“The Border Guard is entrusted with the protection of the border interests of the Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic, and within the border strip, the protection of the identity and property of citizens, in particular:

a) obstruction of the secret transport of goods and the secret passage of persons across the land and sea borders of the Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic;

b) protection against the theft of water resources in our border and territorial waters;

c) supervision of compliance with international shipping rules on border rivers;

d) the protection of our fishermen and industrialists in the border seas, lakes and rivers;

e) the protection of our border villages from attacks by robbers and nomadic tribes;

e) implementation of border quarantine, as necessary, and so on ... "

China prepared to defend the results of World War II with Russia

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi announced at an annual press conference that he was ready to work with Russia to uphold the outcome of World War II. On Sunday, May 24, according to RIA Novosti.

According to the agency, Wang Yi considers it necessary to strengthen strategic cooperation between the two countries in order to protect the UN Charter and the basic norms of international relations, as well as to strongly oppose any unilateral actions and psychological harassment.

On May 9, it was reported that UN Secretary General Antoniu Guterres called for recall of the lessons of 1945. Guterres stressed that society should not forget "about the Holocaust and other grave and terrible crimes committed by the Nazis." He added that the main task of the UN is to rid future generations of the scourge of war.

Why Vietnam was able to nip the pandemic in the bud

Can Russia borrow successful experience in fighting infection from Vietnamese comrades? Once this republic  learned a lot from us. But now, it seems, our time has come to learn from Vietnam. In terms of size and number of citizens, Vietnam is not at all a tiny country like Singapore: 96 million people, 331,700 square  km of territory - they live quite closely. Coronavirus, according to the Italian principle, was supposed to put tens of thousands of Vietnamese in hospitals, but nothing of the kind happened. In the last 3 months of the epidemic in Vietnam, only 270 people were infected with COVID-19, and NONE of them died. How can this happen if in the developed countries of Europe, Asia and America millions of people are infected with the latest virus and hundreds of thousands of patients have already died?

The first case of infection in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam was recorded on January 23, 2020 - an elderly Chinese man from the city of Wuhan (China) came to visit his son living in Hanoi and infected the poor man with a coronavirus. Both were admitted to Ho Chi Minh City Hospital. My son was discharged a week later, his father was held for 20 days. The authorities breathed out in unison, but then the Vietnamese who worked in China began to return home en masse. By February 7, there were 13 COVID-19 patients in the country: the number of infected was rapidly increasing.

All schools were closed, and the Communist Party formed a headquarters to fight the infection - the latter began to inspect hospitals in the country, finding out the preparedness for the epidemic. In the shortest possible time, the latest equipment was purchased for hospitals (including mechanical ventilation devices), the best doctors were mobilized, the number of hospital beds was increased. They did not regret the money. The reason for this reaction lies in the outbreak of SARS in 2003 - then 63 people were infected in Vietnam, 5 of them died. Despite the small number of victims, the government concluded that the infection should be stopped as quickly as possible and by any means possible.

For a start, quarantine was introduced selectively: they blocked the areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, where the sick and their families lived. The military patrolled the streets, and drones with electronic tracking functions were launched into the air. Food was delivered to people contactlessly, leaving food packages at the door; the state took upon itself the payment of food. They officially banned going out without a medical mask. Masks soon appeared in all pharmacies at the lowest prices, and in April volunteers distributed them on the street for free.

As soon as China announced the first case of a new type of virus infection on December 31, 2019, the Vietnamese government announced on the same day: public services, the army and the police should be ready for a large-scale epidemic, and the plan should be thought out now. In the EU and the US, the authorities realized only in the midst of a pandemic, and Vietnam acted in advance. During the lightning reaction and the harsh measures taken, the spread of coronavirus in Vietnam seriously slowed down - the number of patients went to tens, not thousands, as in neighboring China. But the Vietnamese leadership did not consider this a success and did not rest on their laurels. It closed flights to dangerous countries and limited movement around the country by canceling intercity buses. The quarantine of diseased Vietnamese was increased from 14 to 20, and in some cases to 40 (!) Days. On March 16, when the number of infected people reached 60, universal self-isolation was introduced in the republic. Since April 1, nothing has been working in Vietnam anymore - cafes and seaside resorts have closed, passers-by have disappeared from the streets, shopping centers and movie theaters have locked their doors.

