Monument to Stalin will be installed in Novosibirsk by May 9

NOVOSIBIRSK / TASS /. The initiative group, seeking to place a bust of Joseph Stalin in Novosibirsk, accepted the offer to install it in the territory of the CPRF regional committee. The decision was made after the refusal of the city hall to place the bust on a public territory, the leader of the Novosibirsk initiative group, Alexey Denisyuk, told Tass.

"The monument to Joseph Stalin in the common areas that the unlimited circle of people, including residents of the city of Novosibirsk, whose relatives and friends suffered from political repression during Stalin's rule, can freely use, ... - says the refusal of the city hall.

“The bureau of the regional committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation officially published an appeal to the initiative group with a proposal to erect a monument on its territory. Since the municipality refused to give us other places, therefore, we had no other option but to accept the offer. <...> With the Novosibirsk regional branch of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation we will conclude an agreement on the installation, maintenance and storage of the monument. And, in accordance with this agreement, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation undertakes to erect a monument by May 9, 2019, ”Denisyuk said.

He also added that at the meeting of the initiative group with the representative of the regional committee bureau, the conditions for placing the bust were specified.

"We met with representatives of the initiative group, and they expressed their agreement in order to establish a bust of Stalin on our territory, so I think that in May, by the next anniversary of the Victory, we will try to install this monument in our "Bolshevik, 29" - the second secretary of the regional regional committee Renat Suleymanov informed TASS. He clarified that this should not cause any difficulties, since this territory is owned by the regional committee.

Public discussions related to the installation of the monument took place in October of this year. The mayor's commission revealed that there are radically opposite opinions on this issue in the city. At the same time, the results of the mayor’s poll in 2017 show that the majority of citizens have a positive attitude towards Stalin’s personality.

Georgian communists demand to return the monument to Stalin in the center of Gori

On Friday, on the occasion of the 139th anniversary of the birth of Joseph Stalin, several dozens of representatives of the Georgian Communist Party and the Stalinist public movement held a rally in his native Gori demanding the return of the “Leader of the Peoples” monument to the city center until 2010.

As the participants of the action declared to journalists, the next year marks the 140th anniversary of the birth of I.V. Stalin, therefore, they demand from the authorities to return the monument to the site before this date. Otherwise, they say, they will have to install it without permission.

The rally participants marched from the I.V. Stalin house-museum to the city center. In the hands of the marchers carried red banners and portraits of the leader.

According to the organizers of the rally, this year a delegation of the Communist Party of India arrived in Gori on the occasion of Stalin’s birthday, representatives of which took part in the march.

According to the official biography of I.V. Stalin, the date of his birth is December 21, 1879. Meanwhile, the unofficial date of Stalin’s birth is considered to be December 18, 1878.

A monument to I.V. Stalin until October 2010 was located on the central square of Gori. The six-meter monument was erected in 1952 during the lifetime of I.V. Stalin.

The monument was dismantled during the presidency of Mikhail Saakashvili. Dismantling was carried out at night in order to avoid protests from the local population, since many residents of Gori were categorically against this decision.

In Stalingrad, a proposal to transfer the monument to Stalin from Uryupinsk on Mamaev Kurgan

The Stalingrad Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation has pledged in the budget 100 thousand rubles for the transportation and installation of a monument to Joseph Stalin from Uryupinsk to Volgograd. They want to open the monument to the leader of nations in 2019 on the Mamayev Kurgan or in one of the city parks. In Urjupinsk, they are not going to give up the monument, and in the museum-reserve “The Battle of Stalingrad” they see many difficulties in the implementation of their plans.

“The regional committee planned the installation of a monument to Joseph Stalin in 2019,” Andrei Shevchenko, secretary of the Communist Party’s Stalingrad regional committee, told a V1.RU correspondent. - We have already put in the estimate about 100 thousand rubles for it, and all other organizational issues will be resolved next year. The monument itself is located in Uryupinsk. The main thing is that the administration of Volgograd should allocate space for it, and we undertake the expenses necessary for transportation, the redemption of space for it, and the installation work.

The monument to Joseph Stalin is located in the regional history museum of the capital of the Russian province.

- I think that there will be no fundamental difficulties with the mayor’s office. But they may occur when choosing an installation site. If, for example, it is federal land on the territory of the Museum-Reserve “Battle of Stalingrad” on Mamayev Kurgan, this is one thing, - said Andrey Shevchenko. - I think it will be easier to erect a monument to Stalin in one of the city parks. But let's start with Mamaev Kurgan, and there we will already look at the situation. I do not see anything wrong with his installation. Nikita Khrushchev demolished all the monuments to Joseph Vissarionovich, the appearance in Volgograd of only one monument will not spoil anything. Moreover, nowadays are place monuments to many - Nicholas II, for example.

“We are planning to erect a monument for the anniversary of the October Revolution on November 7 or the Constitution Day of the USSR 1977 - October 7,” the regional committee secretary explained. - The most extreme installation date is the birthday of Joseph Stalin, December 21.

In Urjupinsk, Stalin is not going to leave.

The monument to Joseph Stalin was erected in the Uryupinsk square of Komsomol in 1948. Later, the park was named after the leader. Under the rule of Nikita Khrushchev, the monument disappeared without a trace and was considered missing. In 2000, the Uryupian, who wished to remain anonymous, indicated the location of the monument. Stalin's concrete was found covered with earth on the territory of the former Khopyorsky District Prison. He was excavated and placed in the Uryupinsky regional museum of local lore in the exposition dedicated to the defeat of the German troops near Stalingrad.

The idea of installing a monument to Stalin in Volgograd was last time close to incarnation in 2005. Then the famous Russian sculptor Zurab Tsereteli decided to give the hero city his “Big Three” work with Joseph Stalin, Winston Churchill and Theodore Roosevelt. At first they were supposed to install them in the square at the intersection of the 13th Guards and Soviet. But the cost of transporting and installing almost five-meter sculptures proved unbearable for the city administration. As a result, only a small sketch of the “troika” arrived in Volgograd, installed in one of the halls of the museum-panorama “The Battle of Stalingrad” near the bust of the leader of nations.

