August 15, the DPRK celebrates National Liberation Day

Triumphal Victory Arch in the center of Pyongyang

The struggle of the Korean people with the Japanese regular military units during the occupation of Korea lasted almost half a century, was very difficult and unequal. The Japanese army was well supplied with both provisions and all the necessary military equipment. Partisan detachments created by the Great Leader, Comrade Kim Il Sung, and led by him, obtained weapons for themselves in armed attacks on Japanese military units, and the guerrillas were supplied by local residents who fully supported the partisan detachment.

The best military fort, on which the KPRA (the Korean People's Revolutionary Army) relied in its struggle against the Japanese, was the region of the mountains of Paektu. It represented an unassailable fortress, created by nature itself, favorable for the defense of the revolutionary army and unfavorable for enemy attacks. This area of Korea was also characterized by strong anti-Japanese sentiments of the population. The Paektusan partisan camp was a reliable mass base of the revolution. From here Kim Il Sung organized raid operations on the territory of Korea by large forces.

In December 1938, in an unprecedented frost, practically without food, sleep and rest, leaving the encirclement, the KPRA fighters had to make a forced march that lasted 100 days. This campaign, carried out under the command of Kim Il Sung, entered the history of the anti-Japanese struggle under the name "Arduous March".

August 8, 1945 the Soviet Union, fulfilling the commitments adopted at the Tehran and Yalta conferences, announced the state of war with Japan. On the night of August 8 to August 1.5 million, the Soviet (Red) army dealt a crushing blow to Japan's land forces.

On August 9, commander Kim Il Sung ordered all the detachments of the KNRA to order a general offensive. Detachments of the KPRA fought against the opposing individual groups of the Kwantung Army. As a result, the 1 million Kwantung Army was completely defeated. On August 14, a meeting of the government and the high command of the army and navy was convened in the bomb shelter of the emperor of Japan, in which, contrary to military opposition, the emperor proposed the draft of his rescript on the unconditional surrender of the Japanese armed forces on the terms of the Potsdam Declaration.

Day of August 15 in Korea was celebrated as the National Liberation Day.

Liberation from the Japanese yoke became the starting event in the formation of the socialist state in 1948.

Created by the Great Leader, Comrade Kim Il Sung, the DPRK today is a developed self-sufficient state, equipped for its defense and defense with its own nuclear weapons.

Despite constant encroachments by the imperialist US on the independence and very existence of the DPRK, the people of the country are confidently looking to the future, celebrating on September 9 the 70th anniversary of the formation of their socialist state.

Congratulating the people of the DPRK on the 73rd anniversary of National Independence, we wish successes in defending your borders from the mad imperialist United States, which can not in any way reconcile itself to the very fact of the existence of a socialist state in northeast Asia.

We believe in the victory of the Korean working people under the leadership of their leader, Comrade Kim Jong-un.

We wish our Korean friends to continue bearing high the victorious banner of the Juche idea in the storming of the heights of the construction of a prosperous socialist state.

Central Committee of the AUCPB

Statement of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the AUCPB on the issue of unilateral denuclearization of the DPRK

The Central Committee of the AUCPB in its Statement of June 15 this year, on the assessment of the adopted Agreement at the meeting in Singapore of the leader of the DPRK, Comrade Kim Jong-un, with US President Donald Trump, expressed its extreme concern about the demand in the Agreement for unilateral nuclear disarmament by the DPRK without the US commitment to withdraw the previously strangled countries in the DPRK sanctions.

The validity of our distrust of President Trump's sincerity at the meeting in Singapore confirmed the August messages of the US State Department to Pyongyang with the proposal of exactly unilateral disarmament of the DPRK without lifting any sanctions imposed on the DPRK earlier. Moreover, at the same time, an attempt was made to drag through the UN Security Council a resolution on imposing new sanctions on the DPRK and sanctions on one of the Russian companies "noticed" in cooperation with the DPRK.

This policy of the US State Department has confirmed the previously expressed distrust of US proposals for the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula and our assessment of the US position as a deceit of the world community by Trump's indefinite lengthy statements.

Against the backdrop of the bill recently passed by the US Senate in 2019 for an unprecedented military budget of $ 716 billion (thereby threatening the entire world, the US Senate), the liquidation of its nuclear missile and nuclear capabilities at the present time would be a frank suicide.

The AUCPB supports and approves the categorical answer "NO" by the leader of the DPRK, Comrade Kim Jong-un, who described the US Department of State's proposals as "gangster", which they really are.

