How capitalism destroys the “glorious sea - the holy Baikal”

September 1 was celebrated in Russia as Lake Baikal Day. The name of this wonderful lake translated from the Turkic language means "rich lake". And this definition is fully true. A significant amount of water, softness, poor mineralization, the pristine beauty of a precious “vessel” and virgin purity make it extremely valuable. Baikal can rightfully be considered a unique water resource on the planet, the quality of drinking water of which is recognized as a standard.

Baikal has an area of 31.5 thousand square kilometers, and the volume of its waters is about 23 thousand cubic km The average depth is 730 m. The largest depression investigated by divers reaches 1637 m. All the main indicators of this reservoir are unique and inimitable, so the task of people is to realize what true wealth they own.

Baikal needs care and attention to leave our descendants not a dry well instead of Lake Baikal - the only such lake on the planet, not burnt centuries-old forests of Siberia, but the pleasure to enjoy the contemplation of the charming blue of the waters of this amazing lake, to enjoy the impeccable beauty and amazing quality of its water

Under Soviet rule, Baikal and its coastal zones were under state protection. Gangster criminal modern Russian capitalism mercilessly uses, exploits, thereby destroying Lake Baikal and its coastal conservation area to pump out fabulous profits from them. Pipes are now encircle Lake Baikal, which look like tentacles of aliens devastating its depths ... Water is drawn by pipes from a depth of 40 m.

Recently, in the village of Kultuk, the construction of several plants at once (to the existing ten production facilities on Baikal), which will be engaged in the export of water from Lake Baikal, has been hastily completed. The Baikal Sea brand in the Irkutsk Region pumps 300 million liters of water per year from Baikal. Baikal's water is exported to South Korea, Japan, and Asian countries, but primarily, of course, to China. The Chinese plant on Lake Baikal annually pumps out 2.5 billion liters of water from the lake, which is bottled here and goes directly to Chinese stores. The Chinese already consider Baikal their Chinese sea.

The Russian government has allocated quotas to China for the extraction of water from Lake Baikal in 3.5 million tons of water per year. Note that after China was allowed to exploit Baikal’s resources at the beginning of 2005, the water level in the lake began to fall at a catastrophic rate. The maximum levels of Lake Baikal are legally limited by the requirements of the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 26, 2001. The minimum permissible water level in the lake is 456 m. But by the summer of 2005, the water level had dropped below 450 meters, and data on its level ceased to be published, although they were not officially classified ... By indirect indications, the water level in the lake continues to fall. Water disappeared in the wells of coastal villages. According to environmentalists, massive fires in Siberia were also caused by the drainage of peatlands, which, in turn, is associated with the shallowing of Lake Baikal.

The construction of plants for pumping water through pipes to bottling plants provokes violent protests from citizens. In particular, local media report on the protests of citizens against the governor of the Irkutsk region billionaire Levchenko, "turning Baikal and the Baikal region into a raw materials appendage of China." We remind readers that Governor Levchenko * became known in the Russian Federation for having shot a bear sleeping in a den during his winter hunt (which is prohibited by Russian law). If the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, billionaire Alexander Uss, adopted a plan to shoot 1,600 bears during the period from August 1, 2019 to August 1, 2020, then it is unlikely that Governor Levchenko adopted a less lively plan for hunting animals that fled from fires in Siberia's forests that were not burnt yet.

The Russian authorities are turning a blind eye to the uncontrolled criminal business and the tricks of the ruling oligarchy in the field. They do not respond to protests of citizens. It doesn’t respond to the recent scandal with the AquaSib plant, which laid pipes for pumping water from Lake Baikal and selling it to China. It is important that those who were engaged in the smuggling and sale of the Baikal forest to China were and are now engaged in the construction of factories. Some of the "entrepreneurs" have already served a specific term. For the construction of new plants (in particular, a huge factory by the Chinese) for pumping water from Lake Baikal, the local government receives billions of “kickbacks” (information from local media).

For the fires in Siberia and the embezzlement of Baikal’s resources, the government of D. Medvedev is essentially responsible for the essentially anti-Russian policy pursued by him.

Since September 20, pickets and mass demonstrations of the population for the resignation of oligarch Levchenko from the post of governor began in Irkutsk, Angarsk and other cities of the Angara region. There is a massive collection of signatures for resignation. The reason for the action is that the Baikal forest has been cut down as well as continues to be cut down and sold to China. Bottling of Baikal water and its transportation to China also continues. The new international airport in Irkutsk at the stage of construction that has not yet begun has become the private property of the oligarch Trotsenko thanks to the "efforts" of Levchenko.

Earlier, the oligarch Levchenko became a defendant in corruption scandals, working during his gubernatorial term on schemes for laundering budget funds. One of the most high-profile schemes for which he could get a real term was a scam with the transfer of the Irkutsk international airport to oligarch Roman Trotsenko. The transaction was completed in violation of antitrust laws. But instead of punishment, Sergey Levchenko remained in his "bread" place.

Now let the top leaders of the Russian Federation now say that Russia is not ruled by a mafia oligarchy ...

Before

                                                                               Now

Cuba again followed the path of the USSR

In Cuba, the first president was elected - Miguel Diaz-Canel. Under his leadership, Liberty Island will continue its “perestroika” and try to overcome the difficult economic crisis. What is happening painfully resembles the situation of Gorbachev's times. Does this mean that the Cuban regime is in danger of collapse, and Moscow and Havana will soon diverge in different directions, as happened after the collapse of the USSR?

Those who find the USSR in adulthood must remember that the Soviet and Cuban peoples are fraternal peoples with a common history. And whoever does not remember, let him remember - now again, it is relevant.

In March 1990, the Congress of People's Deputies elected the first and, as it soon became clear, the last president of the USSR - the head of the Soviet state. In fact, Mikhail Gorbachev simply moved from the chair of the Chairman of the Supreme Council to what was specially created for him - new, “like in America.” Almost at the same time and for the same reasons, the CPSU lost its "leading and guiding role." How it all ended — everyone knows, and the question of whether it could all have ended in a different way (without the collapse of the USSR) has no answer and never will.

The change of the captain’s cubicle (but not of the captain himself), as well as the amendments to the Soviet constitution that came with this in the “package”, became one of the last chords of “perestroika”, after which the country rapidly plunged into the abyss.

In October 2019, the deputies of the National Assembly of the People’s Power of Cuba elected the country the first president for many years - Miguel Diaz-Canel. Prior to that, the successor of the Castro brothers worked as head of state as chairman of the State Council, and now they will be “like in America” (however, Cuba is America), where the president is the head of the government, is the supreme commander in chief and, if necessary, is replaced by the vice-president (he elected a black veteran Cuban Communist Party Salvador Valdes Mesa).

