"Kudrin and Chubais will support the state, like a hanging-rope," or WHO is in charge of Russia's economic policy today?

Former Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin proposes to create a privileged class, and the main privatizer - to assign the last state property. A few days ago, Alexei Kudrin came up with an original way of dealing with the “brain drain” that has hit the country with new force in recent years. He seriously proposed to create a “privileged” class of “creatives”, which the state will take care of in a separate order. He expressed this idea in an interview with RBC television channel during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-19). “We have to create more comfortable conditions for the creative class, which today is creating new growth and new technologies, making the country competitively capable. Today, this class is not very comfortable in our country, "- told RBC Kudrin unequivocally to journalists.

It would seem that quite a working remark by the former head of the Ministry of Finance is not worth the separate attention of our readers. Indeed, in Russia today there are not the most comfortable conditions for young entrepreneurs. But Kudrin, for some reason, forgot to add that in such conditions all Russians live today, with the exception, perhaps, of only a handful of oligarchs and their entourage. The problems of poverty, social discomfort and inequality in one way or another concern all citizens of the country, and not just those who are going to flee abroad.

And against the background of these national difficulties, coupled with the economic war with the West, Kudrin wants to create a separate privileged class of those most potential fugitives seeking a better life. In other words, the former head of the Ministry of Finance wants to bribe those who do not like Russia and suggests that the Russian government should take care of them more than other citizens. Where else can you hear such a frank phantasmagoric nonsense, except in our country? But this is only the beginning.

Developing the topic further, I would like to ask Kudrin - who does he consider the most "creative" class? Recall that the word “creative” entered the Russian language in the post-perestroika years. Active and successful traders, market businessmen and bankers began to be called “creative”. Before, the Russian language used the wonderful word “creative”, but, unfortunately, every schoolchild knows that it is derived from the verb “create” - that is, do something with your own hands and head, create something that you can then touch, look to read. What do traders and bankers create? That's right - nothing! Therefore, their profession can not be called "creative." Creators are engineers, designers, scientists, writers or at the worst of politics. That is why for people working on the principle of “bought cheaper - sold more expensive” they began to use the Latin word “creative”. According to the largest job search site HH, “creativity” is required for sales managers, realtors, sales assistants, purchasing managers and advertisers. And these people Kudrin proposes to determine the privileged class? But, excuse me, why is their work so important for the country and what is the genius of sales and purchases? As far as can be judged from the history books, over four thousand years of civilization, none of the people of these professions has created anything outstanding. And the notorious wheel of progress was turned by the very engineers, designers, inventors, scientists, writers, politicians and other people of simple creative professions. Perhaps it is on them that the economy should be oriented, and not on the “creative” guys from the shop of shopkeepers? After all, “brains”, “creating new growth and new technologies,” as Kudrin put it, are today's young employees of scientific research institutes and factory workers, these are all Russians somehow connected with science or technology. Doesn't the former minister of economics understand this? Or he doesn’t know who it is customary to call today “creative”? And perhaps, he knows everything, understands and just deliberately promotes someone's interests?

Against the background of Kudrin’s words, the statements of Anatoly Chubais made by him on the same day and coinciding with his birthday also look remarkable. The odious birthday boy, who openly hates Dostoevsky and the Russian people, assured journalists of the power of private property taken from the people in the dashing 90s. According to the "red privatizer", the restoration of communism is no longer possible in Russia (??! He is mistaken - Ed.) In no way, because no one else dares to encroach on private property. And in connection with this great victory of capitalism, Chubais made another statement. Now that the people have finally calmed down, forgetting about the crimes and shame of the Yeltsin era, and the Communists are headed by a “fluffy, kind grandfather”, it is time to spend another wave of privatization (? !! - ed.).

According to Chubais, too much of the state property is again in the Russian economy, and if it is fraternally divided between the oligarchs, it will have a beneficial effect on the state budget. Etcand this “red-haired birthday boy” sees nothing terrible in the fact that people may not like this idea again, and they will hinder it in every way. “There are always powerful lobbying forces, behind them are the interests of specific managers who will find you 159 thousand arguments that it is in no case their enterprise can be privatized,” Anatoly Chubais told reporters. With his whole appearance, the “people's favorite” on his birthday showed his compatriots that all property and all the benefits associated with it would certainly remain in the hands of the oligarchs. Of course, no one intends to share at the legislative level either with simple laborers or with young specialists. And that means that the “brains” will flow out further - far and reliably, and merchants, traders and speculators, warmed by Kudrin, will not bring Russia anything but foreign consumer and financial markets. In the context of the sanctions war, this will only weaken the economy of our country and make it even more dependent on the economies of hostile powers. After all, as the French philosopher and writer Charles Louis Montesquieu wrote in his time: “The financiers support the state, like a hanging rope”.

Almost all the money in Russia moved into the pockets of millionaires

More than half — 55 percent — of private savings in Russia are concentrated in the hands of people whose wealth exceeds a million dollars. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the study of Global Wealth international consulting company BCG.

According to the authors of the study, the super-rich segment (with a fortune of more than $ 100 million) has become the largest in the world: 40 percent of savings in Russia, while in the world it reaches only 12 percent. In second place in Russia in terms of share in total private capital, were those whose fortune does not exceed $ 250 thousand - 39 percent.

