On behalf of the members of the Bulgarian Workers Party (Communists), the Central Committee of the Belarusian Liberal Democratic Party (j) congratulates you on your anniversary!

As for all real communists in the world, for us you are an example of a real fighter against capitalism, imperialism, Nazism, fascism and militarism, a true apostle of the struggle for the cause of the working class, for socialism. In the years of the dark reaction generated by the counter-revolutionary process in the USSR and the countries of socialism, we never for a moment lost sight of your party, which was a beacon for us, and its voice - a tuning fork, according to which we compared our course. Your invariable course towards the Bolshevization of the world communist movement, your unswerving desire for ideological purity, Leninist honesty and firmness always instilled in us optimism and faith in victory. Together with you, we are waging a gigantic battle with world capital, with its deep cruelty and inescapable greed.

Every day our peoples are convinced of the need for struggle. Growing up in the greenhouse conditions of socialism, we were not ready for class battles, it was difficult to understand the technological methods of the insidious class enemy, among whom were our former party cadres. The whole process of transition from socialism to restored capitalism was a shock for the people. The superstructure collapsed, and the base of our society collapsed. People could only survive. And it cost enormous strength to our peoples. It is as if the new authorities are taking revenge on the people for the happiness of socialism, robbing it with all their might and condemning them to physical and spiritual poverty. Under these conditions, we need to mobilize the healthy forces of the people and reverse the process. The struggle has already included a generation that has grown up under capitalism, in a class-divided society. We hope that by common efforts we will be able to overcome capitalism, which at the present stage is clearly moving on to the most criminal methods of enslaving entire countries.

In the struggle against the class enemy, the communication and support of the AUCPB is very important to us, as the exact course of the Leninist path of development of the revolution. We are grateful to the AUCPB, and to you personally, for unswervingly following the Bolshevik traditions.

On your birthday, we wish you long creative years, good health and all the same powerful energy, as well as success in our joint struggle!

The Bolsheviks of Belarus and the Kaliningrad region heartily warmly and cordially congratulate you on your anniversary!

Your anniversary is inextricably linked with another anniversary date in our history - this year we are passing under the sign of the 30th anniversary of the revival of Bolshevism, which was initiated by you. Raising the banner of Bolshevism at a sharp turn in our history, when the enemies of socialism and the Soviet Motherland began to mock our heroic past, you proudly and courageously carried it forward, pointing the working masses out of the situation in the USSR and in the world after the counter-revolutionary coup.

In the most difficult period of development of the communist movement, when opportunism struck it to the ground, the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks was created under your leadership, which many people call the “Nina Andreeva Party”. At present, the AUCPB is the only truly communist party on the territory of the former Soviet republics, which is completely faithful to the teachings of Marx-Engels-Lenin-Stalin and serves as a beacon in the entire communist movement.

Driven by the AUCPB - the party of the working class, acting in alliance with the peasantry and the labor intelligentsia - under the banner of revolutionary Marxism-Leninism leads an implacable struggle against opportunism in the communist movement, for the revolutionary restoration of Soviet power as the dictatorship of the proletariat, proletarian socialism and our great Motherland - the Union Soviet Socialist Republics.

We, the members of the AUCPB, feel a sense of pride that we are in the party that you are leading - a politician whose opinion many people listen to. You as a staunch Bolshevik, scholar, leader of the Bolshevik Party, an outstanding leader of the international communist movement are known all over the world. Your far-sighted theoretical articles on the development of the present society and the forces driving it laid into the treasury of modern Marxism-Leninism. Many of your articles, reports, speeches, as well as documents of the Central Committee of the AUCPB developed under your leadership were included in a compilation published this year called The Future for Socialism, which becomes the reference book of not only members of the AUCPB, but also of many supporters of the revival of socialism in the USSR .

We wish you, dear Nina Alexandrovna, good health, long life, inexhaustible optimism, firmness of spirit and new creative successes in our great, difficult and noble cause - the speedy overthrow of the bourgeois counterrevolution and the victorious accomplishment of the Socialist Revolution!

Today, people often hear the question: “What to do?”. They recall life in the USSR. Remember about freedom, equality and fraternity. Some quote Marx, Lenin, Stalin. And this is not surprising. Since Lenin also wrote about the transition of the vanguard of the working class and the wider masses to the side of Soviet power: “You cannot win with one vanguard. Throwing only one avant-garde into a decisive battle, until the whole class, until the broad masses took the position of either direct support of the avant-garde, or at least benevolent neutrality towards him and the complete inability to support his opponent, would be not only nonsense, but a crime. And in order for the whole class to be truly, for the really broad masses of the working people and those oppressed by capital to reach such a position, for this one propaganda, one agitation is not enough. For this we need our own political experience of these masses. That is the basic law of all great revolutions ... ”

Until each of us in our own skin experiences the “charms” of capitalism: unemployment, inflation, social injustice, helplessness and helplessness. Until each of us comes to an understanding of the causes of the current situation in the country and in the world. Until then, our life will not change.

Today, having experienced the full "charm" of life under capitalism, people are beginning to hear and understand, gaining political experience. People begin to hear the Bolsheviks, the Communists. Hear them today because they were not heard in 1991. And this is the first step of the Soviet people on the way to the restoration of Soviet power, to the revival of our Motherland - the USSR.
