ON THE VICTORY PARADE

June 24, 1945 - Historical Parade of Victory on Red Square in Moscow

In Red Square after the Victory Parade, 200 tall soldiers of the 3rd Regiment of the special battalion of the division named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky under the fraction of eighty drums stepped forward with two hundred banners of the defeated enemy. Each of the fighters has one fascist banner. Their sheets almost dragged along the wet pavement of the square. At the foot of the Mausoleum were two wooden platform. Having reached them, the fighters made a turn to the right and with a force threw at them the pride of the Third Reich. With a thud, the flagstaffs fell. Fascist panels covered the platform. Tribunes burst into applause. The fraction of the drums continued. In front of the Mausoleum there grew a mountain of enemy banners that were being brought to shame. The overthrow of the German flags was deliberately carried out with gloves in order to emphasize the aversion to the defeated enemy.

Over the years, this act, full of deep meaning, imprinted in photographs, posters, paintings, immortalized in books and films, has not faded.

Victory in the name of Victory

(On the 77th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War)

In our Bolshevik press, on behalf of the Central Committee of the AUCPB, a number of articles were published under the general title “The USSR in the Great Patriotic War and World War II”, in which the Bolshevik position on the causes of the war and the decisions of the Soviet leadership at various stages: from the beginning to victory The tragic events for the Soviet Union in 1941 are devoted to the articles “How the preparation of German aggression began,” “USSR on the eve of World War II”, “The Barbarossa Fascist Plan,” “Time of Severe Testing. Birth of the Soviet Guard ”,“ Battle for Moscow ”, etc. These articles can be found in the AUCPB website.

In the article below, the author suggests that readers take a look at the question of the beginning of the war from the other side: the timeliness and wisdom of the decision taken by Comrade Stalin about the transfer of Soviet military factories and enterprises providing them to the east.

What value orientation ultimately determined the outcome of the struggle in the summer of 1941?

Any war in that part, as regards only the means of violence to achieve a general political goal, solves three tasks separately or simultaneously:

- destruction (defeat) of the armed forces of the enemy;

- the seizure of its territory as the exclusion of its resources from the struggle;

- destruction (undermining) of the military-economic potential.

Starting the war, the Wehrmacht’s main goal of its actions was to destroy the Armed Forces of the USSR, that is, the regular army and navy. The achievement of the other two was supposed to be a consequence of the first, while the third task was hardly considered. The implication was that the seizure of the territory meant the seizure of its military-economic potential. This was completely justified in the West, moreover - special strikes by aviation on the economic centers of the defeated enemy were perceived as harmful to themselves - after all, it would still get the winner. Measures to destroy the military-economic potential of the enemy were theoretically recognized only to the extent that the prospect of a long war, which was previously declared excluded, arose, as long as the struggle is continental in nature and does not concern the United States.

Therefore, in the first hours of the war, the German command was in extreme alarm - would not the Russians begin withdrawing troops from the frontier, removing them from the strike of the Wehrmacht? And with what relief, even exultation, it took on massive counterstrikes of the Soviet troops on the afternoon of June 22 and the whole week until June 28. Everything went even better than planned! The Russians, who were thrown into battle by the petrified will, did not leave - attacked under Shaulyaev, Bialystok, Brest, Calvary, Rovno, Lutsk, Kovel, Vladimir-Volynsky, Peremyshl, in a fierce rush wedging into the disposition of German troops, more and more covered with iron pincers of tank wedges. It was an exciting war - dangerous and at the same time triumphantly entrancing!

The enemy was strong, struck by the abundance of technology - but everything happened in accordance with the canons of the classic military science of Clausewitz - Schlieffen! Already at the end of the second week of the war, General G. Halder, Chief of Staff of the Ground Forces, wrote down a phrase stating that France was defeated in 40 days, Russia should be expected to collapse in even shorter terms!

What was behind the desperate counterattacks of the doomed associations and corps of Khacklevich, Mikushev, Puganov, Petrovsky, Karpezo? What compared with the total death of cavalry divisions near Bialystok?

Immediately disappears the assumption of vain attempts to prevent a deep invasion, to save the territory. If the hostilities of the first two or three days were determined by the “offensive” content of the General Staff’s emergency packages, opened on alert, then on June 25, the announced directive on the creation of a state defense zone along the Western Dvina-Dnieper-Sinyukha line would be canceled, recognizing the entire territory west of its potential loss!

Along with this, the circumstances indicated already reject the assumption of special concern for the maintenance of a cadre army in peacetime. The directive of June 25 meant the recognition of the defeat of the army in the border battle. And if the purely military side of events was recognized as the main one (and what else could have been in the war?), We should simultaneously give the troops a directive on a quick exit from the blow by an eastward retreat, doubling the pace of retreat and proceeding to damage the roads, bridges, ferries Full motorization "in the European version" tied the German army to the roads and made it particularly sensitive to such actions that do not require much time and effort. There is a completely opposite picture: the army can quickly retreat - it is forced to counterattack, holding on to certain areas, it can be saved - it is being killed! Indicative in this respect is the tragic fate of the commander of the 4th Army of the Western Front, General Klimovsky, who militarily carried out the feat of valor - on the edge of the strike of the southern region for four weeks

Leading the Army Group “Center”, again and again collecting the army units that were being cut by tank wedges of the Wehrmacht, he opposed the Guderian group and the 4th Kluge army. I never allowed the entourage or let Guderian to the operational space eastward, which was an outstanding achievement, an instructive example of active defense against the territory’s sacrifice - but shot because he OCCURED while his comrades Boldin, Golubev, Kurochkin, Kurasov boldly, but from a military point of view, they unproductively attacked, were surrounded, quickly lost troops, but served impassively!

What was it in a belligerent country that Stalin put for some time above the fate of the army in the field?

On June 25, the troops received a directive to exit the strike - the day before, on June 24, a discreet Evacuation Council (Chairman Shvernik, Deputy Kosygin) was quietly created.

Some strange aberrations begin when you get closer to this advice:

- “eyewitnesses claim” that Stalin, in the first days of the war, expressed unjustified optimism about the imminent turning point in the course of hostilities — but this Council was “declared” on the 24th, i.e. “Resolved” on the 23rd, i.e. no later than the first 48 hours (!) of war;

- “eyewitnesses claim” that Stalin was depressed in the first days of the war, did little to do business - and the gigantic instantaneous deployment of this Council’s activity raised the industry of 7 republics at once, 60 regions without hitch, without a single question!

Omnipotent Organs, Gosplan, Gossnab, VosO, a dozen first-rank commissariats in unconditional subordination and to whom? - “Council”, and even somehow not “important”. Who is Schwernik? Do you know Schwernik? Trade unionist, secretary of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions! And Kosygin? Who is Kosygin? Commissar of the textile industry! Even the People's Commissariat of water transport was better known. And suddenly Voznesensky, Beria, Kaganovich, Zhdanov, Khrushchev bowed before them ?!

Yes fullness, wake up! “By the claws I recognize the lion!” Leibniz would exclaim. Who, except for Stalin, embodied in the all-powerful VKP (b), the most effective structure of management and rule, of known history, could carry out this work, the unheard of difficulty and the enormous consequences of which are already obvious to us? Whose captain-cap would have been able to unleash any obstacle, knock off any ambition, put a swan, a crab and a pike in one cart? - even if it comes from A. N. Kosygin ...

And who, besides this professional revolutionary-conspirator, could obscure her so much that neither allies, nor enemies, nor we, living more than seven decades later, and knowing its weight, can in no way determine her rank among other tasks solved by him in 1941 as important among the important ...

The very sequence of decision making - the 24th about evacuation and the 25th about strategic defense - indicates that Stalin considered the most important in the conditions of an extremely unfavorable start of war: to preserve the military-economic potential, according to the conditions of the 30s 80% west of the Volga, the preliminary work on the movement of which had already begun in 1939 under the conveniently incomprehensible sign “the construction of doublers”. The creation of the Evacuation Council meant that no later than the morning of the 23rd, and, most likely, in the second half of the 22nd, I. Stalin came to the conclusion that the army was defeated in a border battle - perhaps he considered the initial task in 1941 to be inevitable , although it was extremely difficult to put up with it and delayed the final decision ...

Somewhere in the twilight hours from the evening of the 22nd until the morning of the 24th, Kutuzov's dilemma in all its form in cruelty appeared in a new form - which is more important for the fate of the country: the preservation of the personnel army of peacetime, which came under a compelling blow, or the salvation of the military industry en masse in the invasion zone?

The outcome of the war, the fate of the world ultimately depended on the correctness of his choice:

- to throw industry and quickly withdraw deep into the country to save the 4.7 million peacetime army as the basis for the deployment of massive Armed Forces ... that's just what they will go into battle in 5-6 months when the mobilization reserves begin to dry up;

- or, by donating the cadre army, to evacuate the industry and, relying on the 20–25 million conscription contingent in the country, recreate it again ... but will not the death of cadre parts fall into a dam, after which the roaring element will absorb everything? How to prevent this threat?