But stylistically this does not resemble the United States, but rather the late USSR. Cuba has been undergoing its own “perestroika” for several years, and last year, with the adoption of the new constitution, it came to an “acceleration”. The liberalization of the economy in a fairly short time transformed Liberty Island and dramatically changed the lives of Cubans: they now have a small business, private sector, mobile Internet, buying and selling, if not all, but much. The newspaper VZGLYAD wrote in detail about Cuban perestroika: “The streets of the cities of the USSR changed just as rapidly in the era of the Gorbachev boom of cooperatives.”

There is one more, much darker similarity. After some economic recovery caused by the reforms, Cuba began to plunge into the economic crisis - and by the time the president is elected, this crisis is already perceived as a serious threat to the country. Diaz-Kanel was even forced to declare a “temporary” special position, primarily due to fuel shortages. The blame for all this, however, is not perestroika.

U.S. President Donald Trump is to blame for stepping up the economic blockade of both Cuba and Venezuela, the main oil supplier for Liberty Island, who paid for this oil with what he could (for example, Cuban general practitioners who were sent on a business trip to Venezuela). Both because of sanctions and because of a sharp drop in oil production (caused by sanctions, but not only them) Caracas now sends Havana a third of the previous volume of hydrocarbons.

A serious blow was also dealt to Trump's measure to limit private transfers to Cuba. Cubans living in the USA, like Tajiks in the Russian Federation and Ukrainian “zarobitans” in Poland, have made a tangible contribution to the Cuban national economy in recent years, supporting families remaining in their homeland.

Now they can transfer no more than a thousand dollars once every three months. Miguel Diaz-Kanel called these and other White House practices “cruel” and “like genocide”. He stressed that US actions have a devastating effect on the delivery of food to the island, the operation of public transport and electricity during peak hours.

That is, on the one hand, he recognized the destructiveness of sanctions for the country. On the other hand, he emphasized that it is not the “repressive regime” and the military that does not serve it that suffers (this is the stated goal of the USA), but ordinary people. Given that most of the planet, including EU countries, Cuba sympathizes with and has long criticized America for its inhumane practices, this is a rational tactic. But it’s unlikely that it will affect Washington, where it’s supposed to spare ordinary Cubans and try not to harm them, they will continue to bend their line, no matter what Trump, who crossed out the entire Obama thaw, when the US and Cuba restored diplomatic relations and agreed on a number of joint programs, it’s not out of hatred for everything Cuban. He is also rational, but at the same time cynical and selfish.

The fact is that Cuban emigration - both old and new - in the USA is concentrated mainly in the state of Florida. Among her are many political refugees and “old dissidents” who hate the Castro regime. They say that lately, the balance is slowly changing - the emigrated Cubanyoung people are not so intransigent. But the fact remains: Florida is one of the vacillating states and the third in the number of electors, so becoming a US president without winning an election in Florida is quite difficult. After the Obama thaw, his successor Clinton lost in Florida, and Trump, who promised Cuba tough measures, won. And hopes to repeat this success in 2020.

It is possible that it will repeat. But this does not mean that Cuban perestroika, with the president at the head, will come to what the USSR has come to - a regime change.

At least Cuba still has someone to rely on - and it relies. And it’s easy to guess who - Russia.

Less than a week ago, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev was visiting Liberty Island (Dias-Kanel’s return visit to Moscow is expected at the end of October) and stayed very productively. The point, of course, is not in the on-duty statements about friendship and alliance (Havana now has nowhere to get away too much). And not in the traditional joys of the growth in trade turnover (even if it’s really impressive - by one third by the end of 2018). And it’s not even in the joint condemnation of the American sanctions policy, which prevents both countries from breathing deeply, although it sounded beautifully: “Russia does not succumb to pressure from outside, like Cuba. And the answer to the pressure should be our closer cooperation ... Latin America is not the backyard of the United States, ”Medvedev snapped. The fact is that Russia has begun supplying Cuba with technologies that can really help it survive the crisis. Medvedev personally launched the first drilling rig of a new type, the task of which is to bring Cuban oil production to the industrial level. Own oil on Liberty Island has always been and still is, but it is very thick and viscous oil, it is so easy not to pump it to the surface. With new drilling rigs from the Russian Federation, it’s easy to pump out, and soon such rigs will cost dozens.

In turn, Russian Railways will modernize the Cuban railways, Rosatom will create the so-called irradiation center, which allows long-term storage of grain and other products, and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation will provide Cuba with food security through the supply of wheat, meat and dairy products (negotiations on this subject already coming).

At the same time, the Russian authorities promise: it will not be like in the USSR - “from the heart”, but for money. "About irrevocable" help, which would then have to be written off, is now out of the question and can not go. All our relations are now quite pragmatic, ”the prime minister said in an interview with Russia 1.

Diaz-Kanel emphasized several times: if we have delayed something somewhere, do not worry, we will repay everything. And our Cuban friends pay off their debts. In contrast to what happened in Soviet times, when no one considered money in this case at all.

In general, to the question why Russia needs to support Cuba, in addition to the geopolitical one, there is an economic answer - this is our customer and market. Not very big, but almost native. In addition, developing the idea of jointly opposing the United States, one can go into deep conspiracy theories, drawing, for example, attention to the fact that Medvedev avoided answering the journalist’s question whether a new Russian military base with missiles will appear in Cuba. It was there that the American media went, suggesting a speedy recurrence of the Caribbean crisis.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov seemed to reassure everyone on this score. He stated that the Russian and Cuban sides did not consider the issue of deploying medium- and shorter-range missiles on Liberty Island, as "there is no reason to consider it." But he added: a moratorium on the deployment of missile systems exists until "American systems appear." And understand it as you want. After all, the Caribbean crisis began with the fact that the Americans deployed their missiles in Turkey. Ours in Cuba were already the "answer".

However, Moscow probably perceives the issue of deploying missiles in Cuba as the "red line" for the United States. So the reservations of Medvedev and Ryabkov are not threats, but vicious hints that the Russian Federation also has a loyal ally at the borders of the United States, and at the same time much more gloomy hints that the Russian-American confrontation, continue to heat up, runs the risk of returning to the times of Khrushchev and Kennedy, which should equally scare both countries.

So the Caribbean crisis should not happen again. But the Cuban “perestroika” should not repeat the fate of the Soviet one.

