Yes, the “our” gentlemen-democrats-liberals got their heads up, setting the “national” holiday on June 12th. The people do not sing, do not dance, do not rejoice. It turned out, like A.S. Pushkin in Boris Godunov: “the people are silent”! And this is not surprising. The people, someone with their minds, someone with “soul”, feel the entire criminal and legal and moral significance of this date, when, on June 12, 1990, the 1st Congress of People's Deputies of the RSFSR adopted the Declaration of Sovereignty. This Declaration declared the division of the common property of the USSR and the supremacy of republican laws over the laws of the USSR. In fact, it was the first legal act that initiated the destruction of the USSR. In October 1990, the RSFSR Law “On the Acts of Acts of the USSR on the Territory of the RSFSR” was adopted, establishing penalties for citizens and officials who execute union laws not ratified by the RSFSR Supreme Soviet. Just think about it - some “laws” are demanded, requiring the laws to be absent! In his speech in 1998, Boris Yeltsin, trying to veil the perfect “legal orgy”, proposed a name for the “holiday” on June 12 - the Day of Russia. But this in no way changed the vile essence of this "holiday." In 2001, speaking in the Kremlin at a ceremonial reception on the occasion of the Day of the adoption of the Declaration of State Sovereignty, President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin declared: “With this document the countdown of our new history began. Its main meaning is success, prosperity and well-being of citizens. ”
Let's see what the people think on this issue (as it has long been said: “The voice of the people is the voice of God”!) Privatization and the destruction of the USSR - as its direct consequence, created a deep rift between the majority of the population and the “upper democratic elite” that seized power in the state. In a review of the results of the all-Russian study “New Russia: Ten Years of Reforms,” conducted by the Institute of Comprehensive Social Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, states: “Voucher privatization in 1992-1993. 6.8% of respondents called positive events and 84.6% negative ones. ” The overwhelming majority of the population considers privatization a robbery. And on robbery can not be created sustainable life arrangement. According to surveys, the social system that has developed in the Russian Federation is defined by the majority of respondents as oligarchic capitalism (41%) and criminal capitalism (29%), which does not protect the interests of ordinary people. That is the opinion of the people. As for the opinion of lawyers, I am sure that they are well aware that what the democrats “got up” - the liberals during the counterrevolution - is a pitiful political figure skittering, and nothing more!
So why the mighty superpower - the Soviet Union, was brought down into poverty and humiliation? What's the point of this? After all, the USSR in 1965-1985. was in a state of well-being, despite many troubles, which in principle could be eliminated. I think it is useful to listen to foreign politicians. From the speech of D. Kennedy on assuming the office of President of the United States: “We will not be able to defeat the Soviet Union in a conventional war. This is an impregnable fortress. We can defeat the Soviet Union only by other methods: ideological, psychological, propaganda, economic ”. From the report of Margaret Thatcher (USA, Houston, 11/1991) “How we destroyed the Soviet Union”: “Thanks to a planned policy and a peculiar combination of moral and material incentives, the Soviet Union managed to achieve high economic indicators. The percentage of gross national product growth was about two times higher than in our countries. If we take into account the enormous natural resources of the USSR, then with the rational management of the economy, the Soviet Union had very real opportunities to oust us from world markets. Therefore, we have always taken actions aimed at weakening the economy of the Soviet Union and creating internal difficulties for it. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, the political situation in the USSR has long remained very stable.
However, soon information came about the imminent death of the Soviet leader and the possibility of a person coming to power with our help, through which we can realize our intentions. This man was M. Gorbachev, who was characterized by experts as a careless, suggestible and very ambitious man. There was much controversy among the experts about the nomination of B. Yeltsin with the prospect of his subsequent election to the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Republic and then head of the Russian Republic (as opposed to the leader of the USSR M. Gorbachev). Relevant contacts and agreements took place, and the decision to “push” B. Yeltsin was made. With great difficulty, Yeltsin was elected Chairman of the Supreme Soviet of Russia and immediately a declaration on the sovereignty of Russia was adopted. The question is - from whom, if the Soviet Union was once formed around Russia? It was really the beginning of the collapse of the USSR. ”
From the above materials, from the totality of the facts of the bourgeois counter-revolution, which threw us into poverty and the humiliation that has deprived us of our great and united for all Soviet people Motherland - the Soviet Union, we understand that Soviet socialism had many enemies: these were criminal, anti-communist forces at the top of the anti-communist practice of the CPSU, and they bred like shady mice, and liberally - pro-Western forces in the former Soviet intelligentsia, who did not disdain to betray the motherland directly (it’s quite reasonable to call them “Vlasovists of the Cold War”) and, of course, powerful bourgeois forces in the West, for whom the dismemberment of powerful another state - the USSR, the destruction of dangerous geopolitical rival, potential carrier "communist contagion." It was this “liberation by example” that the ruling circles of world capitalism could not allow - this is precisely the roots of the Cold War.
The counter-revolution assumed not only the dismemberment of the Soviet Union into independent former union republics. The plans of the "democrats" included and "shred" the "indecently large RSFSR" into small "dolets" that are more convenient to swallow. The patented “human rights activist and democrat” A.D. Sakharov proposed turning the USSR into a conglomerate of 130 ethnic states. Boris Yeltsin “distinguished himself” with similar plans regarding the RSFSR. In the epicenter of the political process, in Moscow and especially in the supreme bodies of power, the ideologists of perestroika put forward the idea of liberating the non-Russian peoples from "colonial rule" and their political self-determination. Thus, it is clear that the Democrats' strike was aimed primarily at the "division", the "division" of the territory and people of the Soviet Union. Accordingly, the Soviet people, a powerful consolidating factor, was for the Democrats as an eyesore, and instantly received a derogatory "nickname" from them — a scoop. But according to all modern ideas about the state and the nation, the Soviet people were a normal multi-ethnic nation, no less real than the American, Brazilian or Indian nations. In fact, a single economy, a single school and a single army tied the citizens of the USSR into a much more cohesive people than these nations. It is indicative that the Democrats supported only nationalism anti-Soviet and anti-Russian. On the contrary, experiencing a threat from the ethnocratic movements, the national minorities of the republics, who saw the defender in the person of the USSR (Ossetians and Abkhazians, Gagauz, Karakalpaks, etc.) showed “defensive” Russophile nationalism, which was categorically negatively evaluated by democrats. Analyzing the programs and actions of all separatist movements of the last thirty years, you realize that no matter how beautiful the names were, these movements were not disguised - in fact, they were all ideological masks of the local party and state elites that covered the purely pragmatic goals of dividing the state and its property.
Today, seeing how weak a person is, a person is pliable to every kind of lie, how easy it is to seduce him with beads and trinkets, we must bow low before our ancestors of the first half of the 20th century. Selflessly, they built a good, calm, economical and generous society on their bones. The economy in it was, to the best of its development, unusually effective. A lot of forces united, just to push us from this point, and they succeeded. Well. Let's be optimistic. Recall the wise saying that all Soviet boys knew: “She lived for a long time. She lived soon disappear "!
