The level of approval of Stalin by the Russians has broken the historical record
The role of Stalin in history is positively estimated by 70% of Russians, a survey by the Levada Center showed, RBC reports citing a study. This is a record for all the years of relevant research. Almost half of the respondents are ready to justify the "repression" of the Stalin era.
In March, sociologists of the Levada Center conducted another survey on the attitude of Russians to the figure of Joseph Stalin. The survey showed that in 2019, the total level of a positive attitude towards the Soviet leader reached the maximum figure for all the years of research: every second survey participant (51%) declared his admiration for Stalin, respect or sympathy for him. The most significant growth (by 12 percentage points) fell on “respect” - such an attitude towards Stalin in 41% of respondents, and it is the most common.
The share of those who have a negative attitude towards Stalin, experiencing irritation, fear or disgust, is three times lower - 14%.
A positive attitude towards the Soviet leader and his role in the history of the country was fixed at the level of a new social norm. If previously the population avoided expressing concrete assessments or found it difficult to answer, now positive opinions about the leader are increasingly expressed or supported. At the same time, the level of a positive attitude towards Stalin is higher than that of Brezhnev, Gorbachev, Yeltsin and others combined.
Stalin is perceived in society as a defender of the oppressed. The population now feels increasingly abandoned. Stalin's figure begins to be perceived as a symbol of justice and an alternative to the current government, which is evaluated as unfair, cruel and not caring about people, sociologists say.
Last year’s survey by the Levada Center showed that the number of Russians who believe that the Stalin leadership was to blame for the large number of people killed in the USSR during the Great Patriotic War was four times lower than in 1991. In June 2018, VTsIOM presented a list of figures of the beginning of the twentieth century, causing sympathy from the Russians, Stalin (51%) and Lenin (49%) took the first places.

Kursk city. April 22, 2019 - 149th anniversary of the birth of V.I. Lenin:
THE BIRTHDAY OF V.I. LENIN
Vladimir Ilyich Lenin (Ulyanov) was born on April 22, 1870 - the greatest genius of the revolutionary proletariat and all working mankind, the continuer of Marx and Engels, the founder and leader of the Bolshevik Party and the Communist International, the founder of the USSR. He was the creator and leader of the first Soviet state in the world, the liberator of the oppressed peoples of former tsarist Russia, the founder of socialist construction in the USSR. Lenin was the greatest proletarian ideologue, a revolutionary leader of the highest type, combining theoretical power with practical organizational experience of the proletarian movement. The revolutionary Bolshevik doctrine developed by him in the twentieth century became the guide for all successful proletarian revolutions that transformed humanity in the second half of the twentieth century.
Lenin revealed the peculiarities of imperialism as the last monopoly stage of capitalism. Relying on the law of uneven development of capitalism discovered by him in the epoch of imperialism, Lenin formulated and substantiated the possibility of the victory of socialism in one single country, bearing in mind primarily Russia. Lenin developed and developed the main thing in Marxism - the theory of the dictatorship of the proletariat. He emphasized with particular force the fact that the dictatorship of the proletariat is the highest type of democracy in a class society, a form of proletarian democracy expressing the interests of the majority (exploited), in contrast to the capitalist democracy expressing the interests of the minority (exploiters). Studying the Soviets spontaneously born in the revolutionary struggle of 1905, Lenin in 1917 opened the Republic of Soviets as the state form of the dictatorship of the proletariat.
The dictatorship of the proletariat can be carried out only through the party, as its guiding force. Without iron discipline in the party, the tasks of the dictatorship of the proletariat cannot be accomplished to suppress the exploiters and reorganize class society into a socialist society. The task was to organize cadres of experienced revolutionaries on the ground, give them a clear program and firm tactics, and finally, assemble these cadres into a single militant organization of professional revolutionaries, conspiratorial enough to withstand gendarmes' raids, but at the same time sufficiently connected with the masses in order to lead them at the right moment to the struggle.
For many years, V.I. Lenin and the party led by him successfully resisted both the domestic (Mensheviks) and international (social traitors of the workplace — leaders of the Second International such as K. Kautsky) opportunism, defending the militant, revolutionary essence of the Marxist doctrine. Lenin was right a thousand times, leading the party along the path of an implacable struggle against anti-Party and anti-revolutionary elements. The designation of the ways and means of implementing Marxism, appropriate to the situation, the change of these ways and means when the situation changes - this was what V.I. Lenin is of paramount attention in his work. Both Lenin himself and his associates invariably learned from the masses, interpreting their actions, carefully studying the practical experience of the mass struggle.
Lenin worked hard to create Bolshevik parties in dozens of countries, was the organizer of the combat headquarters of the world proletariat - the Communist International, and ideologically led its work. The name of Lenin became the most beloved, closest and dear to hundreds of millions of working people of all countries. The doctrine of Lenin became the banner of the struggle for all the oppressed and exploited, for all progressive, progressive humanity.

April 15, the DPRK celebrates the 107th anniversary of the birth of Kim Il Sung
This day in the DPRK is celebrated as the Day of the Sun. Comrade Kim Il Sung entered the history of the world national liberation and communist movement as
- an outstanding revolutionary who raised the Korean people to the struggle for the overthrow of Japanese colonial slavery, which ended in victory in this struggle (August 15, 1945 - the Day of the Renaissance of the Motherland),
- Founder of the Korean People’s Army (April 25, 1932) and the Workers' Party of Korea (October 10, 1945),
- a talented politician and organizer, founder of the first in North-East Asia socialist state - the DPRK (September 9, 1948), proclaimed after his death at the request of the Korean people Eternal President of the DPRK.