A huge plus was the reaction from the population. People did not show discontent - they say that in warm weather they are not allowed to walk in parks and grill kebabs on the grill, and the government supported the choir: there has not been such consolidation and unity in Vietnam since the war with America. It played the role that Vietnam is a socialist one-party state. The Vietnamese had nipped the epidemic in the bud. The representative of WHO in the Republic of Kidun Park confirmed the success of the Vietnamese, saying: early response to the problem was the main success factor.

Militia Yevgeny Shcherbak, handed over by the Russian authorities to Kazakhstan, sentenced to 4.5 years in prison

Donbass militia Evgeni Shcherbak, extradited from Russia to Kazakhstan, was convicted in his homeland. He received 4.5 years in prison. And this verdict is still considered mild, since an experienced lawyer participated in the case of the defender of Donbass, whose services were paid by State Duma deputy Sergei Shargunov. If not for him, Eugene could get all nine years in prison.

A 37-year-old citizen of Kazakhstan, Yevgeny Shcherbak, has fought in the Donbass since 2014 as part of the Sparta battalion (commander Arsen Pavlov, Motorola), was wounded, and has military awards. After he moved to Russia, where he worked as a taxi driver. The man was detained on September 4, 2018 at the Ring Road of St. Petersburg. The police stopped his car, while checking the base it turned out that he was wanted in Kazakhstan under Article 172 of the country's criminal code, as a participant in the hostilities in the territory of another state. Since then, the bureaucratic and judicial trials of the militia began, which ultimately resulted in extradition to Kazakhstan.

Shcherbak was denied asylum in Russia, despite his requests.

Volunteer Goran Chirić is currently under threat of extradition from Serbia. The Serb has been held in the Rostov pre-trial detention center for more than six months now. The defender of Donbass was detained at the request of Interpol on the border of the DPR and Russia in 2019. Serbia in the same year demanded his extradition because of the allegedly committed crime - “abuse of the position of an official”, which follows from the request of the Serbian side. However, colleagues and residents of Donbass who are not indifferent to the fate of the Serb are convinced that the criminal case is just an excuse to extradite the militia to their homeland and condemn them for participating in the war. Goran Chirich lodges petitions with the Russian courts, however, meanwhile his requests stumble upon a refusal.

100 years ago, Chekists uncovered the Zionist underground in Soviet Russia

April 23, p. The Moscow Extraordinary Commission opened and arrested the All-Russian Conference of Zionists, to which delegates from all over Russia and even Siberia gathered.

In total, 75 people are currently arrested, of whom about 50 are delegates, and the rest are guests or delegates with unapproved mandates.

None of the delegates came to the conference openly, as such, but under the guise of a “Soviet official business trip,” thus adapting the latter to the upcoming conference.

The immediate reason for the arrest was the complete confidentiality surrounding the conference. Outside of Zionist circles, with the exception of some provincial backwoods, no one in Moscow or in Petrograd, where the central committee of this organization is, knew about the upcoming conference and its place.

Of the documents found, many are of foreign origin. It turns out that the Zionists were in close contact with the countries of the Entente. Their illegal couriers maintain private relations with foreigners.

Officially, the Zionist organization is part of the Paris Peace Conference, where its delegates sit together with Lloyd George, Millerand, and the Entente promised to give them the country of the Arabs - Palestine for their support by their Jewish legionnaires (about 80,000 people) of the Entente armies.

Goldberg, Idelsson and Oleinikov were sent from the Russian Zionists to the Paris conference.

Members of their party there are intensified agitation against Soviet Russia. They tried to support Denikin in front of European public opinion, denying the whitewashing activities of whites, and when this became impossible, they tried to find an excuse for her.