On June 24, the visible part of the decision was cast into the directive on the creation of the Council for Evacuation - Stalin decided a dilemma in favor of the industry! The cadre army was supposed to sacrifice itself ... but not to the last soldier!

In that enormous maneuver with military potential through space and time, the territory typologically partly coinciding with the maneuver in 1812, the cadre army played not the main and exclusive melody, but a tune connected to a common symphony:

- it did not allow the enemy to move quickly into the interior of the military-industrial centers;

- attracted air strikes, including long-range bomber, removing them from highways, industrial sites,

run racks;

- bleeding, kept in itself a reserve of the last term, by December reduced to forty Far-Eastern divisions;

- served as bait, teased the general-Prussian arsenal by the number of prisoners, the numbers of destroyed corps and divisions, the shower of the Iron Crosses, Berlin radio fans, for the silver spills of which hundreds of factories rising from their place were not heard!

It was the army that paid with its blood the transfer through the space of 1,523 factories and 10 million personnel - but the price turned out to be terrible: out of 4 million 200 thousand fighters and commanders of the Red Army who took part in defensive battles against the superior forces of the Wehrmacht, many died a brave or captivity!

Was it possible to avoid such victims?

A simple calculation shows that in order to withdraw the troops of the West and South-West directions from the strike of the Wehrmacht, it was necessary to carry out a strategic retreat with an average speed of 25-30 km per day instead of 12-15 km of real, i.e. The entry of German troops into the industrial centers of the South would have begun 25-30 days earlier. What does this mean, says the example of Krivorozhie, the admission of the enemy in which began in mid-August. Even with the utmost exertion of forces, only the equipment of the aircraft engine factories and the Dneprovsky aluminum plant were taken out by this time, with the last echelons leaving when German tanks entered industrial zones. The lack of time was so severe that we had to leave the equipment of the artillery factories, without which it could have been done to the extreme. They did not even have time to destroy the technical documentation, according to which the Germans in 1942 started the production of Shevyrin’s very valuable 120-mm mortar. What would we have taken out if the Germans had entered a month earlier?

The picture of the development under the “army priority” is the following fact: the “released” Soviet troops left the city of Raisin so quickly that the Germans did not occupy it for two days; during this time, the party-Soviet apparatus of the Council for Evacuation managed to take out the only production of optical glass in the USSR ... For other things, this example shows once again that, technically, the army in 1941 could get away from the blow - and in 1942 in a strategic retreat, with the same degree of motorization, she never allowed herself to surround herself; the rate of the German offensive of 1942 from Kharkov to the Caucasus was approximately equal to the summer of 1941.

And here we must digress and emphasize one very important fact that many current historians do not always talk about: none of the capitalist countries in the world could in principle provide such high rates of industry evacuation as the Soviet Union showed even if it wanted to. Any capitalist state, having fallen into such extremely unfavorable conditions as the Soviet state fell into, was doomed to certain death. The presence of private property, when each enterprise has its own owner, binds relationships between enterprises and does not allow them to be managed quickly according to a single plan. Modern capitalist reality in the territory of the USSR is proof of this: at present, the solution of many operational issues between enterprises due to the lack of money for consumers of services stretches for many days and even months, because First of all, an advance payment is required for a product or service, and only then is the work done. In the Soviet Union, where national property prevailed, relations between enterprises were simplified: it was often enough to call one leader to another so that work would begin and decisions of higher authorities would be carried out without question.

Finally, it remains to say when I. Stalin changed the distribution of the ranks of his tasks of the Supreme Commander, in October 1941, calling G. K. Zhukov on the command post of the Western Front, he asked if it was possible to keep Moscow without answering a counter-demand, like was in the case of Mogilev, Smolensk, Bryansk, Kiev, Kharkov, Tikhvin, Rostov-on-Don, i.e. putting military priority on a place independent of other circumstances, freeing it from the conditionality of saving the military-industrial potential, which has already moved beyond the Volga. The first great task of the war was solved - the Army now became the Main, but not the Only.

Great choice

The decision of I. V. Stalin in 1941 was foreshadowed in 1945 and the greatest take-off of the USSR in the 1950s – 1980s - another one alienated our death as a great power until the autumn of 1942, with a very likely prospect of complete destruction ...

World history does not know the decision so hard and so significant that Joseph Stalin made and implemented in the summer of 1941, a decision that put forward him as the Greatest Supreme Commander, who realized the war not as a game with chips of armies and fleets, but as a great concentration of Economics, Politics, Ideology , Space, Time, Will, Spirit, Armed Forces. The victory of 1945 put him at immeasurable height above any domestic military figure. Sometimes they try to shield him from G. K. Zhukov — an untenable attempt. Georgy Konstantinovich was only a strategist, a troop driver, a talented commander who did not feel at all, for example, the political side of the war, and in a purely military field, limited by his land horizons and lack of understanding of the role of the fleet in the global military picture, which affected not as Minister of Defense of the USSR in the 50s.

The appointment of G. K. Zhukov to the post of Commander-in-Chief of the ground forces in 1945 was the ceiling for the First Marshal of that Stalinist cohort of generals, such as Rokossovsky, Vasilevsky, Shaposhnikov, Meretskov, Govorov, Tolbukhin, Timoshenko, Sokolovsky, Malinovsky, with his hands and mind which the great commander committed the war.

By the great efforts of a nation, of many generations before living, a great leader is born, a great leader! Four or five generations of Russian revolutionaries created the fusion from which Joseph Stalin was cast! Such an alloy was forged by a wise Bolshevik party, armed with the most advanced ideology — revolutionary Marxism-Leninism.

STALIN AND THE BEGINNING OF THE WAR

June 22, 1941 - 78 years ago, fascist Germany treacherously attacked the Soviet Union. The beginning of the Great Patriotic War of the Soviet people against the German fascist invaders (1941–1945).

The beginning of the Great Patriotic War and the events that preceded the beginning of the war were the subject of many years of fierce disputes, often from diametrically opposite positions, especially in assessing the role of I.V. Stalin in these events. I do not have the opportunity to consistently state the course of events, say, from the signing of the Barbarossa plan by Hitler until December 1941. And my goal is completely different. It is important for us to understand: How did Stalin assess the situation in pre-war Europe, the political, economic, military situation of the Soviet Union? How did he imagine the beginning and course of the future war? What was his plan? What goals, in his opinion, it was necessary to achieve?

By the time Hitler signed the Barbarossa Plan (Directive No. 21) on December 18, 1940, the situation in Europe resembled a boiling pot. France, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Czechoslovakia, Austria had already been captured by Hitler, the capture of unruly Yugoslavia in the spring of 1941 forced Hitler to postpone the attack on the USSR for five weeks. Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Italy, Spain became one rank with Germany, Germany and England fought hard, but Hitler had already decided (September 19, 1940) to abandon the invasion of England, the air raids on England served only as a cover for Hitler’s plans for a sudden and crushing attack on the Soviet Union. On May 10, 1941, Rudolf Hess flew to England with plans (not implemented) to “pacify” Germany and England. In America, which had not yet entered world war, the isolationist (essentially pro-fascist) forces played a huge role.

Very effective Soviet intelligence almost every day gave Stalin more and more information about the Barbarossa plan and the movement of more and more divisions to the borders of the USSR. There was a lot of misinformation, in particular, about the exact date of the attack on the USSR. And the Führer himself finally approved June 22 as the date of the attack only 12 days before the start of the war. The plans of Hitler to attack the USSR and knew Churchill and Roosevelt. Eight days before the start of the war, Churchill sent a telegram to Roosevelt: "Judging by the information from all the sources at my disposal, including the most reliable, the Germans will in the near future make the strongest attack on Russia ...". In any case, the version promoted by the Hitlerites that the movement of the German troops to the border with the USSR was aimed at distracting attention from the preparation of an invasion of England already few believed. The situation inevitably unfolded in the direction of a head-on collision of Germany, and in essence - the whole of Europe occupied by the Germans, with the first socialist country - the Soviet Union.

The Soviet Union has long been extremely intensively preparing to repel aggression. So, at the XVIII All-Union Conference of the CPSU (b), which opened on January 20, 1941, it was decided "On accelerating the growth rate of the defense industry." Almost half of the state budget of the country was allocated for defense - 43.4%. Created and went into a series of new, modern types of aircraft, tanks, small arms. The Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) helped enterprises manufacturing new military equipment to supply scarce raw materials and the latest equipment. In order for the large defense plants to have everything they needed and to ensure the implementation of tasks, experienced party workers and prominent specialists were sent there as party organizers of the Central Committee. In the East of the country, backup enterprises were built at an accelerated pace, which allowed the evacuation of 2600 enterprises from the European part and put them into operation in the shortest possible time. Improved organizational structure of the Red Army. The total number of the Red Army from 1939 to the German attack on the USSR almost tripled, reaching 5,373 thousand people in June 1941. And yet, the Soviet Union was still inferior in military power to the forces of a potential aggressor — Germany and its many satellites and allies. Extremely frankly, Molotov said this in his conversation with Felix Chuev: “... We knew that the war was not far off, that we were weaker than Germany, that we would have to retreat. The whole question was how far we would have to retreat — before Smolensk or Moscow, we discussed this before the war. ” For the rearmament of the Red Army there was a shortage of 12-18 months. But war was inevitable!