The Workers' Party of Korea created by the Great Leader - the ruling party of the DPRK - is the core of the state and is a union of workers, peasants and intellectuals, which is reflected in the emblem of the WPK.
In 1950, the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung - the Supreme Commander of the KPA, the leader of the WPK and the DPRK state - led the resistance of the heroic Korean people to the US military aggression at the head of the UN armed forces (15 states) in an attempt to physically destroy the DPRK. The United States used in this conflict the division of Korea into the North and the South due to the fault of the United States, which arose after the end of World War II, and the presence of confrontation between the North and South Korea.
The bloody Great Fatherland War lasted 3 years and ended for the first time in the history of US armed conflict not by destroying the US enemy (in this case, the DPRK), but merely by signing an armistice, which means the position - neither war nor peace. This situation persists to this day, despite the constant attempts of the leaders of the DPRK (comrades Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un) to obtain from the United States the signing of a peace treaty with the DPRK.
After the death of I.V. Stalin (March 5, 1953) and the Twentieth Congress of the CPSU (February 14-25, 1956), which launched the anti-Stalin hysteria, the opportunistic rebirth of the CPSU, lost the authority of the ruling party in the USSR and laid the foundation for the destruction of the USSR, communist Kim Il Sung Juche principles (independence, self-reliance). These principles became the basis of the Juche ideology-theory, the the DPRK state ideology, developed by Comrade Kim Jong Il. The ideas of Songun - the priority of the army in solving all the issues of socialist construction and state defense - became the state policy of the DPRK
With Comrade Kim Il Sung, who began building the country's economy from scratch after Korea was liberated from the Japanese colonial yoke, the DPRK turned into a state with a developed economy, with branches of the mining and processing industries, etc. Light industry began to develop - the production of consumer goods. Many hydroelectric power stations, railways and highways were built ... The construction of comfortable housing both in cities and in the countryside was proceeding at an enormous pace. Accommodation provided for the citizens of the DPRK for free. Science, health care, and free universal secondary and higher education have been widely developed. The DPRK built its Juche socialism using the rich experience of the USSR of the period I.V. Stalin.
Under Kim Il Sung, diplomatic relations were established with most countries of the world. Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung became the standard-bearer of the struggle throughout the world for the independence of the third world countries.
Special attention was paid to the problem of uniting Korean families, who were on both sides of the 38th parallel, to the problem of the unification of the Motherland, torn into 2 parts by the Americans after the end of World War II. The United States still bases its military bases in South Korea, which provokes angry protest from the population of the Republic of Korea.
The cause of building Korean-style socialism after the Great Leader was continued by the Great Kim Jong Il. Under his rule, the DPRK became a nuclear power and made great strides forward in building a prosperous socialist state. The cause of the Great Leader and the Great Kim Jong-il is now successfully continued by the Supreme Leader of the DPRK, Comrade Kim Jong-un, well prepared for government activities. He is firmly and skillfully pursuing a policy of building Juche socialism in the country. With it, thanks to the continuation of the successful development of science and nuclear energy, the strengthening of the armed power of the DPRK, domestic intercontinental ballistic missiles were launched, which showed firsthand the ability of the Korean ICBMs to reach the western mainland United States. It was on the basis of the opportunity for the DPRK to adequately respond to any permanent US threats that President Trump, for the first time in confronting the US-DPRK, himself proposed the Supreme Leader of the DPRK, Comrade Kim Jong un, to meet and discuss the "state of the nuclear issue" on the Korean Peninsula. Since Trump, relying on the youth of the Korean leader, intended to deceive him, persuade the US to make serious concessions (two summits in Singapore and Hanoi), without refusing to continue to stifle American economic sanctions, the first and second bilateral talks ended with no result for Trump. President Trump has promised to meet again with Kim Jong-un ...
We welcome the position of the DPRK Supreme Leader, Comrade Kim Jong-un, who firmly defends the independence of his country and strengthens its defenses, acting in the development of the PRINCIPLES of the DPRK's domestic and foreign policy, pursued by the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung and the Great Kim Jong Il.
Celebrating the 107th anniversary of the birth of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung, we wish the people of the DPRK further success in developing the Juche Revolution, building a prosperous socialist state, and strengthening the defense capability of the DPRK, led by Leader Kim Jong-un.

THE SOVIET UNION HAS OPENED THE PATH TO SPACE!
But this is a thing of the past. But the work of the future depends on our generation.
April 12 - World Cosmonautics Day. The space era on our planet began on October 4, 1957, when the first artificial satellite went into orbit around the Earth. But it was from April 12, 1961 that people began to fly into space. That is what astronautics is.
Human thought stretched into space long before the flight of the first cosmonaut. Ancient Greek satirist Lucian wrote a fantastic story, the hero of which is planning a trip to the moon. In the Middle Ages, this was forgotten, but in the Renaissance in Europe, ideas about flying re-emerged. It turns out that the first cosmic goal of man was the Moon, and it also became the most popular. Although many plots of that time are now just ridiculous!
After the industrial revolution, engineers and scientists began to turn their attention to space. There were many pioneers of cosmonautics, it is enough to recall the names of Tsiolkovsky, Zander, Oberth, Goddard ... It was theoretically justified to use missiles as the primary means for space flights, the use of liquid rocket engines as having much greater specific impulse than traditional powder engines, the need for multi-stage rockets. The issues of life support in space, the effects of overloads and weightlessness on humans were studied. Without a doubt, sending into space even a small satellite would have been impossible if this theoretical work had not been done in its time. Without a doubt, the theory of space flight is the achievement of all progressive humanity.