APPEAL of the left-patriotic organizations of Belarus about perpetuating the memory of I.V. Stalin in the capital city of the hero Minsk

APPEAL

left-patriotic organizations of Belarus, which formed the Coordination Council “UNITY”, to the public of the Republic of Belarus on perpetuating the memory of I.V. Stalin in the capital, the hero-city of Minsk and other cities of Belarus to the 140th anniversary of his birth

                                  President of the Republic of Belarus

                         A.G. Lukashenko

Dear Alexander Grigoyevich.!

 A year later, on December 21, 2019, the 140th anniversary of the birth of Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin, an outstanding figure of the Soviet state, who made an enormous positive contribution to the fate of the people of Belarus, will be 140 years old. All progressive humanity will celebrate this anniversary date, paying tribute to the memory of the greatest figure of the XX century.

I.V. Stalin was one of the organizers of the October Revolution of 1917 in the former bourgeois-landlord Russia. November 7 is a day that is rightfully a public holiday in the Republic of Belarus. Thanks to this event, the Belarusian people for the first time in their history acquired their own statehood. A hundred years ago (January 1, 1919) of the Belarusian Soviet Socialist Republic, the People’s Commissar for Nationalities of the Soviet Government, I.V. Stalin.

Held on the initiative of I.V. Stalin's industrialization, collectivization and cultural revolution turned the BSSR into a developed agro-industrial state with a high national culture and science, with steady social progress.

The name I.V. Stalin is inextricably linked with the most important event in the history of the Belarusian people - the reunification of Western Belarus with the BSSR.

The leadsership of I.V. Stalin’s party and state during the Nazi invasion was one of the decisive factors in the Victory of the Soviet people, including the people of Belarus, in the Great Patriotic War against Nazi Germany. This Great Victory saved the Belarusian people from fascist enslavement and destruction, allowed to restore the Belarusian statehood.

In the postwar period, I.V. Stalin mobilized the resources of a vast country for comprehensive assistance to the Belarusian people in the reconstruction and development of the national economy, culture and social sphere of the republic.

Thanks to the initiative of I.V. Stalin, BSSR became a member of the UN.

By personal order I.V. Stalin in the postwar period in the republic built such industrial giants as the Minsk Tractor and Minsk Automobile Plants, as well as other enterprises, which still form the foundation of the Belarusian economy.

As directed by I.V. Stalin was given fraternal assistance from the entire Soviet people in restoring the capital of the republic of Minsk, which was raised from the ruins and then turned into one of the best metropolitan cities in Europe.

To date, all malicious insinuations aimed at demonizing the personality of I.V. Stalin and the discrediting of his activities, the objective research of conscientious scientists exposed, including the myth of the so-called. "Stalinist repression".

Progressive people of Belarus on a full basis have long demanded the just restoration of the name of I.V. Stalin as an outstanding figure of the twentieth century. Currently, the popularity of the personality of I.V. Stalin is growing not only in the territory of the former USSR, but throughout the world, as evidenced by the presence of the name of Stalin in the toponymy of many countries.

More recently, on December 1, 2018, in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur in allied Russia, the busts of I.V. Stalin were installed in a solemn atmosphere. Stalin and the Marshals of Victory. Unfortunately, Belarus, including the metropolitan administration, despite repeated appeals to it, are acting to the contrary on this issue despite the world trend.

In our appeal to the address of the Minsk City Executive Committee and the Ministry of Culture, it was emphasized: “With the restoration of the monument to I.V. Stalin in the capital of the Republic of Belarus, the hero-city of Minsk, will be finished with the lies of anti-Stalinism, the truth will triumph, the violation of which has caused tremendous damage to all Soviet people, including citizens of the Republic of Belarus.”

In connection with the approach of the 140th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding figure of the twentieth century, the leader and organizer of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, who played an extremely positive role in the fate of the Belarusian people, we appeal to you, Alexander Grigorievich, and as President, as a professional historian with the following suggestions:

- to hold state events dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the birth of I.V. Stalin;

- to lay a monument to Generalissimo I.V.Stalin in the capital of the Republic of Belarus on one of the avenues or on one of the squares of the hero-city of Minsk, giving them a name in honor of I.V. Stalin;

- replace the name “Volgograd” on the pedestal of the gallery of the hero-cities at the Victory Monument on Victory Square in Minsk with the word “Stalingrad”, as it was long ago done in Moscow at the tomb of the Unknown Soldier near the Kremlin wall;

- create a museum of I.V. Stalin in the city-hero of Minsk as a branch of the State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War, and in the museum itself set a monument to Geralissimo I.V. Stalin in full growth;

- to oblige the leaders of the Stalin Line Historical and Cultural Complex to install the bust of I.V. Stalin on a pedestal, as it was before;

- oblige regional executive committees of the Republic of Belarus to reflect the name of I.V. Stalin in the toponymy of large cities.

We are confident that these measures will find a benevolent response from the majority of citizens of the republic, will contribute to uprooting the germs of Nazism cultivated by the enemies of the republic in order to destroy our Belarus as they destroy Ukraine today, and will make a significant contribution to the patriotic education of young people.

By order of the participants, laying flowers to the bust of I.V. Stalin at the ECC " Stalin Line" the text was signed by the leaders of the left-patriotic organizations of Belarus, which formed the Coordination Council "UNITY":

On the same day, the delegation of the above-mentioned organizations laid flowers to the bust of I.V. Stalin, established in the Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War

Elections have passed, positions have been handed over, and we need you as infantry.

As it was written earlier, at the elections to the Legislative Assembly of the Irkutsk Region, the majority of the mandates of the deputies corps went to the fake communist Communist Party of the Russian Federation. The triumph of this victory among the voters and the rank-and-file members of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation was extremely short. Of the 18 deputies, 12 representatives of big capital went to the fraction from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, and 6 deputies are not Communists, but obvious opportunists!

After the elections, deputies from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation in the city of Irkutsk posted a banner with the inscription: “Thank you for your support!”. Voters who understood how they were fooled began to be expressed by the words: “We did not vote for such deputies!”.

On September 19, 2018, at the first session of the new corps of deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Irkutsk Region, the chairmen of the committees were elected from among the deputies. It would seem, well, everything, all the committees in the hands of the Communist Party, the Communist Party of the Irkutsk region took power. But what and how, but it turned out so !!! The Communist Party faction voluntarily surrendered all positions to conquer the above committees, namely: 60% of the committees went to United Russia, even Fair Russia received 2 committees, although their fraction consists of three deputy mandates, and only 1 committee won the triumphant party.