Globally, the number of dollar millionaires increased by 2.1 percent - to 22.1 million in 2018. Most of them in North America. According to analysts, until 2023 the most rapid increase in the number of millionaires will be observed in Asia (excluding Japan). There, this figure will grow by 10.1 percent, in Africa the growth will be 9.8 percent, and in Latin America - 9.1 percent. The total number of millionaires will grow to 27.6 million people.

The share of invested capital in the total volume of private capital in 2018 in Russia was 81 percent, on average in the Eastern Europe region - 74 percent, in the world - 59 percent.

Judging by the statistics of the Central Bank, the net outflow of capital from the private sector from Russia in January-April 2018 amounted to about $ 21 billion against $ 17.9 billion in the same period of 2017.

In April 2019, it became known that seven thousand dollar millionaires had left Russia. Most of them moved to Australia, USA and Canada. In total in Russia there are more than 163 thousand millionaires, while more than a quarter of their total wealth is kept in cash. This proportion is more than twice as high as in Europe (12 percent) and almost three times the rate in the United States (9 percent).

WHOM ARE GROWING BY “VYSHKIL” or PREPARATION OF FUTURE FASCISTS in Ukraine

On the picturesque bank of the Kolomak river there is an anti-aircraft installation, next to it are children dressed in camouflage. Not far from Poltava, opened a week-long military-patriotic teen camp.

Three dozen schoolchildren from 12 to 16 years old are sorting out, collecting weapons, training in shooting, conducting training combat operations. And all this is under the slogan “Glory to Ukraine! Death vorogam! Children are the real Bandera "Vyshkil", veiled by the military-patriotic education. Well-trained - means trained, trained, trained. Stepan Bandera himself was trained at the time in the youth organization "Plast". His current followers fully control the process of education in Ukraine. Therefore, the ideology of the OUN — UPA children are held in schools, and “Vyshkil” - during the holidays. Some parents are happy to send their sons and daughters to summer military-patriotic camps. Even 6 year olds. The fact that future Nazi attack aircraft form there from their children, parents often simply do not understand. They do not understand that in the Donbass there is a real civil war. “Patriotism” in the Bandera interpretation of such citizens are taken for the love of Ukraine.

The schoolchildren themselves are willing to go to "Vyshkil" - in childhood many people like to play "war games" ...

“To get here was my dream,” says Sasha Suprun, a 15-year-old Poltava girl. - I really want to learn how to shoot, and in the future - learn from the soldier.

I think the dream of “learning as a soldier” will come true from this schoolgirl - now the ruling regime of Ukraine needs soldiers. For them, after all, there is no need to build housing, hospitals, factories. Soldiers rely automatic, dugout and the enemy, the image of which Ukrainian children form now from an early age. To this end, a whole network of children's military-patriotic camps spread across the country in a spider. Cherkasy pedagogue V.Plakhuta even published a manual for his colleagues called “Summer camp - a school of courage and patriotism”. And in the outskirts of Kiev, from 2015, children from all over Ukraine are gathered by “Azovets” - “the place where a new generation of the Ukrainian nation is being brought up”. The camp was created at the initiative of A. Biletsky, the leader of the pro-fascist punitive battalion "Azov". In order to give her child to the “Hitler Youth”, the couple from Kiev “bribed” their son by the fact that there is a tank in the camp. About the "Azovtse" father of the boy responds as follows (I quote):

- This is such a normal thing for children who get skills for the future here.

What kind of future can a child have for, who has passed Bandera's "vyshkil"? Pogroms, torchlight processions, fratricidal war in the Donbass.

“They have no place to work,” the well-known economist, academician Vazgen Avagyan writes in the article “Generation of Post-Soviet Fascism,” about fascist youths, “and they don’t want to, but that’s not the end of the trouble. Even if suddenly they sharply want to go to the creative work for the benefit of society - they can not. They have a deformed personality, cognitive abilities and basic norms of the human way of life ... ”

On July 1, residents of Kharkov saw real gallows in the center of their city. Dummies of local deputies rocked in loops, returning the name of the Soviet Marshal GK to the city avenue. Zhukov. And a model of a people's deputy, leader of the Nashi party, Yevgeny Murayev. This performance (for the time being a performance!) Was arranged by representatives of the “National teams” of the same Andrey Biletsky.

“Fascism in Kharkov!”, “Where is the police? Stop the chaos, otherwise there will be a big misfortune !!! ”- not really afraid, they began to write in the social networks of Kharkov. And one of them addressed the organizers of the performance with questions: “I wonder, did your mothers see what you do? This is a shame, you have zero education. "

But not upbringing with them, but “Vyshkil”! And it is possible that it was the mother who once led the future member of the “National Guard” to the summer children's camp - to learn Bandera “patriotism”.

When I wrote this article, information appeared in the Ukrainian media: 30 educational institutions from 12 regions of Poltava received training weapons - 260 machine guns and 130 pistols.

“Our region is the only one in Ukraine that centrally resolved the issue of updating the material and technical support for the teaching of the subject“ Defense of the Fatherland ”,” deputy military commissar of the Poltava regional military commissariat Edward Boroday told reporters. - This is only the beginning, we will move further in the same direction. We plan to create communal institutions - centers of military-patriotic education - both at the regional and district levels. Young people need to be brought up from school.

This is how Ukraine will throw its children into the mouth of the war of Moloch, until its people discern the Nazis in the “patriots” and rebel against them.

On the shooting of the family of Nikolai Romanov on July 17, 1918 in Yekaterinburg.

Three hundred and four years were ruled by the Romanov dynasty in Russia. The diamonds set into her crown sparkled. The blackened innocent blood of the peoples of Russia caked on diamonds.

