition of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, whose people voted in a referendum on May 11, 2014 for the state sovereignty of their republics. The legal right to self-determination of the population of Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics should be realized.

We condemn the aggression of the Turkish military invading the territory of a sovereign Syrian state. There is no and there can be no reason to justify this aggression. The long-suffering Kurdish people, unjustly divided and forced to live on the territory of four neighboring states, have the right to uphold their national identity and decide their fate in accordance with international law.

We express our extreme indignation and condemn the brutal police reprisals against the Government of Spain, which has thrown Spanish police units to suppress Catalan citizens who are in favor of Catalan independence.

Similar repression against the Catalans was carried out during the fascist regime of Franco, when there was a strict ban on the use of the Catalan language.

We are opposed to the imperialist dictates against the freedom-loving people of Catalonia.

We strongly condemn the actions of the Polish leadership aimed at desecrating the memory of soldiers and officers of the Red Army, who, at the cost of their own lives, liberated the Polish people from the “brown plague” and played a decisive role in the victory over fascism.

We condemn any attempts by the Polish authorities to rewrite history, distort and revise the outcome of World War II, as well as the glorification of opponents of the Red Army, i.e. actually accomplices of Nazism.

We demand that the Polish government stop US assistance in preparing military aggression against Russia and its allies.

We demand that the Polish leadership repeal the law banning “communism as a totalitarian system” and stop the persecution of communists who support the restoration of a just socialist society in Poland and genuine fighters against imperialism, war and fascism.

We appeal to all progressive forces from around the world to condemn the decision of the Polish leadership to demolish the monuments to Soviet soldiers-liberators.

We strongly oppose the infringement of the rights and freedoms of the Russian-speaking population by the authorities of the Baltic states: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We demand that the processions and mass events of former accomplices of the Nazi occupiers, who carried out a policy of genocide against Soviet citizens in the occupied territory during the Great Patriotic War, be banned in these states. We demand that the Estonian authorities stop fighting against monuments to Soviet soldiers, thanks to which Hitler’s fascism was crushed.

We believe that the danger of the revival of fascism in Germany poses a special threat to peace in Europe, it was the misanthropic ideology of German Nazism that led to mass crimes during the Second World War and almost plunged mankind into the abyss of domination over the most reactionary forces.

Recently, the number of adherents of National Socialist ideology has been growing, the number of right-wing parties has been increasing, and there has been a steady tendency towards an increase in the number of acts of violence on their part. And the recent successes in the elections of the right-wing Alternative for Germany party make us think about the future of modern Germany. You must remember the lessons of history.

In 1932, Klara Zetkin, speaking in the Reichstag, said: "The demand of the moment is a united front of all working people in order to bring down fascism and thereby preserve the strength and power of organizations enslaved and exploited, and even their physical existence." But, unfortunately, a united frontthe left in Germany was never created, which ultimately led the German workers to tragic consequences.

Therefore, we urge all the left-wing forces of the FRG to create a united anti-imperialist anti-fascist front led by communists in order to counter the growing fascist danger.

This March marked the 20th anniversary of the start of the brutal bombing of Yugoslavia by NATO forces, during which civilians, most of whom were Serbs, including children, were killed. NATO aggressors bombed the Serbs only because they defended Kosovo - the ancient cradle of Serbian culture - from Albanian invaders, who are puppets of the West, with arms in their hands. Western strategists are not satisfied with the Serbs, preventing them from establishing full control in the Balkans.

We declare our full support for the freedom-loving Serbian people in their just struggle to protect the integrity of the Republic of Serbia and the Republika Srpska, for upholding their national identity and for truthful coverage of the events that took place in Yugoslavia during its destruction. We demand the release of the hero of the Serbian people, General Ratko Mladic, the President of the Republika Srpska Radovan Karadzic and other heroes of the Serbian people who were illegally convicted by the so-called Hague Tribunal.

We support the Communists of Bulgaria, who are fighting against the revival of fascism in Bulgaria and against the anti-Russian policies of the Bulgarian leadership, for the country's withdrawal from the aggressive NATO bloc and the elimination of NATO military bases.

Currently, a wave of protests in Latin America has not subsided.

In Ecuador, protests began after President Moreno signed a decree abolishing subsidies for diesel and gasoline on October 3, which caused fuel prices to rise. After that, rallies began in several cities of the country, the participants of which demanded that the reform be abolished. To curb the just indignation of the people, the President of Ecuador introduced a state of emergency in the country.

Street protests broke out in the capital of Chile on October 18. They were caused by rising subway fares. Workers ’speeches grew into massive anti-government protests against socio-economic problems, including the wide gap between the incomes of the rich and the poor. The protests were accompanied by riots and clashes with the police, which killed 18 civilians.

The president of Brazil, with the advent of which a fierce pro-American dictatorship was established in the country, also ordered the army to prepare to suppress the protests.

We support the just struggle of the peoples of Latin America against their merciless exploitation by the American and local bourgeoisie.

We support the people of Venezuela and its president, Nicolas Maduro, against attempts by US imperialists to establish a regime under their control in the country.

We oppose the actions of the United States, which pursue a brutal genocide policy to strengthen the blockade and financial prosecution of the Cuban state, as well as hindering the supply of fuel to Cuba.

We support the just struggle of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea against military blackmail by American imperialism.

The delegates of the 2nd conference of the Unified International Anti-Imperialist Anti-Fascist Front appeal to all progressive forces from around the world to create national anti-imperialist and anti-fascist fronts in their states. We urge the activists of the anti-imperialist anti-fascist movement to support our international organization and join the ranks of the United International Anti-Imperialist Anti-Fascist Front in accordance with the Charter of the EMAAF.