But it was the Soviet Union that became the country that used this achievement, and for peaceful purposes. In the 1950s, it was already clear that the Earth was divided into two camps: capitalist and socialist. Each camp was headed by a superpower, and it was these that were the most developed countries in the field of industry, science and technology. It is known that the Soviet project of a manned space flight (to an altitude of 200 km) was considered with the personal participation of Stalin a year after the end of World War II, in the summer of 1946.
Stalin personally signed government documents on the creation of a closed design bureau, which was headed by future academician Sergei Pavlovich Korolev - and then did not care that Korolev was repressed (arrested on charges of sabotage on June 27, 1938, transferred to the "prison KB" in March 1940 , released in July 1944 with the removal of a criminal record, rehabilitated in April 1957). According to the memoirs of L.L. Kerber, Korolev was a skeptic, a cynic and a pessimist, who looked absolutely gloomily at his future. At the same time, there is a statement by cosmonaut Alexei Leonov regarding Korolev: “He was never embittered ... He never complained, cursed no one, did not scold. He had no time for this. He understood that bitterness is not a creative impulse, but oppression. ” We are sure that such a spirit of life and struggle must be kept for all of us!
All rocket and space work was carried out in the strictest secrecy. American intelligence learned about missile launches when everything was ready. There were no spy satellites at that time, but there was already a super-high-level aviation and U2-type photo reconnaissance aircraft. But then it was no longer important: in the USA there was nothing to respond to the victory of the Soviet military industry, the R-7 rocket.
It was this rocket that became the “newcomer who stirred up the industry.” Now this title has passed to the American rocket “Falcon” (Falcon), but it is not even close with the victories of the “Seven”. The first satellite of the Earth, the first flights of people around the Earth, the first flights of stations to the Moon - that’s all. The rocket was fully tested on technology and animals.
And then it was the turn of people. The first of them was Gagarin. He flew into space as mortal, and returned immortal - because his name, his face and his feat recorded in the history of mankind forever. It was a great honor and a great feat - to become a tester of the first spacecraft. And let the evil tongues that call Gagarin "the biggest dog" wither, because he did not control the flight of the ship. Let them wither! Without a man in orbit there would not be this great victory that is celebrated by our country and our planet. Man by his example proved that in space you can live, work, eat and drink. This is a victory. This is the transition to a new era.
Who was Gagarin? Maybe not everyone knows. Gagarin was a worker. He was born on March 9, 1934, survived the war and occupation, graduated from school in 1949 (at the age of 15, it was an incomplete school) and went to study at a worker while practicing in production. And then Gagarin became a pilot. On October 25, 1954, Gagarin entered the free DOSAAF aeroclub in Saratov, which he graduated with honors a year later, in 1955. And now, in DOSAAF air clubs, it costs from 55,000 rubles to learn to fly.
The military enlistment office sent Gagarin to study as a military pilot in Orenburg. From there - serve in the Northern Fleet, already a lieutenant, in October 1957. It was then that Yuri Gagarin heard the TASS message about the launch of the first satellite. And after 2 years, he wrote a statement to the “Star Detachment”, a detachment of the first test-cosmonauts. What happened next - now everyone knows! And now not only a military pilot can write such a statement: the “conservative” Roskosmos has more than once declared an open set of cosmonauts. Young people, memorize and write down, especially schoolchildren: astronautics need techies!
According to the TASS website, today political convictions have no effect on the selection result, although a number of “strategic” restrictions are still present. Thus, the path to space is closed for holders of dual citizenship and residence permits in the territory of a foreign state. The lower age limit is not established, but the candidate must have time to get a higher education and work in the specialty for at least three years. During this time, a person manages to “prove himself” from a professional point of view. Only diplomas of specialists and masters are counted (nothing is said about bachelors in modern requirements). Engineering and flight specialties are still a priority. Is there a chance for the humanities? Yes, but not in the near future. As for the level of physical fitness, the “space” standards are partially comparable with the standards of the TRP for the age group from 18 to 29 years.
Want to go to the moon, reader? Forward! The situation in the country and the world has changed many times, and we think that among us there are people who are capable of accomplishing the exploits of the discoverers of the Moon and Mars.
But there is a problem ... Capitalist countries in space only need profit. Pump up natural resources, earn money by selling tickets, souvenirs, photos, communication channels ... all this is already there. On these "rails" are rolling private astronautics, such as the American corporation SpaceX. What can be said about this? While they are making progress, they are great, and their achievements must be adopted and developed. But under capitalism this will not always be the case. At some point, the progressive forces become obsolete, reactionary. Here it is in the structure of society. Under socialism, science and technology should be better than under capitalism, because commerce will not hang a “Damocles sword” over scientists, astronauts, over each of us. So think, reader!

"Revolutsiya" №4 (97), April 2019
Arkhangelsk reared up... and went to the square
As early as the morning of April 7, 2019, no one (no one!) in Arkhangelsk could predict how this day would end for the region. The incredible happened.
The people declared their right to take democratic action, carried it out (despite the resistance of the MVD – OMON – Rosguard) and celebrated their victory until late at night, already “guarded” by their “people's militia”.
A big conversation about what happened that day in Arkhangelsk is ahead.
Today, only two aspects of what happened: the resolution of the rally and a photo report showing how an idea that has mastered the masses gains material strength and reveals the will of the people to decisive changes.
We read. We look. We think. Join the fight!
We are waiting for big things and real changes ...
Resolution of the National rally in Arkhangelsk on April 7, 2019
The rally participants demand from the governor of the Arkhangelsk region Orlov I.A. immediately stop all construction work on the landfill in Shiesa and cancel all agreements on the importation into the territory of the Arkhangelsk region of garbage from other regions.