Before Stalin, it was he who concentrated all political and “ideological” power in the country in his own hands, and the fatal question was how to ensure victory, victory at any cost, victory for the sake of preserving Leninist heritage, preserving socialism!

There were three layers of questions: ideological, political, and purely military!

In ideological terms, the most important question is to ensure the unity of Soviet society in the face of terrible danger, to ensure an understanding of the justice ahead.

In the struggle, the immediate awareness of every Soviet person of his place in the common struggle, faith in the ultimate victory. But fresh, very fresh, were memories of cowardice, meanness, betrayal in the attacks of Hitler on France, on Poland.

And Hitler openly proclaimed: "The USSR is a house of cards, it is a colossus with clay feet — push it and everything will fall apart." In political terms, the whole world should have understood, believed that the attack on the USSR was completely unexpected both for the Soviet Government and the Soviet people, that it was not provoked by the USSR. And before the eyes of Stalin, Hitler’s recent provocation with an attack (allegedly by the Poles, in fact, the Germans themselves) on a German radio station in Glewitz, which gave rise to Hitler’s attack on Poland, was the reason for the start of the World War.

The aggressor, even the most unprincipled and vile, does not want to be considered the culprit of the war. And Hitler, attacking the USSR, declared in a note given to Molotov by Ribbentrop on June 22, 1941, that Germany could no longer tolerate the aggressive, defiant behavior of the Soviet side, that it had to take adequate measures of self-defense. Literally, it says "... Based on the facts stated, the Reich government is compelled to declare: The Soviet Government, contrary to its obligations and in clear contradiction with its solemn statements, acted against Germany, namely: 1. The subversive work against Germany and Europe was not simply continued, but with beginning of the war (world, ed. S.Kh.) is also strengthened. 2. Foreign policy became increasingly hostile towards Germany. 3. All the armed forces on the German border were concentrated and deployed in readiness for an attack ...

The German government cannot be indifferent to the serious threat on the eastern border. Therefore, the Fuhrer gave the order to the German armed forces by all means and means to ward off this threat. The German people realize that in the upcoming struggle they are called upon not only to defend their homeland, but also to save world civilization from the deadly danger of Bolshevism and to clear the way for a true flourishing in Europe. ” As might be expected, the thief shouts: “Hold the thief”! That's where, from Hitler's propaganda, grew "Icebreaker" of Suvorov - Rezun! Stalin could not, of course, not to reckon with provocations, lies, as a pretext for war. In purely military terms, Stalin was faced with the task of preventing a "blitzkrieg" at any cost. But Stalin knew perfectly well that Hitler was counting on a “blitzkrieg”! Already in the first lines of the “Barbarossa” plan it is written: “The German armed forces must be ready to defeat Soviet Russia during the short-term campaign before the war against England is over ... The retreat of enemy-capable troops to the wide open spaces of Russian territory must be prevented.” What could be done here?

To stretch, to expand in time the first terrible blow of the superior forces of the Germans. No major battles in the first days and weeks of the war! Exposing the first, second, third echelons of defense, hacking which the enemy will lose tempo, will expire, will not be able to tighten the reserves for the decisive assault on Moscow - the main goal of the Hitlerite offensive! In reality, this issue was resolved by Stalin as follows: on the eve of the outbreak of war, only border detachments of the NKVD troops, numbering 100,000, carried the immediate guard of the border.

And all the other troops, 170 divisions, were located at a considerable distance from the border - the first echelon of cover was 56 divisions at a distance of 8-20 km, the second echelon - 52 divisions at a distance of 50-100 km, and the reserve - 62 divisions at a distance of the order 400 km. It was impossible to conduct a general mobilization, to concentrate the bulk of the troops in close proximity to the border, either from a political or from a military point of view. Stalin understood this. But he also understood that he could and would be blamed for “not understanding something, or not knowing something”, that he “believed the scoundrel Hitler with his non-aggression pact”, that he “was confused, fell into prostration, ”ascribe other delusions. In fact, Stalin had to with irony restrain the impulses of the military, the General Staff, in their desire to take the preventive measures that seemed to them extremely necessary with mobilization, deployment, advancement, etc., which from their military point of view were absolutely necessary. Stalin understood one thing - it was necessary to win not in a separate battle, but to achieve victory in the war, to lead the country to victory. Such was the program of action. And it fully corresponded to Lenin's statement: “Politics is the cause, and war is only its tool, and not vice versa. Consequently, we can only subordinate the political views of political ".

That is what Stalin did. But, after all, the Germans also “estimated” the possible behaviors of the Soviet leadership at least at the initial stage of the war. In the German military document entitled "Etude Lossberg" dated September 15, 1940, three possible options for action by Soviet troops are given. First: Russians will want to preempt us and with this... will not negotiate, nor conclude a truce or a peace treaty, except with the mutual consent. " Roosevelt on June 24, 1941, at a press conference at the White House, explicitly stated that the United States would assist Russia in its struggle against Hitler. Stalin’s policy powerfully stimulated the creation of the anti-Hitler coalition. The configuration of the warring parties in the war is fully defined and preserved until the end of the war.

Militarily, events developed in the way they, in general, should have developed. Difficult. Painfully. With huge, but inevitable losses. During the three weeks of the war, the enemy advanced in the north-west direction by 400-500 km, in the west 450-600 km and in the south-west - by 300-350 km. Tens of thousands of border guards died in the first week. The fighters of the Smolensk battle, who detained the Germans for two months, also died for good reason - they made a huge contribution to the great cause of slowing down the German avalanche. The most important thing happened - the Germans' hopes of a “blitzkrieg” were crumbling! On August 11, 1941, the Chief of the General Staff of the German Ground Forces wrote: "The general situation shows more and more clearly that the colossus Russia ... was underestimated by us." German divisions and corps were ground, thousands of tanks and aircraft were destroyed. The German report of August 28 says: “The number of trucks in motorized divisions dropped by 1/2, in reserve units dropped by 1/4, and in infantry divisions also by 1/4. Parts of the 1st tank group on average lost 50% of their tanks. Parts of the 2nd tank group have an average of 45% of their tanks ... ".

In late September 1941, the battle for Moscow began. To strike at Moscow, the enemy concentrated up to 80 divisions, or about 40% of all his forces, including 3/4 of all tank divisions. At the most tense moment of the fighting, German intelligence gave erroneous information that Soviet strategic reserves had been exhausted. Meanwhile, there were 12 rifle divisions, 19 rifle brigades, 20 artillery regiments, 8 separate rocket artillery divisions in the rear of the armies of the Western Front. These troops, who were in reserve when the German offensive on Moscow exhausted, entered the battle by order of Stalin and decided the outcome of the battle of Moscow. Near Moscow, the Red Army finally frustrated the calculations of the Nazis to achieve a "lightning victory" over the Soviet Union. The myth of the invincibility of the fascist army was buried on the fields of the Moscow region.

The second major event on the way of the Soviet people to victory was the grand battle of Stalingrad, in which more than two million people participated on both sides. After the victory in the Battle of Stalingrad, a complete, irreversible turn in the war was achieved. The enemy was both ideologically and militarily broken. The superiority in armaments, manpower, economic power of the Soviet Union, the Red Army has become undeniable. So, if in June 1941, the Soviet production of tanks was half German, then by the autumn of 1942 it had reached the German level, and by the end of the war there were three times more German. Similarly, by aircraft, in June 1941 the production of the newest models of aircraft in the USSR was three times less than German, by the autumn of 1942 it was equal to the German one, and by the end of the war it was seven times higher than the German one. It is necessary to know and remember that the total supplies of the United States by Lend-Lease did not exceed in their volume and 4% of military products delivered to the front by the national economy of the USSR. After Stalingrad, there was only one thing left - to consistently, without stopping, drive the fascist beast into his lair.

