October 3-4 is the anniversary of the events of 1993 when, on the orders of President Yeltsin, demonstrators and defenders of the House of Soviets were shot, where deputies of the Supreme Council of Russia sat.
From an investigation into the events of 1993 by Viktor Ilyukhin, Chairman of the State Duma Security Committee,
“On the night of October 4, 1993, on the eve of the assault, B. Yeltsin held a meeting in the building of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, which was attended by Prime Minister Chernomyrdin, head of the presidential administration Filatov, Moscow Mayor Luzhkov, heads of the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Internal Affairs, and special services. At this meeting, without meeting any objections from those present, B. Yeltsin personally ordered the assault using tanks and other armored vehicles against the House of Soviets. Tanks shot at the House of Soviets using direct fire. A barrage of fire from machine guns, machine guns and armored cannons was brought down on deputies and citizens. According to official figures (italics ours - ed.), 46 people died in the area of the Ostankino television center, of which 45 were civilians and one soldier. Around the building of the House of Soviets, 101 people died, including 77 civilians and 24 servicemen of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. At the House of Soviets, 27 people were shot, before being tortured, one person was killed by a bursting bullet in the stomach, three people were wounded and finished off with bayonets. Among the dead - boys and girls under the age of majority. Among the injured were five women who, moreover, were sexually assaulted by law enforcement officers who participated in the suppression of forces defending the Constitution, one of them, after severe physical and mental trauma, committed suicide.
All this gives the right to speak about the commission by Yeltsin of not just crimes against the person, but crimes against humanity, which are not covered by the statute of limitations and amnesty.
As follows from the official reports of the prosecutor's office, not a single person was killed from the weapons available to the guard of the House of Soviets and to those who participated in the defense of the Constitution in the October events near the Supreme Council building and at the television center in Ostankino. As for the killed servicemen and employees of the internal affairs bodies, we have every reason to say that these killings were committed with the aim of provocation by the special services of the Russian Federation during the storming of the House of Soviets. ”
Yu.E. Petukhov, father of 19-year-old Natasha Petukhova, who was shot by Yeltsin on the night of October 3–4:
“It’s hard and sad for me to recall these days that are tragic for my family and the homeland, but the realization that the truth about certain fates and events will help those who want to know the truth does not allow me to remain silent about what I saw and what I witnessed .
So, I, Petukhov Yury Evgenievich, Russian, indigenous resident of Moscow, the father of Petukhova Natasha, a 19-year-old student of the 3rd year of university studies, SECURED on October 3 in Ostankino, testify:
The events of October 3 found me 200 km from Moscow, but the feeling of impending disaster forced me to return to Moscow on the morning of October 4. Like the rest of the country, I saw a tank shelling of the White House, and the feeling of a nightmare has still not left me.
On October 4, I learned from Natasha's friends about her death, but where they happened, they really did not know. Early in the morning of October 5, still dark, I drove up to the burning White House from the side of the park. At the tent near the apartment building closest to the park, there were several shot young children without SHOES and BELTS, and at the entrance of the house two more. The feeling of a great tragedy came to me.
I approached the cordon of very young tank guys with a photo of my Natasha, and they told me that there were a lot of corpses in the stadium, still in the building and in the basement of the White House. I went through the cordon and went to the Stump Bridge from the side of the White House. I asked the guys-tankers where the wounded and the dead were taken to, but they did not know anything about it. The officer came up and said that many defenders were in the police departments, and some were taken to the Central Stadium.
I went to the nearest police station at the Oktyabr cinema. The entire Kalinin prospect was studded with automatic sleeves chambered for a 5.45 mm caliber. There was no daughter at the police station. I returned to the stadium, and went there from the side of the monument to the victims of 1905. There were a lot of people shot at the stadium. Some of them were without shoes and belts, some were crushed. I was looking for a daughter, and went around all the shot and tormented heroes.
Desperate to find Natasha, I went to Petrovka 38, on duty, where, by word of mouth, they gave me data on several dead and unidentified girls with the addresses of the mugs.