Recall the angry words of V.I. Lenin addressed to the Romanov family - “these“ first among equals ”landowners who own millions of tithes of land and go to all atrocities, to all crimes, to ruin and stifle any number of citizens for the sake of this and their class of“ sacred property, ”“ Proletariat speak with the king in another language! ”

On July 17, 1998, by the decision of the President of the Russian Federation Yeltsin in the city of Leningrad, the remains of the former Russian emperor Nikolai Romanov and his family were reburied in the Peter and Paul Fortress ... There were 2.5 billion rubles from the state to “identify” the remains ...

On August 19, 2000 in Moscow at the jubilee bishop's council of the Russian Orthodox Church, former Tsar Nicholas II was canonized, popularly nicknamed Nicholas the Bloody and his family members as passion-bearers, thereby making them saints.

The degree of holiness is proportional to the atrocities of reprisals against their own people, the bloodier, the more holy.

There is no reason to canonize Nicholas the Bloody, as this does not correspond to the historical truth. Nicholas the Bloody was the most inept king in Russian history, losing all military campaigns.

Nicholas II, who began his royal journey with a bloody drama during the coronation in Moscow on Khodynka on May 18, 1896, where up to 5,000 people died, ended his inglorious way in his own blood.

Thirteen and a half years before the Yekaterinburg final, the king allowed his generals, led by Grand Prince Vladimir, to commit a massacre in the streets of the capital and on the square in front of the Winter Palace. For this purpose, 40 thousand soldiers and gendarmes are being introduced into the central and suburban quarters of St. Petersburg, including two battalions of the Preobrazhensky regiment, where the tsar once undertook an officer’s practice under his uncle Sergei Aleksandrovich. The troops and gendarmerie on January 9, 1905, attacked the peaceful procession of workers (together with their wives and children — up to 140 thousand people), which priest George Gapon called upon to turn to the “tsar-father” for help and protection. The first shots were heard at 12 o'clock at the Narva Gate. By two o'clock in the afternoon, the Transfigurations and the Semenovtsy open fire at the Winter Palace, where the main column approached - a huge crowd of unarmed, well-intentioned and even pious people with banners and icons. Soldiers and policemen shoot at the crowd; Horse gendarmes cut women and children with swords, trampling horses, finish off the wounded. Palace Square and the surrounding streets are littered with dead and wounded. The gendarmes are firing at the treetops of the Alexander Garden, where boys have climbed to see the demonstration better: children shot in the branches fall on snow-covered flowerbeds ... Then there is a torment on Nevsky Prospect, near the Kazan Cathedral, on Morskoy and Gorokhovaya streets, behind Narvskaya Street, Nevsky, on the Vyborg side. By the end of the day, there are thousands of dead and wounded in the sanitary and hospital register of Bloody Sunday.

Only for this, Nicholas II should be judged as a murderer! Especially a lot of people were shot during the first Russian revolution of 1905-1907, the shooting of workers in the Lena goldfields in 1912 ...

Nicholas II in 1915 restored the public whipping of soldiers. Russia suffered huge losses during the First World War ...

The canonization of Nicholas II and his family, as well as more than 1,000 clergymen, "ruined by the Bolsheviks", is the belated Retribution of the clergymen of the hated Soviet power and the Soviet system, which in 1917 deprived them of a comfortable, idle, carefree existence.

The ROC is trying to erase from people's memory the historical fact that “ruined by the Bolsheviks” were enemies of the Soviet government, the Soviet people, who for the first time had the opportunity under the Soviet regime to escape from poverty and lawlessness.

No matter how hard the Russian Orthodox Church tries to whitewash Nicholas the Bloody, it does not cover up the bloody stigma of the king, the strangler of the people. But no matter how you beat your forehead in front of the icons, life will not be better. For this we need completely different actions. This is explained in the VKPB Program. Worshipers of the Holy Scripture warned: for your deeds will be rewarded to you. They continued their. And they were rewarded. The kings have degraded and ended ...

The fact that Nicholas the Bloody was condemned to death by the Ural Regional Council is only a coincidence. Much earlier a trial was held of the Russian people themselves, who never forgave and could not forgive Tsar Nicholas II of the blood he shed, crimes committed according to his will, blasphemy and embezzlement of relatives warmed by him, complete disregard for the fate of millions of peoples of Russia suffering from oppression. This predetermined the fate of the last autocrat on July 17, 1918.

Eternal shame and contempt for the murderer Nicholas II the Bloodyand his bloody dynasty!

Eternal memory to those killed in the struggle against tsarism for the cause of the socialist revolution!

Long live another socialist revolution and the revival of the USSR!

APPEAL of the left-patriotic unions of Belarus

APPEAL of the left-patriotic unions of Belarus, which formed the Unity Coordination Council, in connection with the Forum of the Regions of Belarus and Russia scheduled for July

To                                                       President of the Republic of Belarus

               Lukashenko A.G.

                                                 President of the Russian Federation

         Putin V.V.

Cc: State Secretary of the Union State

                                            Belarus and Russia Rapote G.A.

Appeal by left-wing patriotic associations of Belarus, which formed the Coordination Council "Unity",

in connection with the July Forum of Regions

Belarus and Russia

According to media reports, in July 2019, the Forum of the Regions of Belarus and Russia will be held in St. Petersburg, at which a substantive discussion of the integration proposals in the Union State should take place.