The American Zionists supported Kolchak with money and are major creditors of the Polish White Guard government. The official organ of the Zionists in Warsaw, “Guynt,” strongly supports the Polish attack on Soviet Russia, urging Jews to join the Polish forces. On behalf of the American Zionist agent Morgenthau, proclamations were issued to the Jewish population of Minsk asking them to maintain order. The pogroms, organized by the Poles, were justified by the fact that they were supposedly a response to the shooting by the Jews of the Polish legionnaires ... "

On the 75th anniversary of the victory of the Soviet Union over fascism

On June 22, 1941, fascist Germany invaded the USSR in an insidious and cowardly way.

On this day, the most sacrificial war in the history of the peoples of the Soviet Union began. In these difficult years of defense, the socialist public order and the leading role of the working class showed themselves under the wise, appropriate, energetic and concentrated leadership of I.V. Stalin, supported by the patriotism of all the peoples of the Soviet Union, in order to oust the enemy from its territory.

The partisan movement in the Soviet Union and other European countries behind enemy lines should not go unnoticed.

Especially glorious was the struggle of Soviet soldiers for Smolensk, Moscow, Stalingrad and Ukraine, which in 1941/42 was occupied not only by German fascists, but also their Romanian, Hungarian, Slovenian, Croatian and Spanish allies, and on whose territory between 1941-1944 57-76% of the total number of fascist divisions were concentrated.

When the Soviet army gradually liberated their homeland, and then their European neighbors from fascism, the inhabitants of these countries enthusiastically greeted Soviet soldiers.

The book “The History of the Great Patriotic War of the Soviet Union”, published in 1962 through the Andersen Nekse publishing house in Leipzig, equipped with rich pictorial material about this period, shows how the German Wehrmacht cruelly and inhumanly acted in all the countries they occupied. Therefore, it is not surprising that when the war ended and people were able to start a new life, they transferred their enthusiasm to the Soviet soldiers, who liberated them and often paid for this glorious goal - the fight against fascist forces - with their lives.

At that time, the whole world spoke with the highest praise of the famous Soviet military operations, thanks to which Stalin and his General Staff with the help of the Soviet military managed to stop the brutal fascist troops and defeat them

It is all the more regrettable and shameful that on September 27, 2019, the European Parliament adopted the scandalous, anti-communist and anti-Russian document “Resolution on the Importance of European Historical Awareness for the Future of Europe”.

This resolution smears the outstanding merit of the Soviet Union under the leadership of Stalin, who defeated fascism throughout Europe in combination with the states of the anti-Hitler coalition.

This approach is not historical and contradicts the international agreements of the anti-Hitler coalition of Tehran, Yalta and Potsdam, and the UN itself.

Since the internationally recognized Nuremberg war crimes trials of 1945/46, fascist criminals find themselves outside international law.

This also applies to US / NATO criminal acts after World War II against states that have taken a path that is either different from the capitalist one or that intends to follow a path that is different from the capitalist path.

The USA / NATO, with their aggressive wars, which continue to this day, practically assumed the role of fascist Germany in 1939-1945.

Their main enemies, after the collapse of the socialist world system, are the People's Republic of China, which is in the early stages of socialism, and Russia, which, under the leadership of Vladimir Putin, is a powerful force against imperialist interests in the world.

Our present task as communists is to, together with all anti-fascist and humane-minded people, prevent the third World War, nuclear war.

An important role in this is played by the Peace Movement in Germany, consisting of anti-fascists, communists, freethinkers and Christians.

All goodwill people need to:

    Fight against NATO exercises (Defender) on the borders with Russia, which have not been canceled, despite the pandemic in connection with the coronavirus.
    It is also necessary to fight against the further arming of Germany within NATO and against the nuclear participation of Germany in the aggressive military alliance of NATO, which is contrary to international law.

Communists in Germany stand behind the slogans of the Peace Movement:

"Germany is out of NATO!" and "USA / NATO out of Germany!"