The rally participants are asking President of the Russian Federation Putin V.V. until May 5, 2019, to consider the issue of the release of I. Orlov from the post of governor of the Arkhangelsk region and his further use in posts where he can benefit the Russian state.
The rally participants appeal to labor collectives, public and political organizations, all residents of the Arkhangelsk region to start preparing and holding on May 19, 2019 the next, fourth nationwide rally (if the requirements are not fulfilled by May 5, 2019). questions ...
Each proposal was separately voted, accepted by an absolute majority and supported by a choral chant.
At the rally there were around 5,000 people.
In Venezuela, 5 million people went to rallies in support of Maduro
Over 5 million people took part in demonstrations in support of the government in various cities of Venezuela. This was stated by Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, speaking at a rally in Caracas.
People took to the streets to show that the streets belong to the people, not oligarchies, the head of state stressed and concluded that “the operation to protect freedom and peace” was a success.
The last action was the third major anti-imperialist march since the beginning of March, when large-scale power outages occurred in Venezuela, Telesur TV channel said. Earlier, Maduro, through Twitter, called on Venezuelans to take to the streets in order to “protect peace and national independence.”
In March in Venezuela, there were interruptions in the operation of power supply systems, the responsibility for which the authorities assigned to the United States.
Will Playa Chiron occur in Venezuela?
On April 17-19, Cuba celebrates the anniversary of the events at Playa Chiron that happened back in 1961.
The Cuban mafia latifundisty, deprived of their wealth as a result of the revolution, turned into "refugees" living on the south coast of the United States. Cubans gave them the apt nickname - "gusanos", which means "worms". From their young shoots formed groups of mercenaries for the future counter-revolutionary war against the new Cuba. The organizers of the counter-revolutionary gangs were the Americans, dissatisfied with the loss of the “island brothel” 80 kilometers from the United States.
What plans did the counter-revolutionary emigrants set for themselves? The number of counterrevolutionaries, armed with Americans, numbered about 1.5 thousand people. It was assumed that, having landed on the shores of Cochinos Bay (Bay of Pigs), the “worms” would announce the creation of a new Cuban government and call for help the US armed forces. The Americans provided their puppet amphibious ships and escort in the form of two destroyers.
The landing of mercenaries in the Playa Chiron area began at 1:30 am on April 17. The landing of counterrevolutionaries was liquidated by the revolutionary Cuban army in 72 hours. The first battle was given by the local police detachments, then the army units arrived. The Cuban artillery earned, the T-34 tanks went into battle. The transport ships of the invaders "Houston" and "Rio Escondido" were sunk. 10 aircraft B-26 - shot down. During the battle, the counterrevolutionaries lost 92 people killed (4 of them turned out to be US citizens) and 1,197 surrendered. Cuba lost 156 patriots dead.
The defeat was inflicted on counterrevolutionary underground workers in the cities of Cuba. On the night of the assault, the Cuban "Cheka" arrested counterkeepers who were ready to support the intervention by insurgents on the island.
The hopes of an external counter-revolution in insurgency in Cuba have failed. The imperialists were shocked by the level of unanimous support that ordinary Cubans provided to the revolutionary government. It became clear to the capitalists of the whole world that you can break your teeth about a new revolutionary republic, and it’s better not to go there. So Cuba defended socialism back in 1961.
* * *
Today, Playa Chiron may be repeated in Venezuela, whose people have challenged US hegemony on the South American continent. The invasion of Venezuela with the support of the interventionists can occur both from the coast and from the territory of hostile Colombia.
The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is in a more vulnerable position today than the Republic of Cuba in 1961.
In Cuba, revolutionaries came to power during the civil war, defeating the armed forces of internal counter-revolution. A popular dictatorship was established on the island. In Venezuela, the counter-revolution lives and thrives, feeding on money not only from the United States, but also from the hands of the local oligarchy.
In Cuba, as a result of the revolution, since 1959, fundamental socialist transformations began: power, wealth and weapons passed from the hands of the latifundists and the bourgeoisie to the hands of the working people. The authorities of modern Venezuela "play democracy" and did not dare to ensure the strength of change with a radical break of the old order. This maintains the strength of the reaction and may disappoint the working people, as has happened more than once in other Latin American countries after the anti-imperialist governments came to power.
The threat of intervention by the interventionists in these conditions is becoming increasingly real.
"The United States intends to create a humanitarian pretext for the start of military aggression against Venezuela," the revolutionary government of Cuba commented on the situation in Venezuela in a statement on February 13, 2019.
“In the logic of the hawks that control the Trump administration’s policy towards Latin America, the action is seen as the ultimate onslaught against left and progressive forces around the world. Today is Venezuela, tomorrow there will be Nicaragua, Bolivia or Cuba. The defense of the Bolivarian Revolution thus becomes the first trench in the struggle for America’s sovereignty, for the ideal of social justice, for peace with dignity and for unity throughout the world, ”the statement of the Communist Party of Cuba said.
“No threat will force us to abandon our solidarity with the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Aggressive actions against this fraternal nation must cease. As we have long warned, repeated declarations on Venezuela as a threat to the national security of the United States, open calls for a military coup against its constitutional government, exercises in military exercises held near the Venezuelan borders, as well as tensions and incidents in this zone can only lead to of severe instability and unpredictable consequences, ”said the leader of the Cuban Communist Party, Raul Castro, at a rally in honor of the 60th anniversary of the victory of the Cuban Revolution on January 1, 2019.