Summarizing, we can say that all the main components of the Stalinist plan of victory over the enemy were correct, deeply thought out. Only Stalin himself, with his indisputable authority, his colossal will and endurance could realize this extremely tough, one might say - cruel, plan of struggle, which ensured our victory. "The happiness of the Soviet people was that Joseph Stalin stood at the head of the country." (V. Molotov)

SPIEF-19: the unipolar world is gradually turning into a multipolar one

Vladimir Ryabov

Usually, all the SPIEF in St. Petersburg were held under strong suspicion that the “big brother” from across the ocean is watching what is happening in the salons of the forum at Pulkovo Heights. Therefore, they talked with restraint and with an eye to the sanctions of the “big brother”, if suddenly something does not suit him. But the global economic crisis, which lasted for a decade, exhausted the wealthy travelers behind their world economic leader from behind. The audience present at SPIEF'19 was very tired of American sanctions and there was no reason to rely on its restraint. First of all, impatience was manifested by the organizers of the SPIEF'19, in which the PRC representatives, led by the CPC Chairman Xi Jinping, did not lag behind.

The organizers of the SPIEF'19 intended to consider the issues of world energy, the digital economy and the prospects for space exploration. The tone of the discussion was set by Igor Sechin, focusing on energy and resources, which is well known to him. And it turned out that those gathered at the forum, after I. Sechin’s speech, had greatly forgotten about the digital economy, and the space perspectives completely disappeared from their sight, just like the scientists themselves, who were out of work.

The official topic of discussion at the SPIEF'19 this year is devoted to shaping the sustainable development agenda, but this was happening in extremely difficult times. According to Igor Sechin, energy market participants must now answer the question “Have we passed or not the point of no return?”. Market principles of work and mutually beneficial dialogue fade into the background, and the key role is played by the strategy of regulatory pressure and unilateral sanctions.

According to the head of Rosneft: “Energy as a global industry that plays a budget-forming role in many countries has become the first hostage to a one-sided political agenda, and there are signs of the spread of this disease to other industries. The only global regulator is not only not impartial, but also obviously serves only local interests. Therefore, to paraphrase President Trump’s notorious slogan (“Make America great again!”), I would like to appeal to the session’s participants to make the leitmotif of today's discussion and, maybe, even our common follow-up work, the slogan “Let us return the former greatness to the market” .

            I. Sechin noted that today one can observe an increasing influence on the energy markets of changes in geopolitics. The main troublemaker is the current US administration. “We see that its actions are aimed at reformatting the global economic and political space, breaking down market interconnections and agreements formed over decades, and eliminating competition rules. Under the fire of sanctions and trade restrictions not only the so-called "outcasts", but also the traditional partners, that is, those who are considered allies of America. What are the reasons for this policy? I think they are connected with an awareness of the fundamental weakening of the role and capabilities of the United States of America in the world economy and politics, ”said Sechin. Back in 2000, the US superiority over China in terms of GDP was almost three-fold, but at the moment China is superior to the United States in terms of GDP in terms of purchasing power parity by almost 25%. By 2050, the superiority of China’s economy over the US will be twofold.

“In these conditions, the US is striving not only to accelerate its own economic development, but also to slow down the quantitative and qualitative growth of its main competitors, which is increasingly leading to America’s loss of moral leadership, as historically this country was one of the main ideologists of the open market and competition. It was the suppression of competitors that became the dominant economic and foreign policy of the United States, and the use of force to solve problems turned into a special American style of doing business, or, quoting a recent statement by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of China, Mr. Zhang Hanhui, in the style of "naked economic terrorism and chauvinism" - noted Sechin.

For our part, we should add that if we recall the expression of V.I. Lenin, he regarded the economic path of American capital as a "dynamite policy", no more and no less. Now the inventor of the Nobel dynamite was erected into an all-scientific deity, the prizes of which are worshiped by both scientists and intellectuals.

The head of Rosneft, deep into the energy structure, called the events a key challenge to the “global energy transformation”, implying the accelerated development of high-efficiency energy-saving technologies, as well as their adaptation to rapidly changing market needs (which, for example, will reduce the sulfur content in fuels 2020, by 2.6 times and emissions of sulfur compounds will be reduced by 5 million tons per year), geopolitical instability remains, which increases the risks of producing countries, especially , Due to the actions, policies and "tweets"
of the global regulator represented by the leader of the United States. “For the oil and gas industry, nothing but short-term, one-time price jerks create these comments on Twitter. In other words, the policy of the global regulator creates the uncertainty of the general vector of development and high volatility of the markets,” Sechin added.

In the past 25 years, the global economy has grown at around 3.5% per year, and relatively high growth rates are expected to continue - and this is the main factor driving energy consumption growth. The second important factor determining the level of energy consumption in the world is energy intensity. With the current price level of 60-70 dollars per barrel of oil and taking into account changes in the structure of GDP due to the rapid growth of the technology sector, the rate of decline in energy intensity of world GDP in the foreseeable future is unlikely to exceed 1.5-2.0% per year.

"With this in mind, we believe, and leading industry analysts agree with this that the demand for energy by 2040 will grow at a rate of about 1.5-2.0% per year," Sechin said. Of course, there will be changes in the structure of demand associated with the introduction of energy-saving technologies and commitments to reduce emissions, but on the whole, the dynamics are quite positive, determined primarily by the continuing growth of GDP and the rise in living standards of mankind in the coming decades.

Environmental requirements will lead to a reduction in the share of coal in the energy balance from the current 27% to 21%. However, coal will remain an important resource in the balance sheets of countries such as China and India, where its share even for the future will be weighty - at the level of 40-50%. Of course, alternative energy (mainly solar and wind) while maintaining the current regime of regulatory and fiscal incentives will grow at the fastest rate - more than 2% annually. However, the contribution of alternative energy to the global energy balance will remain relatively small, increasing from the current 12% to 16% by 2040.

In the absence of breakthrough solutions, gas, as the most environmentally friendly fossil fuel, will replace not only coal, but also nuclear energy, since a number of countries consider this area as potentially dangerous. “Natural gas, in contrast to alternative generation, can provide stable electricity production. Moreover, natural gas is a promising fuel for heavy-duty road transport and marine vessels. We expect an increase in gas demand from the transport sector by a factor of 5 by 2040. Therefore, gas demand will grow at the fastest pace among fossil fuels (at about 2% per year), which will lead to an increase in its share in the energy mix from 22% to 25% by 2040, ”said I. Sechin.

Also, the head of Rosneft in his speech addressed the topic of today's popular low-carbon development scenarios. “The most important component of the“ green ”scenarios is the topic of faster growth in the use of renewable energy sources. But these scenarios cannot be substantiated by either the observed trends in the dynamics of energy intensity, the available technological changes, or structural shifts in the global economy, ”Sechin said.

An illustrative example of the fact that landmark projects in the field of "new energy" have at least vague commercial prospects are electric vehicles. Igor Sechin talked about the phenomenon of their overvalued as early as June 2017, when Tesla’s share price was $ 340 per share. “Those who heard me then and sold the shares could make good money, because the current Tesla share price exceeds 200 dollars. But those of you who hear me today can earn more. There is a stereotype in public opinion that electric cars will easily “crush” the oil industry and their mass distribution is a matter of the near future ... I'm not talking about the fact that it is difficult to call environmentally friendly transport containing significant amounts of lithium and cobalt. No one today has an answer to the question of how to build a truly closed, complete cycle of the turnover of these metals in batteries, and much more is written about their exceptional harm to the environment than we can discuss today in our session. Taking into account the fact that electric cars do not solve either the problem of reducing emissions or the problem of hazardous production, in the foreseeable future, the share of electric cars in the global car park will not exceed 12-15%, which in terms of absolute values will be compensated by the growth of traditional transport in developing countries. ” told the head of the oil company.

But even so, the main factor behind the changes in the global energy markets, Sechin called the volume of US oil production. From this, ultimately, depends on the supply of liquid hydrocarbons in the world, the balance of supply and demand, oil prices, as well as the prices of all other energy resources. After all, oil as the largest component of commodity markets today, in fact, is central to the intersection of financial and commodity markets.

The head of "Rosneft" called Nesla global regulator represented by the leader of the United States. “For the oil and gas industry, nothing but short-term, one-time price jerks create these comments on Twitter. In other words, the policy of the global regulator creates the uncertainty of the general vector of development and high volatility of the markets, ”Sechin added.             In the past 25 years, the global economy has grown at around 3.5% per year, and relatively high growth rates are expected to continue - and this is the main factor driving energy consumption growth. Sechin.

Also, the head of Rosneft in his speech addressed the topic of today's popular low-carbon development scenarios. “The most important component of the“ green ”scenarios is the topic of faster growth in the use of renewable energy sources. But these scenarios cannot be substantiated by either the observed trends in the dynamics of energy intensity, the available technological changes, or structural shifts in the global economy,  Sechin said.

A fact that on the day when US President D. Trump proclaimed the Golden Era of American Energy, a bill was introduced in the US Senate that directly concerns the ban on the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline.

“The indisputable fact of today's life is that the US uses energy as a political weapon. The introduction of sanctions or even the threat of their application has a destructive effect on the market ecosystem of world energy. The American “golden age” for all other market participants may turn out to be the century of energy colonialism. Should world’s energy consumers become hostages to the non-stop US election campaign? ”Said Sechin.