However, first of all, it is necessary to fight for the closure of foreign military bases in Germany and for the withdrawal of nuclear weapons deployed by the US / NATO in Germany.

In the struggle of the Anti-Imperialist, Anti-Fascist United Front, we respect and value the role of the Russian Federation, People’s Republic of China, Cuba, Korea, Vietnam, Venezuela and Syria as STATE bastions against US / NATO wars of aggression and against fascist tendencies around the world!

This Great Victory of the Soviet people signified the collapse of the world colonial system of imperialism.

Despite. that Hitler’s fascism was defeated, the Nazis who had not survived that war, their accomplices and descendants are now raising their heads again, creating situations for unleashing a new world massacre in which there WILL BE NO WINNERS! The reason for the revival of fascism, as YOU know, is the deepest systemic crisis of imperialism, the way out of which, according to the highest structures of the world financial oligarchy, and above all the American one, they traditionally see in the world war.

It seems to me that the Сovid-19 pandemic recorded in the world is a pilot experiment on humanity to determine the effectiveness of bacteriological weapons for the destruction of people while preserving all industrial facilities. According to a number of world-famous virologists, this deadly virus is the creation of human hands and all the threads of its development are in the United States. In the struggle for a shaken world domination, the United States is ready to do anything, even to exterminate people, leaving out of the 7.5 billion people living on the planet less than 1 billion necessary to ensure the carefree existence of the world financial elite.        I sincerely thank YOU for congratulating our party on the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory of the Soviet people under the leadership of Generalissimo I.V. Stalin over Nazi Germany. YOU are right that this Great Victory really saved many nations of the world from physical destruction by the Nazis. This Great Victory opened the way for the struggle of the Third World countries for their independence. This Great Victory signified the collapse of the world colonial system of imperialism.

On behalf of the party and myself, I also congratulate YOU and in your person the heroic Korean people on this significant date in world history.

I want to clarify that without the guidance of I.V. Stalin the struggle of the Soviet people would not be this Great Victory. Without I.V. Stalin there would not have been the defeat of the millionth Kwantung Army in August 1945 by the Soviet 1.5 millionth troops. And therefore, without I.V. Stalin would not exist on August 15, 1945 - the Day of the revival of the motherland. Without I.V. Stalin, perhaps, there would not have been North Korea itself, the formation of which in that most difficult world post-war political situation was greatly facilitated by I.V. Stalin.

I am very sorry that the DPRK comrades have rewritten  world history likey the Western "partners" of modern Russia. I am very sorry that Koreans threw out from the office of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung in the Museum of the Party (WPK) the multivolume of the collected works of I.V. Stalin ...

I am very sorry that you Koreans have thrown out from your history any mention of V.I. Lenin and the name I.V. Stalin ...

Micheal Lucas Dies - Publisher of Northstar Compass Magazine (Canada)

In Toronto (Canada), Micheal Lucas, the founder and long-time publisher of the magazine Soviet-Canadian Friendship Northstar Compass, died on May 4. The AUCPBB expresses its deepest condolences to all relatives and friends of Micheal Lucas, as well as to the readers of the magazine in connection with his death. We knew him as an active and ardent propagandist and fighter for socialism, for justice, for a better future for mankind. The magazine, published for a long time, was always highly informative; it inspired confidence in the victory of mankind over the forces of evil - capitalism. His ascetic patriotic life will forever remain in our grateful memory.

I just received a sad notice of the death of Michael Lucas.
For those who did not know Michael, he was a longtime editor of Northstar Compass, the journal of the International Council of Friendship and Solidarity with the Soviet People. He continued this work at the age of 90 with the help of his wife Helen and other comrades from Toronto and from around the world.