That is, the deceived people gave the Communist Party the opportunity to take power in the Irkutsk region into their own hands, but these would-be politicians, because of their weakness and spinelessness, even in this case, gave power to United Russia. Also at the above session, the election of the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Irkutsk Region was held. From the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Ms. Nosenko, the first secretary of the Irkutsk city committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, was nominated for this position, and many political scientists promised victory for the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Irkutsk Region. Ms. Nosenko during the election campaign in the summer of 2018 shouted at all rallies: “Vote only for the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, only deputies from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation will give well-being and prosperity to the Irkutsk region!” All the chances of passing Nosenko to the position of chairman were favorable for the Communist Party, because The Communist Party faction makes up the majority in the Legislative Assembly of the Irkutsk Region. But no matter how ridiculous it may seem, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation has blown up the post of chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Irkutsk Region. They became a deputy from the "United Russia" resident of Moscow, Mr. Sergey Sokol.

I have indicated earlier that EA Rulkov, the second secretary of the Irkutsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, declared that the Communist Party faction would unite with United Russia, the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia, Fair Russia and the Civic Platform, immediately showing that the Communist Party is playing an opaque game with these parties. But none of these parties did not unite with the Communist Party faction. And the deputies from the Communist Party began to put forward a list for secret voting on the chairmen of the committees from the "ER", the Liberal Democratic Party and CP. After voluntary submission of positions to these parties, Ms. Nosenko immediately stated: “It is necessary to organize a coordinated work of all factions, overcoming ideological differences, because despite the party affiliation, all deputies want the well-being and prosperity of our region.” What self-exposure Ms. Nosenko (a member of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation) is doing earlier screamed that only the Communist Party of the Russian Federation will carry the well-being and prosperity of the Irkutsk region, and now claims that all factions will carry the welfare and prosperity of the region, immediately showing their double-dealing. And what kind of ideological disagreement does Ms. Nosenko talk about when the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, like all other parties, is leading the ideology of the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie ?!

But after such a surrender of positions in the lower ranks of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, dissatisfaction began with shouts: “How can this not happen, win and lose!”, “Why did not we, ordinary members of the party, not ask for whom the Communist Party faction should vote for?” members of the Communist Party-oh how it happens !!! After all, you at the top of the Communist Party simply use as a free labor force at elections of all levels and are not going to ask you who, where and how should you vote - the top parties of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation are not going to ask you. You, the rank and file members of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the top of your party is considered simply for cattle! Want to say I'm a liar and a reserver? Well no! At one of the party meetings of the Leninsky District Committee of the Communist Party of Irkutsk after all the above events, ordinary members of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation began to ask questions to the third secretary of the Irkutsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Mr. Primachek: “Why didn’t we be notified which of the candidates from the Communist Party we push into the Legislative Assembly of the Irkutsk Region? After all, the majority of former United Russia members went to the Legislative Assembly in the Communist Party faction. What do we need only as free labor in elections and no more ?! ”But Mr. Primachev answered them frankly and briefly:“ And we need you as infantry. ” The meaning of his words is probably understandable to everyone.

Naturally, after such a surrender of positions by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, both citizens and journalists of the Irkutsk Region began to ask questions to the second secretary of the Irkutsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Mr. Rulkov, why did the Communist Party’s faction to elect the chairmen of the committees fail so disgracefully? I quote Mr. Rulkov's answer verbatim from the newspaper “Priangarye”, No. 37, dated September 25, 2018: “As the EP could take most of the posts, it gained only 15% in the Oktyabrsky district of the city of Irkutsk, and took 60% for itself posts, for their part, this is completely dishonorable. " That is, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation declares that the EP is their enemies and immediately hints at some respect for the decency of the enemy.

A natural question arises. And how is the Communist Party with such a weak, spineless gut going to take power in the country ??? I give a natural answer. No way!

The Communist Party of the Russian Federation is engaged only in deception of naive voters who still believe that the working people can take power by elections. But the naive people cannot understand that the oppressed working class, the peasantry and the labor intelligentsia will never come to power through elections! Only by the dictatorship of the proletariat through a socialist revolution will the oppressed be rid of the yoke of the oppressors. “Either the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie, or the dictatorship of the proletariat. There is no middle ground ”(V.I. Lenin).

Comrade William

Ordinary people really miss socialism.

The number of regrets about the collapse of the USSR peaked in a decade

The number of Russians who regretted the collapse of the Soviet Union has reached a peak in the last decade, according to a survey by the Levada Center.

Now, 66% of respondents are talking about this, in 2017 - 58%, and before that for 10 years the figure did not rise above 61%. The absolute record was recorded in 2000 - 75%. 60% of respondents believe that the collapse could have been avoided - this is also a maximum of 13 years. The majority are nostalgic for the Union - people from 55 years old, although in the past two years such sentiments have grown among young people aged 18-24.

The main reasons why Russians miss the USSR are the destruction of a single economic system (52%), the loss of a sense of belonging to a great power (36%) and the growth of mutual distrust and bitterness (31%). Respondents often recall the single economy in crisis years (for example, in 1999), but in “full” times (in 2006) the loss of the feeling of a great power was in the first place.

However, nothing new

On December 19, a monument to Alexander Solzhenitsyn was unveiled in Kislovodsk, the centenary of whose birth was celebrated on December 11. The sculpture was made by Zurab Tsereteli. The monument is a figure of the writer in full growth on a pedestal, to which is attached a brass decor with quotations from his works.

“Alexander Solzhenitsyn’s literary, social and philosophical heritage will help us to “live not in a lie” and build Russia without repeating the mistakes of the past,” said Federation Council head Valentina Matvienko, speaking at the opening ceremony. How the well-known appeal “to live by falsehood” is combined with the figure of 66 million repressed, as quoted by Solzhenitsyn in his works, the chairman of the Federation Council did not report.

Meanwhile, on December 12, the opening of a similar monument in Moscow, in which Vladimir Putin took part, did not arouse interest among the residents of the capital. Moreover, before the official opening ceremony of the monument to Solzhenitsyn in Moscow, unknown persons decorated it with a sign saying "Judas", after which the authorities were forced to take the monument under protection by installing video surveillance and placing a police squad on it.