We call on the working people of different countries within the United International Anti-imperialist Anti-Fascist Front to strengthen the protest movement against the existing imperialist system. Governments respond to this protest of the masses with gross suppression of actions, a further sharp infringement of the rights of citizens and the fascization of existing regimes.

Under these conditions, the significance of the work carried out on the ground by the United International Anti-Imperialist and Anti-Fascist Front in the direction of uniting and rallying the efforts of diverse sections of the population protesting against the infringement and usurpation of citizens' rights and freedoms is significantly increasing. This struggle invariably leads to a struggle for a socialist society.

The future is socialism!

Congratulations!

Our dear comrades, members of the AUCPB and the VMGB, our like-minded friends in the communist and anti-fascist movement in Russia and abroad!

December 21 marks 140 years (1879) from the birthday of the leader of the world proletariat I.V. Stalin - the largest political and statesman of the XX century. A revolutionary, a Bolshevik, a builder, an architect - these are the words that characterize the essence of his life.

Today, fascism is spreading all over the world and imperialism is raging. These are neobandera in Ukraine, killing civilians of the DNI and LC; Poland, whose authorities desecrate the memory of soldiers and officers of the Red Army; The Baltic states, where the monuments of Soviet wars are demolished and mass marches of former Nazi collaborators are held ... In all regions of the world, hotbeds of military conflict break out. All this is initiated by American imperialism and international Zionism in order to realize their global domination over all the peoples of the world - to turn them into their silent slaves.

Our planet is again under the terrifying threat of World War III, capable of destroying all life on Earth. But “peace will be preserved and strengthened if the peoples take the cause of peace in their hands and defend it to the end” (IV Stalin). Therefore, the imperialists fear the protests of the working class for their rights, for socialism, in defense of the world against fascism, fearing that this could expose the aggressive intentions of reactionary governments and lead to their overthrow.

“In order to eliminate the inevitability of wars, imperialism must be destroyed” (IV Stalin).

We congratulate ALL of YOU, dear friends, on the 140th birthday of I.V. Stalin and we wish YOU unbending will and success in overcoming any difficulties and always defeating the enemy, being faithful to the end to the cause of proletarian internationalism, the cause of Lenin and Stalin in the struggle against imperialism, against the fascization of the governments of capitalist countries, for the victory of socialism on the road to communism on our planet Land!

The matter of preserving peace and the victory of socialism is in our hands!

Statement of the Central Committee of the AUCPB on the 140th birthday of I.V. Stalin

December 21, 2019 marks the 140th anniversary of the birth of Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin (Dzhugashvili), an outstanding statesman and political figure of the 20th century, the leader of the Bolshevik party and the Soviet state, a brilliant tactician and strategist of the proletarian revolution, a student and successor of the work of Great Lenin, one of the organizers of the Great Lenin of the October Socialist Revolution and the world's first multinational socialist state of the dictatorship of the proletariat - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, talented architect of socialism in the USSR,  theoretician of Marxism-Leninism, a prominent commander during World War II, the leader of the world proletariat, whose name is on a par with Marx, Engels and Lenin.

And the further time takes us away from the Stalin era “through worlds and centuries”, and the more frantically the liberal fifth column of traitors and traitors of the socialist Motherland and historically great Russia and containing all this filth of imperialist servants abroad freaks out in impotent malicious slander against Stalin, the more the gigantic figure of I.V. Stalin, the more significant are the heroic creations of the Soviet people in the era of socialist construction under the leadership of Stalin, the more legendary is the heroic victory of the Soviet people in defeating fascism under the leadership of Stalin, the more you realize the historical significance of the breakthrough of humanity under the leadership of Stalin in building a just socialist society in the interests of the working man.

Yes, under the leadership of Stalin, the great Soviet Russia, uniting about 200 million (according to the census until the middle of 1941) peoples of different nations, nationalities and nationalities in the USSR, Socialist Russia, spreading on 1/6 of the earth’s land, in less than 10 post-war years under the leadership of Stalin made a powerful leap forward in its development, which boasted capitalist Europe took a whole century.

The USSR under the leadership of Stalin was a country of heroes, a country of dreamers, a country of scientists. The result of Stalin's wise national policy was born a new special community - the Soviet people.

Each citizen of the USSR had a clear goal in life, a belief in achieving a better future for himself and his children. Each person in the great country of the Soviets could fulfill his dream and become what he wanted to be.

Under Stalin, the world's best education system was created, which to a large extent ensured the enormous pace of the development of science, the creation of new technologies, the discovery of new mineral deposits and the development of natural resources with a careful attitude to nature and its inhabitants. The increase in mass literacy of all layers of Soviet society also contributed to the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The Soviet Union under Stalin was the banner and beacon of the struggle of the oppressed nations for their freedom and independence, inspired the peoples of the world to fight against colonialism and slavery.

The influence of Stalin’s activity on the historical process of civilization and on our present life turned out to be so great that it seems that Stalin did not become a thing of the past, but disappeared into the future and remains among us. And, despite the rabid anti-Stalinist powerful propaganda of all the bourgeois media in Russia and abroad, trying to remove Stalin from Soviet (Russian) history, every year more and more people respect and even love Stalin’s name, erect monuments to him, publish books ... Every year a mountain of red carnations grows at the monument to Stalin on his grave near the Kremlin wall in Moscow on memorable days - December 21 and March 5 of each year.

Every year, the study of the phenomenal ideological and theoretical legacy of Stalin, the invaluable practical experience of the economic construction of socialism, the Stalinist socio-political strategy of building a socialist state and the military strategy that always defeats the enemy becomes more and more popular.

Until the victory of the October Revolution, Stalin always stood at the center of the practical revolutionary struggle.