In at least one fundamental issue, Cuba nevertheless went its own way. Raul Castro retained the post of head of the Cuban Communist Party, and the Communist Party itself - a leadership role.

Ecuador rose up to fight

In October 2019, the South American country of Ecuador exploded in popular protests. Ecuadorian workers opposed the neoliberal policy of bourgeois president Lenina Moreno.

Moreno’s rule, which began in 2017, generally fit the framework of the “right turn” taking place in Latin America. Moreno put an end to the social-populist policies of his predecessor, Rafael Correa, and began the “austerity regime”, which in practice meant curtailing social support programs for the poor to please the International Monetary Fund (IMF). A turn was made towards world imperialism in foreign policy: Moreno gave the British authorities the journalist Julian Assange, who was hiding in the Ecuadorian embassy in London, and supported pro-American rebels in Venezuela.

In early October, following the notorious "austerity regime", Moreno canceled subsidizing fuel prices. This automatically meant an increase in fuel prices and transportation costs and, as a result, a rise in prices for all goods.

Since October 3, protests have swept the country. Citizens came out to the streets of the capital of Quito, and Indians pulled in to support them from rural areas. The henchman of the bourgeoisie Moreno threw police against the demonstrators, and when she did not cope - the troops. Real battles began to boil in the city streets. Both the previously apolitical citizens and various political forces opposed Moreno’s power - from supporters of former President Correa to communists who criticized both Correa and Moreno.

After the protesters seized a number of administrative buildings, President Moreno fled from the capital to the city of Guayaquil. Already there, he announced the annulment of his anti-people decree on the abolition of fuel subsidies.

The news of this part of the protesters was perceived as a victory. The more far-sighted understand that this is only a temporary maneuver of the bourgeoisie, and the attack on the rights of workers will continue. By the time of this “maneuver” as a result of the clashes, it was already known about 10 killed during the clashes, about 2 thousand people were injured, about a thousand people were thrown into police dungeons, and more than a hundred people were reported missing. The bourgeoisie is trying to buy a temporary "reassurance" in order to then rob the working people again and try to crush their political organizations.

The fight will continue.

 "The people who rise"

- publication in the newspaper of the Communist Marxist-Leninist Party of Ecuador (Partido Comunista Marxista-Leninista del Ecuador, PCMLE)

“The state of emergency, the brutal repression carried out using violent methods, the presence of the army on the streets and highways did not stop the protest.

A social explosion occurred in the country. The response to the economic package adopted by the government caused a massive and military mobilization of the population throughout the country, which formed a popular uprising. The “silent discontent”, suppressed over the years by the violence unleashed during the Correa regime, has been overcome, and today our people again rely on open struggle, street fighting, as a way to make our voices heard, to meet face to face with the government and those who supports the neoliberal policy dictated by agreement with the IMF, including the long-standing demand for the abolition of fuel subsidies, despite popular disagreement.

The government and the businessmen around it underestimated the reaction of the people, and now they must face a wave of protests, one of the main points of which is a national strike on October 9. But the struggle does not end there, it will continue in the coming days.

The state of emergency, the brutal repression carried out using violent methods learned during the time of “Correism”, the presence of the army on the streets and roads - all this did not stop the protest, which showed the scale and courage of the rebels. In addition, in many places the security forces were cornered, detained by villagers, and in some places the army chose to leave. The plan of the Minister of the Interior and the Minister of Defense failed. The masses tore him up.

The intention of the “Correists" to present themselves as the main opposition to the government also fails. The majority of the population indicates that they are jointly responsible for the crisis in the country and the sacking of millions of dollars that must be returned by the state. The slogan that is heard on the streets: neither Correa, nor Moreno, only the people save themselves! It marks a popular struggle for political independence before these factions of the servants of the bourgeoisie.

The strength of this struggle lies in unity, in the joint struggle of the trade union movement, the indigenous population, students, teachers, women ... People rallied! This is his life force. ”

USA SHOULD NOT PLACE IN THE TALKS THE PROCESS ON DONBASS

STATEMENT

by leaders of left-wing patriotic public associations of Belarus, which formed the Coordination Council "Unity"

On October 1, 2019, at a meeting in Minsk of the Tripartite Contact Group on Ukraine, representatives of Ukraine, the DPR, the LPR, as well as Russia and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) signed the text of the so-called “Steinmeier formula”. This formula defines the mechanism for implementing a number of provisions of the Set of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements and assumes the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On the Special Status of Local Self-Government in Certain Areas of Donetsk and Lugansk Regions” after the elections are held in this territory in accordance with Ukrainian law and the OSCE recognizes them fair and free.

However, the signing of the above document not only did not lead to a relaxation of the situation in the South-East of Ukraine, but, moreover, caused its exacerbation both on the contact line in the Donbass and in different regions of Ukraine. Despite the single and unambiguous text of the signed “Steinmeier formula”, it received different assessments and interpretations in different layers of Ukrainian society. The signed document provoked especially zealous rejection among the extreme right-wing nationalists (neo-Bandera), who were the shock force of the coup d'etat in Ukraine in February 2014. The purpose of the coup under the leadership of the United States and other Western countries: the separation of Ukraine from Russia, the release of the Ukrainian and Russian peoples in the fratricidal war, i.e. implementation of the ancient principle of the Roman emperors: divide and conquer.

The people of Donbass did not come to terms with the coup and rose to a fair fight against neofascism, for the right to live according to their own principles, for the right to speak their native Russian language. For this, he was tried to punish the Neo-Bandera government, which sent armed forces and nationalist battalions to the Donbass war in the Donbass, which mercilessly bombed the peaceful cities of the Donetsk region, committing war crimes. But the neo-fascists received a strong rebuff from the militias of the DNI and LC and were defeated near Ilovaisk and Debaltsev.

Of course, the Neo-Bandera thirst for revenge, and they have financial backers both within Ukraine and abroad. Therefore, they organized protests under the slogan: “No surrender!” In a number of Ukrainian cities: in Kiev, Lviv, Kharkov, Zaporozhye. The air reeked of new Maidan and new bloodshed.

In this tense atmosphere, the media was widely believed that the conflict in Ukraine could be resolved only with the participation of the United States of America.

Indeed, the situation in the South-East of Ukraine is very complicated and requires comprehensive resolution, but involving the American side in the settlement of the conflict is fraught with the most negative consequences. People say: “LET THE GOAT TO THE GARDEN” for this reason. The whole world knows: wherever there is an American presence, blood is shed, devastation, famine, death are sown, states are destroyed, and genocide of peoples is carried out.