On December 8, 1999, an important event in the history of Belarusian-Russian relations took place, on that day the Treaty on the Establishment of the Union State of Belarus and Russia was signed, which on January 26, 2000 after the ratification of the Treaty by parliamentarians of the two countries entered into force. In these documents it was firmly stated about the determination to continue the movement towards voluntary unification into the Union State.

It has been 20 years since the signing of the Treaty on the Establishment of the Union State. The peoples of Belarus and Russia are entitled to ask from the leadership of both states: what has been done over the past two decades? As for Belarus, as you know, the desire of the Belarusian people to unite with Russia was expressed at a republican referendum on May 14, 1995, in which 83.3% of Belarusian citizens voted for the approval of the issue of integration with the Russian Federation.

Unfortunately, we have to admit that the process of building the Union State has been unreasonably delayed. The peoples of our states need productive work on integration, and not an imitation of the unification process. The USSR was created in 1922 in an extremely short time. 28 European countries that created the European Union demonstrated remarkable coherence and efficiency in matters of integration, although there are plenty of contradictions there.

In our case, even such a step as the unification of monetary systems, which is stipulated in Article 13 of the Treaty, is becoming increasingly problematic. Instead of joining efforts in the direction of economic recovery, opposition and competition are intensifying. There is no clear clarity in the question of which state is being built, since there is still no Constitutional Act, the terms of which have already been repeatedly postponed, and now there is complete uncertainty on this issue. The single citizenship of the Union State is not fully realized, so that every citizen has truly equal rights in any part of it, as provided for by the Treaty of Equal Rights of Citizens of December 25, 1998. For 20 years even Article 10 of the Treaty of 1999, which says: “The Union State has its own emblem, flag, anthem and other attributes of statehood,” is not implemented, this is the simplest thing that could be done. At the same time there is an example of the European Union, whose blue flag with 12 golden five-pointed stars on it is known to the whole world. What are we worse? After all, we have a rich experience of the Soviet Union, the attributes of which the Soviet people were proud of. Our united Soviet Union defeated a united Europe, led by Nazi Germany!

As for the fears regarding the loss of independence (sovereignty) of Belarus in the event of deep integration with Russia, which is constantly repeated by the rabid nationalist opposition of Belarus, then, firstly, in accordance with Art. 3 of the Treaty of 8/12/1999 will have to hold "the delimitation of the objects of competence and powers between the Union State and the States Parties". Secondly, this distinction should be made by the participating States themselves on a voluntary basis, so their sovereignty is not diminished in any way.

It is this practice of state-building that was developed by mankind during its development. It should be noted: in the world, almost all countries to one degree or another are adjacent to one or another center of power, otherwise it will not survive. Our ties with Russia, both related and spiritual and historical, and economic, are so deep and natural that there is simply no alternative to an alliance with Russia. Only in alliance with fraternal Russia can the Belarusian people be free and independent. The sad experience of Ukraine, whose leadership has gone on breaking centuries-old ties with Russia, making a roll to the West, is a confirmation of how you can be thoughtlessly and overnight dependent on the same West.

President of Russia V.V. Putin has repeatedly said that the Eastern Slavs are essentially one people, and Belarusian President A.G. Lukashenko said that “Belarusians are Russians with a quality mark.” We, representatives of the left-wing patriotic organizations of Belarus, support this position. NotDespite the fact that according to the classical definition of a nation, there are three nations: Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian, but in general we are one people, we have common roots, common history, common spiritual repository, in past centuries our ancestors had a common self-name - “Russians ".

As is known, the entire world capitalist system is periodically shaken by crises, which is an incurable vice of capitalism, which has never been in the commonwealth of socialist states. In the current conditions, it is better to resist and fight the consequences of the crisis together.

The unfinished Union State has recently been tested for strength and foreign policy factors. As the experience of the post-Soviet history has shown, it’s impossible to remain neutral between the West and the East for an infinitely long time: some former Soviet republics that had moved away from Russia ended up in the sphere of influence of the EU and NATO. And the attempts of the former President of Ukraine V. Yanukovich to simultaneously “sit on two chairs” have dire consequences for Ukraine. First, the Neanderís forces came to power - the spiritual heirs of Bandera and Shukhevych, who unleashed a civil war in Ukraine with the bombing of the peaceful cities of Donbass, who organized the massacre in Odessa and other crimes. Secondly, the coup d'état in Kiev, carried out under the leadership of the countries of the West, and the events that followed it signify NATO aggression against Ukraine and the start of aggressive actions against Russia. Thirdly, Ukraine was in a deep crisis and rejected in its development many years ago. Such a fate is unacceptable for our peoples.

We, representatives of the left-wing patriotic organizations of Belarus, believe that in the current relations with modern Ukraine, the Belarusian leadership should defend, above all, the interests of the Union State, while supporting its ally, Russia.

Unfortunately, the history of Belarus is being redrawn in favor of pro-Western nationalist forces in Belarus, representatives of Polish magnates, who pursued a policy of national oppression of Belarusians and hostile relations with Russia, ascend to the pantheon of Belarusian heroes. This can not help us. Moreover, we see that this rewriting of history plays into the hands of the Polish reactionary circles, who dream of “cracks of the apostates,” that is, lands of Belarus and Ukraine.