Being the largest proletarian revolutionary, Stalin, during the period of the struggle against tsarism, capitalists and landlords, was carrying out tireless revolutionary activity to organize and unite the working class, an irreconcilable struggle against opportunism, for the Leninist line of the revolution. Stalin is working tirelessly to train professional revolutionaries, to create a new type of party and to unite the best working class people in it, a party capable of organizing workers to successfully fight capitalism.

Stalin believed that it was impossible to think about the overthrow of imperialism, the conquest of the dictatorship of the working class, the victory of socialism "without a revolutionary party, free from opportunism, irreconcilable with respect to the Compromisers and capitulants, revolutionary with respect to the bourgeoisie and its state power" (I.V. Stalin).

Throughout their revolutionary activity, on the issues of the program, tactics, strategy and organization of the revolution, on the theory of Marxism, Stalin stood on the side of Lenin. During this period, Stalin showed himself to be a profound theorist of Marxism ("Marxism and the National Question", 1913, Vienna). Lenin considered this work of Stalin programmatic on the national question.

Stalin combined “theoretical power with the practical and organizational experience of the proletarian movement”, as he himself said, characterizing Lenin as the leader of the proletarian revolution and the proletarian party.

The enormous role of Stalin in organizing the Great October Socialist Revolution, in defeating the White Guard counter-revolution and foreign intervention during the Civil War. Stalin, waging an irreconcilable struggle with the capitulists Zinoviev, Kamenev, Bukharin and Trotsky, who was annexing the party, immediately supported Lenin’s line to the transition to the second, socialist stage of the revolution, headed the Practical Center for organizing an armed uprising and carried out tremendous organizational work to transfer power to those born in the fire Revolution to the Soviets.

Lenin, Stalin and other Bolshevik commanders, not Trotsky, contrary to popular anti-Stalin myths, were the true leaders and organizers of the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army. During the civil war, Lenin personally sent Stalin to the most dangerous sectors of the front. Stalin waged an irreconcilable struggle against the disorganizing activities of Trotsky, who sent his close agents and counter-revolutionary white generals to the army headquarters, undermining the fronts and rear of the Red Army.

At the suggestion of Lenin, after the victory of the October Revolution, Stalin was appointed People's Commissar for Nationalities. He did a great job to create the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics - the world's first multinational socialist state of workers and peasants. Contrary to popular myths, there were no disagreements between Stalin and Lenin on the construction of the USSR.

Stalin especially emphasized the need to maintain friendship between the peoples of the USSR. “... Friendship between the peoples of the USSR is a great and serious conquest. For as long as this friendship exists, the peoples of our country will be free and invincible. Nobody is afraid of us, neither internal nor external enemies, as long as this friendship lives and lives. ” That is why the enemies of socialism and international imperialism during the period of bourgeois counter-revolution in the USSR first of all directed their efforts to quarrel the peoples of the USSR, incite ethnic hatred and hatred, and above all, hatred of the Russian people.

"After the death of V.I. Lenin’s business — the continuation of building socialism in one particular country, the strengthening of the organizing force of socialist construction — the Communist Party of Bolsheviks — was continued by his loyal disciple and follower I.V. Stalin. Under Stalin, under his direct leadership, the Soviet people built a powerful foundation of socialism, brought the country to the level of a superpower of the world, and defeated fascism in World War II. I.V. Stalin theoretically developed and outlined the main paths for the gradual transition from socialism to communism, consisting in the destruction of commodity production and commodity-money relations (“The Economic Problems of Socialism in the USSR”) "(N. Andreeva. The Future is Socialism. L., 2018, p. 406).

Stalin in his work especially emphasized that "commodity circulation is incompatible with the prospect of a transition from socialism to communism" (IV Stalin. Economic problems of socialism in the USSR. 1952, p. 215).

After the death of Lenin, the top leadership of the party and the Soviet state did not begin the struggle for personal power, as the falsifiers of history blow it, but the struggle for one or another line of the party. The line that Stalin defended, continuing Lenin's line on the construction of socialism in a single country, is to preserve the gains of the revolution, the construction of socialism in the USSR. Another line, the line of the capitulators and Trotsky, is the line of the defeat of the revolution, of the restoration of capitalism in the USSR.

Thanks to Stalin, the first line won - the construction of socialism in the USSR. Stalin puts forward a grand economic program and directs the country's economic activity.

Under the leadership of Stalin, the industrialization of the national economy of the USSR, the collectivization of agriculture, the cultural revolution, the foundation of socialism in the USSR was built. At the end of the 30s in the conditions of a tense international situation, the country was steadily increasing its economic potential and strengthening its defense capability.

Stalin is the creator of the new most democratic Constitution in the world. Adopted in 1936, the new Constitution of the USSR consolidated the gains of socialism, really guaranteeing the rights of workers by the socialist economic system. The allegations that the Stalin Constitution eliminated the dictatorship of the proletariat are untenable. On the contrary, the new Constitution expanded and strengthened the social base of the dictatorship of the proletariat, involving all sectors of the population in the participation in economic construction and
government management.

The Soviet social and state system, enshrined in the Stalin Constitution of 1936, successfully passed a test of strength in the harsh years of World War II.

In 1938, at the XVIII Congress of the CPSU (B.), Stalin noted that the USSR entered the period of completing the construction of socialism in the USSR and the gradual transition to communism. For two five-year periods, the USSR, led by Stalin, went the way that capitalist countries took 50-100 years, ahead of them in terms of economic growth and the level of use of the most advanced technology. In the 50s, the country came first in Europe and second in the world in industrial production, and third in the world in labor productivity. Stalin set the task to overtake the West economically, that is, in terms of per capita production by creating a new, much higher labor productivity than to capitalist countries. “Per capita production is the main measure of the country's economic power, there is no other measure” (IV Stalin. Soch., Vol. 18, 2006, p. 573). “Labor productivity, in the final analysis, is the most important, most important thing for the victory of the new social system” (V.I. Lenin. Poln. Sobr. Soch., Vol. 39, p. 21). Stalin's breakthrough ideas in the economy and the invaluable experience of building a socialist economy are still awaiting reflection (and application) in the modern situation, which has revealed the bankruptcy and tendency to collapse of the now liberal economic structure of capitalism that prevails in the Russian Federation.