The United States came to first place in the world in terms of its economic potential, having grown rich thanks to the wars that did not affect their territory, especially during the years of the first and second world wars. After World War II, the United States, heading for world domination, turned into a planetary gendarme. The international community has not forgotten how the American "peacekeepers" entered Iraq, Libya, bombed peaceful Yugoslavia, and most recently, civilians in Syria. It was thanks to US intervention that Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein and Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi were executed. The assistance of the American "peacekeepers" of the large Croatian army to "clean up" the Serbian Krajina (the destruction of the autonomous republic of Serbs in Croatia) led to the mass death of the Serbian population, unprecedented in Europe since the Second World War. The same Croatian scenario can be implemented in the Donbass.

The principle of the American imperialists remains unchanged: the worse the situation in some corner of the planet, the better they are, because there is an opportunity to profit from the grief of people. The United States is now aggressor No. 1, not without reason they have withdrawn from the INF Treaty and are planning to withdraw from the START-3 treaty, and according to recent reports, the media intend to deploy their troops near the borders of Belarus.

Historical experience indicates that the attempts of some leaders of individual states to pacify the aggressors ended in grief for their peoples. The same experience suggests that the Nazis never voluntarily gave up power: they can only be defeated by military force, as was the case with Germany in 1945, or broken by the force of the united anti-fascist speech of the people, as was the case in France in 1934.

Therefore, we believe that until the neo-Bandera military units are disarmed, and the organizers of the war crimes of Ukrainian nationalists in Donbass, Odessa and other places in Ukraine are not convicted by a tribunal similar to Nuremberg, a long-termReliable peace in the Donbass is impossible.

It should be borne in mind that the people of the DPR and LPR supported the majority vote in a referendum on May 11, 2014, for the state sovereignty of their republics, i.e. clearly and unequivocally expressed a firm political will: he does not want to live under the leadership of the Kiev Neo-Bandera government. As you know, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights of December 16, 1966 (in both pacts - Article 1) stipulates: “All peoples have the right to self-determination. By virtue of this right, they freely establish their political status and freely ensure their economic, social and cultural development ... ” Therefore, we believe: this right the population of Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics should be realized.

In view of the above, we, the leaders of the left-wing patriotic public associations of Belarus, which formed the Unity Coordination Council, call on those responsible for the Donbass negotiation process to refrain from engaging the United States of America - the main culprit in the tragedy of many peoples - as part of the Norman group of countries to resolve the conflict in the Donbass.

We believe that Europeans should solve their problems without the participation of American "benefactors". The support of European states in resolving the conflict in the Donbass should consist primarily in condemning the crimes of modern neo-fascism.

We are sure that the fraternal peoples: Ukrainians, Russians and Belarusians should decide the issue of restoring order in their East Slavic home first of all. It is necessary to recall how we recently lived together in a single state, and this helped us successfully resolve issues of mutually beneficial cooperation.

The leaders of the left-patriotic organizations of Belarus, which formed the Coordination Council "UNITY":

V.V. Draco - Chairman of the Republican Council of the public association "For Democracy, Social Progress and Justice", deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the first convocation

V.B. Zelikov - Chairman of the Republican Civil Committee of the Patriotic Public Association "Fatherland"

L.E. Shkolnikov - Secretary-Coordinator of the Republican Public Association "For the Union and the Communist Party of the Union"

G.I. Simanovsky - Secretary of the Coordinating Council of the Left-Patriotic Public Associations of Belarus “UNITY”

PRINCIPAL POLICY - THE BEST POLICY

Interesting things are happening in this strange world. It was immediately clear that there would be no separation of forces in the Donbass. All this has already happened once. And so it happened. Ukrainian Nazis, terribly intimidating the comedian as president, said there would be no surrender. Well, what do you get from them? Wise, old people correctly say: “A good (negotiable) Bandera is a dead Bandera!” Zelensky, changing his underwear to dry, suddenly remembered that he needed to save his image of a peacemaker and Napoleon in one person and began to make utter nonsense. Like, we will fulfill the Minsk agreements, only now on our peacekeeping conditions! Let's dissolve the DPR and LPR, withdraw all the troops from these territories, give us the border ... Well, and another, completely idiotic nonsense! If you translate this nonsense into a human language, it turns out: give up, paws up, whoever wants to - run, we’ll either forgive the rest or cut it. At our discretion. No knives enough for everyone.

And then, like a bolt from the blue, a statement was made by the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin. Like, the Minsk agreements can be fulfilled only by dissolving all state structures of Ukraine, dismantling its statehood, since Ukraine is an illegitimate entity that was born during the 2014 coup, and even managed from the outside!

Fathers! The truth was voiced for the first time in so many years of trying to come to terms with Nazi ghouls controlled from the USA! Correct words. Principal. Only a few questions immediately arise. And in 2014, when Minsk-1 was signed, the leadership of the republics did not know that Ukraine was absolutely illegitimate? Raising rebellion, they knew it. Watching the bloodbath in Odessa and collecting the killed women, children and peasant miners who became militiamen in the streets and suburbs of Donetsk and Lugansk were sure that Ukraine was an illegitimate, criminal state! Nazi, cannibalistic! And they sat down to sign a truce - sort of like legitimate. In 2015, when signing Minsk-2, they were also sure that something could be agreed with the ghouls? And suddenly, after 5 years of genocide of the people of Donbass, again Ukraine became illegitimate? Strange is all ... and bitter. Indeed, over the years of the unprincipled game of “legitimate-illegitimate” cemeteries were filled with dead militias and civilians of the republics of Donbass. Before they died, they knew for sure that Ukraine was a criminal, Nazi entity that could not be negotiated with. This is a cancerous tumor that can be treated with conspiracies and egg rolling, but then you die. And if you cut it with a scalpel, decisively, fundamentally - there will be a chance to survive.

I must honestly say that the impetus for the detachment of the Crimea, the uprising in the Donbass and throughout the southeast of Ukraine was precisely the Nazi coup in Kiev in 2014. If he hadn’t - and there would have been no Russian spring! Crimeans would sit quietly with Luhansk residents and Donetsk residents, go to work, scolded greedy cattle from the party of regions in the kitchens, demand higher wages and lower prices, booed American ships entering Sevastopol on “friendly” visits. Oddly enough, but the fascist coup in Kiev turned us from ordinary people into people who are ready to fight to the death for their freedom and rights.

The fact that Ukraine can no longer be called a state has somehow been forgotten in recent years and has faded into the shadows. We seriously discussed the amnesty that these Nazi scum are preparing for us! It's ridiculous! Let them think about the amnesty that we may offer them.