For 20 years, the leadership of Belarus and Russia has been discussing the forms of integration of our states: federation or confederation. From history it is known that a confederation is a short-lived creation, it either collapses or turns into a federation. Currently, there are 28 federated states in the world, which are characterized by stable state stability, some of which have a multinational composition. Even about the European Union we can say that there are certain signs of a federation in it, since the supranational governing bodies of the union are endowed with considerable powers. Why is there still no effective supranational government bodies in the Union State of Belarus and Russia? In the people of both states, they recently say: “It seems that the elite of our states are more worried about their wallets and chairs than about the people.”

It should be noted that the lack of progress in the construction of the Union State has a negative impact on broader integration: the accession of other states to the union.

And finally, the most important reason for pushing our nations to unite is our common security issues. The situation on the planet has been heating up lately, the US withdrawal from the Treaty on the Elimination of Intermediate-Range and Shorter-Range Missiles (DIST) and the uncertainty regarding the extension of the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty
START-3, increases the danger of war in the world. The situation is getting worse, first of all, around Russia and Belarus: NATO is moving towards the borders of the Union State, deploying its contingents in the Baltic States, Poland and other countries, preparing Ukraine for joining the North Atlantic alliance.

We, the leaders of the left-wing patriotic organizations of Belarus, after analyzing the situation that has arisen with the construction of the Union State of Russia and Belarus, appeals to you, Alexander G., and to you, Vladimir Vladimirovich, with the call:

in connection with the 20th anniversary of the signing of the Belarusian-Russian Treaty at your next meeting, show political wisdom and will, make mutual concessions and eliminate all contradictions that have arisen in the relationship between Belarus and Russia, in the end to resolve the issue of full and prompt implementation of the Treaty on the creation of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, which will be supported by our peoples, as it meets their fundamental interests, will serve as an important step in the revival of their former state unity and power.

The peoples of our states do not expect mutual recriminations and fights from you: who owes what to whom, but effective work on integration, since our fate, our life, the lives of our children depend on it. Thesevalues are more valuable than money and any economic gain.

TOGETHER WE ARE STRONG!

July 8 in the DPRK - Commemoration Day of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung (1912 - 1994)

The name Kim Il Sung is inscribed in gold letters in the history of the world revolutionary communist movement. The goal of his life he set the liberation of Korea from the Japanese occupation, the liberation of the Korean people from the yoke of the landowners and colonialists, the entry of the motherland on the path of socialist development.

The war of 1950 - 1953 made the Korean Peninsula the center of the clash of forces of socialism and imperialism. Here, in Korea, it was decided whether it would be possible to stop the American martinet players who boasted of their imaginary “invincibility”. Therefore, all eyes were drawn to Korea, people of goodwill were in a hurry to help the Koreans. The invasion of the American aggressors was drowned out, and Comrade Kim Il Sung squeezed the banner of the DPRK even more tightly in his hand, demonstrating to the world the invincibility of the socialist choice of the Korean people.

The liberation of the country from the Japanese invaders, the defeat of the American aggressors allowed the Korean people to move to peaceful socialist construction. The Workersr Party of Korea was founded, which united warriors and workers in its ranks. The construction of socialism, the transformation of the country into an advanced power showed the whole world and, above all, the peoples of the East an example of labor prowess in conditions of free socialist labor. The Labor Party, founded by the great revolutionary Kim Il Sung, demonstrated the wonders of socialist construction, becoming a beacon of progress and development for the peoples of the East.

In Korea, the Juche idea was formulated, the Songun idea was a coherent system of the ideology of socialism born on Korean soil.

The strength test of the Juche and Songun ideas took place in the early 1990s, when the world reaction took place, and the red flags were lowered in dozens of countries. The DPRK has become a rock, about which a wave of counter-revolution broke. Imperialism again choked, crashing on the shores of Korea. The enemies of socialist Korea could only howl angrily from afar, hoping to thrust their fangs into the country after the death of Comrade Kim Il Sung on July 8, 1994. But even here the enemies were disappointed. Comrade Kim Il Sung handed the banner of the country into the hands of Comrade Kim Jong Il, and he carried him through the storms and tribulations of the new era. The banner of the DPRK, proudly flying over the Korean Peninsula, for all people of goodwill on Earth has become a symbol of freedom, resistance and victory over imperialism.

Socialist Korea, its plants and factories, gardens and fields, scientific laboratories and cultural institutions, military units and spacious streets and avenues of Korean cities, became the best monument to Comrade Kim Il Sung. Portraits of Kim Il Sung and portraits of Kim Jong Il illuminate the everyday life of Koreans, recalling both the difficulties of the struggle for liberation and the difficult path of building and defending socialism. The images of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong-il inspire revolutionaries of all countries, and today they send words of support to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, its great people and admiring top leader Kim Jong-un.

“To make every effort to maintain and protect the victorious revolution, to preserve and strengthen its conquests, such are the internationalist tasks, the duty and morality of the communists. We must actively support the revolution ahead, ”wrote the great comrade Kim Il Sung.

Today, in the conditions of the 21st century, the revolution going forward is the revolution being carried out by the people of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. Today, the eyes of the proletariat of the whole world are directed with hope and love to the DPRK, founded by the great revolutionary Kim Il Sung. Supporting the DPRK, surrounded by imperialist sharks, is the task of the Communists of the whole world.

Kumsusan Palace

Kymsusan Palace was the residence of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung until July 1994. After his death, he was turned into the tomb of the Generalissimo of the Eternal President of the DPRK, Comrade Kim Il Sung and the Eternal General Secretary of the WPK Central Committee, Comrade Kim Jong Il. The stream of Koreans is constantly flowing here, wishing to worship their leaders, who defended the freedom and independence of Korea, who revived Korea as an independent state with extensive ties, and not only diplomatic, with foreign states.