In many cities of Russia for many months pickets are held with the requirement to remove the works of Alexander Solzhenitsyn from the school curriculum, since he is a denister of the history of our Motherland. Last year there were protests and demands to name 2018 not in honor of Solzhenitsyn, but in honor of Maxim Gorky. It can be seen that both ordinary citizens and representatives of various public and political organizations are united against Solzhenitsynism, and this huge mass of people cannot simply be called "Stalinists." Despite all the efforts of the Russian authorities, the people refused to honor the author, who admired the traitors to the Motherland and treated the Soviet people with contempt. Even many dissidents have quarreled with Solzhenitsyn. But it was precisely for this anti-popular position that Solzhenitsyn became the “banner” of the perestroika intelligentsia and politics. And until now Solzhenitsyn is honored in our country by an insignificant minority of citizens - at all the events in honor of the writer the same faces flash, which have known each other for more than a dozen years.

Solzhenitsynism is also militant ignorance. As the author wrote in the GULAG Archipelago: “I do not dare to write the history of the Archipelago: I did not get to read the documents. <...> In this book there are no fictional faces or fictional events. People and places are named with their own names. <...> If they are not named at all, it is only because human memory has not preserved the names, but everything was just that. ” This is nothing but a claim to truth without any evidence. Therefore, the author wrote his book with his hands untied, without limiting himself in any way either morally, or stylistically, or historically. The main thing that the readers of the “GULAG Archipelago” carried out was that the USSR was a mistake, that the whole country and all the people were criminal, that one half of the Soviet citizens imprisoned the other half of the citizens, that treason had a justification.

But Solzhenitsyn proclaimed himself the destroyer of his country. And even historians sympathizing with him admit this. Candidate of Historical Sciences Galina Tyurina spoke on December 18 with a lecture “The 100th anniversary of Alexander Solzhenitsyn in Russia and the world” in Arkhangelsk. In the lecture itself, Galina Tyurina noted that Solzhenitsyn was arrested in 1945 for criticizing Stalin in the correspondence, and later, answering the question, said:

“His resolution № / 1 <...>, in which they discuss how, after the end of the war, they will fight this criminal regime. Indeed, there is such a document, but in the archives of the FSB (we also do not have access to it at all). But you know what's very interesting there? There is such a point, <...> that this is a struggle, it will still be not that an armed uprising. It will still be through the means that Solzhenitsyn has available, which he owns. In particular, it is creative means. ”

The lecturer also noted that young people have a hatred for Solzhenitsyn in modern Russia - “this is such a protest love for what it was before. They see these difficulties that are happening around. It scares them. This, however, scares. And therefore, people begin to remember how it was well before: there was stability, the doors did not close with a lock, sweets were sweet, and so on. What actually does not quite correspond to reality, but some of these attacks on Solzhenitsyn, it is precisely connected with this, which is scary for people today. ”

And people are REALLY scared. We are frightened by war, hunger and foreign invaders, and then we are “given” at the same time a world football championship and pension reforms. And prohibit the rally, frightening machine guns Rosguards. And we are defenseless now only because we are led in life by fear, not conscience. Who did this? The very power that destroyed the USSR shot the parliament and falsified the elections. This power is either silent, or grins, or turns away, or is brazenly lying about the fact that robbing half of the country is the only way out. January has come, increased VAT has come, prices have come, prices have risen. This is capitalism. Everything that the Communists allegedly lied to us about turned out to be true.

The domestic policy of the Russian authorities has not changed since 1991. Privatization of factories, sale of natural resources and security forces, like three whales, which hold the rest. Solzhenitsyn was an excuse for Gorbachev, for the Yeltsinites, now for Putinists. Putin, who opens the monument, is not at all a bolt from the blue. Here is the news from 2008:

“Alexander Isaevich could have become one of those ideologues of Russian development to whom the United Russia party could orient,” said United Russia’s Yuri Shuvalov. United Russia Andrei Isaev noted that the party follows the traditions of conservatism, which were laid by Solzhenitsyn. According to him, the ideas that the writer expressed in the 1970s were already the concept of a “strong Russia, but that was not the concept of liberal Russia at that time.” “He left the conservative ideology on which Russia stands today, which is the ideology of our party. We are a conservative party in the sense in which Alexander Isayevich was,” said Isaev.

One could ask “conservatives” several questions at once. Do they accept the thesis that Soviet and Russian are different people, and Soviet culture is not Russian? Do they admit the interference of external forces in the internal affairs of the country? Do they consider it necessary for all the people to repent for their fascination with the ideas of the West, and especially with communism? Are they ready to reject the Enlightenment and its idea of humanism? Did the party leaders themselves read the works of Solzhenitsyn? Do they understand what ideology they subscribe to?

We, theAUCPB, understand the main thing: this ideology is hostile to our people. This ideology justifies any meanness, any betrayal, any shkurnichestvo. It recognizes neither conscience, nor honor, nor freedom. Yes exactly. Solzhenitsynism is the ideology of slaves, the very ones that Lenin called lackeys. Witness Solzhenitsyn enslaves himself, in the human mind he does not believe, he sees all as enemies, and himself as the beacon of truth. We recommend reading the book by Vladimir Bushin “Alexander Solzhenitsyn: The Genius of the First Spit” on this topic.

And we advise you not to worry about monuments, but instead to tell people the truth, relying on verified facts. Do not argue with believing fanatics, but persuade neutral listeners. Our goal is not a change of monuments, but a change of power, or rather, a change of the social system. We want Russia to be socialist, and without any "national." And when socialism comes, the power will belong to the urban and rural workers, and the progressive intelligentsia will support them. And this new government will easily get rid of the enemy monuments.

December 17 - Great Kim Jong Il Memorial Day

The Day December 17 in the history of the DPRK is one of the most mournful dates in the history of the state. On this day in 2011, the Great Kim Jong Il passed away. The WPK General Secretary, Chairman of the DPRK Defense Committee, Supreme Commander of the DPRK, Marshal of the DPRK. One of the eminent state and political figures of the late XX - early XXI century.