The treacherous invasion of Nazi Germany on the territory of the USSR interrupted the peaceful labor of the Soviet people.

In the conditions of the victories of socialism in the USSR and the growing authority of socialism in the hearts of millions of working people all over the world, the international imperialist reaction sharply intensified. In Germany, Hitler came to power with the support of the imperialists of the United States and England. The Western powers are betting on Hitler in the defeat of the USSR.

Inside the USSR, the ideologically defeated opposition by Stalin, led by Trotsky, who was expelled from the USSR, goes underground, activates anti-Soviet activities, sabotage, sabotage, sabotage, terror against state leaders, trying to overthrow the Stalinist leadership. They had no other way to implement their plans than to seek support from Nazi Germany. The opposition relies on the defeat of the USSR in the war against Nazi Germany, recognizing Hitler’s political and territorial claims to dismember the USSR.

The great merit of Stalin lies in the fact that he defeated the internal counter-revolutionary anti-Soviet underground opposition in the USSR (the “fifth column”), which could not accept the loss of power, longed to return it at all costs, which naturally brought it to the service of bourgeois intelligence and Nazi Germany.

Events 1937-1938 (the so-called "Stalinist repression") were caused by the aggravation of the class struggle in the conditions of the successes of socialism and the intensification of international reaction. The struggle was not for life, but for the death of two opposing socio-political systems - socialism and capitalism. In the rear of the country, in the top military and state leadership of the country, the anti-Soviet underground led by Trotsky, who was abroad, intensified in collaboration with German and Japanese intelligence. Contrary to the speculations of today's liberals, Soviet law enforcement agencies did not prosecute anti-Soviet elements for their social and national identity, but for specific state crimes against the Soviet government and its representatives.

The Soviet Union — the world's first socialist state of workers and peasants — was in danger of annihilation, and the peoples of the USSR — in extermination and enslavement. Contrary to the current cries of the Russian liberals, Stalin acted very far-sighted, having cleared the country's rear of elements of betrayal and treason. This was on the eve of the battle with fascism. The rout of the anti-Soviet underground ensured the unity of the front and rear during the war.

In response to Stalin’s embittered blasphemy from descendants of the repressed about the so-called “Stalinist repressions,” we cite the opinion of the anti-Bolshevik (as he defined himself) the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Provisional Government of Russia Pavel Milyukov (1859-1943), who, shortly before his death, published in an émigré press article, “The Truth About Bolshevism,” he wrote: “The people there have changed, become much more developed, quicker. Soviet power is everything for them. She brought them to people, and they do not want anything else. The Soviet citizen is proud of his belonging to the Bolshevik state. He is a patriot. This is the strength of Russia ... Their great victories oblige them to reconsider their previous attitude to the new Russia. When you see the goal achieved in Soviet Russia, you better understand the significance of the extraordinary means that led to it. Otherwise, we would have to mercilessly condemn the behavior of our Peter the Great. ”

When carrying out actions to defeat the fifth column, there were a number of distortions in the work of the organs of NKVD and prosecutors. The reason for this was that Trotskyites, careerists and anti-Soviet elements crawled into the highest and local bodies of the NKVD, who, through unreasonable repression, served their superiors, tried to confuse investigative and agent cases in every possible way, deliberately violated Soviet laws, made massive and unreasonable arrests, at the same time, saving their accomplices from the identification and defeat, especially those who were in the NKVD bodies. The aim of these anti-Soviet elements was the desire to smash the cadres of the party, to sow doubts in the minds of the working people about the correctness of Stalin's policy. Often people came under repression at the insinuations of their personal "close friends."

Errors made in 1937-1938 bodies of the NKVD and the prosecutor's office, were analyzed and corrected. Socialist legality was restored, a number of important decisions of the party and the state on the work of the NKVD and other bodies of Soviet justice were adopted, cases were sent for review. The execution of execution sentences was immediately prohibited. Only in 1939 and 3 months of 1940, Beria, who came to the Lubyanka, helped release 381,178 people, and by the beginning of the war - about 130 thousand more people, not to mention tens of thousands of those who were rehabilitated.

“The opposition in the USSR was diverse, but almost all of its branches pursued the same goal - the liquidation of the country's leadership, the dismemberment of the USSR and the subordination of the country to the West. Since in the fight against the Soviet Union, headed by I.V. Stalin, the opposition was openly ready to trade in the national sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of the USSR, the historical dispute could be resolved only on the basis of "either - or". No other thing was given in those historical conditions. Note that before 1945 and after the main task of the West was not simply to destroy the USSR, but to destroy its ideological base - Bolshevism, first of all. It is in Bolshevism that the West has seen and is now seeing the essence of its main geopolitical adversary ”(N. Andreeva. The future is with socialism. L., 2018, p. 285-286).

In 1938 - 39 years. Hitler Germany’s aggressiveness is becoming more active in Europe. The imperialists of the United States, Britain and France sought to ward off fascist aggression and direct it to the USSR with the goal of destroying the world's first socialist state and the very ideology of Bolshevism, which was increasingly gaining popularity among the working people of the capitalist countries.