Michael was one of the most consistent fighters for socialism. He was a longtime leader of the Carpatho-Russian Canadians Society. After the temporary collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, most Slavic organizations in Canada either disintegrated or abandoned socialism for the sake of nationalism. Michael and the Carpatho-Russian organization raised the red banner of socialism high and began work on the Northstar Compass. He contacted comrades in the Soviet Union and other former socialist countries who continued the struggle. Northstar Compass has been read by revolutionary and progressive people around the world.
The spirit of Michael in the struggle for socialism will be remembered for a long time.
He will be sorely missed. "

9 May Victory Day events

     May 7 evening and night on the 8th were printed leaflets by  the AUCPB. About half of the leaflets were handed out at work on May 8 and 9th morning. Not to everyone, but only to those whom I know well and they know me. Some people have 3-4 different pieces. Congratulated orally and handed leaflets individually.

On May 9, he printed another 115 different leaflets and went outside, having phoned his comrades first. In the morning of May 9 it was raining in Belgorod. On the way, I bought red carnations for everyone and handed them out at a meeting. The square and the eternal flame were fenced with an iron fence and police cordon. I approached them, it turned out to agree that our group would be allowed to lay flowers at the Eternal Flame for a couple of minutes.

Minsk marks the 75th anniversary of the victory of the Soviet people over Nazi invaders


In Minsk, preparations for the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory of the left-wing patriotic associations of Belarus, members of the Unity Coordinating Council, began in advance. The main thing in this preparation was the organization of the procession of the Immortal Regiment.

On January 31, 2020, the Council of the Public Association "Immortal Regiment" for the fourth time, starting in 2018, submitted documents for state registration of the public organization "Immortal Regiment" to the Main Department of Justice of the Minsk City Executive Committee, and on March 26, 2020, the Unity Constitutional Court associations submitted an application to the Minsk City Executive Committee to obtain permission to hold the procession of the “Immortal Regiment” on May 9, 2020 in the hero city of Minsk as part of government events dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory over Nazi Germany.

Unfortunately, both appeals from the Minsk city executive committee were refused. The refusal to conduct the march was justified by “the goals of preventing and minimizing the spread of acute respiratory infections, including those caused by COVID-19,” but the pandemic did not become an obstacle to holding a military parade in Minsk on May 9, which is also a mass event.

Due to the prohibition by the city of Minsk of the procession of the “Immortal Regiment”, the public associations that formed the Unity Coordination Council distributed an appeal to Belarusian activists of this international movement. The appeal called "individually or in small groups, to take part in laying flowers at memorial sites, carrying portraits of defenders of the Motherland, red flags, red and guards ribbons.

At 11.00 a representative delegation of the left-wing patriotic organizations of Belarus, which formed the Coordination Council “Unity”, together with the organizing committee of the Public Association “Immortal Regiment” gathered in the center of Minsk on Victory Square and laid flowers at the Eternal Flame at the Victory Monument.

In addition, the participants laid flowers at the pedestals of hero cities. When laying flowers on a pedestal with the inscription "Volgograd", the participants of the festive action closed this inscription with the inscription "Stalingrad", made on a paper. (Despite repeated appeals of public associations that are members of the Unity Constitutional Court to the highest authorities, including the Minsk City Executive Committee, demanding that the inscription “Volgograd” be replaced with the inscription “Stalingrad” in order to restore historical justice, the question was not resolved).

At the end of the festive laying of flowers on behalf of the left-wing patriotic public associations of Belarus, which formed the Unity Coordinating Council, gathered on the square of activists of associations on the 75th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, congratulated the Secretary of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, the chairman of the VET Fatherland VB Zelikov.



After that, a group of participants of the Immortal Regiment movement held a festive patriotic rally, driving cars with Soviet flags, including a copy of the Victory Banner, and portraits of relatives who fought against fascism in Minsk along Pritytsky, Zhukov, Mayakovsky streets, along Dzerzhinsky Avenue, Partizansky, Independence, having completed the route on Victory Square.