     He is inscribed in the history of the Workers Party of Korea as its eternal  General Secretary. He was a revolutionary in the highest cohort of fighters for independence and justice on earth. He selflessly loved his homeland and his people, to the service of which he devoted his whole life. His tireless work in the name of the prosperity of his homeland and the happiness of his people became the subject of imitation of every Korean and especially of young people. His services to the Fatherland are enormous, but his main merit is that under his leadership, Korean scientists and technologists developed nuclear weapons. Under Kim Jong-un, the nuclear equipment of the DPRK became a formidable warning to American predators, thwarted President Trump’s plans in the middle of April 2018 to launch a preventive nuclear strike on the DPRK, bringing ultimatum demands to the DPRK. A powerful American military armada cruised the coast of the Korean (Japan) Sea for a month. The development of the conflict was stopped by the presence of the DPRK ICBM equipped with a nuclear warhead. The bestial predatory grin of Trump’s aircraft carriers remained a grin without any criminal intent. Nuclear weapons, improved under Kim Jong-un, will continue to always guard the independence and sovereignty of the DPRK as the only argument in the current world of violence and crime against any external armed aggression.

The memory of the Great Kim Jong Il will forever remain in people's memory as a great fighter for the independence and sovereignty of states on planet Earth.

Eternal memory and glory to the Great Kim Jong-il.

Overview of the labor movement in the second half of November

Protests against pension reform resumed in Russia

 Despite the fact that Putin and Medvedev were able to push through their anti-people law on increasing the age of citizens leaving for deserved rest, many residents of the country do not want to put up with it.

On November 24 and 25, 2018, in Kuibyshev (Samara), Kaluga, Omsk, Novosibirsk and other cities, a series of pickets against retirement age was held. Workers, students, representatives of the intelligentsia, the unemployed came to these protest actions with proposals not to elect deputies who supported the cannibal reform. Picketers showed posters with photos of these corrupt personalities and calls no longer to vote for them.

The protesters expressed confidence that not one of those who supported raising the retirement age would be elected to the State Duma, the Federation Council, or any regional parliament. They are convinced that the deputies by their vote finally undermined the people's trust in themselves. The picketers called for a vote of no confidence in everyone who supported raising the retirement age.

Such actions are scheduled to be held regularly until this anti-popular reform is canceled.

Strike by car makers of the Leningrad Region

 In Vsevolozhsk, on November 19, workers declared an indefinite strike. In the following days, the number of strikers increased. The protest action is organized by the primary trade union organization of the local automobile plant. Workers are demanding higher wages, a stable schedule, compensation in the event of a reduction or liquidation of an enterprise, and protection of rights under medical restrictions. Since September, a four-day work week has been introduced at the plant, in December, a simple downtime is possible at the enterprise, due to which workers will receive a salary, reduced by an average of 49 percent.

In total, over 2700 employees work at the plant.

Workers strike in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District

On November 19, in the Nadym district, at the Pestsovoye field developed by the Novy Urengoy enterprise, a strike of more than 200 shift workers began. Wages have not been given to them the fourth month. Local chiefs respond to the demands of the strikers only by threats of deprivation of housing and the seizure of grocery cards.

The situation with the crew of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District is not new. People constantly come there to earn good money, but often they end up in natural slavery. While the firm-employer is registered far from the place of work, mercenaries are beating at the field itself, beating the disgruntled. Owners replenish their pockets with many months of free labor of thousands of people.

As a result, many after threats and intimidations, they simply leave with nothing, and only through solidarity struggle can certain groups of workers defend their rights. The lesson of these small victories leads us to a future victory over capitalism — the predatory system of blatant profit on someone else’s work.

In Kaliningrad, the director of the company shot a worker who demanded a salary

In mid-November, the head of the plant for the production of metal products more than four times fired a traumatic weapon into the body and head of an employee who was dissatisfied with the delay in the issuance of earnings. 47-year-old man was hospitalized needing surgery.

The director of the company was detained. A criminal case on hooliganism. The maximum penalty for this article is imprisonment for up to seven years. There is no doubt that this monster-capitalist with the help of bribes to judges and policemen will be able to evade responsibility. There can be no other under the conditions of the bourgeois dictatorship now prevailing.

And for workers this event is a serious lesson. If there is no friendly and organized protest against the abuse of the bourgeoisie, then such cases are quite logical. The capitalists become impudent from impunity, seeing that the opposing proletariat does not give due resistance in the matter of defending their rights. If the working class rises in a friendly and active way to the struggle against the capitalists, then there will be no such cases. The bourgeoisie will shake from fear of the proletariat. There are thousands of capitalists, millions of workers.

Abroad

The outbreak of class struggle in France

On November 25, more than 100 thousand workers, students, employees, the unemployed actively protested against the rise in gasoline prices.

Against the protesters on the Champs Elysées in Paris, police used tear gas. The demonstrators called for the resignation of French President Macron, and the Eiffel Tower was closed to the public.

The protests began on November 17th. During the rally, two people were killed, more than 500 were injured.

According to the plans of the government, the prices for gasoline in France should increase by 2.9 eurocents from January 1, and by 6.5 eurocentes per liter for diesel. During 2018, diesel fuel went up by about 23 percent, gasoline - by 15 percent.

A crowded proletarian protest in South Korea

On November 21, over 120 thousand workers of 109 enterprises in which the metalworkers trade union joined the all-Korean strike.

The strike was also attended by employees of car factories, shipyards. After the strike, workers held regional rallies throughout the country.

Workers opposed the government’s inability to establish tighter control over the activities of large industrial conglomerates, known as chaebols, under the control of family clans. In addition, the workers demanded a reform of labor legislation that would guarantee the fundamental rights of trade unions, as well as reduce the length of the working day.

Full-scale strike by mailers in Canada

At the beginning of the second half of November, a mass strike continued in the country. It was conducted by postal workers.

Demonstrations took place in more than 200 cities in Canada. The main demands put forward by the protesters are a reduction in workload, improvement of safety at work, and an increase in the salaries of rural postal workers to the level of money incomes of urban ones.

Despite the achievement of some agreements, new protests were planned in the provinces of Winnipeg, Quebec, Ontario.

 Strike by railway workersd of Austria

 November 26 for two hours in the country stopped all the trains. The reason for this was the strike of employees in the industry.

This strike was due to the breakdown of negotiations regarding the increase in salaries for railway workers. The union demands higher earnings for inflation, but the employer is willing to increase it only by 3 percent.