It should be recalled that already more than ten years ago we published work on the website of the AUCPB “Lenin electrification as a weapon of the world revolution of the proletariat”, where we showed the inevitable role of energy carriers as “the struggle of world powers for dominance both during peace and war (Stalin). Now at SPIEF'19 we see how the American “golden age” is, and no one argues with this, it has already turned into an era of energy colonialism. Ten years ago we gave a clear picture of how energy resources in the economic base of the country become the main parity of the monetary system and how difficult it was for Vladimir Ilyich Lenin to start the flywheel of electrification of the entire country, opening the way to communism.

Then Russia only came out of the crucible of the World War at the expense of the revolution of Great October Revolution, in order to develop and, by increasing labor productivity, develop the economic base of electrification, providing free housing, free education and medical care to the population. On the agenda was the question, after the victory in the Great Patriotic War, to ensure free supply of consumer goods to the population through a policy of lowering prices, which in such conditions of the rise in labor productivity decisively went to zero.

According to the head of Rosneft, the United States chooses those countries whose budgets are mainly formed from revenues from energy exports to put pressure on the oil and gas sector. In addition to the direct impact through sanctions, an indirect one is added - such countries are cut off from the support of the IMF, which thereby violates the principles of its work. After that, the leading persons of Russian politics started talking about the economic war.

And now one of the pillars of Russian capitalism in Russia speaks at SPIEF'19 about energy as a political weapon of US policy. His words are completely understandable to others and they have already started talking about the economic wars and terrorism of American capital. The conclusion again suggests itself: the Great October 2.0 is needed to end this imperialist war, before the war destroys all life on Earth.

A landmark point in the spread of the sanctions disease, according to Sechin, is the situation with one of the Chinese technology leaders, Huawei, which is under direct pressure through measures such as arresting the company's financial director, a ban on cooperation with American technology companies.

“I think that the Chinese colleagues have a sufficient set of tools for the backlash, therefore, the discussion in the media of the possibility of banning the export of rare earth metals from China to the United States as a response measure, perhaps not without reason. Such an impact mechanism would be very effective, since 80% of rare-earth metals are produced in China, ”said the head of Rosneft.

Igor Sechin noted that, despite the large number of new projects (more than 49), which were launched in 2018, the sanctions policy against countries such as Iran and Venezuela, as well as sectoral sanctions against Russian oil and gas companies led to that the total amount of liquid hydrocarbons subjected to unilateral restrictions, has reached about a third of world reserves. This is a kind of anti-record, which has never been in the history of the world economy.

“No one should have any illusions - the US sanctions pressure on Iran and Venezuela is aimed at destroying the economies of these countries and changing their sovereign leadership,” Sechin said.

Impunity of the US sanctions policy in the absence of a reaction from the world community contributes to its replication in other energy markets. According to the US Department of Energy, his efforts to develop gas exports "allow us to export American freedom molecules around the world," the head of Rosneft recalled. It should be added that the “molecules of American freedom” protect terrorist regimes, as we see in the example of Iraq, Libya, and Syria, where there are still centers of the Islamic state and related terrorist organizations. The US is approaching Iran, seeking to use a terrorist club against the economic base of electrifying this country, without fear of open military confrontation.

US behavior in the global energy market Sechin connects with the growth of oil production in Texas, where the main part of the Permian basin and the Eagle Ford basin are located. Production here has already reached 5 million barrels per day, exceeding the total production of Iran, Venezuela and Libya. That is, the "molecules of American freedom" turned into the bacilli of economic enslavement for the underdeveloped countries.

“This result was achieved not so much due to the implementation of shale projects, but rather due to the introduction of new sanctions, due to which production in Iran and Venezuela is sharply reduced. As a result, if in 2018 about 1.5 million barrels per day of world production was hit by the sanctions, this year this volume could increase to 2.5 million barrels per day, ”Sechin said.

According to him, further growth in oil production in Texas may require a "new sanction victim", which could be attacked by US sanctions in order to supply oil from Texas to the market instead. “And any mining country can become such a victim,” said the head of Rosneft.

Increasing US pressure on the global oil market would not have been possible without changing the status of the United States, which for the first time in a long time became an oil exporter. As Sechin said, since the lifting of the export ban at the end of 2015, which has been in effect for 40 years, the United States is rapidly increasing its oil exports: compared to 2015, it has increased 6 times and has already reached 2.7 million barrels / day that is comparable with the extraction of such countries as Brazil (2.7 million barrels per day), Kuwait (2.7), the United Arab Emirates. The geography of supplies is also expanding. If earlier only the nearest neighbors of the United States acquired American oil, now the number of importers has exceeded 40 countries.

“The active construction of the pipeline and port export infrastructure in the coming years will not only practically double the volume of oil exports from the United States to 5 million barrels per day, but also create a“ reserve ”for further production growth. Already in 2020, the United States will become a net exporter of oil, and in 2024, the capacity to export oil and petroleum products from the United States could reach 9 million barrels per day, ”said Sechin.

Taking into account external challenges and volatility, the effect of increased competition for investments is observed, primarily in terms of reducing the tax burden and creating various incentives. Igor Sechin called this the phenomenon of "competition tax regimes." He cited the example of the United States, where in recent years unprecedented measures have been taken to support the industry by reducing the tax burden and regulatory barriers. In particular, a reduction in the income tax (from 35% to 21%) allowed shale companies to significantly increase investment. In 2018, the industry, taking into account all tax breaks and improvements in the pricing environment, showed a small, but still positive free cash flow.

The Chinese authorities, in his words, in response to a slowdown in economic growth, have also begun to develop measures to stimulate the economy through targeted subsidies and tax cuts. In particular, the tax rate on shale gas extraction was reduced from 6% to 4.2%, and measures were taken to reduce taxes on oil futures operations on the Shanghai Energy Exchange. In 2019, VAT rates and social insurance rates were reduced, which, according to the Chinese authorities, should reduce the tax burden by about $ 300 billion this year.

Russia has multidirectional trends, said Sechin, the Russian regulator is balancing between the tasks of filling the budget and stimulating economic growth while at the same time finding a solution to social problems at the expense of the market. “I would like to express hope for a return to market forms of regulation and pricing principles in order to eliminate market imbalances,” he noted. But to solve this question, socialism is needed, and Sechin cannot talk about it.

Impunity of the US sanctions policy contributes to its replication, and “the US trade war with China is only the beginning of a long-term confrontation that will leave an imprint on the world economy,” said high-ranking representatives of the SPIEF'19.

The business breakfast, arranged by Sberbank the next morning on June 7, forced the Russian liberal government to talk about the painful ones, given I. Sechin’s previous style of performance. One presentation was remembered: “Business lives in a rental economy, in which the important condition is not productive labor, but the system of guards protecting the rent of newly formed feudal lords”, and “the real incomes of Russians have not been growing for several years.

National projects do not cause optimism among the domestic oligarchs: it is easiest for them to export raw materials to China and import finished goods into Russia. The most rabid liberals expressed the need to “pour money” on national projects, realizing how much more then it would be possible to collect from the “spilled by” financing of projects from the budget. There was also the fear that the lives of the owners of big money are balancing between their own housing in Lefortovo, i.e. in detention center. And this revelation only says that Russian business is constantly balancing on the verge of the criminal code, since it cannot do otherwise. Vaccination of the criminal world of the 90s makes itself felt all the time. On June 7, V. Putin spoke about the global liberal war, the war of all against all. This world in the performance of Russian capital is no different from Islamic terrorism, and American accounts have to pay others, including the Russian man in the street.

At the forum, it did not occur to any businessman to remember the deceived real estate investors and to try to find feasible help for them. This is not interesting for business and it will not repent, but it wants very much to repent from the laboring masses.

SPIEF'19 never reached the cosmic perspectives of mankind. Actually, modern monopolies are able to offer Ilona Mask as their space leader, whose figure, built in an electric car and launched a few years ago, is already floating in airless space, and the earthly manners I. Mask are in no way inferior to D. Trump’s distraught statements. On such an ideological base in an unexplored space, full of all sorts of dangers, only people with damaged psyche can express themselves.

For the penetration into space and the colonization of other planets, a completely different state of society is needed, which can only be called communism, in which people got rid of the monetary system as a narcotic addiction and can develop on the economic basis of electrification. Speaking the language of political economy, the Khrushchev-Brezhnev partocracy proved to be "the inability to continue the revolution of transition to the new economic way of life of all humanity based on energy as an advanced method of trade." (Andreeva N.A.). To work in space and on other planets, the language of the economy is needed, based on energy resources - an advanced method of commodity exchange, the path to which lies through communism. And this can be done only through the distribution of profits under socialism, which is simultaneously reducing prices and raising the living standards of the Army of Labor, which is why the base of energy costs becomes basic in the economy and naturally fits with the energy potentials of the Galaxy. Capital, with its law of individualism, is powerless to organize any broad onslaught on the study of its galactic space, poorly believing that there, in space, someone is able to rejoice in the green luster of the dollar.