An amazingly beautiful flower garden is laid out in front of the Kymsusan Palace, and white swans swim around the palace in the pond. For the convenience of citizens visiting the palace, a tram line from Pyongyang to the palace was held. In the palace, guides tell its visitors about the life and activities of the Great Leader Kim Il Sung and the Great Kim Jong Il. A minute of silence visiting the palace pays tribute to their great leaders, the leaders who made the DPRK a developed industrial power with a high level of education of its citizens (every fourth citizen in the DPRK has a higher education), with a high level of computerization of modern industries, with developed agriculture ensuring the country the necessary amount of food in conditions of acute shortage of acreage (in the DPRK only 20% of the territory is suitable for agriculture). Under such natural conditions in the DPRK, any territory suitable for planting fruit trees (the slopes of hills and mountains) that give a good harvest (for example, apples) is used, providing the needs of the population for fruits. Livestock and fish farming

Under the Supreme Leader, Comrade Kim Jong-un, is a worthy continuer of the work of his great predecessors, the country confidently builds its prosperous socialist future, despite the ongoing constant economic and political sanctions from the world empire of evil and violence - the US gendarme.

Guaido is not the same

Venezuelans have begun to disappoint massively in the impostor president
Sooner or later it had to happen. Disturbing calls for Venezuelan President Juan Guaydo, who declared himself back in January, are beginning to sound more distinct. And if earlier in the West they simply did not believe that the support of their protege among the inhabitants of the Bolivarian Republic was steadily declining, now it?s already pointless to deny the obvious.

Guaydo's empty promises and beautiful speeches are pretty fed up with even his fiery supporters. Photo: REUTERS

Proof of this are all kinds of public opinion polls, regularly conducted in Venezuela. For example, according to DatinCorp, in February 2019, 49% of Venezuelans  recognized as president President Guaydo, and in June this figure was only 36%. The reasons for what was happening  the journalists of the news agency Reuterstried to figure out, not seen in sympathy for the legitimate authorities of Venezuela. The article titled "Venezuelans, disappointed with Guaydo, are beginning to lose patience" gives comments to ordinary citizens in the most acute socio-economic crisis in Venezuela. Their essence boils down to one thing - empty promises and beautiful speeches to everyone have long been bored, and nobody already believes in the ability of the opposition leader, Guaydo, to create real, not media, competition to President Maduro.

The thing is that the head of the opposition parliament over the past six months has repeatedly overestimated his strength. One of the most striking examples is the ?military rebellion? declared by him on April 30. Then, Guaydo appeared near the Venezuelan Air Force headquarters in the center of Caracas, surrounded by a small group of military, urging the army to follow their example and go to the side of the opposition. But the miracle that the impostor president was counting on did not happen - the military remained loyal to the oath, and the instigators of the rebellion were quickly arrested.

Perhaps, after this, once again the failed coup d'etat in Venezuela was finally understood: Guaydo did not have the forces needed to remove the legitimate authorities. It seems that the excessive arrogance of a young Venezuelan opposition figure was also recognized in Washington. As well as the fallacy of all policies implemented by the White House in the Venezuelan sector. In the leading US media outlets, messages have regularly appeared lately with reference to high-ranking government sources, according to which President Donald Trump first expressed dissatisfaction with the recommendations he received from his advisers on how to deal with Venezuela, and then completely lost interest in events in this country. Surprisingly, after all, it is Washington that is more responsible for the existing dual power - the political crisis in the republic began only after having declared its claims to the presidency of Guaydo recognized on Capitol Hill. Then the calculation was on a quick change of power in Venezuela. The Washington Post, for example, wrote that representatives of the Venezuelan opposition urged Trump and his entourage that they had many supporters in the government of the Bolivarian Republic and would be able to easily overthrow Maduro. Thus, Trump believed that "he could win an easy victory in Caracas and then advertise it as a major achievement of his foreign policy." But half a year has passed, and the situation in Venezuela has not changed at all. In his speeches, the head of the White House practically ceased to touch the Venezuelan issue, especially since there is absolutely nothing to boast about. It is indicative that at the G20 summit that ended in Osaka, the topic of Venezuela, if sounded, was casual and far from being the main topic.

In Venezuela, street anti-government activism ceased - people stopped going to opposition rallies

The weakness of Guaydo and the disappointment of Western curators in it were also felt by supporters of the legitimate president, Nicolas Maduro. Bolivarian authorities launched a planned offensive against anti-government forces. In the wake of the coup of parliamentary immunity that failed on April 30, a number of prominent opposition MPs were deprived. Some of them hid in the embassies of friendly countries, someone chose to leave Venezuela.

At the same time, street anti-government activism came to naught - people stopped going to opposition rallies. Surprisingly, Guaydo did not even convene demonstrations on the occasion of a new attempt at a coup d'‚tat. Then the Bolivarian authorities were able to uncover in advance the conspiracy of a small group of soldiers who were immediately arrested. The oppositionist decided to hold the march only now, when it became known about the death of one of the prisoners - captain Raphael Arevalo.

It seems that Guaydo has no choice but to continue to exploit the theses about the ?quick change of power? that has bored for half a year already and give out to the Venezuelans unfulfilled promises in advance, hoping for the decisive help from abroad. Here are just making sure that his protege of Maduro?s attempts to displace Maduro are hopeless, Washington is unlikely to agree twice in a row in one river.