Under these conditions, the Chavist government of Venezuela has only one sure way: to increase support among the working people by means of a decisive offensive against the counter-revolutionary bourgeoisie and the expropriation of power and wealth from it. And then, in the event of an intervention, the Playa Chiron will repeat in Venezuela: foreign imperialists and their Venezuelan attendants will be defeated and crawled away. Is the government of Nicolas Maduro ready for such decisive steps or not? ..
The clock is ticking, time is approaching, the fate of the “Bolivarian revolution” in Venezuela is on the verge of ...

Great Honour
On the 100th anniversary of the first communist subbotnik
On April 12, 1919, the first communist work day was held at the depot Moscow-Sorting Moscow-Kazan railway.
From the article V.I. Lenin's "Great Initiative" (On the heroism of the workers in the rear. Regarding the communist subbotnik):
“The press reports many examples of the heroism of the Red Army. Workers and peasants in the struggle against Kolchak, Denikin and other troops of landowners and capitalists often show wonders of courage and endurance, defending the gains of the socialist revolution. Slowing down guerrilla fights, overcoming fatigue and licentiousness, is slow and difficult, but it goes forward no matter what. The heroism of the working masses, consciously sacrificing the cause of the victory of socialism, is what is the basis of the new, comradely discipline in the Red Army, its revival, strengthening, growth.
The heroism of the workers in the rear deserves no less attention. The device by the workers, on their own initiative, of communist subbotniks has a tremendous significance in this respect. Apparently, this is just the beginning, but this is the beginning of an unusually great importance. This is the beginning of a coup, more difficult, more substantial, more fundamental, more decisive than the overthrow of the bourgeoisie, because it is a victory over their own inertia, licentiousness, petty-bourgeois egoism over these habits that cursed capitalism left to the workers and peasants. When this victory is consolidated, then and only then a new social discipline, socialist discipline will be created, then and only then a return back to capitalism will become impossible, communism will become truly invincible. ”
"Less political chatter, more attention to the simplest, but alive, life taken, life-tested facts of communist construction - this slogan must be tirelessly repeated to all of us, our writers, agitators, propagandists, organizers, and so on."
“The dictatorship of the proletariat,” as I had to point out more than once, by the way, and in a speech on March 12 at a meeting of the Petrograd Soviet, “is not only violence against the exploiters and not even mainly violence. The economic basis of this revolutionary violence, the key to its vitality and success, is that the proletariat represents and implements a higher type of social organization of labor compared with capitalism. This is the essence. This is the source of strength and the guarantee of the inevitable complete victory of communism.
The capitalist organization of social labor rested on the discipline of hunger, and the huge mass of workers, despite all the progress of bourgeois culture and bourgeois democracy, remained in the most advanced, civilized and democratic republics of a dark and crammed mass of hired slaves or crushed peasants who were robbed and handled by a handful capitalists. The communist organization of social labor, to which socialism is the first step, keeps going and the farther away, the more will it stand on the free and conscious discipline of the working people themselves, who have overthrown the yoke of both landlords and capitalists.
This new discipline does not fall from the sky and is not born from good wishes, it grows out of the material conditions of large-scale capitalist production, only from them. Without them, it is impossible. And the carrier of these material conditions or their guide is a certain historical class, created, organized, cohesive, trained, enlightened, hardened by large capitalism. This class is the proletariat.
The dictatorship of the proletariat, if we translate this Latin, scientific, historical and philosophical expression into a simpler language, means this:
only a certain class, namely, urban and, in general, factory, industrial workers, are able to lead the entire mass of workers and exploited in the struggle to overthrow the yoke of capital, during the very overthrow, in the struggle to retain and strengthen victory, to create a new, socialist, social system, in the whole struggle for the complete destruction of classes. "
“It is clear that for the complete destruction of classes it is necessary not only to overthrow the exploiters, landlords and capitalists, not only to abolish their property, it is also necessary to abolish all private ownership of the means of production, it is necessary to destroy both the distinction between town and country and people of mental labor. This is a very long business. To make it, we need a huge step forward in the development of the productive forces, we must overcome the resistance (often passive, which is especially hard and especially difficult to overcome) of the numerous remnants of small-scale production, it is necessary to overcome the enormous power of habit and inertia associated with these remnants. ”
“In order to win, to create and consolidate socialism, the proletariat must solve a twofold or twofold task: first, to entice the whole mass of working and exploited people with their selfless heroism of the revolutionary struggle against capital
bake it, organize it, lead it to overthrow the bourgeoisie and completely suppress all resistance on its part; secondly, to lead the whole mass of workers and exploited, as well as all the petty-bourgeois strata, on the path of new economic construction, on the path of creating a new social connection, new labor discipline, new labor organization, connecting the last word of science and capitalist technology with mass unification conscious workers, creating large socialist production ".
““ Communist subbotniks ”precisely because of their enormous historical significance, because they show us the conscious and voluntary initiative of workers in the development of labor productivity, in the transition to a new labor discipline, in the creative work of socialist conditions of economy and life.”
“And these hungry workers, surrounded by malicious counter-revolutionary agitation of the bourgeoisie, Mensheviks and Socialist-Revolutionaries, organize“ communist subbotniks ”, work overtime without any pay and achieve a tremendous increase in labor productivity, despite the fact that they are tired, exhausted, undernourished. Is this not the greatest heroism? Is this not the beginning of a turn of world historical significance? ”

On the 120th anniversary of the birth of L.P. Beria - an outstanding party and state leader of the Soviet Union
March 29, 2019 marks the 120th anniversary of the birth of Lavrentiy Pavlovich Beria, a member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b) (Presidium of the CPSU Central Committee), First Deputy Chairman of the USSR Council of Ministers and at the same time Minister of the Interior of the USSR, Marshal of the Soviet Union, a faithful student and companion of Comrade Stalin , an outstanding party and state leader of the Soviet Union, Honorary Citizen of the USSR (1949).