We support the demand of Comrade Kim Jong-un about the permanent lifting of all sanctions against the DPRK and the conclusion of the DPRK-US peace treaty.

We support the DPRK's defense nuclear policy, which pursues the sole goal of preserving its state from the manic desire of the United States to finally destroy the DPRK through unilateral denuclearization, which the United States had not previously been able to achieve either in the DPRK's Fatherland Liberation War of 1950-1953 or in all subsequent years by imposing endlessly suffocating sanctions on the country.

We wish the heroic people of the DPRK to withstand this fierce battle with the imperialist predator of the USA, distraught from permissiveness and successfully continue building its socialist state. We wish the DPRK success in strengthening its nuclear component in the defense of the country.

We firmly believe in the victory of the DPRK.

Fidel: the struggle continues

On August 13, 2018, Fidel Castro, organizer and leader of the Cuban Revolution, could have turned 92 years old. For two years now, since there is no Cuban leader with us - his life ended in 2016 - but his cause is alive. It lives like revolutionary Cuba is alive, despite the US blockade and attempts by the imperialists to disintegrate the country from within.

"I started the revolution with 82 people. If I had to repeat this, I would have had fifteen or even ten. Ten people and absolute faith. It does not matter how many of you. It is important to believe and it is important to have a clear plan. Victory is persistence "

At a young age, having embarked on the path of struggle against the dictatorship, Fidel did not bow before the authority of "traditional" opposition leaders, but began organizing young people. Fidel had to reject the convenience of ordinary people, change them to prison, emigration and partisan life in the mountains. Next to him were his like-minded people - brother Raul Castro, comrade Camilo Cienfuegos, Argentinian native Ernesto Che Guevara, who joined the revolutionary struggle of the Cubans, and other comrades.

"The revolution is not a bed of roses. Revolution is a battle between the future and the past "

The future is not built in parliamentary halls, but in the midst of the people - it was firmly known to the Cuban revolutionaries. The struggle for socialism is not going to the ballot boxes every few years, not flapping the flag in time with the monotonous muttering of bonz from the "parties of moderate progress within the framework of legality." The revolution demands renunciation of petty-bourgeois life, contempt for the "philosophy of wise minnows," afraid of "whatever happens." The revolution requires readiness for personal self-sacrifice, the revolutionary loves his people, but is uncompromising and merciless toward enemies.

Castro knew perfectly well that dictator Batista's regime would not go away on his own. Fidel did not adapt to life under the dictatorship, did not wait for the regime to transform into something more "soft", and embarked on the path of his revolutionary overthrow. Counter-revolutionary violence must be countered with revolutionary violence. And this concerns not only the period of the struggle for power, but also the period of the establishment of people's power and the building of socialism.

"I remember very well how, after the collapse of the USSR, many people attacked me with advice to do all the dirty tricks that all the others did. I'm going to some meeting, for example, inauguration, there are always going to certain personalities ..., other Latin American figures came - all with advice for me, how to act, so that Cuba could survive ... I listened with great respect, discussed it the way I had it meaning to discuss the issue, and remained unshakable".

And after the collapse of the USSR - a great friend and ally of Cuba - Fidel Castro and his associates were not scared, did not surrender to the US and new "friends", but retained the socialist system. Some maneuvers have been done, concessions have been made on some issues, one can argue about the admissibility of which, but Cuba remained the Island of Freedom, despite the storms that fought against its shores.

The case of Fidel Castro to some extent remains incomplete. This is primarily due to the international situation - it is not easy to create a new system when you have an enemy like the US, and those who are stuffed into "friends" are also thinking about how to "pinch off" a piece of the country's resources. Neither does the counter-revolution supported by the North Americans keep slumbering. This means that the Cuban revolution still has to fight.

The future revolutionary generations will have to bear the banner of Fidel in the future.

Extension of the Atomic Energy Agreement between the United States and Japan

The DPRK Committee for Peace in the APR exposed the background of the extension of the Nuclear Energy Agreement between the United States and Japan

Pyongyang, August 5 / CTAC / - The Nuclear Energy Agreement between the United States and Japan for 30 years has expired automatically, which expired on July 16. In this regard, the DPRK Committee for Peace in the Asia-Pacific Region published a White Paper on August 4, exposing a dangerous intention and a criminal nature on the background of the silent intrigues of prolonging this Agreement between the United States and the Japanese reactionaries.

The White Paper notes the following.

