Dear Comrades!



       I sincerely thank YOU for congratulating our party on the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory of the Soviet people under the leadership of Generalissimo I.V. Stalin over Nazi Germany. YOU are right that this Great Victory really saved many nations of the world from physical destruction by the Nazis. This Great Victory opened the way for the struggle of the Third World countries for their independence. This Great Victory signified the collapse of the world colonial system of imperialism.

On behalf of the party and myself, I also congratulate YOU and in your person the heroic Korean people on this significant date in world history.

I want to clarify that without the guidance of I.V. Stalin the struggle of the Soviet people would not be this Great Victory. Without I.V. Stalin there would not have been the defeat of the millionth Kwantung Army in August 1945 by the Soviet 1.5 millionth troops. And therefore, without I.V. Stalin would not exist on August 15, 1945 - the Day of the revival of the motherland. Without I.V. Stalin, perhaps, there would not have been North Korea itself, the formation of which in that most difficult world post-war political situation was greatly facilitated by I.V. Stalin.

I am very sorry that the DPRK comrades have rewritten  world history likey the Western "partners" of modern Russia. I am very sorry that Koreans threw out from the office of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung in the Museum of the Party (WPK) the multivolume of the collected works of I.V. Stalin ...

I am very sorry that you Koreans have thrown out from your history any mention of V.I. Lenin and the name I.V. Stalin ...

In these festive days of the Great Victory of the Soviet Union over German fascism under the leadership of Generalissimo I.V. Stalin I wish  the heroic Korean people, led by the WPK and DPRK leader comrade Kim Jong-un, success in strengthening their military power and success in building a prosperous socialist state.