SPIEF'19 has raised the rise in labor productivity at the pace of development of the digital economy, as if the prospects for a reduction in accountants are capable of solving such an important task. Today we only feel the need to drive the economy on the basis of energy consumption, since such a base redistributes profits in favor of the Army of Labor. But Capital's army fights for profit, ready to worship its god dollar and in this frenzy of love for the dollar is capable of destroying the whole world.

But, as PMIF'19 showed, the unipolar world is turning into a multipolar one. And this is the main thing that we managed to see at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

Memory of a freedom fighter

On June 12 (May 30, Star Style), 1919, a Bolshevik underground fighter, organizer and leader of the fighting squad of the RCP (b) in Rostov-on-Don Vasily Vasilievich Tykhryaev died.

 * * *

Vasily Tyhryaev in 1919 was 34 years old. By the beginning of the civil war, he was already an experienced underground worker and was known among his comrades under the pseudonym "Old Man".

He joined the Bolshevik Party as a twenty-year-old boy; in 1905, he fought on the barricades of the Moscow uprising. After the suppression of the uprising, he escaped from arrest, made his way to the Kuban, then to Rostov, where he worked as a tailor.

In 1915, Tykhryaev mobilized into the army, sent to the front. After being wounded, while in a hospital in Moscow, he contacted the underground, conducted work in one of the reserve infantry regiments. And in 1917, again departing from the arrest, he returned to Rostov, where he continued to conduct agitation activities in the spare shelves.

Tykhryaev took an active part in the October events in Rostov, he was elected to the Council of Workers 'and Soldiers' Deputies.

He was among those who, after the invasion of Rostov by the interventionists and White Guards, recreated the Bolshevik underground with Yegor Murlychev. In the autumn of 1918 he was arrested, but, having bribed the investigator, the underground workers managed to release Tykhryayev. He switched to an illegal situation, and the apartment where he lived turned into an arsenal of weapons. Vasily Tykhryaev headed the fighting squad of the Rostov Bolsheviks.

In May 1919 there was a failure of the leadership of the underground organization in Rostov. One of those arrested by the White Guard counterintelligence, Vasily Abrosimov, lost heart and betrayed his comrades who remained at large. Ambush at the house grabbed Tyhryaeva.

Vasily Tykhryaev was silent during the torture, despising his whiteguard tormentors. It is known that he threw them: "You are doomed! And you know it better than me! ”

Vasily Tykhryaev was killed during interrogations. He lived 34 years and gave his life in the name of the victory of Soviet power.

From the document of the White Guard counterintelligence:

“The Act of 1919, May 30 days. Rostov-on-Don.

We, the undersigned, the colonel of counterintelligence of the Great Don Donisov army, the captain of counterintelligence Ivlev, the head of the counterintelligence convoy, captain of the Chabiyev, testify that the Bolsheviks of the Communist Party, the main initiator of the Rostov-Nakhichevan combat squad of the Communist Party, V.V. Tykhryaev pounced on the chief of the convoy, Captain Chabiyev, who accompanied him for questioning, tried to disarm him, and then rushed to escape. As a result, while trying to escape with two shots from a revolver, he was killed outright. "

On June 12, 2019, a hundred years after the heroic death of Vasily Tykhryaev, associates of the All-Union Bolshevik Communist Party (AUCP) in Rostov-on-Don commemorated the revolutionary hero.

Flowers were laid on a memorial tablet dedicated to the memory of the leader of the fighting squad.

The new generation of Bolsheviks vows to be worthy successors to the cause of the great ancestors.
Overview of the labor movement in the first half of June 2019

In the capital of Komi, a crowded protest was held against the construction of a landfill site.

On June 2, a rally was held in the Michurinsky park of Syktyvkar. Activists opposed the illegal construction of a landfill near the station Shies. Over 7 thousand people gathered at the protest event.

They began to gather at the rally before it began.

In addition to local activists, Svetlana Babenko from Urdoma was invited to the action, which is located near Shies in the Arkhangelsk region. She thanked Komi residents for their support. According to her, it is planned to build a mega-testing ground at the small station Shiyesh, which will contain 2,300 million tons of waste on an area of 3,000 hectares.

- It is very dangerous. It is dangerous because we are on the border with each other. All the impurities that will be formed, they will go on our rivers. All drinking water will be poisoned. Urdoma, Madmas, Komi Republic and the Arkhangelsk region will be the first to suffer damage, ”Babenko said.

She also reported that illegal methods are used against activists in Shiyes: they are beaten, administratively punished, three people are under criminal prosecution. Several activists after a conflict with the guards were admitted to the hospital.

- I appeal to all those present. Let us stand together, 2 regions, to protect the children of our region, ”said the local governor to the inhabitants of Komi.

The rally participants supported the proposal that if construction does not stop at the station Šyes until June 16 and they don’t start taking out the equipment, a permanent strike will be announced in Syktyvkar.

The protesters in the unanimously adopted resolution demanded the cessation of any work on the construction of the landfill in Shies, the immediate introduction of separate waste collection in Komi, and the abolition of the “garbage” reform.

Rally in Tyumen

On June 11, 2019, workers, students, retirees, the unemployed, mothers with many children came to protest against the "junk" reform. Rain did not stop them speaking out.

Tamara Kazantseva in her speech noted the ineffectiveness of the sorting of garbage that is being made now.

The participants in the event spoke in favor of the resignation of the head of the regional administration Moore, his deputy Vahrin, and also the head of the city Kukharuk.

At the end of the rally, a resolution was read, which contains the basic requirements for the government, Putin to draw attention to 16 thousand signatures of Tyumen citizens against garbage reform, as well as appeals to the regional authorities on separate collection of waste, increasing benefits for large families.

Miners from the Rostov region decided to defend their rights in Moscow

June 2 in Gukovo again held a picket of local miners. More than 40 people took part in the action. They raised money for a trip to Moscow. In the capital, the workers planned to hold several protests. The miners intend to get to Moscow by hitchhiking, and do part of the way on foot.

Gukovsky miners regularly hold pickets, demanding the payment of arrears of wages and rations. On May 18, participants in the picket in Gukovo were unhappy with the measures taken to pay off debts.

“When, after meeting with the Minister of Energy and Industry of the Rostov Region, I came out and said that there would no longer be any assistance in obtaining humanitarian coal, many simply wept. For people, the problem is to buy coal for the winter,” one of the activists said.

----------------------------

Picket in Krasnodar

In the capital of Kuban, over 100 people came out on June 12 for a picket demanding to preserve the trolleybus line on Krasnaya Street.

The action took place on the central site of the Chistyakovskaya grove. The protesters came to the picket with the slogans: "The line was built by the front-line soldiers for posterity. They destroy for whom?", "We demand to return the trolleybus to Krasnaya", "" There is no trolleybus, that means there are no benefits. "

Ukraine hosted another miners' strike

In Lviv, on June 6, workers at the Mezhirichanskaya mine refused to descend into the face, demanding the immediate payment of their earnings. The decision to strike was taken at a general meeting with the participation of the administration, trade unions and the labor collective.

Miners are not paid since March. The main cause of problems is corruption schemes. The miners reported that nothing had been invested in the coal industry since Soviet times.

Mining strikes in Ukraine occur regularly. Before the presidential election, the debt was paid, but after it the delays began again.

Abroad

In France, the police used tear gas and water cannons against the "yellow vests"

Many thousands of workers, students, the unemployed, representatives of the petty bourgeoisie came to the next protest on June 8. In Paris and the suburbs, the events were relatively quiet, but in some cities it was not without collisions with the police.

At least 4 thousand “Yellow vests” took to the demonstration in the city of Montpellier in the south of France. The police used tear gas and water cannons to disperse the demonstration. As a result of clashes with the police, two people were injured.

In the city of Dijon in eastern France, the streets saw over 700 people. The police used tear gas. In this case, 13 protesters were detained.

Since November 17, 2018, the Yellow Vests are coming out to protest actions, demanding to stop the rise in prices for automotive fuel. December 4, Prime Minister Edward Philip announced a six-month moratorium on raising taxes on fuel, but on December 8, people again went to the demonstration. Now they are in favor of the resignation of the president and the government.

 ---------------------------------

Polish doctors have taken part in a protest of many thousands

On June 1, a demonstration of health workers from different regions of the country took place in Warsaw. Workers took to the streets to draw the attention of the government to the tragedy of the health care system.

According to those gathered at the walls of the relevant ministry, the authorities forgot about the promise to increase funding for the industry by 6.8 percent.

About how bad everything is, statistics says. Life expectancy in Poland has ceased to grow. In the period 2014–2017, it increased by only 0.2 years, which is the worst result in the last 26 years. The average Pole today lives to 74 years, and the Polish to 81.8 years.