Already in these years, Stalin showed brilliant diplomatic abilities. After negotiations between the USSR and England and France reached an impasse due to the desire of the latter to isolate the Soviet Union and send fascist Germany to it, Stalin accepts the German proposal for a non-aggression treaty between the USSR and Germany. This treaty thwarted the plans of the Anglo-French imperialists to create a single anti-Soviet coalition. The war did not begin between the USSR and Germany, which England, France and the USA sought, but between Germany, on the one hand, and the USSR, France, England, the USA, on the other, which led to the creation of the anti-Hitler coalition.

The Soviet-German non-aggression pact (the so-called Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact) allowed the Soviet Union to push its borders far to the west and gain time to prepare the country for war, to establish the production of new types of military equipment that surpassed its German counterparts in combat qualities. The condition for concluding the Soviet-German non-aggression treaty was I.V. Stalin to Germany to give the USSR a loan of 200 million marks on preferential terms and to begin supplying equipment for military factories and licenses for the production of military equipment and weapons under this loan. This credit and subsequent trade agreements with Germany were used by Stalin to prepare for war. As a result of this treaty, militaristic Japan did not dare to start a war with the USSR, which made it possible to avoid a war on two fronts, which would be detrimental to the USSR.

It is foolish and provocative to say today that Stalin trusted Hitler. Stalin understood that war with fascist Germany was inevitable - it was only a matter of time.

The aggressiveness of Nazi Germany was growing rapidly (including thanks to the “fifth columns” operating in Europe). By the summer of 1941, the peoples of Europe were under Hitler’s heel, and the economic potential of the countries of Europe was placed at the service of the fascist war machine.

All honest people on the planet looked at Stalin as a person who could stop and destroy the brown plague. Maxim Gorky in his letter to Stalin wrote: “The closer to the war, the more vigilant the bastards of all stripes will try to kill you in order to decapitate the Union.” This is natural, because the enemies see well: there is no one to replace you. With your colossal and wise work, you inspired millions of people to trust and love you, this is a fact ... Take care of yourself. World - world - hatred of all the scoundrels and bastards towards you tells you about your size, the significance of your work is also eloquent and convincing
but like the ardent love of all honest, sincere revolutionaries. ”

From the first hours of World War II I.V. Stalin took upon himself the heaviest burden of personal responsibility for the fate of the country, people and army. He gave all his strength, all his will and all his talent to the cause of saving the Fatherland, protecting its independence, and defeating fascism. Stalin served as Chairman of the Soviet Government, was appointed Chairman of the State Defense Committee, People’s Commissar of Defense, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the USSR and remained at these posts until the victorious end of the war.

Wishing to denigrate Stalin, the liberals say that it was not Stalin who won the war, but the people. But no sane person can claim that one can win a battle against the will and talent of the commander, for any victory is, to a large extent, a victory of the intellect and organizational abilities of the commander, leader.

Soviet commanders and diplomats who personally knew Stalin note the unique organizational, commander and diplomatic abilities of Stalin. "I.V. Stalin was the strongest and most colorful figure of the strategic command ”(A.M. Vasilevsky). Stalin successfully carried out leadership of the fronts, all the country's military efforts and was able to exert a significant influence on the leading political and military leaders of the allied countries in the war.

Stalin during the years of the war proved himself not only as an outstanding commander, but also as a visionary diplomat. Stalin led numerous conferences with representatives of three great powers - the USSR, the USA and Great Britain, at which Stalin consistently defended the interests of the Soviet people and peoples who fell victim to the aggression of fascist Germany.

Even the allies of the anti-Hitler coalition, contrary to the current rulers of Russia, praised the activities of Stalin

Winston Churchill, speaking in December 1959 in the House of Lords with a speech dedicated to the eightieth birthday of JV Stalin, said:

“It was great happiness for Russia that, during the years of difficult trials, it was led by such a genius and an unshakable commander as Joseph Stalin. He was an outstanding personality, quite consistent with the cruel period of history in which his whole life passed.

Stalin was a man of extraordinary energy, erudition and unbending will, sharp, tough, merciless both in business and in conversation, which even I, raised in the English parliament, could not oppose.

Stalin had a great sense of humor and sarcasm, as well as the ability to accurately express his thoughts. Stalin always wrote articles and speeches himself, and gigantic power sounded in his works. This power is so great in Stalin that it seemed unique among the leaders of states of all times and peoples.

Stalin made an indelible impression on us. His influence on people was irresistible. When he entered the hall at the Yalta Conference, we all, as if on command, got up and, strange thing, for some reason held our hands at the seams.

He possessed deep wisdom and logic, alien to any panic. Stalin was an unsurpassed master in finding in difficult moments the way out of the most hopeless situation.

In the most tragic moments, as in the days of the celebration, Stalin was equally restrained, never succumbed to illusions. He was an unusually complex person.

Stalin created and subjugated a vast empire. He was a man who destroyed his enemy by the hands of his own enemies, forcing even us, whom he openly called imperialists, to fight against imperialists.

Stalin was the greatest dictator unparalleled in the world. He accepted Russia with a plow, and left it equipped with atomic weapons.

No matter what they say about Stalin, such a story and peoples do not forget. ”

Stalin's undoubted merit during the war was that under his leadership as the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, the Soviet Armed Forces survived defensive campaigns, brilliantly carried out all offensive operations, defeated Nazi Germany, saved the peoples of Europe from enslavement, and many nations from destruction.

“We survived our system, the party, our peoples and, above all, the Russian people, which Stalin called the most outstanding nation of all the nations that make up the Soviet Union. Stalin, like no one, understood the great historical mission and the difficult mission of the Russian people ”(V.M. Molotov).

Outstanding activity I.V. Stalin was highly appreciated by the Soviet people, who loved him sincerely. He was awarded the titles of Hero of Socialist Labor (1939), Hero of the Soviet Union (1945) and Generalissimo of the Soviet Union. He was awarded three orders of Lenin, orders of Victory, Red Banner, Suvorov I degree and medals.