I was on identifications in the seas of the Botkin Hospital, Sklif and others, and everywhere the same splendid picture - shelves of shot young people in 4-5 tiers.
All the morgues where I was were crowded. I did not count the dead, but what I saw says that there were more than a thousand. A few days of searching in the seas of Moscow
come, but there is no result.
On October 7, I am again at Petrovka 38, but now I ask the duty data for all the dead girls and women. In this disheveled liver my Natasha was 9th. According to the description on duty, a 45-year-old woman with gray hair ... Natasha was in forensic unit no. 5, and entered there on October 4.
In the sea I recognized her immediately. But what I saw shocked me: a maimed face, bruises under the eyes, broken teeth, a bullet wound in the leg from the back, a series of 4 bullets from shoulder to shoulder in the chest and a bullet in the back of the head with traces of a ring burn. Natasha’s clothes weren’t returned to me - material evidence is not subject to extradition until the end of the investigation. They buried Natasha on October 9 at the old Moscow cemetery, next to our relatives.
In the prosecutor's office, according to my request, I was introduced to a very strange medical report: out of four bullets, only two were left in the piles, the presence of a powder burn was completely ignored, there were no signs of beatings. From the materials of the case, a number of circumstances became clear: from Ostankino, Natasha was taken to the 111th police station on the Locomotive Train 03.10 at 21-22 hours, and according to medical examination, she died on 04.10, i.e. Natasha died in the police.
In the case, the prosecution recognized us as victims. However, they refused to give a copy of the medical report, and in my written request addressed to the Prosecutor General, they asked me to return the clothes of my daughter, they said that the clothes were destroyed.
Ah yes the consequence, ah yes the prosecution! Qualified sweep traces. We must give them their due, as professionals in their field, they know well how they should comply with the highest order for the investigation of events.
Here are the basic facts of this sad story. I will allow myself some conclusions.
Anyone who wants to ask themselves a question about who conceived and why, prepared, launched and implemented the events of October 3-4, will find the answer in this question. After all, everyone knows the name of the national author, especially since in a fit of another hangover he boasted of his conspiratorial forethought.
But there are more sober and calculating accomplices, and now they already know that they were not able to hide their immunity to unprecedented shots. And they, with the descent they had for our people, sent their families away from Russia, and fenced themselves off from the people with mercenary guardians. But the life of these scum is not needed by anyone, they will die themselves from fear for their own skin.
It is especially surprising that these people, who took responsibility for the burden of power, thoughtlessly decided insanely that they could shoot our children with impunity. So know, the newly-misters, having shot our children, you have deprived the future of your children and your family, even having hidden your families outside of Russia. In our country it has been, and always will be. And damn you forever. ”
From the investigation of the candidate of historical sciences Valery Shevchenko:
“How many total human lives did the October tragedy take? The author of the film Black October of the White House, Evgeny Kirichenko, recorded on the recorder the testimonies of the military personnel who defended the House of Soviets. They assured that the competent authorities had a list of the dead, where 978 people were named (according to other sources - 981). The military refused to repeat the information on the list of victims "on camera".
Three different sources (in the Ministry of Defense, MB, and the Council of Ministers) informed the correspondents of the New Daily Newspaper about the information prepared only for senior Russian officials. The certificate signed by three power ministers indicated the death toll - 948 people (according to other sources - 1052). According to informants, at first there was only a reference from the MB sent to B. C. Chernomyrdin. Then followed the instruction to make a consolidated document of all three ministries ...
Radio Liberty October 7, 1993 (when they had not yet examined all the premises in the House of Soviets) reported the death of 1,032 people. Employees of institutions where hidden statistics were kept, called the figure of 1,600 dead. In 2008, in an interview with the press service of the MGK KPRF R.I. Khasbulatov said: "As many military and police officials told me - many said - that the total number of deaths was somewhere even more than 2000 people." According to some estimates, from 2,000 to 3,000 people died.
To date, it can be argued that at least 1000 people died in the tragic events of September-October 1993 in Moscow. How many more victims could be shown only by a special investigation at a high state level. The Yeltsin regime had something to hide. Indeed, among the dead there are many women and children, old people, doctors ... "
