At the site of the monument to Stalin began construction work

The builders have already made a part of a brick wall, against which Joseph Stalin’s bust will be installed. The initiators of the appearance of the monument said that they are not afraid of vandals, and the opening ceremony will take place on May 9.

For three years, the initiative group struggled to install the monument to Stalin in Novosibirsk. A bust of the Generalissimo will be installed near the CPRF regional committee by May 9, 2019 on Bolshevistskaya Street.

"Everything goes according to plan. Construction work has already begun. We are not afraid of the vandals, there will be video surveillance and security, ”Alexey Denisyuk, the head of the initiative group for the appearance of a monument to Stalin in Novosibirsk, told NDN.

We add that the bust plus landscaping cost the Stalinists 1.5 million rubles. It is known that the monument to Stalin will have night illumination - the light from a projecter will be directed towards the leader.