L.P. Beria was born in the village of Merheuli, Sukhumi district (Georgian SSR), in a poor peasant family. Initial education in the Sukhum primary school, in 1919 he graduated from the Polytechnic School in Baku, received a degree in engineering architect.
Since his youthful years L.P. Beria joined the revolutionary movement. In 1915, he took a leadership role in organizing an illegal student revolutionary group. In March 1917 in Baku L.P. Beria joined the Bolshevik Party. In 1918 - 1920, during the period of the domination of the Musavatists and Mensheviks in the South Caucasus, he conducted active underground work in Baku and Georgia.
In 1920, after the establishment of Soviet power in Azerbaijan, L.P. Beria, on the instructions of the Caucasian Bureau of the Central Committee of the RCP (B) and the headquarters of the 11th Army, was sent to work in illegal Bolshevik work in Georgia, where the Mensheviks were then in power. Here L.P. Beria, together with the Bolshevik organizations of Georgia, did a great job of preparing an armed uprising against the Menshevik government. In the same year he was arrested by the Menshevik government and imprisoned. After several months of imprisonment, Comrade Beria, at the insistence of S. M. Kirov, then an authorized representative of Soviet Russia in Georgia, was sent from Georgia to Soviet Azerbaijan.
In Baku, L.P. Beria first worked in the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Azerbaijan, and then was appointed head of the secret operational unit and deputy chairman of the Cheka of Azerbaijan (from 1921).
In the autumn of 1922 L.P. Beria is transferred to work in the Cheka of Georgia as the head of the secret operational unit with the combined position of the head of the Special Department of the Army. Until the end of 1931, L.P. Beria is continuously on leading work in the Soviet intelligence agencies: the chairman of the GPU of Georgia, the deputy chairman of the GPU of the Transcaucasian Federation, the chairman of the Transcaucasian and Georgian GPU and the authorized representative of the OGPU in the TSFSR.
Working in the bodies of the Cheka - GPU, L.P. Beria did a great job in defeating and eliminating the anti-Soviet parties of Transcaucasia (Georgian Mensheviks, Musavatists and Dashnaks). Of particular note is the merit of L.P. Beria in the defeat of the counter-revolutionary Trotsky-Bukharin and bourgeois-nationalist gangs.
In November 1931, L.P. Beria was elected the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Georgia and the second secretary of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), and in 1932 the first secretary of the Central Committee and the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Georgia.
At the head of the Bolshevik organizations of Georgia and the Caucasus, L.P. Beria showed Lenin-Stalin perseverance and irreconcilability towards the enemies of the people in the struggle for the conduct of the general line of the Bolshevik Party.
A great merit belongs to L.P. Beria in exposing the Trotsky-Bukharin falsifiers of the history of Bolshevism. His famous work “On the Question of the History of Bolshevik Organizations in the Transcaucasus”, written in 1935, is a most valuable contribution to the scientific history of the Bolshevik Party.
Since August 1938, L.P. Beria is transferred to work in Moscow, first as First Deputy Commissar of Internal Affairs of the USSR - Head of the Main Directorate of State Security of the USSR, and in 1938-1945. People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the USSR. Carrying out the Stalinist line, he did a great job of overcoming the consequences of Yezhovshchina (he stopped the Great Terror), as well as cleansing the Soviet and party organs from the pests of Soviet power, which was of particular importance in connection with the approaching war with Hitler’s fascism.
At the same time in February 1941 - March 1953. L.P. Beria - Deputy Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars (from March 1946 - Council of Ministers) of the USSR. Since June 1941, a member, and since May 1944, Deputy Chairman of the USSR State Defense Committee.
During the war years, being a member of the State Defense Committee, he managed to set up the release of many thousands of tanks, self-propelled artillery, ammunition, shells, and was responsible for the smooth operation of the steel industry, both ferrous and non-ferrous. His orders and resolutions give out a rigid leadership style, but this is precisely what ensured his effectiveness as an administrator. So it was when it was necessary to evacuate enterprises to the east, to organize the production of armaments in the open field, and also not to let the enemy through the Caucasus to Baku’s oil. For ensuring the work of enterprises producing defense products and weapons for the army of L.P. Beria in 1945 was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor.
I.V. Stalin directed comrade L.P. Beria at the most critical moments in the most important posts.
After the war, on behalf of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b) L.P. Beria oversaw the construction of the monumental high-rise building of Moscow State University on the Lenin Hills. The idea of this building belongs to Stalin, the project - Beria.
From August 1945, the chairman of the Special Committee under the State Defense Committee (from September 1945 under the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR, from March 1946 under the Council of Ministers of the USSR), supervised all work on the use of intra-atomic energy.
Especially great is the merit of T. Beria in the creation of the Soviet atomic bomb, on the way to this goal, he managed to unite the efforts of hundreds of thousands of scientists, engineers, intelligence officers, builders, production workers. By creating an atomic bomb, the Soviet Union eliminated the US atomic monopoly and ensured its security. Currently, the world knows the plans of American hawks to launch a nuclear strike on the USSR. In 1949, when the first Soviet atomic bomb was tested, Stalin said that if we were late with our bomb, then we would probably “try” it on ourselves ...