Rights Pushilin, Ukraine does not exist. There is an armed gang of Nazis who seized power in Kiev in 2014 during an armed coup, then skillfully disguised as deputies, presidents, businessmen, comedians and even the devil knows who!

Dismantling the statehood of an illegitimate Ukraine is the liberation of the once flourishing country from the proteges of the IMF, the World Bank, and the US State Department. All those who began the capture of this country back in 1991.

The establishment of a new Ukraine is the creation of a state (no matter what it will be called) - the successor of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic. A state built on the principles of social justice, freedom to live, work on our land and speak the language we like!

The former Ukraine has no other way. However, the DPR and LPR also have no other way ...

DPRK celebrates 74th anniversary of the founding of the Workers' Party of Korea on October 10

Symbol of the WPK “Our party is the inspirer who, taking responsibility for the fate of our Motherland, our people, and our revolution, leads them to victory”

“To love the people, to serve them and to be one with them is the nature and the main features of the party of comrade Kim Il Sung”

           Kim Jong Il

The foundations of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) were laid by the very young Kim Il Sung in his 14 years, creating from his peers and like-minded people in 1926 the Union of the Overthrow of Imperialism (SSI). The goal of the SSI was then declared the overthrow of imperialism and the liberation of Korea from Japanese colonial slavery, the construction of an independent socialist state, the building of communism in Korea and around the world.

The WPK, along with its people under the leadership of the Great Leader, Comrade Kim Il Sung, has come the hard way of fighting for the liberation of Korean territory from Japanese rule (August 15, 1945 - the Day of the Revival of the Motherland), for the creation of its socialist state (September 10, 1948), for the defense of their socialist Fatherland in the Korean War (June 1950 - July 1953) and the beginning of the successful construction of the first North-East Asian socialist state with Korean characteristics - INDEPENDENCE, INDEPENDENCE, PROPOSAL FOR OWN - JUCHE ideology. Under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung, the DPRK has become a guiding star and example for the peoples of the Third World struggling for their independence. Thw DPRK has established diplomatic relations with most of the states of the planet. Under Kim Il Sung, the DPRK has repeatedly hosted international conferences of fighters in the world for their independence, learning from the DPRK how to fight and win in an unequal struggle. Under the leadership of comrade Kim Il Sung, the DPRK began the successful creation of a socialist economy based on the electrification of the whole country through the construction of power plants on small and medium rivers (there are no others in Korea) and the development of coal reserves. Everything had to start from scratch. DPRK scientists made a significant contribution to the development of the DPRK economy.

With the outstanding successor to the cause of socialist construction, Comrade Kim Jong Il reconstructed all the sown areas of rice, which significantly increased the collection of this basic food crop. New branches of the national economy were created — fish farming, livestock raising for cattle, and so on. Under Kim Jong Il, the DPRK became a nuclear power, which forever stopped blackmailing by the United States regarding a preventive nuclear strike against the DPRK. In the DPRK, a nuclear bomb was tested. Amazing housing construction has been carried out both in cities and in rural areas - the state provides free of charge all new apartments with already furnished apartments. The capital of Pyongyang has become one of the most beautiful and comfortable environmentally friendly city on the planet. Science and technology have reached an unprecedented level of development. Compulsory free 12-year secondary education and free higher education - this is freely used by the citizens of the DPRK. You can list the development achievements of the DPRK to infinity. And all the successes in the development of the DPRK are closely connected with the leadership of the country by the Workers' Party of Korea and its outstanding leaders. The WPK enjoys the absolute support of the masses.

Despite tremendous efforts on the part of the DPRK leadership due to the most powerful resistance from the United States, the question of unification of the Korean nation remains unresolved.

Under Kim Jong-un, the development of the DPRK continues successfully despite constant provocations and severe economic sanctions by the United States. US President D. Trump does not succeed in cunning to deceive the DPRK leader, Comrade Kim Jong-un, despite the fact that he is one of the youngest leaders of states on the planet.

We congratulate the DPRK citizens on the 74th anniversary of the creation of the Workers' Party of Korea. We wish the freedom-loving Korean people, under the leadership of the Labor Party of Korea and our leader Comrade Kim Jong-Un, new victories in the socialist construction of their prosperous state and in the issue of unification of the Korean nation.

The first experience of proletarian internationalism is relevant today

On the 155th anniversary of the creation of the First International

At the beginning of the second half of the 19th century, against the background of aggravated problems of pre-monopoly capitalism, there was an upsurge in the labor movement in many states. Numerically grown and taught by the experience of the revolutions of 1848–1849, the proletariat (working class) of the most economically developed countries of Europe, freed from the influence of the bourgeoisie, took the path of independent development. Close international relations within the framework of the finally established world capitalist market contributed to the identification of the common interests of workers of various states. The first manifestations of international proletarian solidarity were associated with the support of the strike movement of the working people of England, France, and Switzerland. Workers in many countries have recognized the need to create a single international organization that can help solve their social problems, which, in fact, were common to many workers, regardless of their national or state affiliation. Capitalism in all countries manifests itself in the same way. It plunges the majority of ordinary workers into the abyss of poverty, hunger, exploitation, when the capitalists pay pennies for hard work.

The commonality of social problems for many workers from various countries served as one of the important reasons for the creation of the First International (International Partnership of Workers).

This proletarian organization was founded in London on September 28, 1864. Karl Marx was one of the main leaders in the creation of the First International. By uniting the most conscious workers around him, represented by F. Lessner, E. Dupont, G. Jung, he actually headed the organization, putting an end to the attempts of bourgeois elements to seize leadership. In the Constituent Manifesto, written by Marx, the proletariat set itself the task of fighting for the complete destruction of exploitation, for the overthrow of the capitalist system.

The international workers' partnership was built on the basis of democratic centralism, which means the election of all senior officials, the periodic reporting of leadership to local committees, strict discipline and subordination of the minority to the majority, unconditional binding decisions of the highest bodies for the lower ones.

This organization, actually managed by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, led the economic and political struggle of the proletarians of various countries and strengthened their international solidarity. The First International had its branches (sections) in France, Germany, England, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Holland, as well as in the USA and even in Australia.

The organization also united those work collectives where various petty-bourgeois movements still had great influence. The First International opposed anti-Marxist ideology, promoting and upholding scientific communism. In particular, Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels fought a persistent struggle against the subversive and destructive work of the anarchists.

In 1872, at the suggestion of Marx, the seat of the General Council of the First International was moved from London to New York. A few years later, the experience of struggle showed that this proletarian organization in its former form can no longer exist. The next day was the task of creating mass political parties of the working class in each country. In 1876, the First International ceased to exist.