Historically, the Japanese reactionaries kept saying that Japan, as the only state in the world that suffered from a nuclear catastrophe, is categorically against the possession and use of nuclear weapons.

However, contrary to their words, the Japanese reactionaries had long been harboring the infamous plan for nuclear weapons and were striving for its implementation.

Japan, which since the early 1930s conducted a study of the use of nuclear energy, since the 1940s, under the direct leadership of the military department, until recently, comprehensively promoted the development of the atomic bomb.

And in 1956, Japan began to implement the technology of nuclear fuel reprocessing, in 1977, the production of plutonium began, and in the 1980s a fast neutron reactor called Mondju was used to mass the plutonium.

Also in 1988, after the conclusion of the Nuclear Energy Agreement between the United States and Japan, Japan began to import spent nuclear fuel from other countries, and sought to accumulate plutonium.

The White Paper also highlights the US double position, which keeps silent about Japan's intention to develop nuclear technology in order to obtain nuclear weapons.

Japan, except for five permanent members of the UN Security Council, is the only country in the world that is allowed to produce plutonium through the utilization of nuclear fuel.

After in 1988 the United States granted Japan the right to recycle spent nuclear fuel, Japanese reactionaries in the past 30 years have increased the accumulation of plutonium for nuclear weapons.

Already in the mid-1950s, the United States, through the "Marshall Plan of Atomic Energy", transferred Japan the basic technologies for the development of nuclear weapons, including uranium enrichment technology, and in the late 1960s, under the pretext of testing, supplied Japan with 365 kg of weapons-grade plutonium.

It was the Ford administration that in 1976 agreed to Japan for the construction of a plant for the utilization of nuclear fuel, and the Carter administration in 1977 hinted Japan that using plutonium for a nuclear reactor it is possible to manufacture nuclear weapons.

The conclusion of the Atomic Energy Agreement between the United States and Japan in July 1988 allowed Japan to extract plutonium and enrich uranium by disposing of spent nuclear fuel.

In fact, it's like initiating Japanese reactionaries plotting to carry out their own nuclear weapons.

The White Paper states that Japan's nuclear weapons and the subsequent global nuclear catastrophe are a matter of time.

Until now, the world's accumulated amount of plutonium has reached 518 tons, while the quantity stored in Japan reaches 47 tons.

Despite this, the United States and the Japanese reactionaries again openly committed an anti-human and trampling crime, automatically extending the Nuclear Energy Agreement between the United States and Japan.

This of course without unnecessary words is the result of collusion between the island's gangs and the United States. The Japanese are also trying to turn their country into a military power under the active aegis, indulgence and encouragement of the master and thereby fulfill the former dream of "the sphere of co-prosperity of great East Asia", while the United States is "exclusively generous" in the hands of a vassal and use it as a shock strike for the implementation of the strategy of domination over Asia.

If the US has the will to denuclearize the Korean peninsula, then, of course, they should be called into question about the nuclear weapons of Japan and objectively assess the state of affairs.

Japan must realize that its "frivolous" behavior only breeds isolation in the international community and accelerates self-destruction. Japan should act cautiously.

Foreign Minister of the DPRK made a speech at the meeting of the Ministers of the ASEAN Regional Forum

Pyongyang, August 5 / Foreign Minister Lee Yong-Ho on August 4 delivered a speech at a meeting of ASEAN regional forum ministers held in Singapore.

He stated that the summit and negotiations held in Singapore, for the first time in the history of relations between the DPRK and the US, are an important event that had the most profound and positive impact on the development of the situation in the APR.

He also pointed out that if those countries that are in deep-seated hostile relations achieve mutual trust, then it is possible to solve the issue of peace and security in the region and the world through dialogue and negotiations.

This is a huge international significance, which has a summit and negotiations in Singapore.

The position of our Republic is unchanged: to actively develop the relations of friendship and cooperation with all countries in the region on the basis of respect for sovereignty, equality and mutual favor and continuously contribute to joint efforts to build confidence and implement preventive diplomacy of the ASEAN Regional Forum.

The new state of peace and stability achieved on the Korean Peninsula is the expensive sprouts that all countries of the region should jointly promote, cherish and consolidate for the stable and constructive development of the APR situation as a whole.

In short, the current situation on the Korean peninsula can be called a moment of history, in which the old is destroyed and a new one is born.

Last June, it was here on the island of Sentosa that the leaders of the DPRK and the US reached an age-old agreement.
The determination and stance of the DPRK is unshakable and responsibly and with diligence to implement the joint statement of the DPRK and the United States.