Since March 1953, L.P. Beria is the first deputy chairman of the USSR Council of Ministers and at the same time the USSR Minister of Internal Affairs. As Minister of Internal Affairs of the USSR, taking up this post again after a long break since 1945, L.P. In this short period, Beria directed all his activities towards the establishment of the work of this department destroyed by his predecessors strictly within the framework of Soviet law. Here are the names of only some documents of L.P. Beria for the period from 03/05/1953 to 06.26.1953: "On the establishment of investigation teams for the review of investigative cases", "On the amnesty", "On the rehabilitation of persons involved in the so-called poisoned doctor case", "On the prohibition of the use of arrested any measures of coercion and physical influence "," On the restriction of the rights of the Special Meeting at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR ".
Comrade Beria was a member of the 7th convocation CEC of the USSR, a deputy of the USSR Supreme Soviet of 1-3 convocations. Member of the Central Committee of the CPSU in 1934-1953. Member of the Politburo of the CPSU (b) (Presidium of the Central Committee of the CPSU) 03/18/1946 - 06.26.1953 (candidate since 03.22.1939). Hero of Socialist Labor (1943). Awarded five orders of Lenin, two orders of the Red Banner, the Order of Alexander Suvorov, 1st degree. Winner of the Stalin Prize of the first degree for merits in the organization of the creation of nuclear weapons (1949).
On June 26, 1953, he was arrested and removed from all posts on a false accusation of Khrushchev and his henchmen as an enemy of the “Soviet people”. In a brief Information Report, published in Pravda on July 10, 1953, the "... the other day Plenum of the Central Committee of the CPSU" was held about L.P. Beria from the CPSU Central Committee and its exclusion from the CPSU "as an enemy of the CPSU and the Soviet people." At the plenum, the “colleagues” hung up on the killed not only the “immoral estate”, but also all the troubles and difficulties of the USSR, and each speaker most diligently criticized that part of the assigned work, for which he had to answer himself.
On December 23, 1953, he was convicted by the Special Court Presence of the USSR Supreme Court under art. 58-1 "b", 58-8, 58-13, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR "to the death penalty with the deprivation of military rank and awards. The verdict is final and not appealable. ” The sentence was carried out on December 23 - the message “In the Supreme Court of the USSR”, published in Pravda on 12/24/1953, states. Neither the indictment mentioned in the “Message” nor the verdict of the Court were published ... Dozens of volumes of the criminal “case” remained secret to date, inaccessible for historians as well ... The date of the execution of the sentence raises serious doubts ...
Through the efforts of Khrushchev and the company, and then the perestroika, the Gorbachev-Democrats, all those who conceived and conducted the bourgeois counter-revolution, L.P. Beria, who did so much for the rise of the Soviet economy, to win the Great Patriotic War, to create a nuclear shield of the USSR, painted with black paint, turned into such a wild fiend of evil that you wonder, and, unwillingly, the question comes to mind, - if it is done so diligently for more than half a century, it means that someone needs it, and there is a falsification with the concealment of historical truth ...
For us, the Bolsheviks, at the present time there is no doubt that the political trial was organized over a man who could have prevented the traitors of the cause of socialism from changing the course of the Soviet Union to withdraw from Bolshevism, from the strategy of building communism, outlined by Comrade Stalin.
In recent years, in relation to L.P. Beria appears in the mass media publications that contradict one another. According to some media reports, L.P. Beria was a supporter of the appointment by the leaders of the union republics of predominantly representatives of the indigenous nationality, which, under I.V. Stalin was not. As you know, by 1991 the leaders of the Soviet republics were exclusively representatives of indigenous nationality, who after the counter-revolutionary coup became presidents and chairmen of the governments of bourgeois states.
Another example. According to the information of the same media L.P. Beria advocated the unification of Germany and the cessation of the construction of socialism in the GDR. But, as you know, the creation of the GDR was not originally intended. I.V. Stalin insisted on uniting the 4 zones of occupation into one German democratic state. The USSR was forced to create in the Soviet occupation zone of the GDR after the ruling circles of the Western powers, together with the West German big bourgeoisie, supported by the right-wing leaders of social democracy, in violation of the decisions of the Potsdam Conference, set about reviving German militarism. The German monopolies and the Western occupation authorities stepped up their offensive against the democratic forces in the direction of a complete division of the country. The culmination of it was the formation in September 1949 of a separate West German state - the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG). On October 7, 1949, workers in eastern Germany proclaimed the German Democratic Republic.
From the above examples the conclusion follows: a complete and comprehensive assessment of the activities of L.P. Beria will be held only after the victory of the socialist revolution, when the state archives will be torn out of the hands of the bourgeois authorities. We Bolsheviks are sure: historical justice will surely prevail.

In conclusion, we present some of the memories of L.P. Beria.
We, now living, are well aware that we would not have lived in the world if our country did not have the atomic bomb created under the leadership of L.P. Beria.
Now it is known from the Americans themselves that in 1951 the United States planned to drop 20 atomic bombs in the Moscow-Gorky region, 12 in the Leningrad region, 52 bombs in the industrial areas of the Volga region and the Donets Basin, and 15 in the Caucasus region. Vladivostok and Irkutsk. But the presence of retribution weapons in the USSR cooled the heads of the American hawks, and they did not dare to attack.
I.V. Kurchatov after the murder of L.P. Beria at the request of Khrushchev to give negative information about him certainly answered: "If it were not for Beria, the Soviet Union would not have an atomic bomb." And Khrushchev could not affect the change in this opinion of the scientist.
The chief designer of the atomic bomb Khariton Yu.B. was twice tried to be removed from work. The main argument of his opponents is that in his youth he worked in England, he cannot be trusted. These papers reached and to I.V. Stalin: "What do you say, Lawrence"? Reaction L.P. Beria: “All the people who are working on this project are personally selected by me. I am ready to answer for the actions of each of them. These people work and will honestly work on the project that is entrusted to us. ” The result: the atomic bomb was created in the USSR, ravaged by the war with the Nazis, for four years.
