Statement of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the AUCPB on the issue of unilateral denuclearization of the DPRK

The Central Committee of the AUCPB in its Statement of June 15 this year, on the assessment of the adopted Agreement at the meeting in Singapore of the leader of the DPRK, Comrade Kim Jong-un, with US President Donald Trump, expressed its extreme concern about the demand in the Agreement for unilateral nuclear disarmament by the DPRK without the US commitment to withdraw the previously strangled countries in the DPRK sanctions.

The validity of our distrust of President Trump's sincerity at the meeting in Singapore confirmed the August messages of the US State Department to Pyongyang with the proposal of exactly unilateral disarmament of the DPRK without lifting any sanctions imposed on the DPRK earlier. Moreover, at the same time, an attempt was made to drag through the UN Security Council a resolution on imposing new sanctions on the DPRK and sanctions on one of the Russian companies "noticed" in cooperation with the DPRK.

This policy of the US State Department has confirmed the previously expressed distrust of US proposals for the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula and our assessment of the US position as a deceit of the world community by Trump's indefinite lengthy statements.

Against the backdrop of the bill recently passed by the US Senate in 2019 for an unprecedented military budget of $ 716 billion (thereby threatening the entire world, the US Senate), the liquidation of its nuclear missile and nuclear capabilities at the present time would be a frank suicide.

The AUCPB supports and approves the categorical answer "NO" by the leader of the DPRK, Comrade Kim Jong-un, who described the US Department of State's proposals as "gangster", which they really are.

We support the demand of Comrade Kim Jong-un about the permanent lifting of all sanctions against the DPRK and the conclusion of the DPRK-US peace treaty.

We support the DPRK's defense nuclear policy, which pursues the sole goal of preserving its state from the manic desire of the United States to finally destroy the DPRK through unilateral denuclearization, which the United States had not previously been able to achieve either in the DPRK's Fatherland Liberation War of 1950-1953 or in all subsequent years by imposing endlessly suffocating sanctions on the country.

We wish the heroic people of the DPRK to withstand this fierce battle with the imperialist predator of the USA, distraught from permissiveness and successfully continue building its socialist state. We wish the DPRK success in strengthening its nuclear component in the defense of the country.

We firmly believe in the victory of the DPRK.