A GREAT CITIZEN

Dedicated in memory of Kirov

Directed by the party in 1926 in Leningrad, Kirov led the struggle of the Leningrad Communists for the restoration, reconstruction and further development of industry, the implementation of socialist industrialization and collectivization of agriculture. The conviction in the correctness of the socialist construction course chosen by the party, and the belief in the enormous creative forces of the masses were an inexhaustible source of its optimism. He strove for a wide development of the initiative and activity of the masses, led an implacable struggle against bureaucracy, and with the greatest attention he treated the proposals of the working people.

S.M. Kirov was merciless to the enemies of the party and the people, stubbornly, persistently and consistently led the fight against those who opposed the party’s policy of building socialism, exposed the counter-revolutionary nature of the opportunists of all stripes and shades.

“Comrade Kirov was a sample of a Bolshevik who did not know the fear and difficulties in achieving the great goal set by the party. His directness, iron endurance, his amazing qualities of the inspired tribune of the revolution were combined in him with the warmth and gentleness in personal, comradely and friendly relations, with the radiant warmth and modesty that are inherent to the real Leninist "(Pravda newspaper, 02.12.1934 g .).

So Kirov appeared in front of the audience in the film “Great Citizen” in the image of Shakhov, the role of which was brilliantly performed by the artist N.I. Bogolyubov. In the late 30s they wrote about this film as they wrote about Chapayev in the mid-30s - in articles, memoirs, notes, books.

The “Great Citizen”, created in 1938–1939 by director F. Ermler, talks about the struggle of the Bolshevik Party for industrialization, for building socialism in our country, about the prominent leader of the Communist Party and the Soviet state, the fiery fighter for communism, the inspired rostrum of the revolution Sergei Mironovich Kirov.

At the beginning of 1986, when the campaign to discredit socialism, Stalin and his entourage was just beginning, and the CPSU was still recognized as the leading and guiding force of Soviet society, “Great Citizen” and Kirov were given their due. "Kirov, the authors of the book Kirov and Time, which was published in early 1986, noted that he left a bright trace in the history of the Communist Party and the Soviet state. "There are no people happier than those," he said, "who are called Bolsheviks." In these words - all Kirov, the faithful son of the party. People like S.M. Kirov and now remain our contemporaries. Their deeds, thoughts, experiences, Leninist style of party work are the invaluable wealth of the Communist Party, which highly carries the Leninist banner of the struggle for communism ”(p. 11).

In the Encyclopedic Dictionary on  Cinema, published in early 1986, it was emphasized that the “Great Citizen” entered the history of cinema thanks to the skill and depth of disclosure of the central image. Performed by N.I. Bogolyubov Shakhov became one of the memorable heroes, embodying on the screen the type of political figure of Lenin's formation ... The innovation of the director, the magnificent acting ensemble put this work among the greatest achievements of cinematography "(p. 361). “The significance of artistic scope in solving the theme of the Communist Party, Ermler and the actor Bogolyubov, were achieved by working on the image of Shakhov in the historical and revolutionary film dedicated to the memory of S.M. Kirov "(p. 511). It was noted that “the film is of fundamental importance for the development of the art of socialist realism in the cinema” (p. 234).

The film “The Great Citizen” dealt a blow to destructive force on three main fictions of slanderers of the epoch of “perestroika”: Stalin invented the enemies of the people in order to unleash repression; under Stalin, people were turned into weak-willed, devoid of human dignity robots; Communists never expressed popular aspirations and interests. Perhaps no other film can compare in this respect with the "Great Citizen."

In the image of Shakhov, the viewer recognized the familiar, intimate and infinitely dear features of Kirov. The loyalty of the party and the people, the sacred hatred of the enemies and the moral purity of Ermler are interpreted in this image as organic features, as signs of a special breed of people, a special type of person called the Bolshevik.

This is how the idea of creating the "Great Citizen" appeared. “... So I learned about the tragic death of S.M. Kirov, with whom I had the good fortune to be personally acquainted, whom I loved and deeply respected as a man who perfectly combined all the features of a Bolshevik Leninist  And so on this sad evening I gave myself the promise to create a film in memory of S.M. Kirov, to create an artistic image in which the features of a Bolshevik teacher would find their embodiment ... I considered as my party affair, my direct duty in art to create artistic images of people, high concepts, new moral principles of the new man of socialist society, new ethical assessment of human affairs and actions, honesty and purity of thoughts, disinterested dedication to the people, the organic need for daily participation in the struggle for the existence of the great ideas of the Commune the historical party ...

And I decided: in order to at least get closer to the solution of this high task of artistic embodiment of the image of a new person - I have to tell about the struggle of the party for a new society, show the very thing and reveal the meaning of the struggle of the party and its significance by means of art. Thus, the idea of the two-part film “Great Citizen” was born, on which we (Bleiman, Bolshintsev and I) worked hard and extremely hard from December 1934 to October 1939 ”(F. Ermler“ Documents, articles, memoirs ”, ed.“ Art , 1974, p. 99).

Shakhov's speech at a gathering of drummers: “Who are you, sitting here ?! In which charts, in which tariff grids can a wave of a mighty popular uplift be put, which every day, every hour, every second gives birth to a human form, unprecedented in history, related to work, to life, the relationship of a person to a person? Only the blind, only the enemy can not see that beyond the forests of our construction there are already visible beautiful features of a new, free man - the creator and converter.

And the fact that we can call such people to consult, how we should continue to live and how to work ... This, comrades, we must understand! This is our strength, and this strength cannot be defeated! You can bomb the city, blow up the plants and the top and bottom ... But it is impossible to break, conquer and destroy the people who not only understood, not only realized, but also realized the age-old dream of humanity ... We are still in the woods, in construction. We are still just drawing maps, drawings of the future ... ". And the hall was overwhelmed with such applause that Shakhov had to stop short:

This is Kirov (whose role is played by Shakhov) of thoughts and words.

The words of the old Bolshevik at the tomb of Shakhov (Kirov): “... He was the same as we, only a little higher; he had the same eyes as ours, only a little more vigilantly; he thought about what we think, only much deeper ... Some say: a great thinker, a great artist died, and he ... he was a citizen - just like us, only more - he was a great citizen. He had great faith, great love, and great hatred. And it was he who bequeathed to us the world-wide hatred of our enemies and great love for the people. ”

According to the materials of the four-volume book by Ivan Timofeevich Shekhovtsov, “The case of Stalin and his defender,” Vol. 3, “The Great Citizen” returns and wins. ”

CAUTION! TROTSKISM!