The international workers' partnership was the most important stage in the struggle of the founders of Marxism for the proletarian party. The activists of this organization went through the school of internationalism, made an ideological transition from utopianism and sectarianism to scientific communism. The First International formed all the necessary conditions for the mass struggle of the proletariat of all countries for socialism, laid the foundation for the world communist movement. According to V.I. Lenin, the foundation was created for an international organization of workers to prepare their revolutionary onslaught on capital.

The experience of the First International must be used today, uniting the proletarians of all countries and nationalities in a single joint struggle against imperialism, fascism and the accompanying wars, to prepare for the revolutionary overthrow of the bourgeois system in all countries where it exists, for economic and political equality in the form of socialism.

Overview of the labor movement in the second half of September 2019

Protest rally of workers in the Perm region

In the second half of September 2019, employees of an engineering plant located in the city of Aleksandrovsk went on strike for more than a week.

The reason for the strike was a delay in the issuance of the earnings laid by the worker.

- At the moment, most of the factory workers are on strike. We now have a strike every time. People are already home for half a month, because they don’t pay money. They give in parts, a little bit, two thousand each, the workers said on September 27, during the strike.

According to local residents, the money is delayed for a second month.

This is not the first strike this year. A similar action took place in the summer.

The Alexander Machine Plant has been more than two hundred years old. Now the company produces mining equipment, in particular, belt conveyors.

--------------------------

Workers' strike in Irkutsk

September 26 was a rally of builders of the educational center "Point of the Future". Workers went on strike due to a delay in the payment of earnings.

The construction of the multifunctional educational complex "Point of the Future" in the Irkutsk region was planned to be completed in 2019.

 -----------------------------

Strike in Primorye

On September 19, a workers' strike took place on the territory of the construction of the railway line of the sea coal port in the area of Sukhodol Bay. People demanded their wages. There was not a day for workers to be paid on time.

In Sukhodol Bay, Shkotovsky District, Primorsky Territory, it is planned to build a new coal port capable of transporting 18 million tons of coal per year.
--------------------------

Rally in Yakutsk

On September 18, a protest rally of the staff of the Yakutkurort enterprise was held in the Yuri Gagarin public garden.

The protesters demanded the repayment of wage arrears and clarification of the fate of the sanatorium, which faces bankruptcy. Workers were waiting for the director of the organization, but the meeting did not take place.

 ---------------------------

Underground strike of Georgian miners

On September 24, a protest rally was organized in the city of Tkibuli. Salary debts and the lack of certainty in the future work of a number of coal mining operations caused an underground strike by local miners.

On September 24, over 30 workers from two mines went underground and refused to rise until salaries were issued and the workers were fully informed in connection with the prospect of the restoration of the coal mining process.

The earned funds should have been credited to the miners account on September 15, but people never received it. Moreover, the owners of the mines did not want to name the terms for paying off wage arrears.

Because of this, miners are deprived of the opportunity to make bank and utility payments, which further worsens their social situation - they are fined daily due to delays in mandatory payments.

Abroad

The mass strike of workers in the United States

On September 16, 2019, more than 30 car factories were idle due to a general strike. The protest was the largest in the last 12 years. On the eve of the strike, the overwhelming majority of workers, more than 46 thousand people, voted for collective action. The total number of strikers reached 50 thousand. During the protest, 33 manufacturing facilities were closed in 9 US states and 22 distribution warehouses.

Workers insist on concluding a fair collective agreement for more than 158 thousand employees for the next four years. Among the basic requirements are an increase in wages, the provision of guarantees of greater employment and benefits. The union also opposed the closure of four plants in the United States, which the corporation intends to implement.

 -----------------------------

New Yellow Vests Protests in France

On September 21, demonstrations and rallies against the president and the government were again held in the country.

Previously, the police implemented a number of measures in order to reduce the wave of protests. More than 596 thousand preliminary “checks” of potential demonstrators were conducted. Mostly the detentions were carried out in the area of Paris train stations. However, this did not help the authorities much.

On September 21, in the area of Madeleine Square in the French capital, another uncoordinated protest rally by supporters of the Yellow Vests movement began.

The police began to squeeze people from the square in the direction of the station of Saint-Lazare. The protesters entered into verbal skirmishes with the "law enforcement officers", who, in turn, used tear gas several times to disperse the protesters.

 -------------------------------

Unlimited protest in Poland

On September 17, paramedics took to the streets of many cities. They announced an unlimited protest rally under the slogan "This is a sick country!"

Health workers demanded an increase in health care costs and the introduction of the maximum allowable waiting time for medical care. According to trade union leaders, the current system in the country kills 30 thousand patients a year, and the improper organization of labor and staff shortages lead to overwork and physical exhaustion of people in white coats. In recent years, in Poland, there are many cases of death of doctors right on duty.

BLACK OCTOBER - 1993

October 3-4 is the anniversary of the events of 1993 when, on the orders of President Yeltsin, demonstrators and defenders of the House of Soviets were shot, where deputies of the Supreme Council of Russia sat.

From an investigation into the events of 1993 by Viktor Ilyukhin, Chairman of the State Duma Security Committee,

“On the night of October 4, 1993, on the eve of the assault, B. Yeltsin held a meeting in the building of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, which was attended by Prime Minister Chernomyrdin, head of the presidential administration Filatov, Moscow Mayor Luzhkov, heads of the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Internal Affairs, and special services. At this meeting, without meeting any objections from those present, B. Yeltsin personally ordered the assault  using tanks and other armored vehicles against the House of Soviets. Tanks shot at the House of Soviets using direct fire. A barrage of fire from machine guns, machine guns and armored cannons was brought down on deputies and citizens. According to official figures (italics ours - ed.), 46 people died in the area of the Ostankino television center, of which 45 were civilians and one soldier. Around the building of the House of Soviets, 101 people died, including 77 civilians and 24 servicemen of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. At the House of Soviets, 27 people were shot, before being tortured, one person was killed by a bursting bullet in the stomach, three people were wounded and finished off with bayonets. Among the dead - boys and girls under the age of majority. Among the injured were five women who, moreover, were sexually assaulted by law enforcement officers who participated in the suppression of forces defending the Constitution, one of them, after severe physical and mental trauma, committed suicide.

All this gives the right to speak about the commission by Yeltsin of not just crimes against the person, but crimes against humanity, which are not covered by the statute of limitations and amnesty.