After the victorious end of the Great Patriotic War, under the leadership of Stalin, a quick recovery of the national economy takes place, an annual decline in prices begins, the ruble is transferred to a gold basis. The USSR is becoming a world industrial and nuclear superpower.

At the XIX Congress of the party (October, 1952), the last congress, at which  spoke Stalin, the results of the restoration and development of the national economy of the USSR at the end of the Great Patriotic War were summed up. On the eve of the congress, a brilliant work by I.V. Stalin "Economic problems of socialism in the USSR." This work of Stalin is deeply scientific. In his work, Stalin substantiated a number of new provisions of the teachings of Marxism-Leninism on socialism and communism, taking into account the experience of building socialism in the USSR, formulated the basic law of socialism and the preconditions for a gradual transition from socialism to communism. The congress adopted a resolution on "reworking the existing party program", putting IV. Stalin "Economic problems of socialism in the USSR" (1952). This meant consolidating the party’s course towards a gradual transition to communism.

“The grandiose accomplishments of the Stalin era became a reality because the great revolution put forward a great personality as the leader of the people. It combines such features as the depth of intelligence, strength of character, steel will and unwavering determination to achieve the national good and happiness of every person, the ability to look forward and the conviction of the rightness of the cause that he served. In this determination is the whole “secret” of Stalin’s extraordinary charm, in it is the clue to the enormous power of his influence on the minds and hearts, which inspired millions of people to do great things. It concluded a powerful factor of social change, revealed to the world in its diverse activities.

Stalin as a person was fully consistent with the historical tasks that confronted the country. According to many, if another person had appeared in his place, not fully possessing these personal qualities, we would not only not have created a great power, but would have been unable to maintain our statehood ”(V.A. Tuev. Our Stalin, Irkutsk, 2018). This happened after the death of Stalin and in the further history of the USSR.

Stalin was a great statesman, and a statesman of a socialist state.

March 5, 1953, Stalin died.

Stalin was primarily a proletarian revolutionary. “Stalin is a sample of the Bolshevik in the full sense and meaning of the word. It is no accident, therefore, that enemies direct their arrows primarily at Stalin, who embodies the invincibility and greatness of the Bolshevik Party ”(S.M. Kirov).

“Not everyone is given to be a Stalinist. The honorary title of Leninist-Stalinist must be earned by the Bolshevik struggle and steadfastness, selfless devotion to the cause of the working class.

But the Bolsheviks know that victory never comes by itself, that it must be prepared and won. Learn from Stalin creative Marxism, learn from Stalin to build a Bolshevik party, learn from Stalin to strengthen ties with the masses under all conditions, learn from Stalin the struggle against opportunism, learn from Stalin revolutionary daring and revolutionary realism, learn from Stalin to be fearless in battle and merciless to to learn from the class enemy, to learn from Stalin with an unbending will to overcome all sorts of difficulties and defeat the enemy, to learn from Stalin to be faithful to the end of the cause of proletarian internationalism - this is the most important condition for preparing and the gains of the working class victory "(Georgi Dimitrov).

Stalin deeply understood the significance of the party’s close connection with the working class as its class base. Already at the dawn of his revolutionary activity, Stalin was carrying out tremendous work in leading the first revolutionary battles of the workers of the Caucasus: the creation of Bolshevik organizations in Tiflis, Baku, and Batumi; organization of the first mass political strike and open demonstration in Tiflis (1900 - 1901), the famous Batumi political demonstration (1902), the largest political strike in Baku (1904), which served as a signal for the January-February speeches (1905) throughout Of Russia. “The connection with the masses, the strengthening of this connection, the readiness to listen to the voice of the masses — that is the strength and invincibility of the Bolshevik leadership” (I.V. Stalin).

Today the most important and essential in Marxism-Leninism is completely forgotten - the doctrine of the world-historical mission of the proletariat. “Our party organizations will hang in the void if they fail to take deep roots among the workers, peasants, labor intelligentsia, military, youth.” ... The Bolshevik should be everywhere where the working masses are ”(N.A. Andreeva. // Workers and Peasants Hammer and Sickle and Hammer, 1995, No. 2).

Stalin is a talented theorist of Marxism-Leninism, about which today his role as a theorist is unlawfully silent or diminished. His works such as “Marxism and the National Question”, “On the Foundations of Leninism”, “On the Issues of Leninism”, “On the Draft Constitution of the USSR”, “On Dialectical and Historical Materialism”, “On the Great Patriotic War of the Soviet Union”, “Marxism and questions of linguistics ”,“ Economic problems of socialism in the USSR ”and many others represent a huge contribution to the treasury of Marxism-Leninism, the study of which opens up broad prospects forthe hasty revolutionary struggle of the oppressed masses for their liberation from the yoke of imperialism.

Stalin belongs to more than one country - the USSR, he is a world-wide figure, an outstanding leader of the international communist and workers' movement, the world camp of the people's democratic and socialist states, formed after the defeat of the Soviet Union, headed by I.V. Stalin's fascist Germany and militaristic Japan. The system of people's democratic and socialist states was the main brainchild of the working class, its bastion in the struggle against world capital.

From the very beginning of the formation of the Comintern, Stalin paid close attention to the formation of communist parties in capitalist countries, their connection with the working class as the advanced class of society, the grave digger of capitalism, the purification of parties from right and "left" (Trotskyism) opportunism, the selection of leading cadres, especially Bolshevization of the Communist Parties. In an interview with a member of the KKE Herzog (February 1925, Soch., Vol. 7, p. 34-41) I.V. Based on the experience of the struggle of the Bolshevik party led by Lenin, Stalin formulated twelve conditions for the Bolshevization of the Communist Parties. Today, these conditions are more relevant for the international communist movement than ever. In 1947, under the leadership of Stalin, the Cominformburo was formed to consolidate the international communist movement on the basis of Bolshevism, the struggle against opportunism and counter-revolution in the newly formed countries of socialism.