Given the experience of death of the

CPSU and the collapse of the USSR, it is

really necessary to

understand and take this into account.

The beginning of the XXI century - the year of 2018 - is more and more clearly manifested in the minds of the working people, the ingenious foresight of J. V. Stalin, expressed by him in a conversation with Alexandra Kollontai: "New generations will grow and reestablish our due." Yes, interest in the activities of the Bolsheviks is growing. The ideas of Bolshevism are increasingly entering the minds of working people. For the main principles of Bolshevism are not ignored:

1. Public ownership of the means and instruments of production, natural wealth and land.

2. The dictatorship of the proletariat in the form of the Soviets of labor collectives.

3. Internationalism - the close and firm friendship of the peoples of the state.

Bolshevism is gaining momentum. However, it is impossible not to take into account the circumstance that is purposefully used by the leaders of a certain direction in their own vested interests. It is this direction that received the name of Trotskyism in the USSR, named after its inspirer, allegedly a communist, L. D. Trotsky (after Bronstein’s father).

Trotskyism was Trotsky’s ideological conviction, which he spread in March 1917, returning from the United States to Russia after the February Revolution. To do this, look at his memoir “My Life” (MF), first published in 1930. A similar name in history was already stated in Adolf Hitler’s “Mein Kampf” (“My Struggle”) published in 1925, and the readers of this the articles will agree with us that not only in the titles of the works there is a direct parallel, but also in the contents. Looking into the "MF", we find that Trotsky was the son of a large landowner in the south of Czarist Russia, who leased out land plots to small proprietors and thereby capitalized himself. That is, LD Trotsky is the bearer of the rural bourgeois ideology. Actually, Trotsky in the "MF" (vol. 1, pp. 120-126) quite frankly expounded the essence of the knowledge of the rural bourgeois. “At first, in conversations, I gave a decisive rebuff to socialist utopias. Marxism frightened, so-called narrowness. Burning with impatience, I wanted to, I tried to grasp ideas with my nose. But they were not so easy. I read newspapers. Through the "Russian News" I got the first insight into political life in Western Europe. Articles about Freemasonry in theological journals interested me. I started a notebook with a thousand numbered pages for Freemasonry and wrote excerpts from numerous books in small beads, alternating with my own thoughts about Freemasonry and the materialistic understanding of matter. ”“ The fact that I worked on Freemasonry, having a very limited number of political books , it has benefited me and was the basis for all my ideological development. ”

“Historical materialism was perceived by me immediately in dogmatic form (“ MF ”, vol. 1, pp. 140-148). The official or legal Marxism at that time (1896-1897), when I fought off the theory of Marxism, experienced a sharp crisis. Now I have already seen in living experience how unceremoniously new social needs create for themselves the ideological uniforms of theoretical cloth, intended for another purpose. The sharp knife of Marxism cut narodnichestvo,s umbilical cord. But as soon as Marx's theory fulfilled this task, it began to constrain the intelligentsia. European criticism of Marxism has now found a wide sale in Russia. My work on the history of Freemasonry sufficiently armed me in order to understand the service function of ideas in the historical process. ”

So, Trotsky, to his majority, clearly defined for himself the service function of ideas, firmly defined in Freemasonry, and not in Marxism. No wonder such a perception of the ideas of Freemasonry, because at the beginning of the XIX century, attempts to adapt Freemasonry for the needs of the revolution increased with a priority in the leadership of the Zionist leaders.

Having mastered freemasonry, at the beginning of the 20th century, Trotsky defined and loudly announced (what personal secretary of Grishka Rasputin Aaron Simanovich wrote in his memoirs about): “We must turn Russia into a desert inhabited by white slaves, whom we will give such a tyranny that weren’t dream of ever even by the most terrible despots of the East. We will show what real power is. We will bring the Russian intelligentsia to a complete stupidity, to idiocy, to an animal state. "

It was against the Trotskyists that the Bolshevik Party came up from October 1917, adopting the clause in the Party Charter: "... Recruitment according to the principles of cronyism, kinship, nepotism, friendship and friendship is incompatible with staying in the ranks of the party."

The mechanism of activity of Freemasonry is defined in the Catechism (Russkaya Pravda newspaper, No. 2, 1958, Tel Aviv): “Our nationalism is international. True internationalism is the only one that is primarily connected to Jewry, everything else is a provocation, a deception. Form your national cadres - this is the holy of holies. Each laboratory, each department, each institute must become the forge of our staff. For this, it is necessary to nominate young people as early as possible, proving their maturity and genius. ”

Guided and following these instructions, Trotsky LD (Bronstein), returning to Russia as early as July 1917, appealed to the Central Committee of the RSDLP (b) with a statement about the acceptance of the "Mezhrayontsev" of Petrograd in the Bolshevik Party. At the 6th congress of the RSDLP (b), they (there were 400 people) were “inter-district”, by a majority of two votes were accepted into the party. Lenin was not at this congress - he was hiding from the Provisional Government in a hut, he would not have allowed this, because by that time he had already determined that it was necessary to get rid of Freemasonry, which he warned in his letter to the congress of January 6, 1923. For already at the IV Congress of the Comintern in December 1922, demanded that members of the Communist parties of Western Europe leave the Masonic lodges. But it was precisely this addition to the letter that the CPSU party nomenclature (Gorbachev, in particular) did not read out anywhere and never.

The "Mezhrayontsy" of Petrograd accepted into the RSDLP (b) and filled the first Soviet Government - the Soviet of People's Commissars (SNK). In the first SNK, out of 456 members of the Government and its staff, 396 were inter-district people, that is, Freemasons. And in the future, where in the leadership of the organization turned out to be a Freemason, the team immediately became saturated with their people. Thus, the leadership of the Red Army was filled, because the Chairman of the Revolutionary Military Council was Leonid Trotsky. By the 1930s, as we know, the top leaders of the Red Army conceived a military conspiracy against Soviet power, which Stalin had revealed and eliminated. The same picture emerged in the NKVD, which, under the leadership of Yezhov, launched the so-called “fist-mitts” in the Land of Soviets. But precisely J.V. Stalin stopped the flywheel of the Freemason Ezhovshchina. It is for this that the Freemasons of our days, beginning in 1953, slander J.V. Stalin.