As follows from the official reports of the prosecutor's office, not a single person was killed from the weapons available to the guard of the House of Soviets and to those who participated in the defense of the Constitution in the October events near the Supreme Council building and at the television center in Ostankino. As for the killed servicemen and employees of the internal affairs bodies, we have every reason to say that these killings were committed with the aim of provocation by the special services of the Russian Federation during the storming of the House of Soviets. ”

Yu.E. Petukhov, father of 19-year-old Natasha Petukhova, who was shot by Yeltsin on the night of October 3–4:

“It’s hard and sad for me to recall these days that are tragic for my family and the homeland, but the realization that the truth about certain fates and events will help those who want to know the truth does not allow me to remain silent about what I saw and what I witnessed .

So, I, Petukhov Yury Evgenievich, Russian, indigenous resident of Moscow, the father of Petukhova Natasha, a 19-year-old student of the 3rd year of university studies, SECURED on October 3 in Ostankino, testify:

The events of October 3 found me 200 km from Moscow, but the feeling of impending disaster forced me to return to Moscow on the morning of October 4. Like the rest of the country, I saw a tank shelling of the White House, and the feeling of a nightmare has still not left me.

On October 4, I learned from Natasha's friends about her death, but where they happened, they really did not know. Early in the morning of October 5, still dark, I drove up to the burning White House from the side of the park. At the tent near the apartment building closest to the park, there were several shot young children without SHOES and BELTS, and at the entrance of the house two more. The feeling of a great tragedy came to me.

I approached the cordon of very young tank guys with a photo of my Natasha, and they told me that there were a lot of corpses in the stadium, still in the building and in the basement of the White House. I went through the cordon and went to the Stump Bridge from the side of the White House. I asked the guys-tankers where the wounded and the dead were taken to, but they did not know anything about it. The officer came up and said that many defenders were in the police departments, and some were taken to the Central Stadium.

I went to the nearest police station at the Oktyabr cinema. The entire Kalinin prospect was studded with automatic sleeves chambered for a 5.45 mm caliber. There was no daughter at the police station. I returned to the stadium, and went there from the side of the monument to the victims of 1905. There were a lot of people shot at the stadium. Some of them were without shoes and belts, some were crushed. I was looking for a daughter, and went around all the shot and tormented heroes.

Desperate to find Natasha, I went to Petrovka 38, on duty, where, by word of mouth, they gave me data on several dead and unidentified girls with the addresses of the mugs.

I was on identifications in the seas of the Botkin Hospital, Sklif and others, and everywhere the same splendid picture - shelves of shot young people in 4-5 tiers.

All the morgues where I was were crowded. I did not count the dead, but what I saw says that there were more than a thousand. A few days of searching in the seas of Moscow
come, but there is no result.

On October 7, I am again at Petrovka 38, but now I ask the duty data for all the dead girls and women. In this disheveled liver my Natasha was 9th. According to the description on duty, a 45-year-old woman with gray hair ... Natasha was in forensic unit no. 5, and entered there on October 4.

In the sea I recognized her immediately. But what I saw shocked me: a maimed face, bruises under the eyes, broken teeth, a bullet wound in the leg from the back, a series of 4 bullets from shoulder to shoulder in the chest and a bullet in the back of the head with traces of a ring burn. Natasha’s clothes weren’t returned to me - material evidence is not subject to extradition until the end of the investigation. They buried Natasha on October 9 at the old Moscow cemetery, next to our relatives.

In the prosecutor's office, according to my request, I was introduced to a very strange medical report: out of four bullets, only two were left in the piles, the presence of a powder burn was completely ignored, there were no signs of beatings. From the materials of the case, a number of circumstances became clear: from Ostankino, Natasha was taken to the 111th police station on the Locomotive Train 03.10 at 21-22 hours, and according to medical examination, she died on 04.10, i.e. Natasha died in the police.

In the case, the prosecution recognized us as victims. However, they refused to give a copy of the medical report, and in my written request addressed to the Prosecutor General, they asked me to return the clothes of my daughter, they said that the clothes were destroyed.

Ah yes the consequence, ah yes the prosecution! Qualified sweep traces. We must give them their due, as professionals in their field, they know well how they should comply with the highest order for the investigation of events.

Here are the basic facts of this sad story. I will allow myself some conclusions.

Anyone who wants to ask themselves a question about who conceived and why, prepared, launched and implemented the events of October 3-4, will find the answer in this question. After all, everyone knows the name of the national author, especially since in a fit of another hangover he boasted of his conspiratorial forethought.

But there are more sober and calculating accomplices, and now they already know that they were not able to hide their immunity to unprecedented shots. And they, with the descent they had for our people, sent their families away from Russia, and fenced themselves off from the people with mercenary guardians. But the life of these scum is not needed by anyone, they will die themselves from fear for their own skin.

It is especially surprising that these people, who took responsibility for the burden of power, thoughtlessly decided insanely that they could shoot our children with impunity. So know, the newly-misters, having shot our children, you have deprived the future of your children and your family, even having hidden your families outside of Russia. In our country it has been, and always will be. And damn you forever. ”

From the investigation of the candidate of historical sciences Valery Shevchenko:

“How many total human lives did the October tragedy take? The author of the film Black October of the White House, Evgeny Kirichenko, recorded on the recorder the testimonies of the military personnel who defended the House of Soviets. They assured that the competent authorities had a list of the dead, where 978 people were named (according to other sources - 981). The military refused to repeat the information on the list of victims "on camera".

Three different sources (in the Ministry of Defense, MB, and the Council of Ministers) informed the correspondents of the New Daily Newspaper about the information prepared only for senior Russian officials. The certificate signed by three power ministers indicated the death toll - 948 people (according to other sources - 1052). According to informants, at first there was only a reference from the MB sent to B. C. Chernomyrdin. Then followed the instruction to make a consolidated document of all three ministries ...

Radio Liberty October 7, 1993 (when they had not yet examined all the premises in the House of Soviets) reported the death of 1,032 people. Employees of institutions where hidden statistics were kept, called the figure of 1,600 dead. In 2008, in an interview with the press service of the MGK KPRF R.I. Khasbulatov said: "As many military and police officials told me - many said - that the total number of deaths was somewhere even more than 2000 people." According to some estimates, from 2,000 to 3,000 people died.

To date, it can be argued that at least 1000 people died in the tragic events of September-October 1993 in Moscow. How many more victims could be shown only by a special investigation at a high state level. The Yeltsin regime had something to hide. Indeed, among the dead there are many women and children, old people, doctors ... "

October 1, China celebrated the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China by Mao Zedong (1949)

The Central Committee of the AUCPB congratulates the great hardworking, talented Chinese people on this significant date. We wish our Chinese comrades further significant success in building a middle-income socialist state in the interests of the working people and for the benefit of world peace.

RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND CHINA

About looking at the problem. (As part of a discussion)

Before our very eyes, over the past few decades, an industrial, economic, and political giant has grown right at the borders of the Russian Federation - the People’s Republic of China, a country that has a thousand-kilometer border with us, ten times as large a population, and a powerful rapidly developing industry. The Chinese factor has essentially global significance, largely determining the course of world politics and economics.

The problem of the relationship between these two countries is basically political. In politics, its essence. Both the political forces of the Russian Federation contribute to the desire to organize a “tear” between the two countries, Russia and China, and to the tendency to consolidate the relations between the two states. Some of them are guided by their own political interests, while others work on an "American order." You can recall the "heartbreaking" "stories" about the Chinese who are going to pump Baikal to the bottom, the argument that the Chinese cannot be trusted - they are plotting to "take" Siberia and the Far East from us (despite the fact that China and the Russian Federation do not have no mutual territorial claims). At the same time, the Russian liberal opposition (oddly enough) is blowing the same tune with the mossy Russian patriots (the United States does not want a rapprochement between the Russian Federation and China). A little aside is the barbaric cutting down of the Siberian taiga by the “newly arrived” Chinese bourgeoisie. There is probably a lot of truth here. But, after all, the main culprits here are quite obvious. This is the Government of the Russian Federation, and local authorities, allowing the blatant lack of control of the situation.

The communists of the Russian Federation are especially distrusted by the regime of "market socialism" that has prevailed in the PRC for several decades. Unfortunately, the principle prevails here: “it doesn’t matter how much we know, it’s important to criticize stronger”! Well, the results are appropriate! We will try briefly, but based on facts, to give the main provisions of the current state system of the PRC. It is very useful to compare it with the structure of the USSR during the NEP (namely, the NEP!) And the current state of the Russian Federation after the bourgeois counter-revolution of 1991-1993.

It all started like that. The III Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee of the 11th convocation (December 1978) proclaimed a course towards a socialist market economy with a combination of two systems: a planned distribution and a market one with massive attraction of foreign investment, greater economic independence of enterprises, the introduction of family contracts in rural areas, and a reduction in the share of the public sector in the economy , the opening of free economic zones, overcoming poverty, the development of science and technology. The situation in the PRC at that time was simple: general malnutrition, hunger, mass unemployment, there was no one to hope for economic assistance, just like after the Civil War and before the NEP in the USSR.

But the course taken by the CCP in those years was radically different from the radical destruction of socialist conquests and the prohibition of the Communist Party, as in the USSR in 1991-1993. Moreover, the CCP said: Comrades! To realize a great cause, it is necessary to have leadership from a strong party. Only under the condition of a powerful and effective party building, only under the condition that the party will always live with the people alone and work together with it, we will certainly be able, breaking waves, to bring the ship that carries the great dream of the Chinese people to the shining shore of victory! The construction of a market economy is carried out in China under the leadership of the Communist Party on the basis of five-year plans. The economy remains multilayered. With a high share of foreign investment, almost 80% of all foreign investors in the economy of the PRC are ethnic Chinese (Huaqiao) living abroad. In China, land is state and collective property. A consistent course is being taken towards basic food self-sufficiency of the country, keeping it mainly at a level above 90%. In terms of GDP, which rose from 54 trillion. RMB to 80 trillion. RMB, China is firmly in second place in the world. A fierce fight against corruption in the state apparatus is being waged - compare with the situation in the modern RF. After all, everyone who is not lazy is stolen and receives bribes here.

Over the past years of reforms in the PRC, the population is provided with food and clothing, the life of the people as a whole has risen to the level of average prosperity, and the country has grown to the level of a super giant. What collapse occurred in the Russian Federation in the years after the bourgeois counter-revolution, we studied in our own skin.

The party leadership of the PRC maintains a balance between economic growth and increased military spending. “We do not participate in an arms race and do not pose a military threat to any of the countries,” said Chinese supreme leader Hu Jintao during a visit to the United States in 2011.

“We will with steadfast determination to achieve the full construction of a prosperous society and make every effort to win the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,” say modern leaders of the CPC.

Comparing the principles and results in the socio-political development of the USSR in  during the NEP and after the bourgeois counter-revolution in the Russian Federation with social transformations in China, you clearly understand that here we were talking about fundamentally different things. If in the case of the bourgeois counterrevolution of 1991-1993. it was a question of the principled and deliberate destruction of the entire socialist legacy mainly by traitors from the ruling CPSU, then the other two cases were the desperate struggle of the ruling communist parties to save the country, people, and socialist achievements.

Summarizing the material of the note, one can justifiably name the social transformations in the PRC as the “Chinese NEP”.

From the editors

It is unlikely that “heartbreaking” “stories” about the Chinese who want to pump water from Baikal or that they are going to “take” Siberia and the Far East from us should be sarcastically criticized. And the AUCPB has no “own political interests” in the analysis of relations between the Russian Federation and China. But one cannot ignore the fact that the Chinese are particularly interested in the forests of Siberia and the water of Lake Baikal. This is especially true for Chinese businessmen.

It cannot but cause serious concern that many Chinese schools study official Chinese maps in geography classes (and not only in schools), on which the entire Far East of Russia is the territory of the PRC ... Chinese history textbooks state that " Siberia is a temporarily lost territory of the Celestial Empire ... ”These same ideas are freely voiced in the Chinese press. What is the attitude of our Chinese comrades in this way to the population of China in Russia? It is only natural that anyone who is capable of thinking raises the question: are our friends in China preparing for the future generation of China to capture Russian Siberia and the Far East?

Further, by definition, only one who recognizes the dictatorship of the proletariat can call himself a communist. Beginning at the 15th All-China Congress (September 12-18, 1997 under the CPC Secretary General Deng Xiaoping, who proclaimed "the unification of Marxism with reality"), both the proletarians (oppressed) and their masters (the bourgeoisie) are members of the Chinese Communist Party. This is “socialism with Chinese characteristics” ... What political class dictatorship is exercised by the current government in China? During the Soviet NEP, representatives of the bourgeois class could not be members of the CPSU (b). There has never been a case in history for the bourgeoisie to give up power by joining the ruling party ... Whoever defeats whom, time will tell.

Socrates is my friend, but truth is dearer - a well-known catchphrase leading back to the times of Ancient Rome and Ancient Greece.
