To obtain a certificate in the amount of 5000 rubles, you need to go to the polling station, where the participant will be given a special code confirming the citizen's participation in the rally. Such codes are given on the Active Citizen portal, and a lottery will be drawn on it. It is planned to issue 2 million certificates, while the total amount allocated for these purposes is 10 billion rubles.

If the participant is among the winners, then the prize will be credited in the form of bonuses (or points) that can be spent before the end of the year. These bonuses can be used to purchase goods or services in stores, restaurants, transport, etc., i.e. in companies that participate in the program. These are capital companies, as a rule, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. You can spend points in about three thousand Moscow companies.


You can vote FOR, you can AGAINST, or you can just ruin the ballot.

But officials understand that most of those who are against the amendments will most likely not even go to the polls. Thus, most of those who will participate are likely to vote FOR. That is why they decided to stimulate people to go to the polls, since a positive result with a large turnout will remove all questions about this.