A greeting to the Third Congress of the Party of the Socialist Unity Center of India (Communist)

The Third Congress of the Party of the Socialist Unity Center of India (Communist)

General Secretary  Comrade Provash Hosh

Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the CECI (comm.)

Comrade Maniku Mukkerji

Delegates of the Congress and all members of the Party

Dear Comrades Communists -

members of the Party of the Socialist UnityCenter of India (Communist)!

The Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks welcomes the organizers and participants of your Third Party Congress and wishes you success in your work.

India is one of the most densely populated countries in the world, where, thanks to the centuries-long domination of the colonialists in the past, many pressing unsolved problems now have to be solved by the Communists, raising the people to the struggle for socialist transformations in society in the name of raising the living standards of ordinary people. Among the priorities and goals of the struggle for their vital rights of workers are the main requirements: 8-hour working day, free medicine, free education for all, decent wages for workers, pensions sufficient for a normal life of pensioners, providing the state with housing and food disadvantaged segments of the population, the fight against the use of slave labor of children. These requirements are common to all proletarians and the working intelligentsia in all countries of the capitalist world.

Everyone has the right to a normal decent life, and therefore your struggle for the human living conditions of the hardworking and talented working people of India is rightly the main issue of your activities. And in this struggle it is necessary to combine the efforts of all the unprotected strata of the population and the intelligentsia, who are also subjected to exploitation in the enterprises of their masters.

We welcome the call of your party for the unity of actions of all parties and political associations, advocating, as well as your party, for a decent life of workers, all layers of the unprotected population, advocating normal human working and living conditions. In this economic struggle, everyone should realize that the only way to a happy life for themselves and their children is the struggle for socialism, for socialist ideals. No capitalist system will save the people from poverty and lawlessness, since the goal of capitalism is to maximize the exploitation of workers with the minimum wage in order to maximize profits for employers.

Your Party unites millions of workers in its ranks, which is a tremendous force and requires the party leadership to clearly define the tasks and goals of the struggle, to believe in their victory, consistency and uncompromising in the struggle for socialist ideals.

Long live proletarian unity in the struggle for socialism!

Oppressed peoples, unite in the struggle for a decent life for each worker, for the happiness of their children, for peace in the whole world!

HOW TO FIGHT AGAINST ARBITRARINESS BY"EMPLOYERS"

More and more news comes from all over the country about reductions in enterprises, the arbitrariness of the administration and owners, non-payment and delayed wages. Everyone has heard the strike of the miners in Kamchatka.

Most of our lives are mostly at work, always at work. The well-being of our families is directly related to it. But the owners need only profit. They do not care about people and production. If it is profitable for the owner to bankrupt the enterprise or to throw people out of work on the street, he will do it. Capitalists intimidate people with layoffs and cuts, while producing an army of unemployed people who will have to get a job for pennies in the North or leave for Moscow as guest workers. And this is at best.

In the workplace, as a rule, reigns complete arbitrariness of the administration of enterprises. Working conditions are worsening, the burden on people is increasing, wages are not rising, although the prices of all the necessary means of subsistence are constantly rising. Reigns complete anarchy of production. Today you work, and tomorrow you are pushed out into the street.

What can oppose this? How to solve this problem, how to improve your life and your family? Only we can improve it. No one else will help us. Labor teams need to unite. If you think that people at the Rodina poultry farm do not pay wages to people and this will not affect you, then you think in vain. If 1000 people were thrown out into Orsk, and this does not affect you, then you think so in vain. If you think that Uncle Vasya in your workshop, at your factory or factory has been reduced, it has bypassed you, and, therefore, it will bypass the next time, then you should not think so. Because all the processes in the economy are interrelated. One by one the capitalists will crush us like bedbugs. All the arbitrariness that occurs in our country occurs only when we allow it, we do not fight, we are divided.

Therefore, we must unite around a common goal. This is an increase in wages, improvement of working conditions, reduction of the working day (with preservation and increase in wages), a guarantee of preservation of the workplace. Such goals can only be formulated with the help of a collective agreement. What is a collective agreement, you probably do not know much, if you have it at the enterprise, and you do not know at all, if it does not exist at all. This is what the Labor Code says:

A collective agreement is a legal act regulating social and labor relations in an organization or an individual entrepreneur and concluded by employees and the employer in the person of their representatives (Labor Code of the Russian Federation, art. 40).

The collective agreement is a kind of employment agreement of the whole team of the enterprise with the administration, where you can specify the provision on wage increases, on working time and rest, on respect for the interests of employees, on all sorts of guarantees.

The content and structure of the collective agreement are determined by the parties.

The collective agreement may include the obligations of employees and the employer on the following issues:

- forms, systems and wages;

- payment of benefits, compensation;

- the mechanism for regulating wages, taking into account price increases, inflation, the fulfillment of indicators determined by the collective agreement;

- employment, retraining, conditions for the release of workers;

- working time and rest time, including issues of granting and the duration of holidays;

- improving the conditions and labor protection of workers, including women and youth;

- respect for the interests of workers in the privatization of state and municipal property;

- environmental safety and health protection of workers at work;

- guarantees and benefits for employees who combine work with training;

- rehabilitation and rest of employees and their families;

- partial or full payment of meals for employees;

- control over the implementation of the collective agreement, the procedure for making changes and additions to it, the responsibility of the parties, ensuring normal conditions for the activities of employee representatives, the procedure for informing employees about the implementation of the collective agreement (TK RF, article 41).

If you are delayed in the company wages, then in no case is there a need to hope that the good owner will pay it on time. According to the Labor Code, you have the right to suspend work, having previously notified the employer if he delays your wages by more than 15 days! Not two, not three months, but two weeks! Do not allow delays, otherwise you will be harassed. These are your unfortunate pennies, which are already lacking.

In case of a delay in the payment of wages for a period of more than 15 days, the employee has the right, having notified the employer in writing, to suspend work for the entire period until payment of the delayed amount (TK RF, Art. 142).

You can only save yourself, only the team. No faith to the state or good uncle. If we do not unite, then we will again get a crisis, as in the 1990s or even worse. And remember, you are not alone. There are 27 million people in productive labor in Russia, and the masters of life are a miserable bunch. There are trade unions, there is the Russian Workers' Committee (RKR), where leading collectives share their experience in the struggle for collective agreements, consultation and training are provided.