The main key that guarantees the full implementation of the joint statement of the DPRK and the United States is the creation of trust.

Trust is not a feeling that arises one morning. To fully build trust between the DPRK and the United States, simultaneous action from both sides is necessarily necessary, a step-by-step method is needed for possible and next execution.

First of all, create trust, and carry out all the articles of the joint statement proportionally, simultaneously and in stages - only this new method is the only real way to success, as we are sure.

It is when the United States allows us to approach them without alarm, and we too can open the soul of the United States and show our attitude by action.

This is the main core of the spirit of the agreement reached by the heads of the two countries of the DPRK and the United States.

But the alarming fact is that inside the US, unlike the intentions of its leadership, there are still attempts to turn back to the old.

We can not allow that a joint statement by the DPRK and the US will serve as a victim of US domestic policy and thereby a contrary wind will blow against the intentions of the heads of both countries.

We were determined to take some measures, respectively, if the US side arrives with constructive proposals. But while the US does not show its firm readiness, which allows us to eradicate our anxiety. Therefore, we will not act unilaterally first.

The Korean proverb says: "a lazy gait, but a cowhide." And so for the implementation of the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula, the fastest, most accurate and closest way is to gently build confidence through a phased and synchronous action gradually.

The DPRK last April chose a new strategic line - to concentrate all forces on economic construction.

If in our country the economy is restored and the standard of living of the population is raised, then it will only benefit the world and security, economic growth in the whole region, and not harm.

The international community should, as appropriate, respond with constructive measures that inspire and encourage the peace and economic development of the Korean peninsula to the first goodwill measures that we have undertaken to denuclearize.

In conclusion, the Foreign Minister of the DPRK expressed hope and confidence that all the participating countries of the ASEAN Regional Forum cherished the hard-won century-old chance of turning the situation on the Korean peninsula and did things that would benefit the cardinal solution of the Korean Peninsula issue.

Overview of the labor movement in the second half of July

In Russia, large-scale protests against the increase in retirement age do not stop

In the second half of July 2018, mass rallies and pickets continued to be held in many regions of the country. Workers, pensioners, students, the unemployed, and some intellectuals actively opposed the increase in the retirement age initiated by Putin and Medvedev. Only during the week of July 16-22 protests took place in more than 20 cities. One of the most massive was a rally in Novosibirsk - it was attended by more than two thousand townspeople. One and a half thousand protesters gathered in Angarsk, over a thousand in Rubtsovsk, over seven hundred in Velikiye Luki, six hundred in Vologda and Satka (Chelyabinsk Region). More than 500 citizens came to the meeting in Kirov, in Irkutsk - four hundred people.

On July 18, a mass protest rally, attended by more than 1,500 protesters, was held in Moscow, in the Sokolniki Park. Among the participants there were many ordinary Muscovites, mostly middle-aged. Many came with self-made posters "We want to live to retirement," "No pension genocide," "We do not want to work until the grave." The protesters are going to create an all-Russian headquarters and in September to organize across Russia a one-time massive protest action.

The rally in Leningrad, held on July 19, gathered more than a thousand people. Since the authorities of the city, under far-fetched pretexts, refused to agree on the event, the protesters decided to take a walk along Nevsky Prospekt from Malaya Sadovaya Street to St. Isaac's Square. Participants of the action raised red cards, symbolizing a serious violation of the "rules of the game" by the government.

At the Griboedov Canal, the police blocked the way, everyone stopped. Dozens of commandos rushed into the mass of people and snatched from it some activists of the left and trade union organizations. During these "detentions" people loudly chanted: "Shame! Shame! ", After which they continued their journey to St. Isaac's Square.

Numerous rallies were also held in Izhevsk, Severouralsk, Sevastopol, Kaliningrad, Kuibyshev (Novosibirsk region), Yaroslavl, Nikolayevsk-on-Amur, Zheleznogorsk, Sukhoi Log. Pickets were held in Orsk, Saratov, Arkhangelsk and other cities. All events were organized by supporters of socialism, regional trade union associations and public activists.

As of July 18, only 2,206,406 people participated in trade union actions against raising the retirement age. In the framework of protests against the pension reform, trade unions organized 42 rallies, 1 march, 154 pickets, 13289 meetings, 13 conferences, 3597 meetings.

 ------------------------------------------

Strike by workers in the Tyumen region

In the middle of July a strike broke out at the SIBUR Tobolsk hydrocarbon processing plant.