This means that the sluggish internal political struggle in Venezuela will continue, and its main issue will not be the survival of the current authorities, but their ability to stabilize the socio-economic situation in the country.

Workers or petty bourgeois?

The rest is different, and the cuts are still ongoing.

A friend of mine called the workers of the helicopter plant a “labor aristocracy”, and it seems to me that there are good reasons for this: stable wages, convenient working hours, good working conditions, and social guarantees. Nowadays, the ever-increasing exploitation of the working class (“Yandex-food”, taxis, etc.), where people are squeezed out all the juice for meager wages, the plant seems to be a stronghold of stability and confidence in the future, a sort of island of socialism in a stormy sea capital. There are still the 13th salary, paid sick leave and leave. But this is only the appearance of stability, because the plant has long been owned by shareholders who share the lion’s share of profits in the form of dividends, and none of the workers are guaranteed the right to work, which was enshrined in Article 118 of the USSR Constitution, which stated that : "Citizens of the USSR have the right to work, that is, the right to receive a guaranteed job with payment for their labor in accordance with its quantity and quality." The socialist organization of the national economy ensured this right. The article of the bourgeois constitution of Russia says that “Labor is free. Everyone has the right to freely dispose of their abilities to work, to choose the type of activity and profession ”. Therefore, today, if you have children who can be ill - free, health problems - free, the age is not suitable - free, you don’t need your employer anymore - free! After all, no one else grants the right to guaranteed work, now labor is free, and the current cuts are proof of that. Reductions that are issued for technical re-equipment and optimization, and in fact caused by a drop in production due to the lack of intelligible government order and the plant being hit by foreign sanctions. These people are no longer needed by their enterprise; now they are free.

Communicating with the workers and leading the agitation, I made several conclusions for myself: the first is that most of them are not at all familiar with the theory of Marxism-Leninism; and the second is practically universal “petty-bourgeois” consciousness. The writer Hermann Hössé defined the term bourgeoisism in his writings as: “Quiet following to the majority, for leading a moderate moderate life, it tries to settle in the middle between extremes, in a moderate and healthy zone, without violent storms and thunderstorms”. Most of the workers of the plant have a cozy world of opportunists, everything they have “respectably”, in their opinion, is verified. They have no firm convictions (we are not for the left, we are not for the right, we are by ourselves), selfishness is pronounced (even if they will reduce everyone, but not for me) and other signs of the “petty-bourgeois” consciousness, each of which manifests itself differently. These people seem to have stopped in their development, and not only in the professional, but also in the spiritual. Their whole life boils down to quickly finish the working day and return to their corner with a beer near the TV or computer. But the most unpleasant is consumer attitude to everything, including the plant: “I just need to have time to pay the loan, and then it doesn’t matter what happens to the enterprise and where I will go to work.” They have no pride in their enterprise, pride in their work and in the rank of a worker, they live for one day. They avoid everything that can disrupt their habitual way of life, pull their inner world from the shell. To all the talk about politics, about the processes taking place, about the deterioration of the quality of life, the answer is one: “We cannot change anything, so why spoil our nerves?”

Of course, why spoil your nerves, being interested in politics, where it is better to spoil them, each time getting receipts for housing and communal services, when going to medical institutions, when going to the store, etc. It is much easier to sit and discuss everything that happens in the kitchen than to pick up a book and get acquainted with the theory of Marxism-Leninism and sort out the processes around them, wake up your class consciousness. After all, change must begin first of all from oneself, but a full life and the absence of serious problems lazy people, lazy enough that they stopped reading books. Internet and television are brainwashed every day. The main stream of information is now comprehended from the mouth of bloggers who appeared in a huge number, various “historians”, and TV shows, the reliability of the facts in which, to put it mildly, is doubtful, and often just lying and slanderous, but the habit to calmly and without complacency make it impossible for most to think on their own. Thanks to liberal propaganda over the past thirty years, the ideas of socialism have been tarnished and discredited to such an extent that the entire agitation just breaks against the wall of false templates about “bloody repression”, “millions of people shot” and “total deficit”. The class consciousness in the proletariat is being killed more and more each day, and the “machine” under the name of the media does everything so that it does not wake up.

But there is no evil without good. Previously, among the workers there were a lot of those who, with sympathyI came to the current government, and with confidence that “no one but Putin” will be able to raise Russia, they went to the polls to vote, but now over the past 1.5 years their attitude has changed. If anti-people decrees and laws adopted by the government finally shaken the faith of these people in the correctness of their choice and forced themselves to admit that they were deceived (surprisingly, for the first time in 19 years they were deceived ?!), the crisis at the plant and everything that happened did not admit that they themselves are the dumb accomplice of their deception and their position (especially those who have already been reduced, because many of them voted for the next Putin “economic breakthrough”). The quintessence of this deception was the pension reform, which turned out to be just spitting in the face of people from caring authorities and who finally removed the “rose-colored glasses” from their eyes.

In this situation, paradoxically, the words "the worse, the better." The more the bourgeois government adopts such laws, the more the economy collapses and the unemployment grows, the more people start to face the threat to be on a social bottom, the faster their consciousness starts to wake up, the faster bourgeoisness will get out, because nothing is so clears the head, as a threat to remain hungry or homeless.

“Modern wage slaves, by virtue of the conditions of capitalist exploitation, remain so overwhelmed by need and poverty that they are“ not up to democracy ”,“ not up to politics ”, that in the ordinary, peaceful course of events most of the population is excluded from participation in public and political life” - VI Lenin, Pol. In the largest district center located in the north of Udmurtia, a rally was held. The main slogan of the action is “Glazov - for decent medicine!”.