Not better things with the availability of medical care. The average waiting time for a visit to a doctor in Poland from 2013 to 2019 has doubled to 4-5 months. Moreover, the record for physicians of some specialties borders on the impossible: consultations of the Polish endocrinologist will have to wait 24 months, and a pediatric cardiologist - 12 months!

One of the reasons for this state of affairs is a shortage of personnel. Due to the radical reduction of places in educational institutions in the country, the nursing staff is sorely lacking. Those who could get an education, prefer to work abroad. The average age of a Polish nurse today is 50 years, and some doctors are 60 years old.

 ---------------------------------------

In the capital of Poland held a picket in defense of the dismissed trade union activists

On June 4, in Warsaw, an action took place at the office of one of the enterprises, organized by the All-Polish Trade Union Agreement. The authorities illegally fired an activist Anne Bachi. The woman lost her job on April 10, right after the authorities became aware of her trade union activities.

"According to our assessment, the dismissal of an activist is illegal, and his disciplinary nature is no more than a pretext ... The company blatantly violates the law on trade unions and deprives workers of the Constitution’s right to unite to protect their interests," the statement of the Confederation of Labor says All-Polish trade union agreement.

It should be noted that this picket is not the first protest action of employees and trade unions on the above reason. In April and May there were demonstrations in support of the dismissed Anna Bachi. Then dozens of people held banners with slogans in their hands: “Stop repressions for trade union activities!” And “We are in solidarity with Anya!”. The protesters tried to get into the office of the enterprise and hand the petition to the board demanding an end to lawlessness. Police officers who arrived at the scene detained three people who refused to leave the building on their own.

12 JUNE - THE BEGINNING OF THE DESTRUCTION OF OUR MOTHERLAND

Yes, the “our” gentlemen-democrats-liberals got their heads up, setting the “national” holiday on June 12th. The people do not sing, do not dance, do not rejoice. It turned out, like A.S. Pushkin in Boris Godunov: “the people are silent”! And this is not surprising. The people, someone with their minds, someone with “soul”, feel the entire criminal and legal and moral significance of this date, when, on June 12, 1990, the 1st Congress of People's Deputies of the RSFSR adopted the Declaration of Sovereignty. This Declaration declared the division of the common property of the USSR and the supremacy of republican laws over the laws of the USSR. In fact, it was the first legal act that initiated the destruction of the USSR. In October 1990, the RSFSR Law “On the Acts of Acts of the USSR on the Territory of the RSFSR” was adopted, establishing penalties for citizens and officials who execute union laws not ratified by the RSFSR Supreme Soviet. Just think about it - some “laws” are demanded, requiring the laws to be absent! In his speech in 1998, Boris Yeltsin, trying to veil the perfect “legal orgy”, proposed a name for the “holiday” on June 12 - the Day of Russia. But this in no way changed the vile essence of this "holiday." In 2001, speaking in the Kremlin at a ceremonial reception on the occasion of the Day of the adoption of the Declaration of State Sovereignty, President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin declared: “With this document the countdown of our new history began. Its main meaning is success, prosperity and well-being of citizens. ”

Let's see what the people think on this issue (as it has long been said: “The voice of the people is the voice of God”!) Privatization and the destruction of the USSR - as its direct consequence, created a deep rift between the majority of the population and the “upper democratic elite” that seized power in the state. In a review of the results of the all-Russian study “New Russia: Ten Years of Reforms,” conducted by the Institute of Comprehensive Social Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, states: “Voucher privatization in 1992-1993. 6.8% of respondents called positive events and 84.6% negative ones. ” The overwhelming majority of the population considers privatization a robbery. And on robbery can not be created sustainable life arrangement. According to surveys, the social system that has developed in the Russian Federation is defined by the majority of respondents as oligarchic capitalism (41%) and criminal capitalism (29%), which does not protect the interests of ordinary people. That is the opinion of the people. As for the opinion of lawyers, I am sure that they are well aware that what the democrats “got up” - the liberals during the counterrevolution - is a pitiful political figure skittering, and nothing more!

So why the mighty superpower - the Soviet Union, was brought down into poverty and humiliation? What's the point of this? After all, the USSR in 1965-1985. was in a state of well-being, despite many troubles, which in principle could be eliminated. I think it is useful to listen to foreign politicians. From the speech of D. Kennedy on assuming the office of President of the United States: “We will not be able to defeat the Soviet Union in a conventional war. This is an impregnable fortress. We can defeat the Soviet Union only by other methods: ideological, psychological, propaganda, economic ”. From the report of Margaret Thatcher (USA, Houston, 11/1991) “How we destroyed the Soviet Union”: “Thanks to a planned policy and a peculiar combination of moral and material incentives, the Soviet Union managed to achieve high economic indicators. The percentage of gross national product growth was about two times higher than in our countries. If we take into account the enormous natural resources of the USSR, then with the rational management of the economy, the Soviet Union had very real opportunities to oust us from world markets. Therefore, we have always taken actions aimed at weakening the economy of the Soviet Union and creating internal difficulties for it. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, the political situation in the USSR has long remained very stable.

However, soon information came about the imminent death of the Soviet leader and the possibility of a person coming to power with our help, through which we can realize our intentions. This man was M. Gorbachev, who was characterized by experts as a careless, suggestible and very ambitious man. There was much controversy among the experts about the nomination of B. Yeltsin with the prospect of his subsequent election to the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Republic and then head of the Russian Republic (as opposed to the leader of the USSR M. Gorbachev). Relevant contacts and agreements took place, and the decision to “push” B. Yeltsin was made. With great difficulty, Yeltsin was elected Chairman of the Supreme Soviet of Russia and immediately a declaration on the sovereignty of Russia was adopted. The question is - from whom, if the Soviet Union was once formed around Russia? It was really the beginning of the collapse of the USSR. ”

From the above materials, from the totality of the facts of the bourgeois counter-revolution, which threw us into poverty and the humiliation that has deprived us of our great and united for all Soviet people Motherland - the Soviet Union, we understand that Soviet socialism had many enemies: these were criminal, anti-communist forces at the top of the anti-communist practice of the CPSU, and they bred like shady mice, and liberally - pro-Western forces in the former Soviet intelligentsia, who did not disdain to betray the motherland directly (it’s quite reasonable to call them “Vlasovists of the Cold War”) and, of course, powerful bourgeois forces in the West, for whom the dismemberment of powerful another state - the USSR, the destruction of dangerous geopolitical rival, potential carrier "communist contagion." It was this “liberation by example” that the ruling circles of world capitalism could not allow - this is precisely the roots of the Cold War.

The counter-revolution assumed not only the dismemberment of the Soviet Union into independent former union republics. The plans of the "democrats" included and "shred" the "indecently large RSFSR" into small "dolets" that are more convenient to swallow. The patented “human rights activist and democrat” A.D. Sakharov proposed turning the USSR into a conglomerate of 130 ethnic states. Boris Yeltsin “distinguished himself” with similar plans regarding the RSFSR. In the epicenter of the political process, in Moscow and especially in the supreme bodies of power, the ideologists of perestroika put forward the idea of liberating the non-Russian peoples from "colonial rule" and their political self-determination. Thus, it is clear that the Democrats' strike was aimed primarily at the "division", the "division" of the territory and people of the Soviet Union. Accordingly, the Soviet people, a powerful consolidating factor, was for the Democrats as an eyesore, and instantly received a derogatory "nickname" from them — a scoop. But according to all modern ideas about the state and the nation, the Soviet people were a normal multi-ethnic nation, no less real than the American, Brazilian or Indian nations. In fact, a single economy, a single school and a single army tied the citizens of the USSR into a much more cohesive people than these nations. It is indicative that the Democrats supported only nationalism anti-Soviet and anti-Russian. On the contrary, experiencing a threat from the ethnocratic movements, the national minorities of the republics, who saw the defender in the person of the USSR (Ossetians and Abkhazians, Gagauz, Karakalpaks, etc.) showed “defensive” Russophile nationalism, which was categorically negatively evaluated by democrats. Analyzing the programs and actions of all separatist movements of the last thirty years, you realize that no matter how beautiful the names were, these movements were not disguised - in fact, they were all ideological masks of the local party and state elites that covered the purely pragmatic goals of dividing the state and its property.

Today, seeing how weak a person is, a person is pliable to every kind of lie, how easy it is to seduce him with beads and trinkets, we must bow low before our ancestors of the first half of the 20th century. Selflessly, they built a good, calm, economical and generous society on their bones. The economy in it was, to the best of its development, unusually effective. A lot of forces united, just to push us from this point, and they succeeded. Well. Let's be optimistic. Recall the wise saying that all Soviet boys knew: “She lived for a long time. She lived soon disappear "!

RUSSIA DAY - ONLY ONCE A YEAR?

For us, June 12 is not a holiday and it will never be. It is a day of lawlessness, a day of criminality, a day of fear.