Over 300 people took part in the strike. Workers who despaired of lack of money and poverty, according to eyewitnesses, broke into the plant administration and caused damage to the car of their boss, demanding money.

The main reason for the strike was a three-month delay in the payment of earnings. Strikers are also dissatisfied with the quality of food and living conditions.

 -----------------------------------------

Protest action in Ulyanovsk

On July 20, over two thirds of the staff of the fixed-route taxi drivers No. 28 organized a strike. As a result, buses plied the route at intervals of 2 hours.

Strikers do not like the current working conditions and wages.

-------------------------------------------------

Pickets in Yakutia

On July 20, a series of protest actions against the adoption of the bill on the study of the languages of small nations was held in the republic. According to protesters, if new rules are implemented, the number of hours to study their native language in schools will be reduced.

People went out to pickets with posters on which it says: "State Duma deputies - do not carve up Russia!", "We will preserve our native language!".

Adoption of the above bill in the State Duma can only complicate interethnic relations in our country, provoke the growth of nationalist and separatist sentiments among the non-Russian bourgeoisie.

-----------------------------------------

Georgian miners are fighting for safe working conditions

On July 23, in the center of the city of Tkibuli, the miners started a rally in the form of a rally and strike. They demanded to remove the leadership of the company "Gruzugol" from their posts, organize a meeting with the Prime Minister and strengthen the safety standards.

The workers recognized the need to investigate the causes of the accidents that occurred on April 5 and July 16 at the Mindeli mine and punish the perpetrators. As a result of these tragedies, ten miners were killed.

Abroad
--------

Mass picket in Poland

On July 25, several hundred workers and representatives of other social groups held a protest near the building of the directorate of a nitrogen plant in the city of Pulawy. This mass picket was a response to the actions of the authorities who unlawfully fired the trade union activist.

Collective labor dispute at a chemical plant in Pulava lasts since November last year. The two largest trade-union organizations demand from the authorities to reject reorganization of the enterprise. The Board plans to transfer the trading and audit departments to the city of Tarnów, which will hurt the status of the plant and its workers.

 ---------------------------------------------

A radical protest by the French farmers

On July 24, the 16th stage of the Tour de France cycle race was thwarted. This was due to the protest of the farmers, who blocked the track with haystacks. They thus expressed their dissatisfaction with the policies of the authorities that follow the standards of the European Union, and, as a result, the state funding of agriculture is declining.

The police applied tear gas to the farmers. However, athletes also suffered.

All this happened 187 kilometers to the finish line between the cities of Carcassonne and Bagneres de Luchon.

 ----------------------------------------------

Strike in Britain

On July 25 in the country began a two-day strike of employees of an Irish airline. About 600 flights to Belgium, Portugal and Spain were canceled.

The main reason for the strike is the low salaries of flight attendants and pilots, who, not for the first time with the help of the strike, drew the attention of their superiors to this problem.

We must wake up, we must fight!

On June 28, Kuibyshev fighters and comrades-in-arms of the VMGB and AUCPB (N. Andreeva) took part in the all-Russia protest against the increase in the retirement age, fuel and VAT prices.
Our comrades visited rallies in Samara and Novokuybyshevsk. Both of them opened at 11:00, both were organized by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.

In Samara, the rally was held at Bezymyanka, in the square "Motherland". The authorities most often "allow" opposition mass events as far from the city center as possible. There was a heat wave. About 1,000 people gathered at the rally (taking into account those who were not there to the end).
Speakers spoke for exactly one hour. The organizers (KPRF), as well as representatives of LKSM, NPSR and Left Front, spoke. The speeches sounded the usual slogans about the resignation of the government and about voting for the KPRF. On September 9 in the Samara region will be the election of the governor, and the KPRF has its own candidate - Alexei Leskin, one of the main deputies of the provincial Duma (deputy chairman). Of course, many called for voting in the elections for him.
In Novokuibyshevsk, the rally was held on Mendeleyev Square. Just like in Samara, the authorities "removed" the protesters away from the center (see the previous news). About 300 people gathered. We were able to speak and communicate with the participants of the rally. Our newspapers in both cities were distributed instantly.