What does it mean to be a Bolshevik? According to Stalin, this is: the deepest devotion to the cause of the working class, the fidelity of the party, tested in battles against the class enemy; closest connection with the masses, live by the interests of the masses, feel the pulse of the life of the masses, their moods and needs; the ability to navigate independently in an environment and not be afraid of responsibility for decisions; discipline and Bolshevik hardening both in the struggle against the class enemy and in intransigence to all deviations from the line of Bolshevism.

Stalin is the recognized leader of the international proletariat. Under his leadership, mass communist parties were formed in the capitalist countries, which had a serious influence in the political life of their country.

Stalin emphasized that not quantity, but above all, quality decides. Stalin taught, the head of the Comintern, George Dimitrov, wrote: “After all, the experience of the labor movement has shown that the Communists, even with their relative small numbers, are the engine of the combat activity of the proletariat” (G. Dimitrov. Stalin and the international proletariat).

The anti-Stalinist campaign (“secret report” by Trotskyist Khrushchev at the XX Congress of the CPSU, 1956) led to the undermining of the authority of world socialism, to serious difficulties in the workers' and communist movements, to a confrontation with the Communist Party of China, and to the intensification of opponents of socialism in Eastern Europe. The international communist movement today is greatly struck by opportunism and revisionism of various stripes.

“Anti-Stalinism is the most dangerous form of opportunism in the modern communist movement, playing the role of a Trojan horse in it” (N.A. Andreeva. Unapproved Principles. L., 1992, p. 278). Without overcoming anti-Stalinism, the international communist movement cannot be reborn as a force leading the international proletariat in the struggle for socialism and peace.

“... Opportunists and revisionists who initially dealt with the erosion of Marxism, who advocate anti-Stalinism, are more dangerous, because they dress up in the toga of the Communists and act under the guise of fighters for socialism” (N. Andreeva. For Bolshevism in the communist movement. L., 2002 , p. 3).

Events in the GDR (1953), Poland (1956), Hungary (1956), Czechoslovakia (1968), European communism in Europe, the deep crisis of the communist movement. All these are the consequences of Khrushchev instilled in all countries with the support of the opportunists and the global capital of anti-Stalinism.

It was anti-Stalinism that strangled in the arms and destroyed a number of influential and authoritative communist parties of Western Europe. The Western intelligence agencies during the destruction of the USSR took into account the previous experience of the counter-revolutions in Hungary, Poland, Czechoslovakia.

There is only one conclusion: we, the Bolsheviks, must resolutely expose the dirty lies about Stalin, defend our Soviet history, help people rise from their knees, recreate the true bright image of the Leader of the world proletariat, instill interest in his work for every worker, communist, patriot, especially the younger generation fighters for socialism. If we cannot expose the dirty lie about I.V. Stalin, we will not be able to defeat our ideological opponents, for the struggle for the truth about Stalin is the main thing that makes up the essence of communist ideology today.

After the death of Stalin, the leadership of the party and state did not find a leader of the scale of Stalin who would ensure the continuity of Stalin's policy, “a leader capable of scientifically predicting the development of the situation, developing the theory of socialist construction. As they say, a great time caught little politicians ”(N. Andreeva. For Bolshevism in
the ommunistic movement, L., 2002, p. 118).

“... A Stalinist state without successors worthy of Stalin is doomed” (Charles de Gaulle). This happened subsequently with the USSR.

Pygmies from social science and the "democrats" after the Twentieth Congress of the CPSU launched a frenzied campaign of slander against Stalin and his cause (Khrushchev's "secret" report on the "personality cult"), misinforming workers. The erosion of the monolithic unity of Soviet society went in all directions - ideologically, politically, economically, morally and culturally. The Twentieth Congress of the CPSU launched the collapse of the USSR and the socialist system of the Warsaw Treaty bloc.

For almost seven decades, liberals have slandered Stalin. Therefore, today some adherents of Stalin talk about the need for his rehabilitation. “In our opinion, neither Stalin nor his era needs anyone to be rehabilitated. Stalin is beyond jurisdiction and great in its significance, as well as the Stalin era - the time of great achievements and a sharp breakthrough along the upward development of human civilization ”(N.A. Andreeva. The future is with socialism. L., 2018, p. 31).

The neo-Trotskyite Khrushchev group that came to power, and then the Kosygin reform, discarded the scientific principles of Stalin's work “The Economic Problems of Socialism in the USSR” and deviated from the basic economic law of socialism (“ensuring maximum satisfaction of the constantly growing material and cultural needs of the whole society through continuous growth and improvement of socialist production based on high technology ”(IV Stalin), began to deform the socialist economy by introducing into it with the functioning of capitalism’s economy and the expansion of the scope of commodity production (the pursuit of profit growth in money terms as the main indicator of the efficiency of the enterprise, which could easily be achieved by various manipulations with the “winding up” of the cost of output), that is, they began to pursue an economic policy directly the opposite of that which was scientifically stated by Stalin and adopted at the XIX Party Congress, which naturally led to a sharp decrease in the pace of development of the socialist economy mics and the restoration of capitalism by the actions of the formed anti-socialist bloc as a part of the shadow bourgeoisie, foreign capital and the Communist Party of the CPSU as the driving force of the bourgeois counter-revolution.

Stalin rightly and far-sighted emphasized that as socialism advances forward, the class struggle in the country will become more and more aggravated. The mocking defamation of this position opened the gates of the creeping counter-revolution, became the prologue to the collapse of the cause of building communism in the USSR.