On May 9, taking into account the current situation, in accordance with the above appeal, many supporters of the Immortal Regiment held a patriotic campaign at the place of residence, hanging portraits of relatives - defenders of the Soviet Motherland, on the balconies and windows of their houses, attaching a guard tape to them - one of the symbols Victory, as well as displaying red flags are the main symbols of Victory.



On May 9, a military parade was held in Minsk. The 2020 parade was held in full format, but attracted far fewer spectators than usual. The stands were filled, but only a few thousand people stood along parapets in the surrounding streets. At the parade, Belarusian President A.G. Lukashenko and, as in previous years, did not say a word about the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Soviet Union, Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin, under whose leadership the Red Army defeated the fascist troops.

Of course, the authorities showed double standards: on the one hand, they banned the procession of the Immortal Regiment, taking care of the spread of acute respiratory infections, i.e. the health of their citizens, on the other hand, having decided to hold a parade, also a mass event, - clearly neglected the health of citizens, by violating the sanitary requirements of observing the distance of people and isolating them from each other, most of which were without masks. In power, care for the health of citizens should be a top priority, and the risk to the health of citizens during the Minsk parade was absolutely inappropriate and can not be compared with the risk during the last referenced war.

The whole world knows that the Victory in the Great Patriotic War was won thanks to the unity of the Soviet peoples. If the enemies of the Soviet Union managed to destroy it in 1941, and not in 1991, there would have been no Victory.

The position of the Belarusian leadership on the issue of the military parade on May 9, 2020 in Minsk leads to a split not only in Belarusian society, but also in relations between Belarus and Russia and by no means leads to their unity. The agreement on the creation of the Union State of Belarus and Russia was signed more than 20 years ago, but so far it has not really been implemented. And this is the biggest drawback in the work of the leadership of both states.

As you know, Comrade Stalin, addressing the Soviet people on May 9, 1945 regarding the surrender of Nazi Germany, said: “Three years ago Hitler publicly declared that his tasks included the dismemberment of the Soviet Union and the separation of the Caucasus, Ukraine, Belarus, the Baltic States and other areas ... But Hitler’s extravagant ideas were not destined to come true - the course of the war scattered them to dust. " After the destruction of the Soviet Motherland, the CIS was created by its traitors, which is popularly called "Hitler's hopes come true." So there is nothing to rejoice about. The best memory of the fighters against fascism, for the freedom and independence of a single Soviet homeland would be a revived Soviet Union.

And in the current situation, instead of joy in the soul, there is only a bitter precipitate: the present generation has not saved the conquest of our fathers and grandfathers.

We see that the current bourgeois leaders are not able to create even a bourgeois union, which is the Union State of Belarus and Russia.

The re-establishment of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics is the task of the workers, peasants and labor intelligentsia. We, the Bolsheviks, believe that it will definitely be restored, the path of its creation was indicated to us by V.I. Lenin and I.V. Stalin.

Traditionally, the procession participants are holding portraits and photographs of their fathers, grandfathers and great-grandfathers, relatives - veterans of the army and navy, partisans, underground fighters, resistance fighters who fought against fascism, many of whom gave their lives for the Victory.

The action “Symbols of Victory”, with which our relatives went into battle against the hated enemy, is inextricably linked with the action “Immortal Regiment”. The main symbol of Victory is the Red Banner, hoisted over defeated Berlin, red banners were in all the fighting military units. Therefore, the participants of the “Immortal Regiment” campaign must go in a column with red badges in the form of flags and asterisks representing the main symbol of Victory. At the same time, another Victory symbol is attached - the Guards (St. George) ribbon.

In the USSR, the guards tape was used, which was a conscious statement of the continuity of the military traditions of the Russian army, where the St. George ribbon was used. The guards tape was used in the design of the medal "For Victory over Germany" and the orders of Glory of three degrees.

In modern history, guards (St. George's) ribbons are worn by Donbass militias fighting against the Neo-Bandera. There, these tapes became symbols of resistance to fascism. It is the guards (St. George's) ribbons that cause fierce anger among the Neo-Bandera in Ukraine during the celebration of Victory Day.