In addition to the general slogan "The Government to resign," two more have risen: "Putin's resignation" and "Down with all the deputies of United Russia." This is a natural reaction to the behavior of the Russian president, as well as local and federal legislators.
But we do not support the traditional for the KPRF blind faith in "honest" elections. We believe that the slogan "Vote for Leskina" is just self-promotion on the wave of mass protest, and people and the country can not help it in any way. Just like referendums on reforms, because the votes will be counted by the CEC, appointed by the authorities. The withdrawal of a mass protest in the direction of elections is the release of steam into the whistle and the discharge of protest! This has already begun in Novosibirsk - and also under the auspices of the KPRF.

The next rallies in Samara will take place in the same place, on 11 and 18 August, at 11:00. About Novokuibyshevsk will be known later.
Comrades, the struggle is gaining momentum! With each passing day, the oppression intensifies, with each passing day we become stronger and more steadfast. It's time to wake up, it's time to fight for a better life!

Meeting in Pyatigorsk against the pension reform

In Pyatigorsk, in the village of Goryachevodsk at the monument to V.I. Lenin, on July 28, 2018, a protest rally was held against the pension reform in Russia. The square in front of the monument to Lenin was completely filled with protesters ...

The rally was organized by the Pyatigorsk branch of the KPRF Communist Party of the Russian Federation, in which the Pyatigorsk CC AUCPB took part. In very hot weather, the Standard of the AUCPB, the red flag of the AUCPB with the image of V.I. Lenin and J.V. Stalin and red flags with a sickle and a hammer were raised. The Bolsheviks wore red ribbons on their chests.

Prior to the rally, the Bolsheviks distributed leaflets entitled "The Purpose of the Pension Reform - Robbing Workers", the newspapers "Bolshevik Sickle and Hammer", "Revolution", and campaigning was conducted.

It was explained that the class essence of the pension reform is obvious, capital does not care about caring for the elderly, like about people in general. The unemployable population is a burden to the bourgeoisie - it does not bring profit to it, but, on the contrary, only losses. To raise the retirement age means to force the elderly people to work, to generate income, to quickly lose their lives, and to reduce pension payments. Rights are not given - they are won over! Or fought for!

N.A. Degtyarenko  - Secretary of the Central Committee of the AUCPB read out a statement which was accepted by applause.

After the rally the Bolsheviks held a meeting and summed up the rally.

Proletarians of all countries, unite!

North-Caucasian Bureau of the Central Committee of the AUCPB

DESPITE THE PROHIBITION NOTICE BY AUTHORITIES, THE MEETING WAS HELD

In Novosibirsk on July 26 on the Embankment of the Ob, the fourth rally against the so-called "pension reform" was held. The organizers of the rally were the Pensioners for a Decent Life Committee, the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (AUCPB), the youth organization New Reds, the RKKP, the Left Front, Novosibirsk motorists and other social and political forces of the city.

There were not many people this time. If on June 28 in Pervomaysky Square (in the center of the city) there were about 2,500 people (judging by the number of signatures collected at the rally), today about 500 people gathered on the Ob River Quay. The ruling power methodically breaks down mass rallies. If on June 16 and 28 the authorities coordinated rallies in the center of the city, then after that they began to prohibit rallies in all central areas of the city (as if they already occupied themselves with other "rallies" every day from 12:00 to 19:30) and sent the workers to the periphery - to the city airport or to the Ob River.

To get to the embankment of the Ob (unlike the city center) is quite problematic, and in the evening - huge traffic jams reach the River Station. Of the inhabitants of the city, few know where the "youngest" Park "Gorodskoe Nachalo" is located, where a monument to Emperor Alexander III was opened a few years ago.

Perhaps the reason is not only this. People are so busy with survival and so zombified by the media that they simply do not care about "some rallies".

Also, the reason is that some political forces in Novosibirsk not only do not mobilize workers to fight, but also cover the criminal practice of banning mass public events of workers. After all, the mayor of the city of Novosibirsk is the first secretary of the Novosibirsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Lokot, who personally signs people to "protest" to the backyard.

From the former partocrats of the CPSU higher and middle managers in principle to expect any other is not worth it. Social democracy has always been a faithful servant of capital. The KPRF in Novosibirsk in power - that the mayor will be told from the administration of the vice-governor of Travnikov (or the President of the Russian Federation), then he will do so. The mayor concluded a deal - withdrew candidacy for governors in favor of Travnikov in return for a promise to keep him the profitable mayor's chair.

The Novosibirsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation also held a "rally" on July 28. The Mayor's Office "coordinated" the central site - at SPSTL - in spite of its own prohibitions. Party leaders of the Communist Party decided to "wave" after the outgoing train? After all, the bill has already been adopted in the first reading. Since the initiation of the reform, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation has not indicated its position with mass protests, nor even participated in our mass rallies. This could not but lead to a fall in the KPRF's rating among voters. Besides, "throwing everyone out of the city center" even more provoked indignation among Novosibirsk citizens. To "pull up" their "image", the KPRF also holds a "rally." The question is, is it worth to participate in this "on duty" rally, initiated to "save face" and get the votes of pro-Soviet voters in order to stay at the trough? After all, the elections and the mayor, and the City Council, and the Legislative Assembly are not far off ...

The State Duma of the Russian Federation by votes of "United Russia" has already approved the pension bill in the first reading. The second and third readings are expected this fall. The State Duma of the Russian Federation also adopted in the third reading the law on the increase from January 1, 2019, VAT from 18 to 20%, which, along with the already increased prices for gasoline, will lead to an increase in prices for all goods.

All these adventures of the government of the Russian Federation mean a tough offensive of big capital on the rights of workers, on whose shoulders the burden of social and economic crises is shifted. Along with this, the Government of the Russian Federation, expressing the interests of the oligarchy, refuses at all to introduce a progressive scale of taxation and to nationalize the strategic branches of the economy, which would give the state trillions of budgetary money.

The ruling class destroys one after another all the social gains of the working people. The low retirement age is one of the achievements of socialism in the USSR, which was enshrined in the Constitution of the USSR and guaranteed by the socialist economic system, the absence of unemployment, and guaranteed work. The pension, which was paid from the state budget, provided a decent life.

Only mass organized protest of the citizens of the country can stop the anti-popular reforms.

But the question is not only in the mass protest. First of all, what political and class forces it organizes, in order, forms and methods of struggle. Not only the scale of the protest, but its harsh political and ideological focus on fighting the bourgeois anti-people power can lead to success.

At the rally on July 26, the rally participants declared their resolute NO to the policy of capital offensives on the rights of workers and demanded:

- compliance with the Constitution, which explicitly prohibits the adoption of laws that infringe the rights of citizens;

- the nationalization of strategic sectors of the economy and the introduction of a progressive scale of taxation;

- recall of the criminal bill on raising the retirement age;

- respect for the rights of citizens to freedom of assembly, to stop the criminal practice of banning public protest actions in the city center.

At the rally, we collected signatures against raising the retirement age. Tens of thousands of signatures of Novosibirsk have already been collected.

The participants of the meeting will be branded by the shame of the deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation from United Russia from the Novosibirsk region (Alexander Karelin, Maxim Kudryavtsev, Alexander Zhukov, Andrey Kalichenko and Dmitry Perminov) who voted for the pension adventure and called on all Novosibirsk citizens to refuse to trust them in the next elections.

We, the Bolsheviks, call for not losing faith in victory and resolutely rise to the fight against predatory pension reforms!

The restoration of the USSR and socialism through the socialist revolution - this is today the only way out of the present desperation!

OUR CAUSE IS RIGHT - WE WILL WIN!

National Uprising Day!

The All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks congratulates the people of the Republic of Cuba on the Day of National Uprising, on the 65th anniversary (July 26, 1953) of attacks on the Moncada barracks, on the anniversary of the beginning of the Revolution.

We congratulate the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, Raul Castro Ruz, on the anniversary of the significant event that opened the way for the Cuban people to freedom and socialism.

We congratulate President of the State Council of Cuba Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, who leads the Republic in conditions of confrontation with US imperialism.

On this day, we recall the name of the outstanding revolutionary Fidel Castro Ruz, who led the national uprising and led the Cuban people to victory. On this day, we also recall other revolutionaries who stood alongside Fidel and Raul Castro and who devoted their whole lives to the cause of the Revolution and the liberation of the people from capitalist oppression.

The Cuban revolution was of international importance and responded to the hearts of people around the world. And today the images of the revolutionaries who stormed the bastions of the dictatorship in Moncada inspire freedom fighters on all continents.

The Republic of Cuba, thanks to its revolution, has become for the progressive humanity an example of dignity and a persistantstruggle for the ideals of socialism. Like half a century ago, today Cuba is fighting for its independence, including in the conditions of the blockade on the part of the United States and the hostile encroachments of the counter-revolution. Cuba, which opposes imperialist globalism, continues its struggle for independent development, attracts sincere sympathy for people around the world.