The protesters opposed the optimization of health care and violations of the labor rights of medical workers. The main reason for the protest rally is the closure of a branch of one of the medical institutions of the city.

People came to the rally with posters on which it was written: "Optimization of medicine - elimination of the population!", "Glazov without doctors - a sick city!", "Nursing home surcharges for harm!" A tired medic is an enemy of the patient! ”,“ If we demand - we achieve, if we are silent, we are crushed! ”.

It was already the 31st Saturday protest action of the Yellow Vests.

Mass demonstration of miners in the capital of Poland

On June 24, a miners' march was organized in Warsaw. At least 1 thousand workers took part in it. A large-scale protest was held near the walls of the headquarters of the ruling party.

The protest was held against the economic policies of the current Italian government, leading to job cuts. The demonstrators also spoke in favor of expanding industry in the southern regions. As emphasized in the appeal of trade unions, the development of industries in the south of the state plays a central role in solving the employment problem as “the means to overcome the deep social, economic and territorial inequality that exists in Italy”.

Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un's meeting on the Korean Peninsula

On June 30, Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un met in the demilitarized zone on the border of South and North Korea. Negotiations took place in the demilitarized zone between US President Donald Trump and DPRK leader Comrade Kim Jong-un

The talks between the leaders of the United States and the DPRK lasted about 50 minutes. During the talks, Kim Jong-un expressed the hope that the DPRK and the United States would overcome all the problems of the past and open a new page in relations between the two states.

“I want to achieve surpassing any expectations with President Trump,” Kim Jong-un quoted to Reuters.

The DPRK leader invited US President Donald Trump to visit the the DPRK capital Pyongyang. This is reported by TASS with reference to the Japanese agency "Kyodo"

Earlier, the American president invited his DPRK counterpart to visit Washington. “But for this we still have work to do. We'll see,” says Trump to Tass. Following the talks, Trump and Kim Jong-un agreed to resume negotiations between the United States and the DPRK over the next few weeks.

At the end of the negotiations, both leaders, having crossed the border of the demilitarized zone, took pictures in the territory of the DPRK. Thus, Trump became the first American president to cross the DPRK border.

According to the Director General of the Center for Political Information of the Russian Federation, Alexei Mukhin, “... it was just a meeting, which is not burdened with any obligations to each other ... We must clearly understand that this is not an important international meeting, but a photo session. Both sides of the talks were well aware that the meeting was completely meaningless from a political and diplomatic point of view. For Trump, it was important to be not the first man on the moon, but the first president of the United States who set foot on North Korean land, and that all the media would immediately be heard about this. Kim Jong-un wanted to demonstrate that he is meeting with the American president so easily, spontaneously and without all obligations for himself ... But in the image plan, the meeting had 100% worked out. ”

The meeting was also attended by US Treasury Secretary Stephen Mnuchin and US Assistant Presidents - Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

APPEAL

APPEAL by the Executive Committee and the Political Council of the United International Anti-Imperialist Anti-Fascist Front on June 22 - International Day for the Struggle against Imperialism, Neo-Fascism and War

June 22, the day the fascist Germany attacked the Soviet Union, in the former Soviet republics, as well as in many countries of the world, is traditionally celebrated as the Day of Remembrance and Grief. On this day, paying tribute to those who died during the bloodiest war in the history of mankind, to those who gave their lives in the name of saving humanity from Hitler’s fascism, people lay flowers at the monuments and at the graves of the victims and heroes of the past war.

However, the victory of the Soviet people and the countries of the anti-Hitler coalition in 1945 did not save the world from the fascist threat. The ideology and practice of fascism is again entering the political arena, it is currently called neo-fascism. The intensification of reactionary, nationalist, militaristic and neo-fascist forces leads to an increase in the threat of World War III.

The full-scale Third World War unleashed by neo-fascists, which, if it develops into a nuclear war, can lead to the death of all human civilization, is a real danger. The general crisis of imperialism leads to extreme limits the contradictions between labor and capital, aggravates the imperialist struggle for markets, sources of raw materials and communications, for seizing foreign territories, for world domination. As long as imperialism exists, the danger of war remains. A looming global catastrophe can be stopped only by the united efforts of the working people of all countries, peace-loving peoples and states.

Therefore, by decision of the Constituent Conference of the United International Anti-imperialist Anti-Fascist Front (EMAA), held on May 25, 2017 in Moscow, the day of June 22 was declared the International Day against Imperialism, War and Fascism.

In order to combat the danger of war, to prevent the spread of man-hating fascist ideology, to counteract the onset of the reaction to the democratic rights of workers, the Executive Committee and the Political Council of the EMAAF appeal to all anti-imperialist, anti-fascist and anti-war organizations, as well as to progressive people of the world to show solidarity and stand united front against the forces of militarism, war and fascism.

We call on June 22, 2019, on the day of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War of the Soviet people against German fascism, in the capitals and cities of different countries to hold not only events of grief and memory, but also, above all, anti-imperialist anti-fascist actions in the form of processions, pickets, rallies, meetings against modern militarism, modern wars, neo-fascism, and humanity’s slide into World War III.

We are confident that, as historical experience shows, INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY is a tremendous force capable of stopping the most reactionary apologists of war and fascism.

Down with imperialism!

Fascism will not pass!

No to the Third World War!