But the foundation of socialism laid down in the Stalin era was so powerful that despite serious deformations in the economy and a deviation from Bolshevism in politics, in 1985, in the USSR, in relation to the pre-war 1940, the national product produced increased by 16.8 times, labor productivity - 12.6 times, real income per capita - 6.5 times. In 1988, the USSR ranked first in the world and in Europe in terms of most of the most important types of industrial and agricultural products.

Today, there are symptoms of impending social upheaval. The coming century is predetermined by history as the century of socialist revolutions. This requires a quick demarcation with opportunism in the communist movement. This requires speeding up the Bolshevik process of the communist movement. Today, Russia, as on the threshold of the 20th century, has again become one of the weakest links in the chain of states of the capitalist world. It is Russia that can lead the era of socialist revolutions of the 21st century.

Recall that “Bolshevization is the transition of communist parties to the position of Leninism, it is a course towards a revolutionary change in the socio-political system, it is construction based on democratic centralism, criticism and self-criticism, strict party conscious discipline, it is a decisive demarcation with opportunism, revisionism, petty-bourgeois revolutionism. , its liberation from tailing, dependency, conciliationism and capitulation. The process of Bolshevization of the movement is objectively subjective. It is objective, independent of anyone’s desires, because it is based on regular changes in the balance of class forces, on the inevitability of the separation of the revolutionary proletarian wing of the communist movement from the opportunist, compromising wing of the petty-bourgeois revolutionism ”(N. Andreeva. For Bolshevism in the communist movement . L., 2002, p. 72-73).

“... It is becoming clearer to the masses of the proletarians of all countries that Bolshevism has shown the right path to salvation from the horrors of war and imperialism, that Bolshevism is suitable as a model of tactics for everyone” (V.I. Lenin. Poln. Sobr. Soch., Vol. 37, p. 305).

The authority of Stalin today is a record in our country. According to the latest opinion polls, its role is positively evaluated by two-thirds of the population. Politically-minded youth increasingly turns their eyes to the Great Stalinoh era. The complete works of Stalin are published, monuments to Generalissimo Stalin are erected in cities and villages and more and more such initiatives appear.

After the ceremonial installation in the city of Novosibirsk, on the initiative of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, a monument to Generalissimo I.V. With the construction of a memorial complex and a park for the 74th anniversary of the Great Victory, with the permission of local authorities, the liberals howled like a wolf. After all, no matter how much they try to denigrate Stalin and our heroic Soviet history, for many decades now, the authority of Stalin and the Soviet era has been growing inexorably. Recently (July 2019), Russian liberals “composed” a “Statement of the Permanent Commission (it includes anti-advisers and Zionists who work out their additional content with American grants) on the historical memory of the Presidential Council on the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights” called "On the monuments to I.V. Stalin."

The liberals are "indignant" that "there are reports of the creation of monuments to V. Stalin in Russian settlements" and "require" that "civil servants of all levels should clearly know about the inadmissibility of using state or municipal lands and buildings for this."

Mao Zedong was right: “You abandoned a sword like Stalin, throwing this sword. As a result, the enemies caught him to kill you. "

Liberals frighten the population with the revival of "Stalinism", "repressions" ... But "it was" Stalinism "that in the shortest and most unprecedented period in the history of peoples on the advanced economic base of Lenin’s electrification brought the country to world leaders, defeated Nazi fascism, created the country's nuclear missile shield , put atomic energy into peaceful service and paved the way for mankind into space, becoming the superpower of the world ”(Andreeva N.A. The Future of Socialism. L., 2018, p. 233). Hitler was afraid of living Stalin. The present rulers and their “democratic” corrupt henchmen are afraid of Stalin even dead ...

The historical experience of the USSR, led by Stalin, showed that only socialism can save the world from military, economic, political, environmental, demographic and other global crises generated by capitalism due to its inherent antagonistic contradictions. Today, thanks to the expansionist plans of the United States, which Stalin harshly restrained, providing economic, diplomatic and military support to the fraternal countries of socialism and countries fighting against colonial oppression, the world is irresistibly moving toward an all-annihilating third world war, local foci of which are organized in all regions of the world. At the personal initiative of Stalin, atomic weapons were created and subsequently nuclear-missile parity between the USSR and the USA was achieved, which ensured half a century of peaceful life and due to which it is still possible to curb the indefatigable appetites of the United States.

The formation of a united world anti-fascist front, to stop and destroy the extravagant plans of the United States for world domination - today the main task of all truly democratic and communist forces, the international working class.

So who was Stalin? “He was a person named Stalin, and when we pronounce this name, all sorts of definitions and clarifications are already superfluous.

There is no need even to mention one's own (not family) name, for Stalin - a person of that cosmic scale that does not require any additional definitions, was and will be the only one for all time. He was the greatest spiritual leader who inspired our people to exploits - labor and combat - which led us to great achievements in labor and victories in battle.

He was the clearest symbol of these accomplishments and victories ”(V.A. Tuev. Our Stalin. Irkutsk, 2018).

Stalin prophetically said: “... Many of the affairs of our party and people will be perverted and spat upon, above all abroad, and in our country too ... And yet - no matter how events unfold, but time will pass and the eyes of new generations will be turned to the deeds and victories of our socialist Fatherland. Year after year, new people will come. They will again raise the banner of their fathers and grandfathers. And they will give us their due in full. ”

And so it is today. This time - the time of the revival of our beautiful Motherland - the USSR - is already knocking on the door.

The bourgeois political technologists themselves with horror predict that "the time of neo-Bolshevism is coming."

Stalin's enormous services to the working people, to the peoples of the former Soviet Union, and especially to the Russian people, his socio-political activities should become the property of the widest masses, because it serves as an example of a deeply ideological life of a person.

Great Stalin - Glory!