This is a day of joy only for the authorities of Russia, and we do not enter the power of Russia.

Comrades, have you ever thought what the names of modern holidays mean? Here we have on June 12th such a “Day of Russia”. What is the result, the remaining 364 days a year - not Russia? Logic in this title is useless to search, because the name of the "holiday" was literally taken from the ceiling. 2019 is the year of the theater in Russia. On June 12, the authorities will be putting forth performances with all their might, portraying folk festivals, but on TV you will not see sincere joy on this day. Because the people both know, and remember, and feel that this “fake” “holiday” and the “holiday” story are not at all festive.

On June 12, 1990, the 1st Congress of People's Deputies of the RSFSR adopted the “Declaration of Sovereignty”. From this day on, the laws of the union republic began to be considered higher than the laws of the union (USSR). But in the Constitution of the USSR, Article 74 was completely different: the laws of the Union are higher than the laws of the local ones (the Soviet Union was a federation, not a confederation). That is, the "Declaration of Sovereignty" was separatist and unconstitutional. In addition, on the territory of the RSFSR private property was allowed, and this permission was very quickly used during the privatization of the 90s.

What was this Congress of People's Deputies? For us, the youth, this is all the more important, because they do not write about the collapse of the USSR and the 90s in history books, too many historical facts cast a shadow on those political forces who are now in power. The congress of people's deputies on June 16, 1990 introduced a multi-party system in the RSFSR. People's deputies were elected as self-promoted in the elections of the spring of 1989. Elections were held after the constitutional reform on December 1, 1988. It was these elections that led to power, for example, Zhirinovsky: the person who became a meme. By that time, Gorbachev’s and anti-Gorbachev’s men managed to get the voters, and they voted for it to finally end. It is over.

On June 12, 1990, the open destruction of the USSR began. How did this destruction turn for the peoples of Russia? A terrible tragedy, millions of deaths, Chechen and criminal wars, banditry and poverty. How has this destruction turned out for the Russian authorities? By elevation. The class struggle has been going on and will continue. Then our class lost in this fight, and their class won. Power - the winners. Therefore, they rejoice, but we do not.

Former petty officials from the CPSU and the Komsomol, the former dealers of the Soviet black market, the former criminal authorities - they all became a new class, the bourgeoisie with the oligarchs at the head. Power passed to the oligarchy. Industrialists, bankers and merchants began to rule the country, and not by themselves, but by proxy, hiring managers, managers, ranging from directors of enterprises and ending with deputies and ministers. They began to sell the wealth of the USSR, turning it into their capital. Winners are not judged. The winners are happy too.

Who watched the “Game of Thrones” - that’s where the Pinky played the same role as the oligarchy in Russia, created controlled chaos and reaped its fruits. He manipulated the feudal lords, the oligarchs manipulated by officials and gangsters. Our parents were the Soviet people, but the trade unions and the party broke away from this people, and gradually there were no organizations left in the society that could unite the people to fight lawlessness. Without associations, people became mobs. The crowd is noisy, strong, but easy to control. Our citizens turned into a crowd, and the winners of this, too, rejoice.

We began to turn into a crowd back in the 1980s, when our generation was in infancy. At first, they began to accuse us of the sins of their ancestors, pointing their finger at repression. Then they began to accuse their ancestors that they were not perfect. They began to say that if the Soviet government is not perfect, then down with it. Living people spoke with the words of scoundrels, traitors and villains from prose of the 20th century, and voters, spectators and readers believed them: how not to believe, these are such great people! The Communists, who recognized deception and betrayal, have already spoken, written, shouted - but it was too late! And now? The same accusers accuse us of civil passivity. The fact that we do not want to ride at their meetings. But even there, everyone in the crowd is bound by chains of fear: and this is no longer the fear of “Stalinist” repressions (hello, Dood!). The historian Alexander Dyukov wrote:

“The fear of a simple person for many decades is not that they will come after him, throw him in jail or be shot. The main fear of a simple person is that he will lose his job and will not find a new one, that he will seriously get sick and will not be able to work, that he will die - and as a result his wife and children will be thrown to the social bottom. This is a sticky fear that constantly accompanies the common man - and he comes straight from the 90s. The 90s are the birthplace of our fear. And this fear, unlike the fear of Kolyma, is not phantom. He can incarnate at any time. You. I have. Any ordinary person. " People are afraid and silent, and the winners are happy too.

For us, June 12 is not a holiday and it will never be. It is a day of lawlessness, a day of criminality, a day of fear. This is a day of joy only for the authorities of Russia, and we do not enter the power of Russia. The current authorities are glad that 29 years ago they have reached the trough and that they are not expelled. This is not the day of Russia. This is the anniversary of the unconstitutional coup. This is a day of remembrance and grief for the victims of the 90s. This is the day of exposure and the day of rallying. All patriots of Russia should rally not for the “Day of Russia”, but against it, against its results. Because everything goes to the fact that the coup is not the last. So, it is impossible to allow similar crimes to happen in the future. And you can not let them go unpunished.

GRATEFUL MEMORY OF PEOPLE RETURNS STALIN TO THE PEDESTAL!

On May 9, on Victory Day in Novosibirsk, the third largest metropolis of the country, a significant event took place - a monument to an outstanding statesman and political figure of the world, a loyal student and successor of the Great Lenin, the leader of the world's first socialist state of workers and peasants - was opened at a solemn rally Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, a talented architect of socialism, the greatest commander, the Generalissimo of Victory, the leader of the working class, the working people,  oppressed and the destitute of all countries of the world - to Stalin!

Monument to Generalissimo Stalin erected on people's donations. During the three-year campaign, 540,000 rubles were raised, half of them on more than 100 pickets, the other half via the Internet from all over the country. The monument is truly national!

The monument to I.V. Stalin was installed on the initiative of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (AUCPB).

The three meter high monument is a red granite stela with a bust of I.V. Stalin, depicted in his marshal's uniform with the Star of Hero of Socialist Labor. On the stela is carved: "Generalissimo of the Soviet Union STALIN". The bronze Order “Victory” is placed on the granite stele. On one of the lower granite curbstones carved: "The monument is installed on people's donations." Left and right of the monument to I.V. Stalin are placed red granite slabs, on one of them carved the words of Generalissimo I.V. Stalin:

“The Soviet people saved the civilization of Europe from the fascist pogromists by their selfless struggle. This is the great merit of the Soviet people to the history of mankind. "

On the other granite slab there is a carved quatrain from Alexander Vertinsky’s poem “HE”:

How high he lifted up the power

The leader of the Soviet people's friends,

And what a worldwide fame

He created for his homeland!

Today, the truth of history sweeps from its path the vile lies and slander of the enemies of socialism and Soviet power, who have more than half a century angrily slandered Stalin, trying to smear his bright image with mud, to erase him from the memory of the Soviet people. But the truth of the story cannot be killed or hidden.

Today Stalin’s authority is record high - 70% of the population positively assesses his role in the history of the country. People have a lot to compare: how they lived in the Soviet Union and how they live in the conditions of the destructive liberal policies of the genocide of the country and the nation. The growing prestige of Stalin reflects the people's demand for the ideals of social justice, the ideals of socialism.

Stalin prophetically said: “Time will pass, and the eyes of new generations will be turned to the deeds and victories of our socialist Fatherland. Year after year, new people will come. They will again raise the banner of their fathers and grandfathers. And they will give us their due in full. ” This time is a time of respect and admiration for the heroic feats of our grandfathers and fathers, who built and defended socialism under the leadership of Great Stalin, knocking on the door!

One of the speakers at the rally in honor of the opening of the monument to Generalissimo Stalin said:

“With the name of Stalin went on the attack -“ For the Motherland, for Stalin! ”- this is not a literary stamp, but life, a story that you need to know and remember. The winners, who returned from the front, restored the country's economy under the leadership of the Communist Party and its leader Stalin ... No matter how much time you spend today to slander our heroes, history and time puts everything in its place ... Today we are doing our duty to the winners. We must keep each name, and the name of the person who led the army and the country, especially. ”

In one of the speeches, it was also noted that “a monument was erected at the request of the people who demand truth and justice” and that Stalin is a historical figure whose role in Russian history cannot be denied or politicized, and history itself must be honored.

The head of the Novosibirsk regional branch of the AUCPB, Alexei Denisyuk, said at the rally:

- First of all, Stalin is a Bolshevik, a revolutionary, a staunch fighter for the liberation of the working people from the oppression of capital. Honoring Stalin means fighting for his cause. This is especially important for us, young Bolsheviks, who will adopt the banner of the struggle for socialism and continue the struggle for the revival of our Soviet Motherland.

That battle, the battle that we gave to the enemies-liberals, who viciously raged against the monument to I.V. Stalin, has gone. We came out of this battle as winners. And we will be sure that the time will come, and again our Red Banner will fly over the gray towers of the Kremlin.

Under the banner of Lenin - Stalin - we will win!