The idea of introducing Beria as a sex maniac was first voiced at the Central Committee Plenum in July 1953. They even found a list of women who had been in intimate with him. To which his wife, Nina Beria, many years later, in one of her interviews, said a very simple phrase: “Amazing business: Laurenty was busy working day and night when he was dealing with the legion of these women!” That is, to slander the patriot of the Soviet Motherland her enemies, who themselves were involved in various crimes, did not shun anything by resorting to the most incredible lies.
L.P. Beria by the aforementioned Special Court Presence of the USSR Supreme Court was charged with a “crime”, which consisted of “working for foreign intelligence and treason”.
Let us examine only one question: “... the beginning of the criminal treacherous activity of Beria L. P. and his establishment of secret ties with foreign intelligence services date back to the time of the civil war, when Beria L. P. in 1919 committed“ treason ”in Baku, enrolling in a secret agent position for reconnaissance of the counter-revolutionary Mousafat government in Azerbaijan, operating under the control of British intelligence agencies. " What do the documents say about this?
The writer V.Soym writes: “... I met this interesting document in the archives of the President of the Russian Federation in the personal fund of JV Stalin. Preserve the spelling and syntax of the original.
"Secretary of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b) t. Stalin about t. Beria
In 1936 (in the document the slip of the pen. Correctly: in 1926 - V.S.) I was appointed in the Transcaucasus as Chairman of Zak. GPU. Before I left for Tiflis, I was summoned to my home before. The OGPU, Comrade Dzerzhinsky, introduced me in detail to the situation in Transcaucasia. Immediately, Comrade Dzerzhinsky informed me that one of my assistants in the Transcaucasus, Comrade Beria, worked for the Mussavat counterintelligence under the Mussavatists. Let this circumstance not in any way embarrass me and not alarm us against comrade Beria, since comrade Beria worked in counterintelligence with the knowledge of those responsible. Transcaucasians and that he knows about this, Dzerzhinsky and so on. Sergo Ordzhonikidze.
Upon arrival in Tiflis, two months later I went to T. Sergo and gave him everything that T. Dzerzhinsky told me about T. Beria.
T. Sergo Ordzhonikidze informed me that it was true that Comrade Beria worked in the Mussavat counterintelligence, that he carried out this work on behalf of the party workers and that he was well aware of this, Comrade Ordzhonikidze, Comrade Kirov, Comrade Mikoyan and Comrade Nazaretyan. Therefore, I must treat comrade Beria with complete confidence, and that he, Sergo Ordzhonikidze, comrades completely. Beria trusts.
During the two years of work in the Transcaucasus, Comrade Ordzhonikidze told me several times that he very much appreciates Comrade Beria as a growing worker, that a comrade is developed from Comrade Beria, and that he, Sergo, reported such characteristics of Comrade Beria Stalin.
For two years of my work in the Transcaucasus, I knew that Comrade Sergo appreciates Comrade Beria and supports him.
About two years ago, mr. Sergo told me in a conversation, and you know that the right deviators and other riffraff are trying to use the fact that he worked in the Mussavat counterintelligence, but they won’t .
I asked t. Sergo, and did t. Stalin know about it. T. Sergo Ordzhonikidze replied that Comrade Stalin was aware of this and that Comrade Stalin was also aware of this.
Candidate of the Central Committee of the VKP (b) Pavlunovsky on June 25, 1937 ”.

About this document, as well as about other documents about the "betrayal" of Beria, Khrushchev and the other organizers of the disgraceful court tried to know well who could not but know! It turns out that no "betrayal" of L.P. Beria was not! Khrushchev and his "judicial team" brazenly and deliberately lied about Beria, accusing him of treason! It turns out that all the accusations of Beria are sewn with white thread? !!
The question arises: WHY did the Khrushchev camarilla destroy Lawrence Beria? In our opinion, there were two main reasons. The first is that Beria deeply understood the historical necessity of continuing the strictly centralized, hard-fought leadership of the country during the Cold War and the real threat of a US nuclear attack that fully justified the Stalinist course. Beria understood the need to continue the Stalinist course, which led the USSR through difficulties and the struggle to communism.
Today, analyzing Stalin’s entourage, one can reasonably conclude that Beria, with his vigorous energy, with his initiatives and amazing Stalinist efficiency, was the only one who was able to continue the Stalinist course towards the successful construction of socialism in the USSR. Co-comrades of Khrushchev for the Central Committee of the CPSU after the end of the Great Patriotic War wanted to live in peace, using the benefits of higher power, not giving themselves up to work, as Stalin demanded of them.
The second reason was that Khrushchev residents needed to find someone (a “scapegoat”) to whom they could shove their own sins, their own miscalculations and crimes committed in previous years. Take, at least, Nikita Khrushchev himself, one of the main organizers of mass repressions in Moscow (1935–1 938 and after March 1949) and in Ukraine, when he was first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Ukraine (1938 - March 1947, December 1947 - 1949). There is documentary evidence of the broadest repression during this period of the “leadership” of Khrushchev. From Ukraine Nikita sent Stalin one after another lists of "enemies of the people", demanding their immediate execution. And Stalin answered him: “Calm down, Nikita! It is necessary to sort everything out carefully! ” Lavrenty Beria was ideally suited for the role of "scapegoat" for Khrushchevites.
That is why they shot Beria in order to crush socialism and become legitimate masters. However, we are sure: the domination of the “new masters of life” is not forever, the time will come - and the working people will knock them out of the palaces built by robbing the working people.