And today, the US imperialists can not accept the fact that near their borders there is the Island of Freedom, where people live without knowing the capitalist oppression and power of money bags. We see that the Cuban working people on the road to communism have yet to defeat the imperialist enemies and their agents. "There is nothing worse than turning your back on the enemy, because he, like animals, is triggered by the instinct of persecution, and the empire is much worse than the beast," said Fidel Castro.

We wish the Cuban people fortresses of the spirit, confidence in their forces, vigilance in the defense of socialist gains and successes on the main road to a communist future.

And let, as well as half a century ago, the slogan-appeal to solidarity sound all over the world: "Cuba - yes!", And "Yankees - no!".

On July 27, the DPRK marks the 65th anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War

The Fatherland Liberation War of the Korean people (June 25, 1950 - July 27, 1953) against the American aggressors and their satellites, represented by the Air Force of a number of states within the UN multinational force, resulted in the signing in Panmunjom only a truce - an unprecedented situation in the history of US aggressive wars. An armistice is a situation where there is no war, no peace, when the war can resume at any time.

For the DPRK, this war was just. It was a war for the achieved independence, for an independent choice of the way for the further development of the young state, whose people had just thrown off the shackles of the half-century Japanese slavery. Because Koreans fought heroically, defending their own lives with their legitimate right to freedom and independence of their beloved homeland. The heroic victory of the Korean people became possible thanks to the unshakable monolithic unity of the Leader, the Party and the warring People, led by the Great Leader and Great Warrior Comrade Kim Il Sung, who was constantly in Pyongyang, subjected to brutal barbaric bombing of American aviation in conjunction with the Air Force of their allies for robbery. The monolithic unity of the Leader, Party and People was welded together by faith in the victory over the aggressor.

In this war, the young, newly-born country of socialism was assisted by the Peoples Republic of China (PRC) in the form of a partial contingent of Chinese volunteers and the USSR, represented by military experts of the Air Force (fighter aviation division commanded three times by the hero of the Soviet Union, I. N. Kozhedub, among the pilots of this division in the sky, the DPRK destroyed foreign vultures and a member of the Central Committee of our AUCPB, Serafim Pavlovich Subbotinlater received for heroism in the sky over Korea the title of Hero of the Soviet Union, killed by Ukrainian nationalists in 1996 in Cherkasy in Central Ukraine).

The signing of an armistice between the DPRK and the US after a three-year fierce confrontation was caused by the fact that further conducting of military operations could not change the situation in either direction. The forces of the belligerents were leveled. Confrontation stabilized along the 38th parallel. In addition, after the death of J.V. Stalin, the PRC and the DPRK decided not to continue the war on their own.

In the Fatherland Liberation War of the Korean people, from 2 to 4 million Koreans perished according to various sources. Pyongyang was reduced to ashes by  aggressor aviation. The same fate befell other cities of the DPRK and agricultural areas.

After the end of the Fatherland Liberation War, the Korean people managed to erect a new Pyongyang on the military ashes, now considered one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The national economy was restored, and in recent years, scientists and experts of the DPRK have created their own nuclear weapons and ways to deliver them to the target (to objects in the US), which ended with the US military constant blackmail of a pre-emptive nuclear strike on the DPRK. The United States has consistently refused to conclude a treaty of peace and non-aggression on the DPRK, despite constant proposals from the DPRK. With the achievement of the DPRK possessing a sufficient defensive nuclear potential, the situation in the relations between the DPRK and the USA has changed.

For the first time in history on June 12, 2018 in Singapore, at the initiative of the United States, the leader of the DPRK, Comrade Kim Jong-no, met with US President Trump. A Joint Statement was signed, which, in our opinion, can hardly testify to a real change in the predatory aggressive policy of the United States on the world stage. After all, the key topic of the meeting and conversation was the denuclearization of the DPRK ... So, Trump's flattering words at the meeting, in spite of the former rudeness and insults towards Kim Jong-Un, are, in our opinion, just the political camouflage of Trump on the eve of the election campaign for the US Senate in November this year with the purpose of raising his personal rating in a certain part of the American electorate. I want to believe in the best, but life always destroys an unconfirmed belief based only on good intentions. In the predatory world of imperialism, RIGHT stands always on the side of MIGHT - might is always right. In addition, Trump is unlikely to abandon the military and political domination of the United States in the Indian-Pacific region of the world.

Congratulating our Korean friends on the 65th anniversary of victory in the Fatherland Liberation War, we wish them good health, much strenght and new grandiose successes in building their socialist prosperous state and strengthening the country's defense power.
