The All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks congratulates the people of the Republic of Cuba on the Day of National Uprising, on the 65th anniversary (July 26, 1953) of attacks on the Moncada barracks, on the anniversary of the beginning of the Revolution.
We congratulate the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, Raul Castro Ruz, on the anniversary of the significant event that opened the way for the Cuban people to freedom and socialism.
We congratulate President of the State Council of Cuba Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, who leads the Republic in conditions of confrontation with US imperialism.
On this day, we recall the name of the outstanding revolutionary Fidel Castro Ruz, who led the national uprising and led the Cuban people to victory. On this day, we also recall other revolutionaries who stood alongside Fidel and Raul Castro and who devoted their whole lives to the cause of the Revolution and the liberation of the people from capitalist oppression.
The Cuban revolution was of international importance and responded to the hearts of people around the world. And today the images of the revolutionaries who stormed the bastions of the dictatorship in Moncada inspire freedom fighters on all continents.
The Republic of Cuba, thanks to its revolution, has become for the progressive humanity an example of dignity and a persistantstruggle for the ideals of socialism. Like half a century ago, today Cuba is fighting for its independence, including in the conditions of the blockade on the part of the United States and the hostile encroachments of the counter-revolution. Cuba, which opposes imperialist globalism, continues its struggle for independent development, attracts sincere sympathy for people around the world.
And today, the US imperialists can not accept the fact that near their borders there is the Island of Freedom, where people live without knowing the capitalist oppression and power of money bags. We see that the Cuban working people on the road to communism have yet to defeat the imperialist enemies and their agents. "There is nothing worse than turning your back on the enemy, because he, like animals, is triggered by the instinct of persecution, and the empire is much worse than the beast," said Fidel Castro.
We wish the Cuban people fortresses of the spirit, confidence in their forces, vigilance in the defense of socialist gains and successes on the main road to a communist future.
And let, as well as half a century ago, the slogan-appeal to solidarity sound all over the world: "Cuba - yes!", And "Yankees - no!".
